Reports headaches, dizziness, tinnitus and disrupted sleep attributed to mobile and home Wi-Fi exposure d…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of MYSELF. Wireless radiation has affected me with headaches, dizziness, ringing in the ears, nausea, and frequent awakenings during the night, leading to chronic fatigue during the day. The source stemmed from 5G both mobile and wireless wifi router from the home. From 2021-2025.Reducing the exposure has made it significantly better, and how MUCH MY PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL DAY TO DAY experiences have affected life and health. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. Thank you for providing individuals, families, health care providers, researchers and scientists with an opportunity to finally be heard on this critical public health issue. Sincerely, Ana Jane Ivacove

We really need to lower the EMF radiation lower than what Europe does. The EMF radiation is killing us. There is an unclassified document dated back just after ww2 and even that far back they knew Microwaves cause cancer and sterilization, but didn't report it. We also need to remove all smart meters which are just as bad. We need to go back to full on analog for everything, and really dumb down this push to AI everything. I use a EMF meter and when set to EF which means Electrical field it can go very high to well over 1000vm. From what I read anything over 10 vm is high, so just think how unhealthy 1000 vm is to the human body. Regardless what they say about EMF and how it's harmless it's not. EMF also is in the mountains now, so we can't escape it with towers ever few miles or so. RF signals encompass the earth with Radio signals etc. and it's very unhealthy now. So if we took steps to protect us we would take steps to protect the wilderness too which is why our forests are dying like they have been sine WIFI began... We really need to downgrade back to like 1g and even lower those levels too and not allow 5g or 6g. WIFI is the signal most threat along with AI to mankind!

I experience bad effects from radiation exposure. Mostly from masts that emit radiation. But also from wifi and mobile phones. I get tension in the brain, are more depressive, less focused, cognitive impact, headache, a feeling of stress all the time and restlessness. I have titan implants in my body which might increase illness.

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a family member of individuals affected by EMFs and as a concerned member of the public. Soon after we installed a wireless router and related devices in our home, a family member started experiencing severe headaches. Based primarily on the timing of the issue, we chose to add EMF negating devices on all of the powerfully emitting appliances in our home. There are hundreds of firms offering these devices, but we ended up purchasing from PureVibranz. I believe that the primary source causing the headaches was the wireless router, though there could have been a cumulative effect from exposure to multiple sources. Once the Electromagnetic radiation was neutralized, my family member's headaches ceased. The public needs to know that this technology is not benign, and that there are simple measures that can restore health if issues do arise. A minimal amount of research reveals that a significant portion of the population may react in negative ways to EMFs and RF radiation exposure; this is an important area for research and education given how integral these technologies are to our society. Thank you for providing the public with an opportunity to be finally be heard on this critical public health issue.

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
For approximately 15 years I have experienced earaches, migraines, dizziness, a persistent left-temple sick or “rotting” sensation, vertigo, intermittent tinnitus, brain fog, nausea, and fatigue. Over the years this has gotten worse from what I believe is stronger signals and more devices in my environment, through personal observation, conversations with others, and systematic trial and error, I have come to associate these symptoms with exposure to cell phones, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and other wireless devices. I have found that increasing distance from these sources and wearing a headset that specifically covers my left ear makes a substantial difference in how I feel. I am submitting a detailed Master Evidence Document (attached as PDF) that compiles scientific studies, the 2021 federal court ruling, reviews, and my personal observations regarding possible neurological and vestibular effects associated with RF-EMF exposure. I respectfully request that this information be considered as part of the agency’s review.

A public-health advocate reports perceived sensitivity, headaches, arrhythmia and social restrictions and…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
Submitted by: Beverly A. Jensen, Ph.D. Organization: 10 Million Moms for Safer Telecom 1. Who I Am I am Beverly A. Jensen, Ph.D., a public health specialist with a doctoral degree in Communication from the University of Washington (1987) and over 30 years managing public health campaigns. I am the founder of 10 Million Moms for Safer Telecom, a national mother-led movement to protect children from wireless radiation. The number 10 million is near the 3% that can shift culture and drive safer regulations. I operate KidsandEMF.com and WomensMedicineBowl.com, a science and policy resource since 2003. These comments represent my professional perspective, my lived experience, and the concerns of families I have worked with since 2019. 2. What I Have Observed I am both a public health specialist and an individual with documented adverse health effects from EMF exposure -- mirroring what hundreds have reported to me. 2019 -- Onset of EMF Sensitivity: In early 2019, walking in Washington, D.C., I experienced immediate skin burning near a concealed cell tower, after three months at four feet from a router 8-10 hours/day. In Seattle I measured a router at 297,000 uV/m -- far exceeding the Building Biology guideline of 1,000 uV/m for sleeping areas. Shielding it dropped radiation 97% while WiFi remained functional. A warning label could have prevented years of exposure. July 2020 -- Neurological Symptoms: I experienced severe headaches -- my first in 72 years. An ER MRI confirmed a fully healthy brain. Headaches correlated with high-RF environments and resolved when I left them. No practitioner questioned the environmental variable. Six years later, that is still true. February 2023 -- Cardiac Arrhythmia at 36K feet: Aboard a Lufthansa red-eye with active WiFi, I experienced serious cardiac arrhythmia. No exertion or stress was involved. I required PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field) intervention twice during the eight-hour flight. Cardiologists had found no structural cause; RF exposure was never investigated. RF is well documented to amplify in enclosed metal containers as devices search for signal. This deserves serious federal attention. What Mothers Are Reporting: Headaches beginning when schools installed WiFi. Sleep disruption resolving when routers were turned off. A 5-year-old with a cardiac event leaving a school yard with a cell tower -- now with permanent brain damage. An 11-year-old needing retina surgery with no prior screen safety guidance. Families in buildings with 140+ networks have fewest options. I exclude myself from most social events due to RF exposure. These symptom clusters -- headaches, tinnitus, sleep disruption, anxiety, fatigue, cardiac arrhythmia -- are consistent across thousands of families worldwide. The medical system fails to investigate. The independent science is in the attached Research Brief. 3. What I Am Asking HHS to Do - Update RF exposure limits to reflect post-1996 science, protecting children in schools, hospitals, and elder care - Fund independent research on long-term, cumulative RF exposure -- not industry-funded studies - Require Safe Use directions and distance labels at point of sale for all wireless devices - Establish a federal clearinghouse for RF-associated health symptom reporting - Coordinate with FCC on minimum-distance rules for cell infrastructure near schools and healthcare facilities - Require warning labels on all wireless devices - Commission a systematic review of electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EHS) as a recognized condition - Introduce RF monitoring and mitigation standards to OSHA for workplace protection - Establish federal oversight of the proliferation of embedded wireless transmitters in consumer products -- including children's toys, infant equipment, and smart home systems -- where no agency regulates their inclusion and no consumer consent is required 4. Why Mothers Are the Right Constituency The movements that produced lasting change -- lead paint, tobacco, drunk driving, car seats -- were driven by mothers who refused preventable harm. 10 Million Moms for Safer Telecom supplies that same political will around wireless radiation. We are building toward the 3% social tipping threshold. I urge HHS to treat this RFI as the beginning of a sustained policy process. The mothers of America are watching and will hold this administration accountable. Respectfully submitted, Beverly A. Jensen, Ph.D. Founder, 10 Million Moms for Safer Telecom www.KidsandEMF.com www.WomensMedicineBowl.com

A self-described healthcare professional argues that external fields disrupt endogenous energy fields and…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
Docket (HHS-OASH-2026-0397) I’ve been following the research on EMF radiation for over 10 years and it never ceases to astonish me, and at the same time disturbing, how the rollouts continue one after the other without any regard for human lives, animal life and the environment being destroyed to mine for these materials to make technologies that claim to be cleaner and greener. Far too long overlooked and of equal importance, is the human energy field and it’s role in maintaining health and vitality and what role foreign energy fields play in disrupting this health, vitality from the interactions of natural endogenous and foreign energy fields. We have been incrementally and systematically separated from the Earth’s natural energy fields with shoes that are not compatible, toxic clothing and other disconnects contributing to increased acute disorders and chronic illnesses. Our society has been selling us biologically incompatible goods for quite some time now. As an individual with lived experience and a healthcare professional I didn’t realize the impact until I started to experience symptoms. I began reducing all sources EMF in my home at the time instinctively before I had symptoms because it just felt right based on the reasearch. It wasn’t until after moving from a low EMF area to a high EMF area did my body system experience a type of shock, seizure like activity and development of ME/CFS, dysautonomia, migraines almost on a daily basis, carbohydrate intolerance, anxiety and chronic pain. I now know there are millions of others out there like me who are suffering daily by the continuous overabundance of towers/base stations, smart phones, laptops, wifi, electric & hybrid cars and smart meters and yet for the severe, these services and devices are their only connection to the outside world but what if, they are unknowingly worsening their symptoms and preventing recovery? We shall see in the forthcoming citations in this comment. ....... Complete paper with citations attached

Describes perceived insomnia during wireless sleep testing and remote CPAP monitoring, with improvement i…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
Hello, and thank you for finally addressing the harmful effects of EMFs/wifi. In 1999, I was injured in an auto accident that prevented, due to pain, my normal sleep: Without it, within one year, I had become diabetic. Sleep debt is a common cause of diabetes, fyi. This led to my being seen at Stanford Sleep Clinic and to undergo testing there. As I am on Medicare, after my initial verifications of sleep apnea, with need to use CPAP--that occurred in 2001--I was later required twice to redo the sleep study (to continue receipt of CPAP supplies). However, on the second recall--after that of the initial testing and first recall--Stanford had switched from their "plug electrodes on my head into the wall to get their readings of my brain and sleep overnight" to a system that is wholly EMFs emitting wifi. Now, instead of teh electrodes plugged into the wall, I had strapped around my body and over my solar plexus the device holding the leads to the electrodes on my scalp and other measuring devices on my body; further, this data was now being read via wifi. In short, I had been made into an equivalent of a cellphone tower. This was the night that I learned 1,000% I am EMF/wifi sensitive and that I cannot function properly on a normal bodily level nor mental level when directly serving as the conduit. There were no problems getting my first two readings: I fell asleep naturally, like I usually do. With this wifi testing scenario, I could not fall asleep; and it was difficult for them to record, thusly, my need for use of CPAP, for lack of my sleeping normally. So, this is well documented by Stanford Sleep Clinic. This helped explain to me why I felt so abnormal if in touch with a cellphone. Basically, the minute I touch one, I sense a charge going through my body and put it down. It also explained why I was not sleeping normally when a new CPAP machine arrived and was set to read from some distance my nightly activity. Once I realized this, I turn wifi off and go to airplane mode, so I an use the needed CPAP without also experiencing sleep disturbances and insomnia. In airplane mode, I sleep well using CPAP. In fact, I am some sort of miracle with CPAP as a user in my 0.3/hour AHIs--when accepted normal is 5/hour! But, if I am allowing them to monitor me and, thus, not in airplane mode, I am way, way worse than 5 AHIs/hr! So, my WorkForcePro Epson printer is set not to use wifi; my desktop computer does not use wifi; I cannot use a laptop (due to its emitting from the keyboard wifi); and I use a landline, so I do not have brain damage from use of cellphones. As a licensed primary health care provider, I am educated about the health problems associated with use of wifi; and I often end up with clients whose presentations are a direct result of their cellphone and/or laptop usage. I am also highly educated in the realities that the increasing Gs of cellphone towers are harmful to all within range, and that NO research that was not beneficial to the companies advancing this technology was ever considered nor required before approved for societal usage. So, thank you for getting around to learning what that decision has wrought upon the average citizen exposed to wifi whether they know it or not, want it or not. These days, one finds it difficult to find a cruise ship or hotel that is not a total wifi available 24/7 environment, or a place where smart meters are not in use, or a location free from cellphone towers, or even a public space without several involved with cellphones. (Back to sleep studies, what Stanford has is now the norm, so those who cannot be around wifi/EMFs cannot get a sleep study done these days, too!) Technically, the damage to the body is on the cellular level, with the calcium channel blockers being overwhelmed and, thus, cells--all of them in the body--are flooded with calcium, thus injuring the cells and damaging mitochondria; and researchers have demonstrated this repeatedly. I share one researcher's findings in the attached. The first series of images is of live blood looking at the cells, where the first shows the blood after 4 hours of not using wifi and the second shows the blood after carrying the cellphone in a backpack for 45-minutes, and the third shows the live blood after having the cellphone in hand and using it for 2 5-minute calls. The second attached is the same experiment with a different person. As you can see, what was normal becomes abnormal when a cellphone is near or on the body and, too, while in use. This is not normal. So, why are you allowing the entire population to be harmed in such a manner? Dr. Elizabeth Selandia, MLIS, MAIA, MAMS, OMD, CA

Reports disabling symptoms attributed to devices, barriers to work and care, and harmful experiences with…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
**HHS-OASH-2026-0397 — Public Comment** I am a patient and a person with disabilities. I have severe symptoms that I believe may be connected to electrical devices or wireless exposure. Possible triggers include computers, phones, Wi-Fi, appliances, lights, and vehicles. My symptoms include burning or electrical feelings, pressure, dizziness, nausea, ringing ears, poor balance, confusion, extreme tiredness, and sleep problems. These symptoms can make it hard to work, use a computer, travel, get medical care, and participate in the community. When I tried to explain my symptoms, providers didn't fully examine me. When I reported these sensitivities and could not explain them clearly, I was called psychotic and lacking insight. I was then forced to undergo a year of court-ordered psychiatric medication and injections, even though I reported having prior harmful reactions to these drugs. This only made the symptoms worse. Doctors should not assume these torturous symptoms are psychiatric. They should first consider head injury, medication effects, neurological problems, sensory disabilities, sleep problems, trauma, and environmental causes. Please consider that HHS: - create a simple way for patients to report symptoms and possible exposures; - study combined and long-term exposure from common devices; - require careful medical testing before symptoms are labeled psychiatric; and - support reasonable low-exposure and communication accommodations. People should not be dismissed simply because science has not yet explained their symptoms.
