I hold a master's degree in Medical Visualisation and Human Anatomy from the University of Glasgow and Glasgow School of Art. I submit this comment as a medical visualisation specialist and an individual reporting severe electromagnetic sensitivity (ES). 1. Health Experiences and Functional Impairment My experience of ES has profoundly affected my ability to work, travel, obtain healthcare, maintain housing, and participate in society. I experience migraines, stabbing pain, dizziness, nausea, burning sensations, and disrupted sleep that I associate with nearby wireless devices and infrastructure. I have invested in wired Ethernet, removal of wireless equipment, electrical mitigation, and RF shielding. These observations do not establish causation, but the functional limitations warrant clinical investigation. Scientific uncertainty should not justify dismissing patients or overlooking reasonable accommodations. 2. Exposure Standards and Risk Assessment Current RF limits focus on established adverse effects associated with tissue heating. Questions remain about chronic, modulated, and cumulative exposures. The National Toxicology Program (2018) reported clear evidence of carcinogenic activity involving malignant cardiac schwannomas in male rats exposed to high levels of 900 MHz RF radiation. These results cannot be directly extrapolated to everyday human exposure but merit further study. HHS should independently review whether current standards adequately address long-term outcomes and susceptible populations. 3. Exposure Measurement and Surveillance Real-world exposure includes simultaneous sources such as cellular infrastructure, Wi-Fi, smart meters, and connected devices. Measurements should document frequency, power density, field strengths, modulation, duty cycle, duration, and cumulative exposure. HHS should develop protocols combining personal dosimetry, environmental measurements, clinical observations, and longitudinal data. A voluntary ES registry could support epidemiological studies. 4. Potentially Sensitive Populations Children, pregnant women, older adults, people with implanted devices, occupationally exposed workers, and individuals reporting ES warrant focused study. Clinical evaluations should be multidisciplinary and respectful, investigating alternative explanations without dismissing symptoms. 5. Biological Mechanisms and Scientific Evidence Human tissues are intrinsically bioelectrical. Membrane potentials, ion gradients, and endogenous electric fields are fundamental to cardiac and neurological activity, cellular communication, and homeostasis. This does not establish that environmental RF causes injury, but supports investigation of possible interactions. Research should examine membrane electrophysiology, ion channels, oxidative stress, autonomic regulation, blood-brain barrier integrity, and cellular homeostasis. Anatomically registered medical visualisation could help integrate exposure data with physiological measurements. 6. Federal Research Priorities HHS should coordinate NIH, NIEHS, FDA, and CDC to: 1. Fund independent, reproducible studies of biological effects, including exposures below current limits. 2. Standardise clinical assessment of reported ES. 3. Support prospective studies combining dosimetry, physiological measurements, symptoms, and appropriate controls. 4. Investigate chronic and mixed-source exposures. 5. Evaluate wired telecommunications and non-transmitting utility alternatives as accommodations. 6. Publish methods, findings, funding sources, and conflicts of interest. Conclusion Scientific uncertainty must not become institutional indifference. For affected individuals, these questions concern housing, employment, healthcare, and participation in society. HHS should pursue rigorous, independent research that distinguishes established findings from hypotheses while taking functional impairment seriously. For those of us who are electromagnetically sensitive, the switch from LTE/4G to 5G was physically traumatic, deleteriously affecting the neuro-endocrine system, sleep patterns and overall health in many. I personally had to return several new iphones as simply holding them to look at the screen triggered numbness and radiating pain from my hand up my arm. After typing a short text message, it took almost an hour for the pain and numbness to dissipate. I do not ordinarily have any pain or numbness in my hands or arms so the causation was obvious an repeatable. If I held it, it appeared. When I set it down and moved away from it, it slowly dissipated. Ultimately I sought out used older equipment that was built for LTE/4G but could make it to 5G. As the suppliers are always pushing forward with their new designs and the used supply is diminishing, I am living on borrowed time equipment-wise. I am a small business owner and a trained lawyer. I am not a quack. I am simply electromagnetically sensitive thus I become the "canary in the coal mine" that reveals what is more slowly harming others. And I am not alone. Please step the system limits back to 4G/LTE or hold them at 5G. Do not push forward. thank you for your time.

I not only have had problems with being around Wi-Fi signals, I live in a house with high voltage that are 30 feet from my front porch. The put out EMF of a level of 7 mGuass. It causes numbness in my feet and hands. I have dealt with Entergy and they claim that the EMF level is within tolerance. I don’t agree. I have taken the same meter and have been under a high voltage line that run down Hwy 59/I69 in the Kingwood Texas area and I can’t get the meter to read anything but zero. The company that supplies that area is Centerpoint Energy.

EMF and RF and wireless radiation is unregulated near homes schools or places people can become negatively affected . Switzerland has far more stringent requirements and the United States is allowing far more radiation to its citizens. In addition HAARP NOAA release harmful amount of energy that negativly affect citizens. Meters that measure this energy should be present in homes schools and places people gather. HAARP and NoAA should be dismantled.

It is beyond reckless and dangerous to continue to roll out this wireless infrastructure knowing that is deeply dangerous to the health of not only humans but all life on the plant and especially insects. The entire food web collapses without insects and especially bees. Destroying all life on the planet with this dangerous technology is nothing short of a Holocaust of epic proportions! Shut it all down now!

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. The public needs to be protected from these harmful EMFs, RF & Wireless radiation. In the past 5-10 years, as the 5G arrays in my town increased from 32 to over 50, my health has deteriorated. I had and overcame cancer, currently have heart palpitations, tinnitus and full body arthritis. I’ve called my electric company asking them to remove the smart meter from my home -they refused, There are numerous 5G arrays les than a mile down the street, pointing towards my home and neighborhood and there’s nothing anyone can do about it. I appreciate HHS looking into this matter and hopefully creating legislation to limit these harmful EMFs

The 5G towers flipped on on our nations grids on January 19, 2022, and I could not sleep and did not sleep for 9 consecutive days upon them doing so. It also legitimately caused a mold storm inside the very walls of my dwelling and no one is being held accountable for this heinous, reckless crime against our people that requests 0 votes and demands judgment and righteousness to fall upon such an excruciating, self-righteous decision that violates the No Trespassing part of Private Property in our Bill of Rights. As it[5G+6G+] bounces like a laser-beamed ping pong at harsh angles and uses an algorithm through walls and metals that were not carefully thought out to prevent or protect us, the body takes the transdermal impact. So does the other intelligent living species, fungal spores who are disturbed by the exposure and cause upon it an explosive spore increase which too is transdermal. What it[5G+6G+all other G's stationed] causes the nation's People in terms of grievous harms, legitimately and seriously deserves, without hesitation, the inspection into the protecting of our citizens as it is of highest importance, to establish it's merit of AntiTrust and negligence in the Supreme Court, with a unanimous leaning unicameral cry from our People that 5G Self-Evidently produces said grievous harms and trespasses upon our Rights; violating our "unalienable", "inalienable" Irrevocable Rights promised to us by God, our Original Founding Father, and all the rest, via We The People Who Hold These Truths, without us consenting to the experiences but having to suffer through them, as it is in our homes and penetrating into our Living Tabernacles, which are our physical vessels (bodies) made by God in His image. This is not just senseless. It is Unconstitutional. The Supreme Court deserves to speak unanimously, and be led by God the Creator in doing so, who does not enjoy us being radiated, or microwaved, with injurious frequencies, as that has no qualities of Heaven whatsoever. We are not data. We are humanity and Constituents of a very overtly and overly exposed Nation, and 5G, which is robbing and burglarizing every day and night people's quality of life in their dwelling spaces that include their private property, both in where they live and where they speak truth out of their mouths. Living tabernacles are not to be cooked without consent, nor manipulated by waves that alter their quality of life in their civil liberties and beyond. Do not touch my anointed ones! Do my prophets no harm. -- Word of God. They who made this 5G have violated the Living Word!

A micro wave mini tower was installed outside my home in the street, not known what device it is, or its frequencies. No ability to stop the install on the " right of way " owned by Verizon or T-Mobile. My bedrooms are bombarded with high Ghz frequencies that disturb sleep. I have a meeter that read the levels and they are high. There is no escaping it. How do I prove it? put the meter in the microwave oven to show that the filter on the micro wave that cooks yoru food actually stops the radiation RF poisoning. Nothing to stop it, nothing to turn down the levels. Its tehre radiating RF and Radar into the house.

“I hope that HHS will use this opportunity to create a comprehensive report on the current medical, biological, and public health knowledge regarding these effects and take action on that. Please consider the experiences of those affected by this radiation as part of what is reviewed to come up with what should be the scientific underpinnings to actual protective standards and action by the federal government.” The absolute profusion of wifi signals has inhabited nearly every facet of American life, and the assumption of safety after a few, short term studies is not enough. The American public deserves safe, studied, and careful technology, not just what the tech industry can pump out as fast as possible. It is time to look with care, scientific, and critical eyes what is inhabiting our homes, schools, and businesses.

We have no reason for 5G or 6G, actually everything worked fine before all that. Do you really know for certain this is safe?? If the answer is no or you don’t know, then assume it is NOT safe!!
