I have over a decade of medical history that would validate are consistent with what have been coined anomalous health incidents aka Havana Syndrome and more recently ‘ directed energy biological effects’ . Through a progression of research knowledge I have come to discover the criminal nonconsensual use of a hidden surveillance mesh network has been put in my environment . It is being used for biomedical, bio- engineering, research without permission or compensation. I am being bombarded in lethal saturation of electromagnetic radiation which is extremely dangerous and it causes damage unset of disease processes and early death. There are no laws and guidelines on exposure limits. The FCC and the IEEE are exceeding and not providing checks and balances. I’m very concerned not only for myself and my family but the overall community as a whole. The rampant deployment of various RF / UMTS / IMSI / Infrasound antennas beacons transmitters receiver systems being deployed may have widespread negative health and geophysical impacts on the population and earth. I attached a picture of my EMF Meter called GQ EMF-390 on EF setting and in the pic you should see how high the VM is. i think it was well over 1000 vm that is several thousand vm Higher than what's called just high. 10vm is high so 1000vm is going to be deadly high. The SAR scam states the safety level of wireless radiation is 1.6 Watts per kilogram of weight. In 1951, as Dr. Andrew Marino states, the newly invented FDA microwave ovens (then called 'radar ranges') needed a label on cooking times for certain recipes. Then Dr Henry Schwan and their team they experimented on animals, mostly dogs, with the radar first and this caused blindness and some testicular degeneration. then the report stated 'the animals were not tested while they were dying'', and they then dissected the dog into separate kilograms of skin, muscle, organs, and found the rare to med rare dog meat would be the safety level the FDA handed to the FCC to use as a safety level. There is no safe level of microwave irradiation, as Dr. Marino states- the two cases are irrelevant. Scientist Dr. Olle Johansson states a cosmic storm is the only safe level (0.0000000001 microwatts per meter square to 0.0000000000001 microwatts per meter square). Smart meters are dangerous. I was part of an opt out program & my utility company changed out my meter without authorization. They were just supposed to read my meter. I started feeling electrical impulses at the tumor site & immediately jumped outside to ask the meter reader if he changed my meter. He said ,“yes, how did you know?” I told him that I could immediately feel it and to change it back to analog. Now the utility company has removed all opt outs, despite dealing with cancer & reacting to the pulsed rfr’s from the meter and they turned off my power for refusing a smart meter that is damaging to my health. This is nothing short of coercion & I should have autonomy to decide for health reasons. I cannot even hold a cell phone without getting a headache & if I stand by my router that is 4G and un a semi-faraday cage a headache ensues. I truly think these things are really not safe, based on my own experience.

Aloha, My name is Patrick Watson and I am 59 years old and active in good health. My wife is 3 years younger than I. We have both recently been facing unprecedented health challenges and are concerned that the newly built cellular towers near us may be partially to blame. However our home has recently been bordered by 2 cellular towers in Kapolei. The most recent tower was built to our east near the eastbound H-1 exit to Kualakai Parkway. The other older tower is tk our west near the H-1eastbound entrance at Ft. Barrett/Makakilo drive. I am extremely concerned about the cumulative effect if both of these towers so close to our home. We have also recently had high voltage towers installed close to our home aling Farrington Highway. Does any third party risk assessment study take place without prejudice such as State, County, or developer subcontractors, in order to obtain a fair result? The community needs such protections in place. We also need swift DOH enforcement to be able yo halt operations and provide further studies should their be any suspected risks. Mahalo, Patrick

I and my late mother have both experienced insomnia at night while we had her First Alert modem on throughout the night. This occurred every night since we had it hooked up and at first I didn't realize that was the root of our insomnia until I realized that I also had insomnia when I originally kept my computer modem logged on 24 hours a day. The First Alert modem also was a type of modem as well. Since my mother was safe in her lift chair, we decided to just unplug the modem at nights, and both of us were able to sleep at nights from then on. My mother has since passed away and my internet is now 5G. I noticed when I accidentally forget to shut the modem off at night, I have that familiar insomnia. The next morning, sure enough- the power strip was left on. So I make a point to shut the power strip off where the modem is plugged in before going to sleep. Years ago, when would go into the section of Sears where they had HD Tv's on display, the hair would stand up on my arms and I would feel the almost oppressive energy near those TV's... it drove me away from that part of the store. Some people and animals are more sensitive to EMF than others, so there needs to be some kind of protection for consumers.
