To Whom it may concern, PRIOR TO BEING FITTED WITH BLUETOOTH HEARING AIDS, I WAS MENTALLY FIT, AND PHYSICALLY ABLE TO PERFORM AT A HIGH LEVEL OF ABILITIES, CAPABLE TO DOING A NUMBER OF TYPES OF EMPLOYMENT. TODAY IT IS A STRUGGLE TO MAKE IT THROUGH THE DAY OR ACHIEVE A TINY FRACTION OF DAILY TASK'S. As a result of this Bluetooth Wireless product and manufacturer negligence, In 2023, my life was forever changed due to a brain injury causing massive damages. The physical and emotional toll has been devastating for myself and my wife. While wearing your product in 2023, I went to ER 4 times, 3 times by EMS, and 2 times in Intensive Care. I was fitted with a pair of Widex, Moment Sheer 220’s, and given no forewarning of the known risks of this product and not given any MSDS information. Studies on the effects of EMW’s on epileptic seizures have been done dating back to 2013 and beyond. The World Health Organization and scientists around the world have been sounding the alarm since 2009. It took my wife about 2 minutes to do an internet search and discover studies and information indicating that the BT Hearing Aids are the reason I’ve been having epileptic episodes and seizures. Yet I was not forewarned in the least, nor was I given any MSDS information, Which Widex tells me doesn’t exist for this product. I am now EMF sensitive to Wi-Fi /5G/Bluetooth etc. I cannot sleep under these EMF’s without being deathly ill when I wake up. Wi-Fi is all around me and I cannot escape exposure. This now triggers silent seizures that make my life a living hell. Many days have been spent non-functional and in extreme misery. I end each day terrified of what I will have to endure the next morning/day, then the misery begins. I open my eyes and begin my medication needs, while the hypertension grows and that triggers epilepsy and silent seizures. Nausea from my gut to my throat, dizziness and so much more, destroying all quality of life and replaced with extreme misery. The brain damage/Injury I have suffered from using Bluetooth hearing aids make living in today's world unbearable, and a constant attack on my well-being and quality of life. I lost my job when my boss learned these hearing aids had been causing me to have seizures. With that I lost a $500,000.00 life insurance policy. I have been evaluated by the Social Security Administration and found totally disabled and unfit to handle my own finances. Below you will find a summary of the damages to date: As a result of this using this product, I have incurred the following damages: Hospital / Medical ~ $160,000.00 Follow Up Care (Lifelong) Brain Injury/Damage Electromagnetic Sensitivity (ES) & Hypertension (EMH) – Uncontrolled Epilepsy Memory Loss Loss of recall & focal abilities Depression Lost Wages Lost Life Insurance – $500,000.00 Loss of hearing Pain and Suffering Loss of quality of life This wireless product has shown to cause harm. Manufacturer negligence has forever changed my life, and their product is a direct cause of my injuries, pain and suffering not to mention two List of Documentation • Deposition letter from a specialist Doctor and world class research center. I do not want sound waves and radiation can disrupt nature’s cycle, especially bees and birds, that would be impacted by this. Also, if you are not willing to have your own children be subjected to this, why are you wanting citizens to be? It is no different than Mengele’s experiments at Auschwitz. You are doing it without the persons knowledge of the ramifications and without their consent. You want to say what you are doing but not in full transparency as to what you are doing that’s harmful and possibly deadly. You don’t care about a persons worth, or their own liberty. You want to take their liberties and destroy them, because you want to decide their fate. You are no different than Hitler, but maybe worse, because you hide behind legislation, you hide behind a citizens false belief that you wouldn’t harm them, and you give a false pretense that we are free. We are not free if we are experimented upon without our consent and full knowledge. This is communism enacted upon the government that was founded on the liberties you trample upon. You don’t care about inalienable rights nor the sanctity of human life, or for nature, If you did, this experimentation would be out of the question and I wouldn’t be commenting at the present. We do not consent to weather manipulation, we do not consent to radio frequency radiation, we do not consent to EMF.

The federal guidelines that are used to determine the safety limits for exposure to wireless radiation are decades old and have not kept pace with the rapid expansion of wireless technology or the growing body of scientific research raising concerns about its effects on human health and the environment.  We must have more independent and rigorous transparent research for wireless radiation- particularly in populations such as children and the elderly.  Most of the outlined research was done 10-15 years ago- which is outdated especially since the phones and the internet have ramped up their radiation outputs. But looking at what has been already researched, I found one study which shows DNA strand damage from "industry accepted radiation levels".  https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/31138035/ There has been previous research into how EMF disrupts the immune system. I am concerned about this. More research is needed. I myself get severe headaches due to my sensitivity to the electromagnetic radiation.  I avoid staying near cell towers because of these headaches. When not near the towers,  I am headache free.   Thank you for finally looking into more up-to-date research so that others can also benefit.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a person who has dealt with multiple health issues due to environmental toxicities. I don't know the extent to which EMFs have affected me. I don't know the extent it may continue to impair already challenging health concerns. And that is the point. There is simply not enough information about how something so new to human interaction how these levels/types of radiation are affecting us. And until that is properly understood, guard rails need to be put on the expansion of these energies and protections from what is already here. Until we know for sure, it is your responsibility to know how dangerous this technology is--to protect the people who rely on you to do so. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. EMF and RF dangers are scientifically documented. There are a lot of health issues that get ignored as the general public tends to not be concerned about what they can't see. You, as an organization, have the ability to view all the studies. More importantly, you have the ability to do something about it. Please move to action to protect the people of America. Thank you.

Stop the 5G radiation, it’s hazardous to human health and all of life including our beloved honeybees

1996 is a long time ago, you need to do serious testing and include testing from other western country’s in your results. There have been many studies over several years and all seem to indicate a serious health concern. Stop talking to and taking money from lobbiests and update the actual science behind it. No 6G until the results are confirmed, considered and included in a national congressional document and voted on in the people’s health and best interest. Also, consideration of the property values that are decimated by having a cell tower in your area. You have to ask why they won’t put one next to schools or fire stations?!
