I've made two or three comments so far, but want to try and add Some evidence from people that are scientists. Actually as far back as 2009 is when they first found a small dot on my left kidney. Then in 2014 from a back doctor that had me get a MRI that showed that spot had grown. I lost my left kidney then and then in 2017 it spread to my right adrenal gland and lost that. Later on it moved to my second rib from the top of my left back side. But has since then been in remission. I lost a foot of my intestine due to a hole that they found in it and think that EMF radiation from cell towers and smart meters ate a hole in it. Also ate a hole in my bladder. I now have to wear a Nephrostomy bag in my back in my right kidney since my ureter is blocked since 2025. When I leave home I feel better since a cell tower is nearby like less than two miles away. and now we've had to be forced take this stupid smart meter that our Electric company says we can't change back to analog. They say I can go off grid, but then we'd not have power. They wont let me change back to analog. I feel sick, dizzy, listless, and run down all the time now. I didn't use to when they didn't have all this EMF and smart meters. I've lost hearing and eye site too. I have to use two hearing aids now that I didn't need to do not long ago. My eye sight is also bad because of EMF, EF, and RF signals and radiation. Wee need to roll this back to 80's levels and change back to analog meters and analog TV... AI also needs to be held accountable it's too dangerous. At least the people who program it do... The cable companies too. Get a sound meter hook it up to if possible to coax lines, and test all frequencies for at least the 138 hz that my chat bot said was a predominate signal that should not be in the air or grid. Also test people with like a Heat camera infrared and see the hot spots on people. I can record over the air using a voice recorder in multiple spots at once so it's a universal signal that should not be there and accompanies microwaves and other forms of EMF, EF, and RF and smart meters. I can only hear it in my hearing aids so it means that a EMF, EF, RF, and smart meter, and some sort of radio signals are being sent at low level Frequencies at about the 138hz or so.. IT changes but that's about what it is maybe the carrier wave of this signals...

Public Comment on RF/EMF Exposure and Human Health Docket HHS-OASH-2026-0397 Dear HHS Review Team: Please accept my attached public comment, Strengthening Federal Research, Regulation and Public Health Guidance on Radiofrequency Exposure, submitted in response to the Department's Request for Information published September 21, 2026 (91 FR 59792). My submission examines scientific evidence concerning radiofrequency radiation and human health, including animal carcinogenicity findings, human epidemiology, reproductive and neurological effects, children's exposures, wireless infrastructure, and emerging 5G and 6G technologies. The comment identifies significant unresolved scientific questions and proposes seven concrete federal actions to strengthen independent research, reassess existing exposure standards, improve public health guidance, and protect potentially vulnerable populations. I respectfully urge HHS to give these findings and recommendations careful consideration and to use this opportunity to establish a more rigorous, transparent, and precautionary approach to RF exposure and public health. 3A) Smart Meters, WIFI, 5G Wireless Towers 3B) My townhouse was a 4 unit building. ComEd installed 4 Smart Meters on the outside of my bedroom wall at the level of my heart & head. When they transmitted it felt like electricity going thru my chest and ears, hurting, pulsing with high pitched whistling. I noticed a sound of water rushing thru all my heating units (dirty electricity) was happening at 4 hr intervals. 3C-3D-3E) I would get a high-pitched whistling that got louder and louder. My health was really getting worse. I went to an ENT doctor to have my ears checked. Also to an Audiologist to check what I thought was a very vast difference in my tinnitus. It started from just the whistling noise getting louder, then to extremely increased very loud pulsing pain going from ear to ear thru my brain. Both specialists basically ignored what I was describing, making me believe that I was just imagining it. Every MD that I discuss this issue with seems to have no clue what EMF/RF sensitivity or poisoning even is. I ended up suffering a Progressive Stroke that has left me with an Involuntary Movement Disorder. It took 3 Neurology Specialists to determine what was happening to me. 3F) I had electricians and HVAC people out so many times they thought I was crazy and imagining it all. They could find nothing wrong. It happened usually at night, so I was not getting proper sleep. I moved to my 2nd bedroom in the townhouse to sleep hoping that would help. Only slightly better but I still couldn't sleep while there was any transmission from the Smart Meters, local 5G Towers or other's WIFI. I had to SELL my townhouse because my health was deteriorating every day. I moved to an apartment unit that was as far away from the Smart Meters in the building. I was doing ok until the 5G rolled out from the local Towers. Then I was also experiencing more problems with my neighbor's WIFI. I know my neighbor's schedules because of their WIFI usage! When the WIFI turns on, I wake up. During the day is a little easier. I have to limit my phone usage or suffer a headache and vertigo. I personally have no WIFI. I use an Ethernet cord for my personal computer, and my TV is also non-WIFI. I do not keep any devices in my bedroom. I have found some shielding from the WIFI of my neighbors with types of EMF prevention items. I sleep with a blanket, scarf, and T-shirt that have silver threading. I can tolerate small doses with my cell phone (that is never kept in my bedroom). Most nights I sleep with the scarf around my head to cover my ears & brain, and the T-shirt for my heart and internal organs. 3M) Please limit the wireless infrastructure to below whatever is happening with the 5G. Measuring and surveilling the current infrastructure and stopping the industry from going any higher with their advancements would be beneficial to the general public. Really, how fast does Internet need to be?

I am very concerned with negative impacts from EMF , RF & wireless exposure. Unbiased studies need to be done & information from all the studies that have already been done analyzed . FCC reports on testing devices must be made public .

This should be a no-brainer. Dangerous products are legal thanks to a standard known to be inappropriate? Have the manufactureraimprove their products. They will still make billions. If American companies do not adopt an appropriate standard they will lose business to countries that have, or that require for import, higher standards.

MY NEIGHBORS AND ANIMALS ARE DYING I am SICK. My family members have been SICK SINCE more than a hundred UNREGULATED TOWERS WENT LIVE over our community. This has been a challenge for me to get anyone to help in my community. I wanted to share my story in hopes of helping others. My story is one of many in Terrebonne Parish. After multiple (9) 300-foot 5G towers were put over our homes, four 300-foot 5G towers were put over my home and animal sanctuary, and four 300-foot towers were put over my office. At the same time, smart meters were put on my home, along with those of every other Entergy customer. I began getting sick, very sick. It began in my petting area with heart palpitations, headaches, vomiting, ringing in my ears, confusion, bleeding gums, insomnia, nightmares, dizziness, anxiety, ears buzzing 24 hours a day, severe fatigue, muscle weakness, and more. I have now been diagnosed with radiation syndrome / EHS (electromagnetic hypersensitivity syndrome) caused by extreme exposure to radiation. Many residents are experiencing similar symptoms. Countless children are now suffering. Being a very healthy person my whole life, this has been a life-changing situation. I am usually the one helping others; now I need your help. I never thought this could happen until I was forced to face it by becoming sick. I'm not sure where this illness will take me. However, I must do all I can to protect my family and my community. Seven neighbors on my street and friends have died after the towers went live over their homes. Many other residents are also sick. My community is surrounded by towers that have no regulatory testing information, nor does our planning department ask for it, citing the FCC's outdated RF radiation guidelines. I became certified in RF radiation testing. I now test the towers and smart meters. I can confirm that the EMF (electromagnetic frequency) / RF (radio frequency) radiation being emitted is extreme for every single product, tower, and smart device I have tested. has been a fight to protect my family, my community, and myself, with EVERYONE CITING THE FCC'S OUTDATED RF RADIATION GUIDELINES. I had to learn all I could about this to protect my health and theirs. I've had to turn my home, where I have lived for 28 years, into an EMF-safe house (until I sell it), as well as my barn, which is surrounded by EMF material and protection. My bed is covered with EMF protection as well due to the radiation levels in my home. I now have to wear protective clothing all day. Leaving my safe area means becoming exposed due to the unbridled towers around me. I am a very private person. This is not easy to share, but if I do not ask for help now, many more innocent people will be sick, or they will die like my neighbors, my friends, and my animals. Since the towers went live, six of my horses have died instantly under the towers. All of my little animals have died. My 200-pound tortoises started going blind. I'm not sure where the daily radiation exposure will take me, so I thought now is the best time to ask for your help in making a change. THE FCC MUST REGULATE THE RADIATION, OR THE DEATH & DESTRUCTION WILL NEVER END. Technology is safe only if it is REGULATED.

While EMFs affect all ages, children are uniquely vulnerable and deserve special consideration. They are exposed to wireless radiation at increasingly young ages, often beginning during pregnancy and continuing throughout childhood and adulthood in their homes, schools, communities, and workplaces. The widespread use of screens and wireless devices has become normalized and encouraged, while questions about hazardous, long-term and cumulative exposure effects remain routinely ignored by federal regulatory agencies and government authorities. The FCC’s current RF exposure guidelines were established in 1996 and are fundamentally flawed and outdated. Wireless technology and infrastructure has exploded since the guidelines were introduced, and yet the industry has actively suppressed the extensive body of scientific literature that clearly demonstrates harm to people and the environment. Furthermore, federal regulatory agencies have yet to demonstrate to the public that the FCC’s decades-old RF exposure guidelines adequately protect children, other vulnerable populations and the environment from the risks of exposure. Rather than continuing to dramatically expand population-wide wireless radiation exposure, we should exercise a precautionary approach when it comes to wireless and take this opportunity to thoroughly examine the current state of scientific literature and conduct new studies that appropriately consider the long-term consequences of ubiquitous and cumulative exposure to current and future wireless environments. That means supporting independent research into the health and developmental effects of RF radiation, particularly the effects on children, pregnant women, and other vulnerable populations. Additionally, it is equally critical that federal regulatory agencies are transparent about the body of scientific literature that is used to establish exposure standards, and must ensure that they are based on biologically-relevant models. This scientific literature must be independent of industry influence and any entity that has a financial interest in continued wireless deployment. It is of utmost importance that HHS and other public health agencies play a central role in evaluating the evidence and identifying where research gaps remain. We must not allow yet another generation of children to be harmed by the effects of wireless radiation. For the sake of our children and their future, we must consider independent science, exercise transparency, and implement the necessary protections to make safer, and more responsible decisions about the wireless environment in which they are growing up. I urge HHS to prioritize rigorous, independent, and transparent research into the health and developmental effects of wireless radiation, particularly for children and other vulnerable populations. As wireless technologies become increasingly embedded in our daily lives, we have a responsibility to ensure that their widespread use is guided by sound science and accompanied by safeguards that fully protect children’s health and development.

The European Commission has adopted a new standard requiring cellphones to be tested for radiation while touching the body — which is how people actually carry and use cellphones: in a pocket or against the skin. We should do the same. Additionally, the cell phones check for the closest cell tower every few seconds when the phone is on which radiates the body for hours a day. I see teenage girls carrying them in their back pocket resulting in colon cancer rates increasing in younger people. For years, since 2006, I have had dizziness, joint pain, skin burning, trouble sleeping, headaches, hormone imbalances, muscles aches, and heart palpitations. I never dreamed EMFs & RF could be causing all of my issues because I trusted Government Regulations. After researching how wireless devices (routers, phones, smart tv, computers) can have massive amount of radiation & EMFs flowing in your living space, therefore into you and through you. Unfortunately, no one knows the amount of damage that has been done and how it has affected my family's quality of life. October 4, we lost our family pet. Emergency Vet diagnosis was heart failure. I live very close to a EMF Tower and I believe these frequencies and radiation killed him because pets are more sensitive. "We The People" need our Government caring more about us, the people, humanity. We need air quality control, radiation & frequencies control. For starters please read the books The Body Electric by Robert O Becker and Going Somewhere by Andrew A. Marino. One will see that big tech and big money can suppress information regarding the "potential" detrimental effects of EMFs, RF, etc. on the human body. We need to understand that there is potential for bad effects and allow for personal preference when being exposed to these, as well as being informed about how much we are being exposed to, where and how. Even Russia keeps a lower rate of allowable exposure than the US and most people you would bring this issue up to would regard you as crazy for even mentioning it. We need to better inform as well as have studies performed that one of the parties does not benefit financially from the outcome. Please address this issue, it is huge for human health and wefare.
