Thank you for your consideration in this very serious matter as ai and Wi-Fi are expanding throughout the world. As a microscopist in the health industry, we can plainly see how the red blood cells are directly affected by the invisible frequencies that all cell towers and modems emit. We can plainly see how the red blood cells are unable to carry the oxygen that is necessary for optimum health. We can actively see the structure of the red blood cells changing and how this significantly reduces the life of each individual red blood cell. This affects the person in many different ways, including but not limited to, headaches, brain fog, nervous system irregularity, and respiratory issues of great concern. It has not been proven and hardly tested exactly what these frequencies are doing to the human population and all living things.
Please pass legislation that will immediately and indefinitely limit the frequencies from the Wi-Fi/ai ability to affect the human population and all living things on the planet. Please allow unbiased research to be done extensively not just on the human being but all living things including animals and our Flora.
Thank you for your time and consideration!
We need independent safety testing to limit the amount of wireless radiation we all receive before this electronic control grid is finalized and the health effects ignored. Please make this a priority to have finalized as quickly as possible as no one is advocating on behalf the is people who are paying for and suffering from its implementation. Thank you
Please pass this bill to keep us informed. Utility companies should not be allowed to keep us in the dark. Let's use real science to analyze impacts instead of trusting the utility companies, whose shareholders profit from our use, to try out new technology using us as their guinea pigs. Thank you!
I am submitting this comment as a consumer concerned about long-term exposure to wireless radiation from phones, Wi-Fi routers, cell towers, and other connected devices.
I urge HHS to conduct a thorough, independent review of whether current exposure limits adequately protect public health. This review needs to consider those most heavily exposed and should examine potential effects beyond tissue heating, including evidence concerning cancer, reproductive health, and children’s development.
Please prioritize research that reflects how people actually encounter wireless radiation: repeated exposure over many years, often from multiple sources and devices used close to the body. Assessments should consider signal strength, pulse patterns, duration, and combined exposure.
Please consider Melnick and Moskowitz’s 2026 analysis of animal data, which argues that existing exposure limits may inadequately protect against cancer and reproductive harm (https://doi.org/10.1186/s12940-026-01288-6). I also ask HHS to evaluate Lai and Levitt’s review of exposure intensity, duration, and signal modulation (https://doi.org/10.1080/15368378.2022.2065683), and Scarato’s review of US regulatory gaps and proposed reforms (https://doi.org/10.3389/fpubh.2025.1677583). These papers warrant careful consideration alongside the broader evidence, including studies that have not found adverse effects.
I ask HHS to:
•Assess whether additional protections are needed for children, pregnant women, and other potentially vulnerable groups.
•Support long-term research with safeguards against industry conflicts of interest.
•Provide clear information about exposure and practical ways to reduce it, including wired alternatives in homes and schools.
•Recommend updated standards wherever the evidence shows that existing limits are insufficient.
Consumers should not have to navigate these questions alone. Please use this inquiry to advance transparent science, meaningful oversight, and public health protection.

For the first 61 years of my life, I was not exposed to EMF as I had not cell phone nor WIFI router and neither did my landlords. Then I moved into a senior housing building and am now exposed to EMF from WIFI routers from other apartments (I have no router in my apartment.). I have insomnia and what sleep I do get is non-restorative as I toss and turn like crazy. I have developed loud tinnitus, suffer from constant fatigue with muscle pain throughout my body, am annoyed by brain fog and have frequent frontal lobe headaches (I have never had headaches prior to this, even when ill.). When I leave my apartment for a few days to go out into the country, these symptoms lessen - so I know they are from all the exposure to EMFs my body has been forced to deal with for the past several years. I would move, but cannot afford a home in the country and there is no way I can avoid the exposure. Please codify into law strict regulations regarding cell towers and data centers, as well as satellite internet connection and WIFI routers. Thank you.
My older sister has been dealing with EMF related problems for approximately 10 years. It has escalated into such a debilitating disease that she has difficulty going anywhere public. Cell phones, electronics, etc. will stimulate pain in her face and cause havoc with her body. I also was exposed to other people with this condition when I worked in a health food store that sold supplements. Cell towers every where exacerbates problems for these folks. I personally struggle with chemical sensitivities and have heard/read that it can lead to EMF problems so I am very aware of this situation. We are all fooling ourselves into thinking that this stuff doesn't affect us and I wonder about the younger generation who are exposed 24/7. Regulation is definitely needed and all this equipment surrounding us is going to have consequences.
1996 regulations are archaic and useless, like Model-T regulations being applied to modern automobiles.
It is time to rewrite these rules, putting public safety and awareness up front, instead of industry profits. Telecom should NOT be writing it's own rules!
I am a wife, a mom of 4, an RN, an avid volunteer, and now highly sensitive to EMF's.
I have had zero health issues until in February of this year I was in a "Smart Neighborhood" after recovering from the flu and covid. My body felt recovered, but my immune system was still clearing it. I was there to visit a sick relative in the hospital. The first night there I began having chest pressure, a resting heartrate of 120, and tingling in my hands and feet. I went to the ER to see if I was having a heart attack. Once I was cleared at the hospital, the tingling continued to spread up my arms and legs. The tingling turned into burning like I was on fire. I cut my trip short and came home and immediately saw my Dr. After multiple scans, I was asked what kind of EMF's I had been exposed to. That was when we realized that the EMF's from the "Smart Neighborhood" and the hospital exposure combined with my recovering immune system has essentially poisoned my system. Since then, my genetics testing has shown that I have the MTHFR mutation. They say 40-60 percent of the population has this. It makes my system more susceptible to any type of toxin.
To this day, 9 months later, I am unable to touch a live cell phone. I am unable to be near a live cell phone. I am hardly able to navigate in a wifi environment. It has crippled my ability to work, go to church, and volunteer as I did. I have spent thousands on supplements, red light therapies, iv infusions, acupuncture, chiropractic, massage therapy, etc. to try to help mitigate this. We have hard wired our home so that I can function here. But I will say that even living on 12 acres, I can pick up on up to 5 different wifi signals in my home from nearby farms. It's almost impossible to get away from it all.
I know my situation is extreme sensitivity. But, I am clear that many are suffering milder effects and aren't correlating it to EMF's. Headaches, random nausea, exhaustion, brain fog, etc. Because we live in such a world that you can't hardly get away from it, it is hard to connect without the right Dr.
When we try to go away for a trip, I have to drive because a plan is one of the worst. I can't hardly find a place that will allow me to turn off the wifi to stay. Restaurants are an issue. Grocery stores are an issue. Getting gas is an issue.
I will continue to fight for my health, and also to educate people on something that I was very unaware of before this happened to me in February. I realize that technology isn't going anywhere, but whether we have the warning signals in our body or not, we are ALL getting damaged from EMF's. There has to be better regulations put into place to protect us. To protect the children. To protect the unborn.
