2. I represent myself as an individual 3A. My comment covers in home wifi, smart meters (both electric and gas), cell towers, and cell phones. All of which I have had on my property, including a tower which is still here on my property. 3B. My worst experience has been with Smart Meters. I had one on the gas meter which was against the exterior wall of the house. That same wall was the wall of my bedroom where my bed was located. So when I laid down my head was 3 feet from the meter. My house had burned down and during the rebuild these smart meters were installed on the infrastructure that was still located there. I had no experience with them before and when we moved into the rebuilt house my sleep was instantly disturbed. I thought it was the wifi or the tower which were also installed during this time and bought devices to help with emf reduction, including a faraday cloth over my entire bed. And things worked in small increments. I had not realized the gas meter was also changed to smart and lived with that for 5 years. Just this summer I had both smart meters (elect and gas) removed and instantly my sleep was back to normal. Under the influence of the emf my sleep was agitated with lots of waking up with my heart racing and then no matter how long I layed in bed I woke up with baggy eyes not feeling rested. I would spend time on the couch in a different room and sleep much better but my back was not as comfortable there as in my bed. Interior wifi has also disturbed my sleep. I removed all wifi from the house, and now have it through repeaters using Eero which lands outside the house on the porch and I can plug in repeaters inside the house when I need to. Then unplug them when finished. This has been happening for 6 years. My cell phone also disturbs my sleep. So I charge it at the furthest point away from me across my room. I cannot use my cell phone on my ear because the ear and behind it heat up to an uncomfortable level. I use the phone on speaker and hold it away from my body. This has been going on since my first cell phone in 2000. I have a cell tower on my property as well and it is adding to the lack of rest I experience, though now so much better without the smart meter. There is a noticeable agitation while on my property that I do not notice when I am elsewhere and it was not like that here before the tower went up on 2016. I’ve been living here since 2007. 3C. My sensitivity to this increased exposure to emf has produced a feeling that I am getting dementia. My ability to concentrate has diminished. My ability to hold a short term memory has diminished. And some of my cognitive abilities have diminished. All in a short amount of time that correlates to the above mentioned exposures. Lack of sleep and loss of income from less productive time have been my experiences as well. 3D. I first noticed poor sleep when the cell tower was installed in 2016. Then when we moved into our rebuilt house in 2019 the effects became much more severe. That was when my head was near the smart meter, and this was the most intense acute exposure I experienced. 3E. Yes I sought several doctors. I used an MD who wasn’t very helpful, then an Ayervedic doctor which helped using herbs, but the best was an anti-inflammation diet though an MD who was also a naturopath working on mold and emf stress. These helped me feel better but did not remove the problem. 3F. Yes I first moved my phone charging station the furthest away from my bed possible and that helped me feel better. Then I used a plug in emf reducing device and that helped me feel better. Also the faraday cloth around my bed. Each of these brought small incremental improvements. But removing the smart meter was an incredible relief and it was noticeable in the first evening. 5. This is my second comment. If you'd like an intelligent and extremely knowledgeable witness to EMF exposure over the past 11 years, I'm the one. My experience with EMF et al, is part of the FBI's Terror Screening Database as a Code 3 or 4. It involves the US Air Force, Airline Transport Professionals out of Jax Beach, FL, every single peace officer in Texas that I've run across in the last 11 years, and multiple FBI contractors including one named Tim. It involves Infragard and the secrecy surrounding the Terror Screening Database (TSDB), which right now I'm looking for an attorney for to prosecute a civil case against the FBI et al. Simple question to a Federal Court, did the FBI's creation of the TSBM in about 2007 cause it to step into a problem in about 2021 when SCOTUS in a 9-0 Precedent, with Targeted Individuals like myself who simply want to know if they are a Code 3 or 4 in the TSDB. Because if so, I'd say the FBI etal have created a massive liability against the Federal budget. Most Codes 3 and 4 on TSDB are victims since a Federal IG has stated that 97% of the people under Codes 3 and 4 have no association with terrorism at all. Maybe I should tell you about the 121 head axis deer herd Federal contractors killed between 2018 and 2021. They killed all of them, in circumstances that clearly prove human involvement in their deaths. The deaths were by EMF from celltowers, and possibly satellites. By the 2021 freeze in Texas I should have had more than 400 axis deer. I had none, and in the prior 2 years I had one axis baby that lived. My axis does should have produced at least 4 babies in that more than 3 years period. In July, 2021, a respresentative of the local exotic deer et al auction, called me an offered me $800 each for every axis deer I owned. She'd transported 30 or 40 axis deer to my property. Or maybe the 1/8" hole drilled in the timing chain cover of one of my trucks that cost $5,300 to fix. Or the fact that the Kerr County, TX Sheriff is right now stalking me daily, along with the police chiefs of Ingram and Kerrville, TX. I've also been stalked by multiple other police forces and Texas sheriffs. Or their use of teleportation and cloaking technology, and the fact that a majority of cellphone towers can kill people. I know, from first hand experience. On Nov 7 or 8, 2017 I was shot in the outer right thigh with EMF. On a pain scale of 10 with 10 being the highest, I've said since then it was over a 9. Fortunately, it only last 2-3 minutes, and left no mark or bruise at all. On Labor Day 2025, I was in Washington DC to ask the FBI about my inclusion on the TSDB. I didn't know it was Labor Day, they were closed, but I spoke with an FBI Police Officer. I asked if he had a number to an organization to call to report 3 strategic threats to President Trump's life he probably did not know about, and which could so easily be used to coerce from him anything the operators want. The 3 threats are cloaking technology, teleportation, and cellphone towers that can kill anybody. They would enable them to kill the President, leaving almost no evidence at all. Later in the day I called the number, gave my name and then answered 4 or 5 questions the man asked. I then told him I was a Code 3 on the TSDB. He immediately hung up. Several minutes later I called again, gave my name, spoke with a woman that time, answered her 4 or 5 questions, and then said I was a Code 3 on the TSDB. She hung up immediately. Thereafter I went to my phone to copy down the phone number of the organization. I called the number twice. Both phone numbers had been erased from my IPhone. Even later I went to my Verizon account to access my phone records for Labor Day, 2025. What I found was, all Labor Day, 2025 calls were missing from my Verizon account. As a military individual do I need to remind the less educated concerning the dangers of RF energy. I am a Broadcast Engineer Served aboard the US Ticonderoga with the Spy 1 Radar system as well as other radar and RF communications systems. Do I need to mention the swelling testicles or the eyeballs itching or the digital watched being fried and going black? I guess I do. Now we surround ourselves with: Led bulbs that emit RF radiation. WIFI routers of which I have 4. 3 for security Cameras and one for Starlink. How about Meshtastic and Meshcore? How about every "smart device" you have? Your video doorbells Every WIFI enabled camera. I have 6 of those. How about that Child Monitor by your baby's bed? Yes that too! CB radio guy wit a base station? Ham radio guy with a base station? Then there is the electrical monitoring system from Emporia Energy of which I have two. As well as every additional special reporting adapters for the freezers and the refrigerator as well as the freeze dryer. Then there are the smart temperature sensors monitors inside the freezers. Oh and the desktop with WIFI and Bluetooth. Bluetooth in my car and the garage door opener. How about that remote for the ceiling fans and the remote for the television? Bluetooth for the irrigation system? That too. Oh and how about that "SMART METER" the electric company put on the side of your home as well as the sides of your neighbor's homes? My personal exposure to these systems is weekly. As i primarily operate vhf systems below 50 watts. Now with some context I just want to offer my exposure experiences. Wide band antenna systems with diversity antennas are a moderate concern personally. It is very common to experience short term memory loss for 5G in my experience personally. Almost brain fog as working and alignment of wide antennas. Another type of exposure I have personally involves smart meter RF in close proximity to where I sleep. It is very common to have an insomnia feeling as the smart meter is 6’ away on the outside wall from my bedroom pillow. We are unable to opt out of smart meter living in rural Pennsylvania. The reason for this comment is with the new satellite spectrum licensing proposed by the FCC happening. As a commercial installer it is very common to align starlink antennas for best latency testing. In doing so I personally have had my face near this equipment and I can say I have received a microwave effect to my head. This feeling is not so much warm but once you feel it you will avoid it at all costs. It causes instant discomfort and specifically to the crown of my skull. Shut it Down! I've had 2 heart attacks because of the Frequencies. One from a Starlink and another from 6g or 5g+. A smart meter and a 5g led security light. I measured the Emf Radiation with a Trifield meter on RF setting and its 100-1000 times higher than Fcc recommendations. We are literally being Cooked by emf Frequencies. This must Stop.
