Reports feeling calmer after replacing wireless desk equipment with wired connections and questions wheth…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
I am an individual consumer, live in St. Louis, Missouri and am 77 years old. My zip code counts 144 mapped antenna sites. My comment here will be highly unscientific, but I have enough concern to access this site write about it here. I do not consider myself to be extreme in my beliefs or personality. All I can say is that I was jittery ... slightly anxious. I decided to do away with everything on my desk (within reason) to see if this could be quelled. I have a large Mac desktop computer that I can't do without. But I did away with my Wi-Fi tower, my electric lamp, my Bluetooth keyboard and wireless mouse. I wired my Ethernet cable to the computer, and wired my keyboard and mouse. Every morning I have coffee, sit quietly, and plan my day. The day after I made the above changes, I sat in my customary chair and exclaimed out loud, "Wow, what a difference!" The energy in the room was so much calmer. I have a mobile phone that I have tried to run on cellular, but it reverts to a generic Wi-Fi that's in my neighborhood. I wish I could be free of all EMFs, as they seem to affect the physical energy all around. Sometimes I wonder if the stress and divisiveness in our country is being exacerbated by the bombardment of electromagnetics that we are not wholly conscious of. Thank you for looking into all of this.

Attributes headaches, tingling, fatigue and heart-rhythm changes to wireless exposure, describes shieldin…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
Hello, My name is Mary Kirby and I live in Ave Maria Florida. The wifi effects in my home and abroad are very detrimental to may health. My neighbors are kind enough to turn off their wifi when not using it, but using the cable box and tv can be just as detrimental. The effects on me are: headaches, foggy brain, pain in joints, when in a strong signal area, fatigue, shaky hands and painful tingling in the sublayer of my skin when in a strong signal area (stops when I leave the area) Effects the rhythm of my heart, when in a strong signal area (and stops when I leave it), Achiness and pain in my right thigh (where I had shingles about 10 years ago) and pain stops when I can remove myself from the area. HHS savings accounts cover EMF clothing etc. So the government knows it has negative effects on Humans. They keep upping the strength. Infinity uses 6G and possibly stronger (they call it 10G) If they could place harmonizers on all the wifi towers, starlink and satelites, to neutralize the negative effects of the High "G" being used, this could be a viable answer. I realized I started having serious problems with the wifi when the hotspots (3G was the first) came out then the G being used kept being raised. At this point it is very painful for me and very frustrating, because I cannot stop it any more. The clothing, hats, blankets are all made for 5G and that has been surpassed with 6G and above!!! The wave goes right through the silver fabric. So, I double up the fabric and this slows it and even stops it from getting to me. We should not have to live like this and be in pain most of the day!!! Please evaluate this and make healthy corrections to how The WIFI towers are being used and built. Put protections on them. The waves are know to alter our DNA, which caused cancer, It is scientifically proven to cause AFIB, and I could go on and on. Bettering our technology is a good thing, but it must be safe for humans at all times! Thank you for investigating this deadly problem with WIFI and Satelites and StarLink

Alleges stalking, implants and directed-energy attacks, describing pain, perceived involuntary movements,…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
Hello I am targeted. For over 3 years I’ve been stalked and harassed by large groups. The agencies that’s targeted me also use directed energy on me. When I walk into my apartment I hear a hissing or ring. I have cars pass by with loud mufflers and press the gas hard and same time they make the noise I feel nerves in my legs or body jump. You can feel and hear when RF. I’ve also been hit while in my apartment through walls and I felt it in my chest. It was like a cool feeling in my chest but at the same time felt like it was sucking breath out of me. I knew it was technology from the people that’s been following me 24/7 and I felt like I was about to die. So I thought let me try to get out of range of this device. So I ran to my car and jumped in to drive off and about 4 or 5 cars tried to block me in and I drove crazy to get away from range. Whatever you guys think is going on and is trying to figure out. It’s way more. It’s way more people involved. They’re playing with weapons of mass destruction. Military technology is being used and Cell towers. I got a neighbor up stairs making bangs and tapping and scrapping sounds and making a nerve jump in my body. I feel pains in my body sometimes. I always feel a ack in my heart from come and go. As I’m writing now a cop just past by and turned on their sirens on for 3 seconds and I felt a jump in my thigh. I felt my head being hit with this technology and got a headache and my vision just started lighting up colors like lightning. 3 times I was just walking and everything went black and I was on the ground for a few seconds. I don’t think that even covers half of what kind of evil games have been played on me. It’s hard to prove a direct energy weapon is being use on you when the police won’t help you because your targeted.I do believe I’m illegally implanted possibly.

Prospective cohort analysis of cellphone use and emotional and behavioural difficulties in children https://jech.bmj.com/content/70/12/1207 "Results Children without emotional and behavioural difficulties at age 7 years, but who had cellphone exposures, had increased odds of emotional and behavioural difficulties at age 11 years..." ... "These results did not materially change when early adopters were excluded, or when children with emotional and behavioural difficulties at age 7 years were included in the analysis." Is it EMF? Screens? Software usage? EMF could play a role.

An older adult links a rising A1c result to EMF concerns, reports improved sleep and reduced tinnitus aft…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of an active citizen in her eighties who lives alone and has recently recognized and is attempting to protect herself from EMF exposure harms, and who wishes to help spread the word about our societies need to protect citizens especially children from this growing toxin, I have lived with a modern wifi unit (Sonic) in my home for five years, and with an earlier generation of wifi (AT&T) for many years before that. In March 2026 after my yearly blood test, my nutritionist said that the pattern of change in my HbA1c test indicated likelihood of high EMF exposure. For the past 10 years since I've been her client the results have stayed between 5.2 and 5.4. Abruptly this past year it moved up to 5.7, the first number in the pre-diabetic category. As I said to her, I have not significantly changed my diet (no grains or refined sugar, lots of low starch veggies, some berries and citrus, grass-fed and finished meat, pastured eggs, fish). She recommended hard-wiring my computer and getting rid of wi-fi, which I have done. (I do not own a cell phone, smart or otherwise.) It's a distinct relief to not be bathing in wi-fi any more. I've long had tinnitus, which while not vanishing is much reduced, and I sleep better. I do think I may also be impacted by involuntary sources of EMF, namely cell towers and antennas. My nutritionist did a search and found about 2300 antennas and 1900 towers within a 3 mile radius of my house. I do have an EMF meter, and though the extremely high counts in my home are gone (they were in the millions), it still reads higher than 10 in my bedroom. So I am thinking of getting a bed canopy. I do look forward to the results of my next A1c test, hoping to see the numbers lower. I am very concerned about the effects of EMF on our human body health as well as impacts on animals, birds and insects, especially bees. The FCC has only measured the thermal impacts of RF, and that no more recently than 1996. For heaven's sake, there has been no attempt by the FCC to keep up with health impacts of cell phones and RF/EMF development since the pre-flip phone era! This seems a deliberate avoidance of the probable biological impacts on our cells and organs. We are after all electromagnetic beings. Much research has been done on this. Please look up Paul Heroux' work, published February 2026, on EMF and the development of diabetes. I strongly support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. Thank you for providing individuals and families with an opportunity to be heard.

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
This comment is submitted by Cindy Sage, Co-Editor, BioInitiative Reports 2007 and 2012 (and Updates) on behalf of the BioInitiative Working Group. The BioInitiative Report link is www.bioinitiative.org and is incorporated by reference due to its file size. The BioInitiative Report is an internationally acclaimed scientific and public health report on potential health risks of electromagnetic fields and radiofrequency/microwave radiation. In 2007, the BioInitiative Working Group released a 650-page report citing more than 2000 studies that document health effects of EMFs from all sources. The BioInitiative 2012 Report has been prepared by 29 authors from ten countries*, ten holding medical degrees (MDs), 21 PhDs, and three MsC, MA or MPHs. Among the authors are three former Presidents of the Bioelectromagnetics Society and five full members of BEMS. One distinguished author is the Chair of the Russian National Committee on Non-Ionizing Radiation. Another is a Senior Advisor to the European Environmental Agency. Membership in the BioInitiative Working Group includes Sweden (6), USA (10), India (2), Italy (2), Greece (2), Canada (2), Denmark (1), Austria (2), Slovak Republic (1), Russia (1) The BioInitiative Report was produced for publication to the broadest possible audience, hence placed on the Web and offered for free. Much of the BioInitiative Report content, including updated chapters and new chapters was later published in a special two-volume issue of the journal Pathophysiology to verify the quality of its science (August 2009, Pathophysiology 16: 2,3). In 2013, the BioInitiative 2012 chapter on Autism and EMF was also published in two parts, in the peer-reviewed journal Pathophysiology. The BioInitiative 2012 Report concludes that the evidence for health risks from electromagnetic fields (EMFs) generated by wireless technologies have substantially increased since 2007. A review of over 1800 new scientific studies indicates current guidelines are inadequate to protect the public from chronic exposure to very low-intensity (non-thermal) electromagnetic fields and radiofrequency radiation (EMF and RFR). In twenty-four technical chapters, the BioInitiative 2012 Report discusses the content and implications of about 1800 new studies since 2007. Overall, these new studies report abnormal gene transcription (Section 5); genotoxicity and single-and double-strand DNA damage (Section 6); stress proteins because of the fractal RF-antenna like nature of DNA (Section 7); chromatin condensation and loss of DNA repair capacity in human stem cells (Sections 6 and 15); reduction in free-radical scavengers - particularly melatonin (Sections 5, 9, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17); neurotoxicity in humans and animals (Section 9); carcinogenicity in humans (Sections 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17); serious impacts on human and animal sperm morphology and function (Section 18); effects on the fetus, neonate and offspring (Section 18 and 19); effects on brain and cranial bone development in the offspring of animals that are exposed to cell phone radiation during pregnancy (Sections 5 and 18); and findings in autism spectrum disorders consistent with EMF/RFR exposure effects. Global precautionary actions that have been taken in countries around the world, and recommended by medical and research experts are documented in Section 22. Use of the Precautionary Principal and its relevance are presented in Section 23. Key scientific evidence and public health policy recommendations are in Section 24. Recounts others’ reported symptoms and cancers near wireless sources and asks HHS and FCC to investigate …

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a concerned member of the public. Besides the fact that a good amount of research I have seen shows that current allowable levels of RF and EMFs from devices may not be safe, I have heard stories from people about how they are negatively affected by today's tech devices and I believe their voices need to be heard and their stories investigated. I know of people getting fatal cancers after living near cell towers. I have heard people say they feel sick when they around routers, cell phones and other devices, and especially cell towers. I have heard people say they get headaches, heart palpitations, dizziness, insomnia and other symptoms from exposure to these things, but that the symptoms go away when they get away from them. I understand every BODY is different, and what affects one person one way may not affect someone else the same way (up to a certain threshold at least). However, some people serve as canaries in the coal mine--their experiences warning the rest of us that something might be more harmful to everyone than we realize. With Alzheimer's and especially cancer on the rise, I think the FCC and HHS have a duty to do a deep dive into these people's stories and make sure the RFs and EMFs we are all exposed to daily, everywhere, are not harming people. And if they find that they are, to do something about it immediately for the safety of the general public. To do otherwise would be a dereliction of duty and gross betrayal of the American people. Thank you for your time and consideration

Reports personal and family symptoms associated with wireless devices, raises cancer and child-health con…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of an advocate, friend, and family member of people who have had adverse reactions to microwave radiation from cell phones, wireless routers, or cell towers. Although I personally do not have a strong immediate adverse reaction to microwave exposure, I know several people who do. Here are some vignettes from my experience: My sister in Utah complained to me about a twitch her 13-year-old grandson had developed, and wanted to take him to a chiropractor to see if anything could be done to help him. I asked her whether anything had changed in his life that might have caused this. She said no, but then called me back and said, yes. They had moved their wireless router into his bedroom. Upon removing it, his twitch went away. I, too, have noticed adverse reactions to wireless devices. I'm pretty adverse to using them at all, but I notice if I send text messages over a period of 10 or 15 minutes, my hands begin to tingle uncomfortably. On one occasion, I attended an event in an enclosed basement auditorium at Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington. It was a debate on the potential adverse effects of wireless devices, pitting Dr. Martin Pall against an attorney from the wireless industry. The wireless spokesman laughed at us when we asked that cell phones be put on airplane mode, because the wireless routers in the room were pointed from the ceiling at the attendees. After an hour and a half in that room I developed a headache and body aches, and was grateful to get out of there. I question what effect this was having on students trying to learn something. And why so many babies and young children are born with unusual health problems. And why so many young men are developing prostate cancer, and children in general are developing brain tumors. these are questions that should be addressed prior to the federal government allowing the definition of "broadband" expansion to include wireless and fiber-optice to the premises as if they were the same thing. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation.

Reports EHS symptoms after living near a bank of smart meters, partial improvement after changing sleepin…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
I am an eighty five year old retired female living in a retirement community in Northern California, since October 1013. After living here for about six months, I began having strange physical symptoms - heart palpations, dizziness, nausea and tinnitus. I started investigating the cause of these symptoms, and found six electric smart (wireless) meters on the outside bedroom wall close to where I sleep. They are pulsing high levels of radio frequency radiation 24 hours a day. I discontinued sleeping in that bedroom and the symptoms disappeared, except for the tinnitus. When I stayed at my nephews house in the country which has low EMFs, the tinnitus subsided. This scenario is a classic of someone suffering from electro hypersensitivity (EHS). I urge HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation.
