I'm sensitive to EMF. In 2018 I finally figured out why I would not be able to concentrate and relax in certain areas of my house. If was the wifi and Bluetooth devices. When I finally got my house totally clean I could relax on my couch for the first time in 2.5 years because of the wifi router. To this day I can tell you if I'm together with someone if they're wifi or Bluetooth is on on there phone. I will also want to leave a house if the EMF is close to where I'm hanging out takes 10 20 min but my body keeps telling me to go outside and get away from the frequencies. I feel way more calm when away from the frequencies and anxious and it's hard to concentrate when around WiFi or Bluetooth. 517-375-2895 if anyone wants to talk. I had a emf specialist freak out by how good I was at detecting signals. Although it's probably not that amazing. Thanx for listening my house has been hard wired and wifi and Bluetooth free for 8 years next month and never feel better than in my house.

I'm writing as a concerned citizen and consumer. EMF's are dangerous, and for someone like myself, living in a high rise apartment building, I am exposed to a tremendous amount of wifi radiation. This is in addition to the cell towers near my apartment building. This affects my sleep, and I may need to move. I'm Please take action to keep EMF radiation from making people's homes uninhabitable. I'm concerned about the many studies that indicate the deleterious effects that EMF's have on human health and the environment. I'm attaching a few of those studies. I attached a picture of my EMF Meter called GQ EMF-390 on EF setting and in the pic you should see how high the VM is. i think it was well over 1000 vm that is several thousand vm Higher than what's called just high. 10vm is high so 1000vm is going to be deadly high. I Suffer Havana Syndrome like symptoms. Migraine Headaches, dizziness, Cognizant loss, imbalance, Hearing loss, site loss, teeth loss, cancer, Several surgeries due to high EMF radiation. I request further scientific investigation into possible electromagnetic and radiofrequency exposure-related health effects. **1. Onset and Progression (2018–Present)** My symptoms began with severe nausea, gastrointestinal disturbances, digestive dysfunction, and fainting episodes. Around the same period, I developed intense electrical sensations in the left temporal region of my head, resembling electrical currents rather than ordinary headaches, sometimes followed by intense cranial pressure. Physicians initially considered migraines, but this did not adequately explain my symptoms. Over time, I experienced cognitive deterioration, persistent head pressure, mental fog, impaired concentration, and reduced mental endurance. **2. Severe Memory Impairment and Cognitive Disability** One of my earliest and most disabling symptoms was severe short-term memory loss, substantially affecting daily functioning. Later, I developed long-term memory difficulties, including difficulty recalling important personal memories, experiences, and periods of my earlier life. I hold a Bachelor's degree in finance and have worked as an entrepreneur. Before 2018, I performed complex analytical, financial, and executive tasks. Over the past five years, my cognitive capacity has declined considerably. Previously routine tasks now require extraordinary effort or have become impossible. Persistent head pressure continues to interfere with my intellectual performance and independence. **3. Involuntary Muscle Contractions and Electrical Sensations** I experience unusual electrical sensations affecting my nerves and muscles, including sudden involuntary impulses, twitching, contractions, and movements outside my conscious control. These episodes sometimes feel like external electrical stimulation or interference with normal neuromuscular signaling. I have also experienced deterioration in balance, muscular endurance, physical resilience, and movement control. Symptoms fluctuate and interfere with daily activities. I am concerned about possible electromagnetic interference, although the underlying cause remains unknown. **4. Independent RF and NLJ Testing** Jesse Beltran in Reno, Nevada, conducted independent testing reportedly using radiofrequency (RF) and nonlinear junction (NLJ) detection equipment. According to the findings communicated to me, 17 locations associated with my body produced detectable signals. These findings raised concerns about unidentified electronic sources or electromagnetic exposure. I recognize that these measurements require independent verification, appropriate controls, and expert interpretation. Such detections alone do not establish implanted devices, directed-energy exposure, or a causal relationship with neurological symptoms. I welcome independent scientific review of these findings. **5. Concerns Regarding Anomalous Health Incidents** I have encountered descriptions of neurological symptoms associated with Anomalous Health Incidents (AHI), sometimes called Havana Syndrome. Hello. I am French, I was working for the French Doctors as a field administrator when I became ill because of waves. Sorry for my English, there might be some errors ! It was during the containment on February 2020, I was very tired with many symptoms and I decided to consult the doctor. We did a blood test and then I figured out than transaminases and ferritin were going up very quickly. As symptoms, I was having : vertigo, dizziness, night sweats, insomnia, waking up systematically at 2 a.m., chest pressure / chest tightness, joint pain, brain fog, short-term memory loss, tinnitus, low libido / decreased, chronic fatigue, erectile dysfunction, proliferation of moles, frequent urgent need to urinate, vision problem.... My doctor did not know what was going bad with me, I did not know either. A few days later, when I was passing by a based station antenna, I had an electric discharge in my head and it began to happen very frequently. That is how I discovered my sensibility to EMF waves, my doctor was useless for it. Then, I discovered that I was must contaminated in my flat in St Etienne. I could see from my flat, 1st floor, the power supply of the tramway on the same street ( a few meters of distance), I was using a wireless phone ( DECT phone), I was much speaking with my smartphone in a place where there is poor signal and smart comunicating meters where fixed for all flats of my buillding. When I realized that, the same day, I left my flat and I went to camp in the garden of some friends. Then, after a few days, I could see some symptoms evanishing like urgent need to urinate. Four weeks after, I did again a blood test and we could see that transaminases increase problem was about to be solved and ferritin was divided by 2 already. I asked my doctor if he knew some other patients with electromagnetic hypersensitivity, he said "NO". Well, as a doctor follows an averadge of 1 000 patients in France and as the estimated prevalence of Electromagnetic Radiation Syndrome is 5 % according to a study dating by 2018 (with no 5G and no comunicating meters Linky in 2018), he should follow at least 50 patients having that. I was wondering, what was going on for the other patients who have not done any link between this environmental contamination and their symptoms ? Having druggs only ? I had problem finding a place where there are not so many radiofrequency electromagnetic waves as there is a clear will to destroy them. Theses areas make it possible for many people to discover the link between their health problems and waves exposure and the autority does not want that any longer. To be clear, I repeat : the Governement want to eliminate areas with very poor reception because they do not want people to make kink between health problem and waves contamination any longer. I followed a training for having an expertise on electromagnetic waves and I have all the necessary instruments to make a diagnostic (low frequency both electric and magnetic fields, dirty electricity and radiofrequency waves). I read many books about this environnemental contamination by electricity. Caregivers (doctors, nurses,…) are not trained in France and medical authorities do not want to train them. Some of them are ill but they even know ! People are now exposed from bearth to death, and even before the birth ! All the living is suffering from that : trees in front of the cell towers are dying, bees and all insects are disapearing and you can drive for miles without having an insect on your windshield, animals in French farms are sick and finally die also. There is a new way of having problems solved : when a farmer get his animals ill from a recently installed electromagnetic wave emitter (radio transmitter, wind turbine...) , he will be blamed for not caring enough the animals and they will withdrow the animals from him...even if they have been having a farm and animals for generations ! Were are destroying life on earth...it is time to wake up ! I am a retired British doctor and have taken additional training in the US to advise on EMR safety. My background is in public policy and I hold qualifications both in Medicine and in Law. I have run as a parliamentary candidate in my own country (UK) and taken an active interest in Secretary Kennedy's campaigns. My Personal Experiences Unfortunately, I am also one of the approximately 1 in 20 citizens whose lives have been turned upside down by this technology through adverse health effects. This proportion is rising and does not take into account the increases in indirectly resulting health conditions which I detail below. Research, including a large study at the USA's own National Institute of Toxicology, has shown EMR to be carcinogenic. This alone should be reason to question its safety. Further, the doses studied were lower and the range of frequencies smaller than the present population exposure. The findings of the American research were confirmed in Italy at the Ramazzini Institute. The findings of this laboratory research have been borne out by epidemiological evidence of an increased incidence of particular cancers, most especially tumours of the brain, which have increased fourfold in the last 20 years - except in under 16s, where they have increased no less than  tenfold. In my own country (UK), brain cancer is now the top cause of death in those aged under 40. The incidence of several other cancers at a younger age than previously usual (under 50) has also increased. During the same twenty year period there has also been a marked increase in i) dementia (now the top cause of death for seniors); and ii) mental health problems, especially for young adults. Recently published research (attached) has now shown an increased risk of dementia from long term wifi exposure, and explained mechanisms of action for this effect. This pattern of disease is suggestive of increased exposure of the population to neurological toxin(s). These changes have taken place over the period when EMR exposure has vastly increased, and correlate with the harm which it could be predicted to cause from scientific knowledge of its biological effects.  It would appear likely that EMR exposure contributes to the top causes of death for both the under 40 age group and the over 70 one; and to overall increase in malignant diseases. If significant proportions of those with I) mental health conditions; ii) dementia and iii) malignant disease have EMR exposure as a significant causative factor, as well as those diagnosed or undiagnosed living with the EMR syndrome, then EMR exposure is causing a great deal of morbidity and mortality in the population as a whole, with consequent costs and economic loss too. Smart meters are dangerous. I was part of an opt out program & my utility company changed out my meter without authorization. They were just supposed to read my meter. I started feeling electrical impulses at the tumor site & immediately jumped outside to ask the meter reader if he changed my meter. He said ,“yes, how did you know?” I told him that I could immediately feel it and to change it back to analog. Now the utility company has removed all opt outs, despite dealing with cancer & reacting to the pulsed rfr’s from the meter and they turned off my power for refusing a smart meter that is damaging to my health. This is nothing short of coercion & I should have autonomy to decide for health reasons. I cannot even hold a cell phone without getting a headache & if I stand by my router that is 4G and un a semi-faraday cage a headache ensues. I truly think these things are really not safe, based on my own experience.

I and my late mother have both experienced insomnia at night while we had her First Alert modem on throughout the night. This occurred every night since we had it hooked up and at first I didn't realize that was the root of our insomnia until I realized that I also had insomnia when I originally kept my computer modem logged on 24 hours a day. The First Alert modem also was a type of modem as well. Since my mother was safe in her lift chair, we decided to just unplug the modem at nights, and both of us were able to sleep at nights from then on. My mother has since passed away and my internet is now 5G. I noticed when I accidentally forget to shut the modem off at night, I have that familiar insomnia. The next morning, sure enough- the power strip was left on. So I make a point to shut the power strip off where the modem is plugged in before going to sleep. Years ago, when would go into the section of Sears where they had HD Tv's on display, the hair would stand up on my arms and I would feel the almost oppressive energy near those TV's... it drove me away from that part of the store. Some people and animals are more sensitive to EMF than others, so there needs to be some kind of protection for consumers.
