Wireless radiation has affected our family and many friends we care about. Since a big cell phone tower and also smart meters have been installed in our neighborhood many people in our community begun experiencing tinnitus, poor sleep, and various body aches that did not diminished in intensity as time of exposure continued. Some of us have noticed relief of such symptoms when traveling to areas with lower level of EMFs exposure. Sadly the relief only occurs during the time away from home and returns to the same level of daily life disturbance when returning to our permanent dwellings.
I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. It is simply unacceptable that anyone should disregard or dismiss health impacts of EMF exposure because when there are so many relevant cases impacting our communities throughout our country.
I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.
Thank you for providing individuals and families with an opportunity to be heard.

After living in our home for many years a tower was erected within 100 feet from our backyard. We didn’t love the appearance but didn’t think too much of it. Then, a while later they ‘modified’ the tower and we began experiencing brain fog, fatigue, and just overall unwell. We decided to move away from that house as we didn’t want our children exposed any longer. While trying to move, My husband was then diagnosed with stage 3 lymphoma at age 50. We definitely believe that the tower contributed to this occurrence.

Hi, I am a retired physician. I live in a condominium in Cincinnati, OH. Last year I learned that we have a hidden 5G cell tower on top of our condo bldg which was not disclosed to us at the time we purchased the condo. AT&T, I believe is paying into our HOA a significant amount of money to rent the space via a longterm contract expiring in 2046. I learned of the FCC lawsuit through a friend who gave me Dafna Tachover's telephone number and I called her to discuss this lawsuit. I read a large portion of this lawsuit especially the testimonies from Doctors who were caring for those believed having health issues related to wireless radiation. When I express my concern to my HOA, I was contacted by one of the residents who claimed she is getting headaches when she stays in her Cincinnati Condo but does not experience them at her other Tennessee residence. We have many of these towers nearby surrounding all the elementary schools, at least 3 in the area, and one is actually on or near the playground of one of the catholic elementary schools. It makes me sick to see this. I worry for the health of these children. I have tried to contact this fellow resident and asked her to report her health issues to you. Let me know what I can do to help.
Warmly,
Kathryn
Dear Mr. Secretary, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr,
Thank you for allowing the citizens of the United States the opportunity to share our experiences with non native EMFs and the adverse affects they have had on our bodies.
I have had heart palpitations for years, not knowing where they came from. When my husband's family recently had an emergency, we went to a country and area that does not have 5g. All of my heart palpitations disappeared while I was there for six months, but as soon as I returned to the United States, the heart palpitations started again. I was in a room with 5g wifi and there is also a 5g tower about a mile down the road. I could not sleep for a month, until I was forced to move into a home with no wifi and no 5g tower close by. My symptoms immediately went away. These nnEMFs can also worsen blood sugar (which I also have experienced). I know I am not the only one who has had an adverse effect from 5g towers and wifi. It affects each person differently. Thank you for all that you are doing to protect the innocent and vulnerable citizens of America. We pray that God continues to grant you wisdom and strength. May God bless and protect you.
Dear HHS,
I worked at Intel on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth adapters. I know firsthand that I can't think as clearly when I'm around large concentrations of wireless devices. No, that's not because I'm looking at a screen; just being in their presence makes me foggy. There have been studies where they measure intelligence with and without a Bluetooth headset, and every time the headset is in, their intelligence drops; remove the cause, and intelligence resumes. That's a short-term effect. The long-term effect is headaches, reduced productivity, and various cancers around the location of exposure.
Wireless solutions have no place in our public schools. There's no reason computers, tablets, and cell phones can't be plugged in. In fact, you should require that all cell phones and tablets sold after 2028 include a coupon for a free wired Ethernet dongle and are capable of receiving calls and texts over a wired connection. Every product the size of a wallet and larger needs to be required to have an Ethernet port; that way, everyone has options.
Not only that, but we have too much technology in our airways. Older technologies like AM/FM, broadcast television, 2G and 3G cellular need to be discontinued. This will help clean up our airspace a bit. In addition, smart meters were never a good solution, and anyone who requests a replacement should be offered an Ethernet-capable replacement. If a residence doesn't have wired Ethernet, the meter can also connect to Wi-Fi. There's no reason to still have a different radio frequency broadcasting one that gets little use, but is transmitting all the time in any case.
Would you please help us minimize our exposure?
Sincerely,
Christian Blackburn
Have had endless migraine headaches since Con Ed installed 182 smart meters under my floor in the basement. Will be forced to move out of new york city because nobody cares. short wave radiation is lethal. you are killing everyone with cancer and you need to stop it.

Neurosurgeon Dr. Jack Kruse views wireless radiation—cell phones, Wi-Fi, 5G, and other man-made “non-native electromagnetic fields” (nnEMF or non-native EMF)—as a major driver of modern disease through disruption of mitochondrial function, cellular water structure, circadian timing, and quantum biological processes. Robert O. Becker's work found proved these same drivers of disease. Kruse emphasizes non-thermal (not just heating) effects and links them to quantum biology:
Mitochondrial dysfunction and water disruption: nnEMF impairs mitochondrial water production, causes cellular dehydration, increases reactive oxygen species, raises mitochondrial heteroplasmy, and reduces energy efficiency. Water is described as a carrier of electromagnetic information from the sun into cells; microwaves and nnEMF disrupt this.
Stress response and signaling: It triggers a massive cellular stress response mimicking leptin resistance, a heart attack, or panic attack. It can cause chronic sympathetic nervous system overdrive (“microwave sickness” described in older Russian literature), leading to poor sleep, adrenal issues, cardiovascular problems, and more.
Calcium signaling, DNA, and other effects: Interference with calcium secondary messengers, non-linear DNA damage, disruption of synchronization with the Earth’s magnetic field, and impaired cellular timing/coherence.
Reproductive and developmental impacts: Kruse specifically warns against keeping phones in front pockets, citing potential effects on sperm, testosterone, and germ cells (with implications for offspring). He has discussed fertility concerns more broadly in the context of device proximity and urban/wireless environments.
Kruse frequently references the U.S. National Toxicology Program (NTP) animal studies (showing associations with certain tumors in rats from cell-phone-type RF radiation) and older Russian research on microwave effects, arguing that safety standards based only on thermal effects are inadequate.
the negative health impacts of wireless radiation are real and proven.

I am responding from the perspective of both someone who has been harmed by electromagnetic radiation, and from the perspective as a health care provider. When NY State installed a "smart" meter on my home in Rockland County many years ago, they did so right outside my bedroom window, about 4 feet from where my head was each night in my bed. Soon after, I began waking up early in the morning with shortness of breath and feeling like I was having a panic attack. I had never had a panic attack in my life and didn't even ever have anxiety. I would jump out of bed and run out the front door gasping for air. After a few minutes in fresh air, on the opposite side of the house, the symptoms would subside. This happened every night when I slept in my house. If I slept elsewhere, it didn't happen. Eventually I moved from that house. I now live in Massachusetts where Eversource is in the process of installing "smart" meters on all houses in the state. If we opt out, we have to pay $34/month for someone to come read our meter. The cost of living in Massachusetts is already insanely high and I will not be able to opt out. I have told Eversource this. I have told them I know from prior experience that I know RF makes me ill, and they say these are my only choices.
When I educate parents about their children and EMFs, I always make sure that they are aware that wireless radiation is not harmless and that they have to take precautions, especially for their small, young children.
Please help us out with this issue. It's exhausting and maddening trying to go up against these big corporations by ourselves.
Thank you for your help.
Sincerely,
Maureen Satriano

Hello, I am submitting a comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure.
I live in Eugene, Oregon. About 2 years ago, our electric company forced everyone to have a SMART meter installed on their homes. I tried to request an analog meter but was denied. I have friends that would not allow them on the property, and their electricity was shut off and threats of arrest until they complied. I was given the option to opt out of the signal, which I have to pay extra for. They say the extra cost is for sending out meter readers, but I have always paid for this service. Since the SMART meter installation, even though I have the signal turned off there is still dirty electricity throughout my entire home, and I have difficulty breathing and difficulty sleeping through the night. I have spoken at multiple board meetings about the adverse health effects of the SMART meter, asking for the option of an analog meter, but am told that I will never be given that option because the electric company owns the meter. I am also a mother of 4 children. One of my daughters has chronic headaches when she is at school. She says that it is from being on computers all day long. We have hard-wired internet at home, and she does not experience headaches when using the computer at home. Please advocate for people to make their own choices with their home environment. Also, fiber optics is used in our home for internet, and it is very effective when used in schools overseas, not exposing our children to harmful EMFs all day long.

We started noticing ringing in the ears a decade ago, seems it goes up when we pass a 5G , 4 or 3g towers. Why does this happen and Why are these towers only on school campuses or close proximity? Seems something needs to be done with studies on these towers long before humans are exposed to them, especially our very young kiddos! I’ve seen many towers on preschool areas! Shame on telecom companies and cities to allow this to happen
