I have used ethernet cables for multiple years. I am not using cell phones or WiFi or any other RF-emitting devices at all and I explained that I still have what neurologists describe as Aura's, Abscences and Drop attacks at a tiny fraction of what WiFi Routers emit: only 3mW/m². I have to stay in an environment where power density is 1µW/m² or less to be symptom free. Todays limits said to be save by ICNIRP and other Organizations base on the 'heating effect'. There are countless of other health effects, I have explained one. Please agree that the limits are too high by a factor 200 or even (in my case 10 000 000). Reducing the RF-Power density to 100µW/m² must be the goal. Thank you.

To whom it may concern, I am what is commonly referred to or self described as a "Targeted Individual," or "T.I." for short. Over the past two years of my life, I have been subject to directed energy weapons attacks, voice to skull telepathy, and tethered to a U.S. military / DIA / DoD USAP involving the cloning and tethering of human minds. As outlandish and absurd as this may sound to your office, I can assure you that I am of perfectly sound mind, and have no intentions of harming myself or others. I am not a violent person, nor intend on harming anyone. I have no connections to terrorist networks, and I do not consider myself a political extremist. Additionally, the FCC's ruling that mere possession of a signal jamming device is a felony makes it impossible for law abiding citizens to protect themselves from technology far more advanced than they themselves realize. The FCC ruling that owning or possession and use of a signal jammer should be a felony is absurd. It should be eliminated. There is so much to my personal story, and admittedly, I am not writing this at my best. I did however, want to submit a public comment because I believe this cover-up and the people in military intelligence and other facets of the intelligence, police, and corporate entities involved in this TR&D campaign need to be arrested and face prison time for crimes against humanity. In my personal experience of having utilized 5G wireless technology (for the better part of one year), I suffered extreme bouts of mental fatigue, brain fog, and an inability to think or problem solve. A neighbor who was in contact with an AT&T representative alerted me that the cell tower, which was installed in late October 2020, had been activated. This cell tower consists of a shrouded metal cylinder installed on top of a utility pole, with an array of metal boxes and wires leading up to it. Almost immediately, my hands felt like they were on fire. A dermatologist has since diagnosed me as having developed Radiation Dermatitis. I quickly developed migraine headaches, which have been recurring regularly to this day. I began getting persistent ear aches, and I began hearing high pitched sounds in my ears, especially in my right ear. I began experiencing vertigo. Existing auto-immune diseases that I have long had -Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia and Epstein Barr, were made much worse since this cell tower was activated. I also began experiencing severe joint and muscle pain. As bad as all this was, all my symptoms got much worse in early 2022 when AT&T converted this cell tower 600 feet from my home to 5G. For the last six years, my housemate and I have been experiencing continuous and obnoxious buzzing in our ears. And for the last six years, my housemate and I have experienced constant itching. Since the cell tower was activated, my housemate and I have also experienced chronic dry eyes. Around 30 years ago, I had had ovarian surgery. Twice in recent months the scar tissue from this surgery suddenly began bleeding. This had never happened before the cell tower near my house was activated. My housemate and I have both experienced chronic fatigue since this cell tower was first activated. I have to take long naps before I can cook or do other basic chores. I have also have experienced frequent insomnia since this cell tower was activated. I have difficulty getting to sleep and suffer from a lack of quality sleep. In my experience and knowledge my symptoms and ailments are all from EMF, WIFI, Smart meters, RF, HAARP, 138hz low Frequency, radio waves and signal microwaves, DEW or Direct energy weapons that James Giordano himself says Americans are being hit By Direct Energy weapons and it's our own Govt and military doing it. I was inducted into the targeted individual program when I moved to Red Bluff, CA in 2015. From then onward, drones and helicopters followed me constantly, and there were instances of obviously staged street theater, where strangers would "randomly" harass me, then never be seen again. And from 2023 onward, Direct Energy Weapons (DEWs) have been used to induce extreme insomnia, far beyond any sleep troubles or disruptions I had ever suffered prior, and I've been subject to noise campaigns from "neighbors" who always move into the same building shortly after I do, and are always moved into the apartment directly upstairs from my own, on the next floor up. Because this happens everywhere I move, social workers, therapists and police are able to dismiss my claim of being targeted as the unserious ramblings of a delusional, paranoid individual or habitual liar (exactly as planned). But I believe these neighbors function as a second layer of deception, an alternate cover-up story for the use of Direct Energy Weapons to prevent me from sleeping at night. I have had and continue to have health effects from EMF exposure. I have been diagnosed as electrically hypersensitive and receive a reasonable accommodation to perform my work in a way that limits my exposure and symptoms. The symptoms started in 2015 and it took seven years of worsening symptoms before I discovered the cause. I was experiencing severe sleep disturbance and fatigue, often sleeping only 3 hours at a time and sometimes only 3 hours all night. Additionally there was digestive disturbance, ear ringing, light sensitivity, increased heart rate, confusion and difficulty concentrating. The replacement of my electric meter, which was a smart meter, with a regular meter resulted in a dramatic but short-lived improvement, followed by a decline. This was my first clear indication that the EMF was related to my symptoms. Since then, many additional measures were necessary to achieve the improved health I now have. Some of the types of exposure that affect me adversely are smart meters, Bluetooth, Wifi, and electromagnetic interference on house wiring. There is a multitude of research showing harm from various types of EMF, and many books citing this research which are easy to find. Consumers should have the right to a regular electric meter upon request at no additional cost. Consumers should receive a warning on the effects of powerful RF emitting devices such as Wifi routers, cell phones, computers, Ring cameras, and all other smart devices. They should be educated on methods to limit their exposure. If they aren't informed, there will be increasing numbers of people that are sensitized due to high exposure.

In 2009, when Wifi started appearing everywhere, I started noticing stange symptoms without understanding them: nervousness, anxiety, tense muscles, nausea, head-aches, rapid and strong heartbeats, light sleep and insomnia, fatigue, claustrophobia, impatience, brain fog, eye focus problems, pronunciation problems. My hand goes numb after holding my phone for a few minutes and it's not related to positioning. Also, I have a growth on my pink finger in the exact place my phone rests on my finger while holding it. Not a callus, but a cyst-type of growth.
