EMFs not limited to wifi, cell towers, cell phones, electrical meters have ruined my life after I became EMF sensitive when 5G was installed. At the very least , cell towers should be removed from residential areas. I’ve heard it all, it’s in your head etc, there needs to be awareness about the harmful effect of EMFs.

I am extremely concerned about the rapid expansion of wireless towers near our homes, neighborhoods, and schools. These towers are being installed everywhere, often without families having any meaningful say in how close they are placed to where we live and raise our children. This recently became very personal for me when I learned that a new tower is going up approximately 0.3 miles from my home… my family’s safe space. I am angry and deeply upset that infrastructure transmitting RF radiation can be placed this close to homes without stronger protections for the families who live there. I am especially concerned about children. They spend hours every day at schools and daycares and potentially have an entire lifetime of wireless exposure ahead of them. We need more independent research into long-term and RF exposure, especially in children. There should absolutely be mandatory minimum setbacks between wireless towers and homes, schools, and daycares. I believe they should be at least one mile away or more! Every tower should also be independently tested after installation and regularly thereafter to determine how much RF is actually reaching nearby homes and schools. Those measurements should be publicly available so families know what levels are reaching the places where they spend their lives. Technology is advancing quickly, and our research and protections need to keep up. Parents and homeowners deserve transparency, meaningful community input, independent testing, and the ability to feel safe in their own homes. Please put the health and well-being of our children and communities first.

Urgent Legislative Action Required: Protecting Citizen Rights and Holding Telecoms Accountable for the 5G Infrastructure Deficit As a citizen and a consumer, I am submitting this comment to demand immediate legislative intervention regarding 5G network deployments and telecommunications marketing. For years, telecom conglomerates have used grand promises of technological revolution—combined with fear-based marketing tactics—to coerce the public into expensive 5G data plans. However, the reality we face today is a severely fragmented network, unstable connectivity, and unfulfilled promises. While these corporations reaped record profits by charging premium rates, they systematically failed to invest in the robust infrastructure they guaranteed. Furthermore, the forced phasing out or artificial slowing down of stable legacy networks like LTE has stripped citizens of their right to affordable, reliable communication. This is no longer just a market issue; it is a failure of consumer protection and public interest. Therefore, I urge lawmakers to enact strict legislation that: 1. Penalizes deceptive marketing and holds telecom companies legally accountable for infrastructure deficits. 2. Enforces mandatory refunds or rate reductions for areas where promised 5G speeds and stability are not met. 3. Guarantees consumer sovereignty by protecting the right to access affordable, reliable, and unthrottled legacy networks. Public airwaves and national infrastructure must serve the common good of the citizens, not the insatiable greed of corporate monopolies. We demand accountability, transparency, and immediate legislative action.

I wish I didn't suffer or have a sensitivity to EMFs, but I do... I am a tech person, and at times, I must limit my exposure due to my sensitivity or the side effects that may occur... I have a drone, and yet there are times I cannot fly it because I cannot stand the pain or pressure that it brings on to my head and my chest... If I fight the pain or try to ignore it, I get angry, easily agitated, and sometimes become full of rage!    I do not like feeling like that. I am a kind person, a protector, and someone who would go out of my way to help anyone in need. I do not like the feelings that I get around certain devices. It has only become harder to go out in public or to other homes. May it be customers' houses, visiting friends or family, all because of this wireless technology.  There is nothing SMART about being hit and surrounded by non-ionizing microwave radiation ALL day long in your HOME... I can say for me, the signals emitted from a cell phone with service but data and wifi OFF I don't notice or feel any different. I practice turning my data OFF when I don't use it. I do NOT use WIFI it affects me the worst. If I must, it's in a controlled area only to update devices that don't accept Ethernet cable with adapters. Newer phones, particularly "Samsung" and "Apple," At times, I can hardly stand to be near one. It can cause a long list of side effects, including vertigo, chest pain/pressure, depression, anger, trouble thinking, to name a few, and can occur as fast as someone just showing me a picture on their device.    For 6 years or more, I suffered in my own home because of an active micro cell that is less than 30ft from my pillow. Living here was a brutal punishment... It was torture 24 hours a day for an individual like myself... I spent thousands of dollars to protect myself and my family... The products that worked best were shungite, shielding clothing, and silver fiber bed canopies. It gave me some relief, or should I say protection, from this weapons-like device. I am happy to say that for over the past year or more I feel normal again in our home!  I never thought I would say "It is good to be home!" ever again... I never thought I would feel normal or be able to sleep well again living here!  I know others are worse off than me. But unless you know what it's like to suffer from this tech. You have NO idea what it is like to be in our shoes... Who talks about sensitivity to EMFs?  Better yet, where is the list of common side effects for the technology that we're using?  It is very hard to live like this... Here is one example and possibly the most important one. #1. We feel embarrassed..! If we tell somebody to please turn their phone into airplane mode because we have pain from being next to it, the first thing that person is most likely going to say is, "WHY!?"   The next thing they will likely do is laugh at your reason, or think you are crazy!    I suffered for a long time, waiting for a Government policy to protect us. There isn't a distance standards for Micro-Cells or Antennas. There is NO safety policy; the FCC isn't even a part of this RFI. That is very bothersome... However, on February 16, 2025, after a dramatic event, I thought I was going to lose my son! God woke me up and gave me the protective power, the strength, and the courage to stand up for what I know is right and just to protect my family again. I had lost those abilities over years of being tortured within my own home. And on this day we shut the power OFF to this device!  Words cannot express the relief that I felt... The next night in bed, I cried like I have never done before... I apologized to my wife for failing her as a husband and our kids as a father for all those years, and lastly I said, "I promise that I will not allow them to keep that device on! I will not live like that again...so help me GOD!" We battled for months, antenna ON and OFF! Horrible side effects were noted when it was ON; good or restored health was recorded when it was OFF... These data/Notes were laminated and left on or near the power supply/circuit breaker box... We begged and asked to please just leave this off...  We just want to live in peace like we had once before; we didn't want to go to court for this... AT&T, whoever was calling the shots, has no mercy... After another tragic event, we were left with no choice but to file a lawsuit against them. I will not go into detail, but I will say this: after that last tragic event, this site has remained off since that very day... And I feel normal once again... We will do whatever it takes to protect ourselves, our children, and our neighbors...We will NOT stop!  Attached is my story: how I became aware of my sensitivity, what I have done to protect or eliminate side effects and symptoms, and much more.   Respectfully, Danny

NO MORE 5G , 6G. The towers are making us sick. And feel so bad. There are children in this world we deserve the life that God wanted us to have. Stop being greedy, money is not everything in life.

My name is Salvador Roman, i was exposed a electromagnetic radiation, because in front of my house there a cell phone tower, to 50 meters, after 8 months to lived there, i was sick, i started a feel headaches, tinnitus, burning sensation in the back , it was unbearable, i leave my house after a year,i write from Mexico, thanks a lot!

The US has known for at least since 1971 about the bioeffects of RF wireless radiation exposures from the Naval Medical Research Institute Study titled, “Bibliography of Reported Biological Phenomena and Clinical Manifestations Attributed to Microwave and Radio-Frequency Radiation.” The study listed pages of symptoms resulting from RF exposures that were compiled from over 2,000 global citations on non-ionizing electromagnetic fields proving non-thermal injuries are a common side effect. Many independent studies have been done since then with similar results. There is nothing new under the sun to continue the wait to decide if RF radiation exposures can be harmful. Issue a surgeon general letter warning about RF radiation exposures being a possible carcinogen or harmful to your health with overuse or improper use of any digital device, especially with digital screen time and how it can damage your eyesight. Require labeling to display a similar message on these digital devices just like cigarettes and nicotine. Technology can be beneficial, if it is built, used and taught to be used in a safe and responsible manner. However, overdensification of neighborhoods with 175’ cell towers for Internet of Things, no wired alternative to smart meters and turning vehicles into mobile base stations is going in the wrong direction, consumes too much energy, generates too much electropollution, and makes healthy people chronically ill and/or disabled unnecessarily.

After reading this, it saddens me to know that this 5g cell tower is harming our family and all the other families without knowing it. This WILL be SHUT OFF and I'm not going to stand here and let this stay on. Staying in this household for long periods of time being next to this tower gives me so many side effects that were listed and I can't concentrate nor be as happy as I normally am when I'm away from the 5g tower. For example, In Michigan when we went to camp, I was able to think, do work around the camp ground and not have side effects, and I can actually SLEEP! These cell towers placed around our neighborhoods should be down IMMEDIATELY! No one should feel anger and so much rage as I do or even my family. As said, I have to wear an emf beanie in order to focus and do work on my computer. When the tower was shut off I was able to spend time with my family and not have anxiety or depression. Seeing my dad wake up this Wednesday morning (3/5/25) with rage and anger I knew just then and there that the towers must have been turned back on by ATT. The emf has been my only protection from these cell towers and when I feel sick or stressed the cell tower next to my parents house makes it even worse pain and suffering. This is a very sad and depressing thing that my dad has to go through this pain due to the "ElectroSmog" and seeing his family in pain makes me deeply frustrated and emotional. I am done watching ATT just turn back on the cell tower and making me feel miserable. This is not right and unacceptable! I want to live life happily with my family and enjoy the moments with them and not make life a slow and miserable death. EVERYONE'S HEALTH is on the LINE! It does not make sense that the policy has not changed over 30 years despite the sign having changed, and that it does not factor in recent developments, showing the toxic effects of proximity to these cell towers. It doesn’t make sense.

I am 92 years old and was told about the ill effects of wireless radiation and how it can affect peoples' lives. I now live in Oxford, CT. I am very surprised and concerned that the Oxford, CT schools would allow a cell tower to practically overlook the playground of an elementary school. Not only is there one school near the tower, but there are a total of three schools within about a quarter of a mile from the tower! The radiation from the tower could cause possible damage to the children, teachers, and staff which would impact them later in life. I think the federal government should regulate the placement of these towers and make sure they are not near any schools. I was a school teacher for 23 years with the Farmingdale School District on Long Island. I taught fourth and fifth grade. If I was teaching at the school where the cell tower is here in Oxford, I would have protested the placement of the tower in that location. Thank you for your consideration of this matter.
