I am a healthcare professional, researcher, concerned member of the public, or other who has knowledge, experience, research, or other that applies to the area of the health or environmental effects of wireless radiation. (Explain what you may know about this area, and how it affects your patients, or what you see for the future of the environment or of health). “I hope that HHS will use this opportunity to create a comprehensive report on the current medical, biological, and public health knowledge regarding these effects and take action on that. Please consider the experiences of those affected by this radiation as part of what is reviewed to come up with what should be the scientific underpinnings to actual protective standards and action by the federal government.”

I am submitting this comment in my capacity as CEO of Children’s Health Defense to express serious concerns regarding the potential public health consequences of the rapid expansion of wireless infrastructure, particularly as they relate to children. For years, Children’s Health Defense has heard firsthand from and worked with families who experience serious health challenges associated with increasing exposure to artificial electromagnetic radiation (EMR) from wireless technology. Stories like those of Amelia Gilardi from Pittsfield, MA, who became seriously ill when a cell tower was activated in her neighborhood, remind us that wireless technology and infrastructure do not come without a cost. Behind the promise of greater connectivity are real children and families suffering from debilitating health issues—and too often, it is our children who pay the price. Children are uniquely vulnerable and deserve special consideration. They are exposed to wireless radiation at increasingly young ages, often beginning during pregnancy and continuing throughout childhood and adulthood in their homes, schools, communities, and workplaces. The widespread use of screens and wireless devices has become normalized and encouraged, while questions about hazardous, long-term and cumulative exposure effects remain routinely ignored by federal regulatory agencies and government authorities. The FCC’s current RF exposure guidelines were established in 1996 and are fundamentally flawed and outdated. Wireless technology and infrastructure has exploded since the guidelines were introduced, and yet the industry has actively suppressed the extensive body of scientific literature that clearly demonstrates harm to people and the environment. Furthermore, federal regulatory agencies have yet to demonstrate to the public that the FCC’s decades-old RF exposure guidelines adequately protect children, other vulnerable populations and the environment from the risks of exposure. Rather than continuing to dramatically expand population-wide wireless radiation exposure, we should exercise a precautionary approach when it comes to wireless and take this opportunity to thoroughly examine the current state of scientific literature and conduct new studies that appropriately consider the long-term consequences of ubiquitous and cumulative exposure to current and future wireless environments. That means supporting independent research into the health and developmental effects of RF radiation, particularly the effects on children, pregnant women, and other vulnerable populations. Additionally, it is equally critical that federal regulatory agencies are transparent about the body of scientific literature that is used to establish exposure standards, and must ensure that they are based on biologically-relevant models. This scientific literature must be independent of industry influence and any entity that has a financial interest in continued wireless deployment. It is of utmost importance that HHS and other public health agencies play a central role in evaluating the evidence and identifying where research gaps remain. Children’s Health Defense will continue to advocate for the responsible deployment of wireless infrastructure prioritizing public health above wireless expansion and industry profits. We believe that families and communities deserve meaningful opportunities to understand and address these risks and will continue to advocate for the best interests of people, public health, and the environment. We must not allow yet another generation of children to be harmed by the effects of wireless radiation. For the sake of our children and their future, we must consider independent science, exercise transparency, and implement the necessary protections to make safer, and more responsible decisions about the wireless environment in which they are growing up. I urge HHS to prioritize rigorous, independent, and transparent research into the health and developmental effects of wireless radiation, particularly for children and other vulnerable populations. As wireless technologies become increasingly embedded in our daily lives, we have a responsibility to ensure that their widespread use is guided by sound science and accompanied by safeguards that fully protect children’s health and development. My concerns on my behalf as a citizen concerns here in los angeles I live in city of L.A. what I saw here is overwhelming these cell towers are everywhere not only that but also camouflage in any shapes and forms are also noticeable my big concern is that they put nearby churches, shopping mall, schools, colleges, parks, recreational, civic city, apartments, empty buildings are also sprouted by cell towers, commercial buildings, suburban areas, houses, and even power poles are also sprouted by many cell antennas, not only that but also in farms area too are also expose these emissions not only that but also water tanks towers are also erected cell antennas, the fake tress any kind surreal plant like trees are also unnatural to look upon them, but also broadcast by invincible microwave radiations non stop according to scientists and researchers are concerned by escalation of high chronic illnesses of any kind of symptoms or even psychological problems of human by induced by electromagnet radiations and according to some experts that our Schumann frequency our earth's beat natural pulses to calm our mind and well being is now compromised by heavily electromagnetic waves from cell towers or any kind of radio transmissions capable higher power to create a cascade effects to scramble and jamming our Earth's pulse natural healing frequency known the Schumann frequency that most fundamental to our human health and also for the 4G,5G, and soon the 6G are also close microwave frequency that using by radar that use on air traffic controller to reflect and deflect by bouncing emissions frequencies some story that the radar operator have symptoms and later on their lives has chronic disease or even cancers.My other concerns also in subway has so many repeaters of cell antenna on order to connect people inside the train but unbeknownst that overwhelmed of high exposed electromagnetic frequencies radiations. My hope is to reduce these power emmiter from celltowers on any shapes and forms and not too close by an Inhabitants of human beings is what statistically and noticeable by scientists and researchers that even on insects, plants, animals has also degredation of life's and caused cease off of basic of life indefinitely and imbalances and chaos which havoc of all life's as we know it. So, away as much possible these towers and must be not to the dwelling people, animals and even some of a trees has perish they too by a constant irrediated by harmful electromagnetic radiations. Not only that but also wifi that also harmful to humans when getting closer on it which is not safe, so must lower the output of power and reduce the emissions on that way, safer and health, my only concerns some regulations and private sectors don't have a regulations to cut off these excess power output of these emissions and if they follow the protocol procedure often they want to desire to ignore the law and continuing to non stop thus no enforcement to check individually antenna that scattered all over thousands of thousands of cell tower antennas. It must be a limit the tower antenna and relocate far away from people because too much celltowers seem obvious creating unbalance of all life's thus no harmony and no restore where should be. Another to implement is to lower the power output of cellphone I know they want more bandwidth and speed for transmission in order for demand consumers but sadly they don't care and aim more needed most so they can carry all over the places for a convenient. I believe some technology out there to reduce power output and to more carefree and health matters not to over expose them by some sort of radiation or to minimize it the better would come, I know they want technology to use efficient and more convenient accessable for everybody but must be implying also to limit the threshold not to over exploitation if only must be balance and reusable and efficient. In European nation they already implemented their laws to reduces tower and emissions from cellphone to celltowers which win win situations and more health consciousness that reflects in nature and people habitatants and if not fiber optics and land lines are the better high speed of Internet than wireless. Despite of overwhelming nowadays, the celltowers are everywhere must demand to reduce their infrastructure and put out of harms'away to the people even though they didn't know that they had been already compromised and later their lives has so many complications and illnesses mysteriously and can't explain and why, so many cases and statistically that already had answer but unfortunately never intending to the people but only a small fine letters warning that can't see what's warning all about, so instead of warning signs each devices has to be regulated and strictly low power output in that way more happy and happy specially to those people who suffering by radio radiations or also known electromagnetic frequency sensitive or EMF sensitive.

My name is Mayer Mayerfeld. I became certified as a Building Biologist Electromagnetic Radiation Specialist in 2022, after apprenticing and working for another Building Biologist for 4 years. I live in Brooklyn, New York and conducted several hundred Building Biology EMF assessments between 2018 and and 2022, in the Tristate region. Since 2022,rather than conducting individual assessments, I have decided to focus on research to become a more proficient expert with an eye to educating the public about this very important environmental pollutant and hopefully to influence public policy to curtail it. Radio Frequency Radiation/R.F./Wireless Microwave Radiation Communication is one of the 4 types of Man Made EMF that are often the focus of concern. The others 3 would be AC Magnetic Fields, AC Electric Fields,and Dirty Electricity - High Frequency Voltage Transients. In addition to these 4 types of EMF, Artificial light which is also an EMF, is a very important part of the picture. I would like to start with the conclusion of the NIEHS Rapid Report from 1999 and Its Working Group from 1988 cited by Kavet et al in regards to contact current. "In addition to these relative aspects of dose, the absolute (as well as modest) level of contact current modeled (18 μA) produces average electric fields in tissue along its path that exceed 1 mV/m. At and above this level, the NIEHS Working Group [1998] accepts that biological effects relevant to cancer have been reported in "numerous well-programmed studies". The effects the Working Group cites are "increased cell proliferation, disruption of signal transduction pathways, and inhibition of differentiation". The NIEHS endorses this conclusion in its final EMF RAPID report [1999]. So we see that the US government knew back in 1999 that an 18 microamp / 1millivolt per meter electric field can cause cancer. Although Kavet was discussing contact current, The Late Dave Stetzer,a senior expert in the IEEE, explained that you can induce an an 18 microamp current by means of capacitive coupling to the Dirty Electricity in the electric field from home wiring. A fair question is if it can cause cancer,what else might it be causing? Dr Samuel Milham M.D. a career epidemiologist, has published numerous papers and a book on the subject. He came to the conclusion that all modern diseases such as Cancer,Heart Disease,Diabetes,Depression,Suicide,etc. are due to man made electricity in general and dirty electricity in particular. Dave Stetzer explained that the most bio-active frequencies were between 1.7 kilohertz and 100 kilohertz. This is based on his discussion with Russian Scientists and possibly based on classified information that he had from his time serving in the USAF. That range of frequency is within the RF range and so it is pertinent to the discussion.The problem of High Frequency Voltage Transients is compounded by the fact that the utility companies in all 50 states have been allowed to use the earth as a return circuit, against the rules of the IEEE. Despite being warned decades ago by their own nonprofit research arm - EPRI - that they need to add Neutral return capacity to avoid using the earth as a return circuit, instead the Electric Utilities decided to expose the entire US population to these ground currents. This is a failure of the government to regulate electric power transmission in such a way as to prevent it from being a health hazard. In respect to Microwave wireless communications,most people focus on the power density and or the high frequency aspect of this radiation. However I would like to point out the work of Dr. Dimitris Panagopolous. a Biophysiscist. Among the factors that he says are of concern are the Pulsation and Modulation of the the High Frequency waves with Extremely low frequencies. It is these pulsations and modulations that are in fact the most harmful aspect of wireless communications in his view. I would also Like to point out the work of the Late Arthur Firstenberg and his very well researched book The Invisible Rainbow. One aspect that he focuses on is the deleterious effect of Man Made Electric Fields on the Electron Transport Chain. He also cites numerous examples of how in addition to Human Health, Man Made EMfs are causing Bird,Amphibian, and insect die-offs, as well as harming Plants and Trees. It should be noted that many so called Green Technologies, although credited with lowering Carbon Dioxide, are actually doing far more harm to the environment and the climate with EMFs. For Example Solar Panels. They produce large amounts of Dirty Electricity. I would also like to cite the voluminous work of Dr. Jack Kruse a Neurosurgeon and Quantum Biologist especially with his focus on how Man Made EMFs or as he terms it Non Native EMFs negatively impact the Electron Transport Chain in Humans. I conclude with the call Of Arthur Firstenberg: At the very least Mankind must go back to 1995 levels of RF.

Dear Madams and Sirs, I never really worried about EMFs until 5G implementation happened, and even then, only knew that what we are exposed to is non-ionizing and the DNA should be fine, but the other effects only became clear to me when I made friends with two people who call themselves "electrohypersensive". They both told me that after 20 minutes to a few hours in a high Wi-Fi environment, their weakness, headaches, brain fog, depression would climb and they would have to leave to find "quieter" ground to recover. One friend, a 30 year old male middle school teacher, has lived in his car for several years to escape to low EMF areas and can barely keep a job. The other friend, a 65 year old woman, 3 years ago predicted her death in the next year because she knew she was getting sicker and sicker as 5G grew. Her number one complaint was a constant and severe feeling of dehydration. Water, electrolytes, gels, watery vegetables, nothing helped her. Three months later she landed in the hospital, and the doctors were flummoxed by how many saline bags they had to keep giving her for three days before she began her recovery. I can now definitely attest to my own bizarre symptoms that kept increasing over the past 7 or 8 years finally improving after, out of simple peace of mind, I purchase Blushield's C1 and Pi devices for creating "harmonious frequencies" for my cells to attune to, instead of the ambient, chaotic EMFs we're all exposed to. It took about 6 months for me to realize these intense vasovagal storms where my blood pressure would suddenly drop, I'd fall to the floor unable to get up for several hours, diarrhea, vomiting, and terrifying immobility had stopped. My health, energy and mood improved in numerous ways as well. Since owning these devices, I've come to learn from numerous sources, including PubMed, that our cells, the cells of animals, insects, trees are suffering in a multitude of ways like chronic dehydration, cells clumping and sticking, voltage gated ion calcium channels are being overrun by the more powerful EMF voltages, and areas of our DNA that are normally kept "silent" for our own protection are now activating due methylation and acetylation malfunctioning, allowing viruses and retroviruses to wreak havoc on our immune systems. With up to 70% of the American population dealing with chronic illness, our current and rising EMF exposure will only take us down the wrong road. I have read that Big Telecom could alter these fields so they are harmonious to cellular health and life, and still deliver the same things we've come to depend on, our cell phones, internet, streaming and more. Why we don't do is not up to debate. It costs money to change what's in place, but this review on how EMFs have been impacting us is at least a start. Thank you for reading! My comment is in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a citizen, parent, and grandparent. Since this is a medical issue, it is obvious that HHS must be actively involved in directing scientific research which thoroughly tests and measures the effects of EMF, RF, and Wireless radiation on people, animals, and the environment. HHS must also investigate reports of those who have been injured/affected as a result of EMF, RF, Wireless radiation exposure. It is the duty of HHS to fully explore any and all connections between EMF, RF, and Wireless exposure and negative health outcomes, especially to those exceptionally vulnerable such as children and the aged. Walking into a store that sells technology, like Best Buy, leaves me feeling weak and disoriented. My nephew is literally addicted to his device. He can no longer carry on normal social interactions, because he must always be checking his phone. Our little black ants that have lived here at this home for over 50 years disappeared when 5G was installed along the highways for emergency vehicle use. Now we have much fewer ants. They are smaller and of a different color, more gray. One of my good friends needs to wear fabric woven with metal thread as underwear in order to avoid becoming disoriented while walking around the neighborhood. And she can not enter most stores for shopping, or drive on the more major highways, because the radio waves are too strong, and she becomes disoriented if she does. These are not small concerns. Cell phone use in cars is now illegal in the U.K. because they harm the brains of small children as the radio waves become trapped in the cars and bounce around causing damage to the brain. We know that bees can not find their way into their hives if cell phones are in use near their hives. Please consider these concerns and give them your thoughtful response when making decisions about whether or not to allow more wireless Radiation, RF Radiation or EMFs. Thank you.
