Re: RF/EMF Exposure, Human Health, Directed-Energy Technologies, Environmental Effects, and Institutional Accountability
1 History and Unanswered Questions
Since 2012, I have experienced persistent, unexplained physical symptoms that have resulted in years of medical visits, diagnostic testing, and brain scans.
My primary complaint has been a vibration- or frequency-like sensation throughout my body. For several years, these episodes occurred predominantly at night, sometimes with such regularity that I could practically set my watch by them. The sensations also followed me to different locations rather than appearing limited to one particular environment.
During this period, I experienced difficulty walking straight, difficulty speaking correctly, and blurred vision. These symptoms resembled signs of a stroke, yet my evaluations did not identify a stroke or establish an explanation for what I was experiencing.
I have continued to undergo medical monitoring and still experience frequency-like sensations and tinnitus in one ear. The tinnitus becomes louder when I experience the vibrations.
I am asking HHS to recognize that persistent, unexplained symptoms deserve serious medical attention, objective investigation, and research. I respectfully request that HHS:
1. Encourage improved medical evaluation and documentation of persistent unexplained neurological and sensory symptoms, including appropriate investigation of potential medical and environmental contributing factors.
2. Identify research gaps in current diagnostic and environmental assessment methods that may limit the ability to investigate these symptoms without prematurely assuming or dismissing a cause.
Children, Schools, and Wireless Technology
Prioritize research on children's long-term RF exposure, including potential effects on neurological development, sleep, cognition, and other relevant health outcomes. . Their developing bodies and potentially long lifetime exposure make independent research on children's health an important priority.
3. Directed-Energy Technologies and Unexplained Symptoms
I ask HHS to address the potential health implications of directed-energy technologies, including relevant radiofrequency and microwave exposures.
Public discussion of unusual neurological symptoms among diplomatic personnel, often referred to as Havana syndrome, has raised questions about possible causes, including directed energy. These cases do not establish a single cause for all reported symptoms, but they underscore the importance of rigorous investigation when unusual health complaints arise.
I identify as a targeted individual because of my personal experiences and concerns. I recognize that my symptoms alone cannot establish deliberate targeting or identify a particular technology. Nevertheless, I believe concerns involving possible technological exposure should be evaluated fairly, objectively, and through appropriate scientific methods.
I respectfully request that HHS coordinate with relevant federal agencies and independent experts to:
1. Review evidence concerning the biological effects of relevant RF and microwave exposures, including high-intensity or pulsed exposures where appropriate.
2. Establish appropriate medical and scientific protocols for investigating suspected exposure-related injuries.
3. Improve documentation of unexplained neurological symptoms and potential environmental exposures.
4. Distinguish verified findings from hypotheses that remain unconfirmed.
5. Ensure that credible concerns receive appropriate investigation without presuming a cause in advance.
The public deserves a credible process for investigating suspected harm, including the possibility of emerging or specialized technologies, without premature conclusions in either direction.
4. Environmental Health: Wildlife and Vegetation.
Coordinate with appropriate environmental and scientific agencies to identify research gaps and evaluate real-world RF exposure biological, behavioral, reproductive, or developmental effects in wildlife and vegetation
Corporate, Government, and Military Accountability
Promote independent scientific review, transparent disclosure of relevant evidence and research limitations, and appropriate conflict-of-interest safeguards for studies used to assess the health and safety of RF/EMF and directed-energy technologies.
2. Support clear procedures for independent investigation, interagency coordination, and accountability when credible concerns arise regarding possible exposure-related injuries, including concerns involving corporate, government, military, or contractor activities, consistent with applicable privacy, security, and legal requirements.
Public confidence depends on independent verification, transparent methods, and a credible process for addressing legitimate concerns. No institution should be exempt from appropriate scientific scrutiny, and no allegation should be treated as established without supporting evidence.
