Hello, I started with emf sensitivity when we started adding more devices and our router was updated to one that couldn’t be turned off at night. Now with towers and antennas all around us I suffer with dizziness, blurry eyes, heart palpitations and I don’t sleep more than 3 nights a week, that’s the worst, we are moving to an area that I hope will better. I hope something can be done about it especially for the children since they have their whole life ahead of them. Thank you palpitations and I don’t sleep more than maybe 3 times a week, we are moving to an area that I hope will be better.

MY NEIGHBORS AND ANIMALS ARE DYING I am SICK. My family members have been SICK SINCE more than a hundred UNREGULATED TOWERS WENT LIVE over our community. This has been a challenge for me to get anyone to help in my community. I wanted to share my story in hopes of helping others. My story is one of many in Terrebonne Parish. After multiple (9) 300-foot 5G towers were put over our homes, four 300-foot 5G towers were put over my home and animal sanctuary, and four 300-foot towers were put over my office. At the same time, smart meters were put on my home, along with those of every other Entergy customer. I began getting sick, very sick. It began in my petting area with heart palpitations, headaches, vomiting, ringing in my ears, confusion, bleeding gums, insomnia, nightmares, dizziness, anxiety, ears buzzing 24 hours a day, severe fatigue, muscle weakness, and more. I have now been diagnosed with radiation syndrome / EHS (electromagnetic hypersensitivity syndrome) caused by extreme exposure to radiation. Many residents are experiencing similar symptoms. Countless children are now suffering. Being a very healthy person my whole life, this has been a life-changing situation. I am usually the one helping others; now I need your help. I never thought this could happen until I was forced to face it by becoming sick. I'm not sure where this illness will take me. However, I must do all I can to protect my family and my community. Seven neighbors on my street and friends have died after the towers went live over their homes. Many other residents are also sick. My community is surrounded by towers that have no regulatory testing information, nor does our planning department ask for it, citing the FCC's outdated RF radiation guidelines. I became certified in RF radiation testing. I now test the towers and smart meters. I can confirm that the EMF (electromagnetic frequency) / RF (radio frequency) radiation being emitted is extreme for every single product, tower, and smart device I have tested. It has been a fight to protect my family, my community, and myself, with EVERYONE CITING THE FCC'S OUTDATED RF RADIATION GUIDELINES. I had to learn all I could about this to protect my health and theirs. I've had to turn my home, where I have lived for 28 years, into an EMF-safe house (until I sell it), as well as my barn, which is surrounded by EMF material and protection. My bed is covered with EMF protection as well due to the radiation levels in my home. I now have to wear protective clothing all day. Leaving my safe area means becoming exposed due to the unbridled towers around me. I am a very private person. This is not easy to share, but if I do not ask for help now, many more innocent people will be sick, or they will die like my neighbors, my friends, and my animals. Since the towers went live, six of my horses have died instantly under the towers. All of my little animals have died. My 200-pound tortoises started going blind. I'm not sure where the daily radiation exposure will take me, so I thought now is the best time to ask for your help in making a change. THE FCC MUST REGULATE THE RADIATION, OR THE DEATH & DESTRUCTION WILL NEVER END. Technology is safe only if it is REGULATED. Always, Shari Champagne

John M. Endres Wireless Technology (EMF) Health Symptoms October 2, 2012 to present (2026) On October 2, 2012 a “smart” water meter was installed at the Biotechnology facility that I worked in. Approx 30 minutes after the “smart” water meter installation, I began to feel ill while working in our office area. My symptoms included: headache, nausea, difficulty focusing on my work, a metallic taste in my mouth, rapid vibration of my temple veins, and painful neck lymph nodes. I left the office area, and walked to my bench in our laboratory area. I stayed in the laboratory for the remainder of my work day. The painful symptoms subsided, and I left the building to go home. When home, I tried to make sense of what happened to me in my office area. I knew that there was a WiFi Repeater on the power cable approximately 15 feet from our office window. Could the WiFi Repeater somehow be interacting with signals from the “smart” water meter? There were over 20 scientists in our facility, but I was the only individual to experience adverse health symptoms. While at home, my symptoms disappeared. I began to document my symptoms. I returned to work the following day and while at my office desk the painful headache and other symptoms returned. I had to leave work and went home, and my symptoms slowly dissipated. Over the next 5 work days, I documented my symptoms at work and tried various shielding methods and finding safe areas (laboratories, break room, etc.). I began researching papers regarding health impacts of man-made electromagnetic fields (EMFs) of wireless technology. I purchased a TENMARS TM-195 3-axis RF Field Strength meter, and EMF protective clothing from Less EMF, Inc. I measured the temperature of my head at various locations. I decided that I would be a “guinea pig” and record and document the EMFs at various locations in our facility. Brief summary of symptoms and measurements from my 5-day study Overall Symptoms while at work: headache, nausea, difficulty concentrating on tasks, shakiness, pain in the back of my neck at the base of my skull, rapid and painful vibration of my temple veins, stomach queasiness, pulse and heart rate variability, left eye pain sensations, shortness of breath, heat sensations around my head, “metallic mouth taste”, shakiness or quivering of my legs, etc. µW/m² range of values using the RF Field Strength meter, October 10, 2012 Background test of RF meter at home: 0--200 µW/m² Range of µW/m² values at my desk on 10/10/2012, 9:55 am to 11:15 am: 960.8 – 2,070 µW/m² At 11:15 am I left our facility as I was not feeling well and when I reached my car I had a seizure where I lost control of my legs. After a few minutes, I slowly made it back into our facility. I was taken immediately to our company Dr at our main facility and she confirmed that I had a very serious seizure and that I could not risk having another seizure (as it could cause very significant harm). Two months prior to my EMF symptoms, I had an annual medical exam and was given a clean bill of health. I had MRI and EEG exams after my seizure—they did not reveal anything of concern. Several days after my seizure, our department head walked into our office area and he asked me: “John, do you know that there is a WiFi router in the upstairs conference room, directly above your head?” Oh my goodness! I was not aware of the WiFi router directly above my head. This may explain a lot. I have been researching the health impacts of wireless technology ever since my experience with the “smart” water meter” incident at the biotech facility. I immediately found two books by Dr Robert Becker: “The Body Electric” and “Cross Currents”. In his book “The Body Electric”, on page 284, under the subheading “Fatal Locations”, Dr Becker writes in the 2nd paragraph six sentences that have stuck with me ever since my episode with the “smart” water meter: “The major problems come from extremely low frequencies (ELF), but higher frequencies have the same effects if pulsed or modulated in the ELF range. This is very often the case, for, to transmit information, microwaves or radio waves must be shaped. This is done by interrupting the beam to form pulses or by modulating the frequency or amplitude (size) of the waves. Furthermore, today’s environment is a latticework of crisscrossing signals in which there’s always the possibility of synergistic effects or the “construction” of new ELF signals from the patterns of interference between two higher frequencies. Therefore, experiments in which cells or organisms are exposed to a single unmodulated frequency, though sometimes useful, are irrelevent outside the lab. They’re most often done by researchers whose only goal is to be able to say, “See, there’s no cause for alarm.”

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a concerned citizen. Within a month of the introduction of cell phones, around the early 1990's (Clovis, CA), my husband began having unbearable ringing in his ears. He began having hearing issues and eventually wore progressively more potent hearing aids. Today, he now has a cochlear implant. Meanwhile, as cellphones prolifereated, I developed a heart "flutter", which my cardiologist can't find a reason for. However, when I'm at our home at Lake Tahoe where my computer senses at least 7 wifi systems from the densely packed houses nearby, my ears ring intensely and my heart flutter worsens (to the point of making me cough and or feeling like I'm going to pass out. These symptoms reduce significantly when we are at our house down in the Carson Valley in Nevada, where homes are on acreage and much farther apart. I sincerely believe cell phone towers and their attendant radiation, are causing physical ailments in people. I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of an adult how has been at times strongly affected by wireless radiation. I have to be very careful to how much exposure I receive. I get headaches and it feels like my skin, particularly on my face starts to tingle. My skin gets hot and will progress to actually turning bright red if I don’t remove myself from the area or device. Eventually my heart will start racing and I start tingling all over. It feels like some unseen oppressive force. I have learned racks to keep myself away from the worst of it. I use a flip phone instead of a smart phone and not having it turned on except when I need to make a call.. A router in my house is too strong so I now use a small hotspot and turn my WiFi of frequently and definitely every night. I would like to have wired internet but it’s problematic with my particular home. That’s what I hope to eventually have as it is much safer. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. I am responding from the perspective of an EMF DISABLED patient, parent /my daughter is also EMF harmed, I am a healthcare professional-Family Nurse Practitioner of 42 years, and a researcher / author and Anti-EMF advocate, & concerned member of the public. I had to leave my medical clinic 5 years ago because the landlord put WiFi Routers above and next to my clinic. Then the local electric company EWEB put a SMART Meter on the building. I became light headed, headaches, nausea, my blood pressure spiked and I became unsteady on my feet with fuzzy thinking. I could no longer see patients in my medical practice. I moved my Nurse Practitioner clinic home and had to let go my 3 staff. This rather wrecked my finances. My home had a safe analog electric meter, and I had thrown out my cell phone and got wired modems and a $3,500 Power Perfect device on my electric system to take out all dirty electricity from the power lines coming into my house. That worked until the dread Eugene Water and Electric company forced me and everyone else in town to get a digital SMART METER ON THE HOUSE. Five ex-military “Security people” from EWEB appeared and 3 of them were in body armor with a taser on one hip and a pistol on the other and told me they were here to take your meter lady”. Fabulous intimidation, I was 74 years of age were they expecting I would wrestle them to the ground? The day they put the SMART meter on my home I immediately had high pitched buzzing in my head ,chest pain, my blood pressure spiked, headaches and I was unsteady on my feet. I could not stay in the home so I slept in a friend’s shed with no power. I called EWEB the next day to see if they could give me another type of meter. They sent another armed guard and a bucket truck out and told me I had to keep this meter that I had or they could cut the power at the pole…...So they cut my power on Sept 27, 2024 because I could not live in a house with a Smart meter and be EMF Disabled. Two years later I am running off a solar generator and had to change out $55,000 in getting all new natural gas appliances for a refrigerator, heating stove, water heater,solar panels.My oven does not work since it is electric and I have been cooking all my meals on a Coleman camp stove for 2 years on a covered deck in all weather. I am now 75. Unfortunately I am still not safe living here due to more EMFs/ cell towers and my neighbor’s homes emitting RF and it was my “Forever home” of 20 years and it looks like I am to be forced out of here. I have one 30 watt non LED light bulb in the whole home that runs off a solar generator and my computer. I spend my evenings with candles or REI back packing lanterns for light in the home since the power was cut at the pole 2 years ago. I still have high pitched buzzing in my head, fuzzy thinking when it is high with awful fatigue that comes in waves. I can pick up 16 of my neighbor’s WiFi routers, and their SMART meters & a baby monitor on my EMF /RF meter. I have NOT slept through the night in 3 years now since the SMART meter roll out. I NEVER wake up refreshed no matter how many hours I am trying to sleep. I have come to hate nights due to the constant buzzing. My white blood count has dropped due to the EMF exposure and I am working myself up for auto immune problems and it has stirred up my in-remission Epstein Barr from 30 years ago. I now have all leather grounding shoes, 4 grounding mats to sit on, a grounding mat on my bed that is grounded on my mattress, I have grounding silver thread sheets and a $1,300 SILVER thread Faraday canopy over my bed. I have put aluminum radiant barrier on my bedroom walls/ ceiling and floor and have put 2 layers of aluminum screen over my bedroom windows and the mesh is grounded with a metal rod. All of this blocks some of the EMFs/ RF, but not enough. On the www.AntennaeSearch.com website my home comes up with 161 large 5G towers and 492 small cell antenna within 3 miles of my home. They have a new 5G 500 foot tower 0.2 miles from my home with 3 telecoms on it, I can see the tower from my back deck. When it was 4G it did not give me symptoms .“They” put in 15 large 400-500 foot towers during Covid when people were not looking/ distracted ,along the railroad track which curves so all 15 of these Damn towers are ¾ of a mile from my home. I am being COOKED and I feel rotten. If I go out into the country away from cell phone towers ALL the buzzing in my head goes away and my cognition totally clears up and I have energy again. The RF/ EMF/ 5G towers & cell phones and wifi routers made me sick. They are an invisible toxin that is permeating my walls, ceiling and windows and my yard, that I no longer enjoy being in since the buzzing in my head is worse outside. At 75 I have to find a new home.

Beginning is Spring of 2014, I started having some major problems with my health. This included low energy and inability to sleep at night, dry eyes or burning eyes for no reason, vertigo on changing positions, dizziness, racing thoughts, forgetfulness, waking up hot and sweaty, but had gone through menopause 10 years previously, depression, IBS and diarrhea, skin pigmentation blotchy face and arms, ih have roleux blood which clumps up when I am over exposed, heart palpitations or crushing pain which I finally had to have a pacemaker installed in 2019 and in that area and 24/7 tinnitus. I passed out on a few occasions, twice at home, once at a bank in which the banker said my eyes rolled. I passed out again on July 10th and ended up in emergency leaving with a heart monitor to wear for a month. I started to see Karen von Merveldt-Guevara, a German MD due to no real cure from my emergency visit. Testing was completed and I was suffering from copper overload, and it was toxicity levels and adrenal fatigue. I visited the dentist due to heavy metal toxicity and removed old fillings due to their amalgam silver and mercury laden fillings leaching into my blood stream. We had just had a Smart Meter installed on our house which also had solar array on the roof. It had an inverter, but it was determined that it needed a filter which was installed on the house on the recommendation of the building biologist who actually conducted an inspection. I was living 3 blocks from stealth cell tower on top of the fire house and the suspicion that radio frequencies from this combination was making me totally disabled. We installed a silver lined protection over the bed while sleeping at night, but the fear of living in this space made us move. We moved out of the state of Arizona due to the inablilty to keep an analog meter on our house. We moved to Oregon where we found a house with the standard analog meter and I was 1.5 miles from the nearest cell tower and did well until, again a utility company demanded that we install another Smart Meter on the home. Again, we chose to move out of this utility company's control and live elsewhere. This has been the pattern now for 12 years. I do OK as long as I am not bombarded with RF frequencies that affect me negatively. I cannot spend all day and all night in high frequencies. I do not work and remain close to my home now so it has also limited my ability to travel and enjoy life.

Hello - I will be providing information to the effects of these catastrophic frequencies and radiation exposures and I demand that the FCC and HHS release their findings on this as well to the public. It has been presented before but shoved off as "We don't deal with humans, only frequencies." There is so much proof out there it is absurd that our government and the tech companies keep slowly killing the global populations with these weapons; that is what they are. See below info and any attachments on this. The peer-reviewed and human evidence submitted to federal regulators establishes that exposure to electromagnetic fields (EMFs), radiofrequency radiation (RFR) and wireless radiation produces a wide range of measurable biological harms—not merely theoretical thermal risks. As documented in the FCC docket, filings contained "peer-reviewed studies showing radiofrequency radiation contributing to cell damage, DNA damage, infertility, carcinogenicity, cognitive deficits, and cardiovascular disruption, among a wide array of negative health effects". This body of evidence—over 11,000 pages—was dismissed by the FCC, whose representative reportedly told an injured petitioner, "We don't deal with humans, only frequencies". Cancer Risk and Official Recognition The World Health Organization's International Agency for Research on Cancer classifies RF radiation as "possibly carcinogenic to humans". Professor Lennart Hardell is responsible for this classification based on evidence linking wireless radiation to increased risk for glioma and acoustic neuroma [A-2]. The National Toxicology Program's own study found "clear evidence linking cell phone use to heart tumors in rats, with some evidence also linking it to brain and adrenal tumors" [A-1]. A review led by Linda Birnbaum, former director of the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences, concluded there is "substantial scientific evidence" that RFR causes "cancer, endocrine, and neurological problems, as well as many other negative health effects". The Causal Mechanism: Oxidative Stress At the cellular level, the primary mechanism of harm appears to be oxidative stress. According to Children's Health Defense, the evidence identified a "causal mechanism of harm" found in 203 out of 225 studies: oxidative stress, "which can lead to cancer, non-cancer conditions, and DNA damage". Professor Martin Pall, Professor Emeritus of Biochemistry at Washington State University, confirmed that "current EMFs can cause lowered fertility, neurological/psychiatric effects, DNA damage, apoptosis, oxidative stress, endocrine effects, cancer, genetic and epigenetic changes, inflammation, mitochondrial dysfunction, and cardiac effects". Children Are Disproportionately Vulnerable Children face heightened risk. Research has found that "children's brains absorb 2-3 times more radiation than an adult's". This vulnerability is compounded by the fact that substantially more children are using cell phones from younger ages. The 5G Escalation The rollout of 5G represents a dramatic escalation. Unlike previous technologies, 5G uses "frequencies between 24 GHz and 100 GHz, known as millimeter-wave frequencies". Israeli researchers found that "our sweat ducts act as antennas for millimeter waves, meaning we would absorb more energy into our bodies". Professor Pall warned that "5G will inevitably produce universal or almost universal very early-onset Alzheimer's dementia and may cause near-universal autism" . Critically, "there are no safety studies on 5G", and Senator Richard Blumenthal concluded after a Senate hearing, "So there really is no research ongoing. We're kind of flying blind here, as far as health and safety are concerned". Brain, Sleep and Mitochondrial Effects The evidence further shows effects on the brain, "including impaired blood flow and damage to the blood-brain barrier, cognitive and memory problems, and effects on sleep, melatonin production, and mitochondrial damage". These findings are especially significant because mitochondrial dysfunction is central to chronic degenerative disease processes. Dr. Erica Mallery-Blythe emphasized that "the relationship between radiation intensity and biological effects is not linear," and that EMFs interact with chemicals, genetics, nutrition, and stress in ways that "can exponentially worsen these biological effects". Conclusion The evidence is clear: EMF, RFR and wireless radiation exposure produces oxidative stress, DNA damage, cancer, neurological harm, reproductive damage, and mitochondrial dysfunction.

EMF'S are lethal to all living things. My son developed a deadly heart condition from the WiFi at his school. So did other students. The bee population is dieing off from exposure. So is other animals, birds, fish, trees and other insects. The only logical thing to do is to turn back the clock and remove it completely. We were fine with out it!

My wife's experiences with RF/EMF and consequences for her health and quality of life My wife's electrical hypersensitivity began after a tough amalgam removal in 1980 granted by the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, paragraph 8, due to oral galvanism. A brass screw in a root-filled cracked tooth reacted with amalgam fillings that first turned black and then began to dissolve. Referral to the Academic University Hospital in Uppsala where elevated mercury levels were found. After the sick leave period when she returned to her job as a teacher, she reacted to fluorescent light fixtures with tingling in her skin. The municipality electrically removed her schoolroom; fluorescent light fixtures were replaced with incandescent light. Dimmers were removed. She was able to continue her job part-time due to chronic fatigue. The computers were moved into a special room and she was referred to Arbetslivstjänster for testing of electrically removed computers. Then mobile phones came in and she had such serious symptoms that she could no longer stay at school. She was completely on sick leave and later received sickness benefit, diagnosed with ICI -10 T78 anaphylactic shock/perceived electrical hypersensitivity. A 3G mast gets a building permit 200 m from our house. Despite the municipality's knowledge of her problem and our electrically renovated home, they claimed that she would be able to handle it. We moved to a secluded farm in another municipality. After a year in our new home in the countryside, the municipality sets up a two-transmitter WiMAX to offer wireless broadband throughout the municipality. For 3 days, my wife and 6 other electro sensitive people have to quickly flee their homes. Her symptoms were air hunger, heart problems, swollen and red face, tingling throughout the body. Certificate from the district doctor. Escapes to the forest, lives in a caravan. Must start with heart medication. Can move home after 1.5 years of living in a caravan when the municipality shut down WiMAX. She had not been able to visit our home at all during the time in the caravan. A year later, “smart electricity meters” were installed and she became acutely ill with very high blood pressure (the negative pressure was 122). This time she fled to a renovated caravan in the forest and she could not tolerate any electricity at all for 3 months. She was terribly ill, had tinnitus and other problems and was completely exhausted. There is a medical certificate. When we got the old electricity meter back after 9 months, she was able to move back home. When she visited her health center in November 2017, she became very ill after 10 minutes, again with shortness of breath, heart problems, swelling and tingling and was very ill for 6 months. She learned that the health center had installed Wifi 2G+5G. She contacted the health center and wanted them to come to our house and take tests. The answer was no. “It is not medically justified. You are welcome to the health center, but the WiFi will not be shut down”. Since then, she has had no access to healthcare. After each “bang”, she becomes more and more sensitive to electricity/mobile phones. Now the network owner, where she has her electrically renovated refugee accommodation, has installed a new “smart” electricity meter, even though we have an agreement to keep our old mechanical electricity meter and self-reading. We have hired a lawyer, but are not getting it right. Now we have appealed to the Supreme Court. The electrically renovated refugee accommodation, which cost us 2 million Skr, is completely destroyed for her. It is uninhabitable and she is completely without rights. According to the EU Energy Market Directive, it is possible to keep your old electricity meter if you have problems with the new electricity meters, but Sweden has decided that no exceptions should be allowed. The authorities are even urging network owners to use the Swedish Enforcement Authority against those who refuse to install “smart electricity meters” due to health reasons. If that were to happen to us too, she would have nowhere to go. Once again, she is in the same situation that smart electricity meters are being installed in our house, but now our spare accommodation is uninhabitable. Where will she live? Since 2017, she has not had access to healthcare at the health Centre and hospital due to wireless broadband Wifi, which the healthcare system refuses to turn off. She has needed care in the meantime, referrals are stopped by the hospital director citing a lack of scientific evidence, too expensive to fix and patient safety for other patients is threatened. The answer is always. “You are welcome to healthcare but Wifi will not be shut down”. The hospital technicians believe that it is possible to temporarily shut down Wifi locally without risk to other patients. Now the hospital director has also forbidden the hospital technicians from speaking out about this.
