Cell phones burn my hands if I hold onto them. Cell towers activate a hystemine reaction in nerves that were damaged from herpes virus. Extremely [ainful feels like a wasp bite, to a 3 degree burn. Sometimes lightening bolts that go from top of my sho0ulder to stomach to bottom of my feet. It impacts my daily life because I cant go to the movie theater or to certain grocery stores. People think I am crazy but when I am traveling my body gets hives before we go around the bend and see a gigantic cell tower in the distance.

My sister is so affected by electromagnetic frequencies that she is unable to leave her house because especially her heart rate may go as high as 175 or may drop to dangerous levels. Her entire body suffers from exposure to EMFs. If you look at the businesses that are selling items to help people with this problem of sensitive to EMFs, you will realize it is a real problem that many people have. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. I am responding from the perspective of a concerned member of the public. Wireless radiation has affected me because I have been forced to allow smart meters be installed at my home. The electric meter was placed on the outside of my kitchen. I was told to allow them to install it or police would be called. My local health group sent many documents to the Kansas Corporation Commission and they have not helped to protect our health or property. One friend is sensitive to wireless radiation and avoids groups do to phone and other radiation. In 1970 my Father felt ill while working for KG&E the Electric Company at their substation. He died from a cardiac arrest before his buddy could get him to the hospital leaving my Mother to raise four young children on her on. I support people affected by wireless radiation because their health is important to me and I believe HHS should address this issue because the Kansas Corporation Commission has not protected Kansans. I have a friend who is very sensitive to electromagnetic radiation and it makes her sick. She cannot live as a normal person.

I have a neighbor who is extra sensitive. Ultimately, he had to move. He surveyed the neighbors within a radius of one block of him. Many had the onset of severe headaches they had not experience before. His dog developed symptoms. Once they both moved 20 miles away, they both recovered from symptoms.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of both a researcher and American civilian. I have had many negative experiences personally with wireless radiation over the past couple decades, as well as my own research, both academically and theoretical, on the negative effects of non-ionizing radiation. The most significant experience is the week 5G went online, and fully energized, in San Juan, Puerto Rico where I had been residing in December 2019, just before the pandemic. I immediately developed migraines for the first time. And have dealt with specifically since then in metropolitan areas, including upon my return to Los Angeles. I now have to live rural, and avoid cities, to maintain some aspect of a productive lifestyle. High levels of cell phone radiation first trigger fatigue, confusion, and reduced cognitive function in myself, followed my headaches, and at worst, migraines. As such, I do not, have not, and will not, own a 5G phone. I have studied electrical engineering, theoretical physics, and cosmology for the past 20 years. To say non-ionizing radiation has no biological effects, let alone the tolerance levels currently accepted as safe, are in part criminal at this point in time from research that does exist on the topic, and has since been whitewashed as with other highly politicized industries on health and wellness.

I would get migraines in my own house and my daughter had rashes and heat. It was affecting me so much that it was part of the reason I left my marriage of 30 years. My family would not believe me about what was impacting my health or read the documentation that I researched. I went to school board meetings, county meetings, state meetings & very few decision makers would take anything seriously even when presented with studies. After my divorce, I eventually purchased an older home and do not own a TV nor do I have WiFi. The new subdivisions being built with smart everything affected me when touring open houses. I don’t like going out much anymore. Cities have too many frequencies interfering with my biofield and grocery shopping is especially annoying. I know insurance companies refused to insure telecommunication companies over this, so what does that say?

Hello, I started with emf sensitivity when we started adding more devices and our router was updated to one that couldn’t be turned off at night. Now with towers and antennas all around us I suffer with dizziness, blurry eyes, heart palpitations and I don’t sleep more than 3 nights a week, that’s the worst, we are moving to an area that I hope will better. I hope something can be done about it especially for the children since they have their whole life ahead of them. MY NEIGHBORS AND ANIMALS ARE DYING I am SICK. My family members have been SICK SINCE more than a hundred UNREGULATED TOWERS WENT LIVE over our community. This has been a challenge for me to get anyone to help in my community. I wanted to share my story in hopes of helping others. My story is one of many in Terrebonne Parish. After multiple (9) 300-foot 5G towers were put over our homes, four 300-foot 5G towers were put over my home and animal sanctuary, and four 300-foot towers were put over my office. At the same time, smart meters were put on my home, along with those of every other Entergy customer. I began getting sick, very sick. It began in my petting area with heart palpitations, headaches, vomiting, ringing in my ears, confusion, bleeding gums, insomnia, nightmares, dizziness, anxiety, ears buzzing 24 hours a day, severe fatigue, muscle weakness, and more. I have now been diagnosed with radiation syndrome / EHS (electromagnetic hypersensitivity syndrome) caused by extreme exposure to radiation. Many residents are experiencing similar symptoms. Countless children are now suffering. Being a very healthy person my whole life, this has been a life-changing situation. I am usually the one helping others; now I need your help. I never thought this could happen until I was forced to face it by becoming sick. I'm not sure where this illness will take me. However, I must do all I can to protect my family and my community. Seven neighbors on my street and friends have died after the towers went live over their homes. Many other residents are also sick. My community is surrounded by towers that have no regulatory testing information, nor does our planning department ask for it, citing the FCC's outdated RF radiation guidelines. I became certified in RF radiation testing. I now test the towers and smart meters. I can confirm that the EMF (electromagnetic frequency) / RF (radio frequency) radiation being emitted is extreme for every single product, tower, and smart device I have tested. It has been a fight to protect my family, my community, and myself, with EVERYONE CITING THE FCC'S OUTDATED RF RADIATION GUIDELINES. I had to learn all I could about this to protect my health and theirs. I've had to turn my home, where I have lived for 28 years, into an EMF-safe house (until I sell it), as well as my barn, which is surrounded by EMF material and protection. My bed is covered with EMF protection as well due to the radiation levels in my home. I now have to wear protective clothing all day. Leaving my safe area means becoming exposed due to the unbridled towers around me. I am a very private person. This is not easy to share, but if I do not ask for help now, many more innocent people will be sick, or they will die like my neighbors, my friends, and my animals. Since the towers went live, six of my horses have died instantly under the towers. All of my little animals have died. My 200-pound tortoises started going blind. I'm not sure where the daily radiation exposure will take me, so I thought now is the best time to ask for your help in making a change. THE FCC MUST REGULATE THE RADIATION, OR THE DEATH & DESTRUCTION WILL NEVER END. Technology is safe only if it is REGULATED. Always, Shari Champagne

My family and I specifically moved away from our neighborhood as soon as we heard 'they' are thinking about putting a cell tower at the local high school near our home. Who in their right mind thinks putting a cell tower on school property is a good idea when there is a chance it could harm them?! How does this make ANY sense!?!
