Hello! I am a Swede living in Sweden and in Spain. I have electrosensitivity since 2006 due to working too much with technology as a filmmaker. It was eventually my own canon videocamera that made me fall into the pit. Needless to say that I get headache and energy loss and constant colds when my immune system goes down in environments with high microwave frequencies and where the electromagnetic fields are high in both microtesla and voltage. I wanted to point out an issue that is not really covered since the focus is mostly on 5G and other terrible wireless systems. I have noticed that these days the microtesla is really high inside and outside houses when measuring with my electrosmog meter, and this I also feel a lot in my whole body and head. Furthermore I have unfortunately not found a good place to live in Malmö in Sweden due to the central heating of the city and due to the smart meters from which its inherent transformers and microwaves emit spikes on the kind 50hz electrical cords in all the houses. And the central heating has also high voltage and microtesla that are transmitted from the original central heating and enlarged by the switchers in every house and then spread up by the leading metal tubes in the house to all the radiators in every apartment or villa. So these will literally be radiating in every room high fluctuating microtesla and voltage which is eat to measure with a electrosmog meter (Cornet for example). So this is the case in bigger cities in Sweden. So I was also surprised to notice high voltage and really high fluctuating microtesla in houses Portugal for example. I don't know why it's so. And I also noticed it with my meter and my brain that got a heavy headache at a friend's apartment in Malmö. So I measured outside her apartment house where there had been put up lightment of modern color lamps. My assumption is that these lampa are wireless controlled and therefore emit such high microtesla and voltage in the whole environment, both outside and inside the houses. I am really worried about this and would like to see some safety regulations around this. So an other issue are the solar cells and the wind mills. I have learned that it has to do with that there are transformers up at the highest point of the windmills that are spreading electromagnetism for serval kilometers away. I "feel" (headache , nausea, energy loss) from a windmill if I am closer than five kilometers away. Instead there should be a faraday's cage around that transformer, or put it on the ground with a parade cage around it. The transformer is changing the voltage rate. This should be constructed in a safer way. And likewise I cannot be close to solar cells or its equipment (transformers and controllers) forany meters. It is not a joke since solar cells are forbidden where military planes are flying low, since the radiation from the solar cells technology is disturbing the instruments inside the planes. Nevertheless there are "kind" solar cells and equipment and it is important to not install the equalizer system on the solar cells, ie that regulates the solar cells when there are clouds that give shade on some parts of the solar cells that are connected together. This makes the whole solar cell roof radiant... Apart from wireless systems and gadgets I also suffer a lot from house alarms and energy saving lamps and some kind of led lamps. Lamps can emit so much fluctuating microtesla. And also dimmers, which is due to the hammering on the electrical cord that therefore emit high spikes and give headache and energy loss, among all the other symptoms... So to avoid that it's better to have the dimmer lamp fully turned on or turned off. Not in between. I also noticed that my sick and sad old aunt was sleeping in fluctuating microtesla in her hospital bed at the senior sick house where her daughter put her. I went there to clean the electromagnetic and wireless ambiance of her room that made her so dizzy and lost. Even if I unplugged the electrical cable of her aluminium metal bed structure which had fluctuating microtesla according to my electrosmog meter it still was emitting, probably due to a encapsulated battery in the bed structure to moving the different bed parts up and down. So I found her a second hand bed of wood, with the same possibility to move the parts up and down with a cord control that the personnel would plug in if needed. She slept so much better after that. And also because I shut down one of the main fuses in the fuse box in her room as well since I measured it with my electrosmog meter that was peaking totally. So strange...

My experiences with EMF impact on my life have been many. I has caused me to have headaches, involuntary body movements, screaming from body punches being zapped, brain fog, brain flutters, left ear ringing constantly, the in ability to write legibly, loosing my balance, eye pain, being relegated to 3x5 foot space in my apartment, sleep only on my left side hoping to mitigate my exposure to sleep, the loss of memory, not being able to do the simplest things: go to the doctor or hospital, attend church, concerts, eat out, travel, stay in hotels or others homes, and more; without being aware of the danger that could ensue. I keep my android phone in a medal case/container off. In order to type this information I use a rubber tip stylist. I use Ethernet, a mouse, and three EMF blocker gloves on my hand, my router is kept in a steel pot wrapped heavy foil. At night I unplug everything accept the refrigerator, and the stove. I never use the microwave oven. I live a lovely small town in the business district. However, I 'm surrounded by electrical infrastructure, so the windows are covered with two plywood board, and EMF blocker net/fabric in ever room accept the back windows in the small laundry room, and bathroom. Just walking to collect my mail or lingering at the front to greet my neighbors is a danger. Walking around in my apartment or washing dishes is a problem. I can't sit anywhere other than the small space in my laundry room. I could go on, but suffice it to say EMF is a real, and very usual challenge for me daily.

I suffered greatly from headaches, but we could not find the cause. The headaches just kept getting worse; eventually, I had them day and night. I took a lot of painkillers and muscle relaxants, but over time, they stopped working as well. I felt nauseous, vomited, and couldn't manage to eat much. I tried everything that was suggested, but nothing helped. I was desperate! One day in 1985, I collapsed—my body went into spasms. And I was sent to hospital. I was hospitalised 14 days in the emergency unit in Oslo University Hospital in connection with a total collapse caused by an unknown condition. I was diagnosed with a virus infection of the brain. After 3 months of sick leave, I returned to work and suffered from an acute headache within 5 minutes of entering my office. We discovered the office was built over a transformer: “mystery solved”, it was not a virus infection of the brain, it was a radiation sickness. We were happy to understand the problem. However, my doctor couldn´t help, and the Norwegian Radiation Protection Authority told the doctor and me that these electromagnetic fields could not harm my body at all. I was lucky that my boss was an electro-engineer, and he understood very well that an external electromagnetic field (EMF) could interfere with my body’s electric signals. I got a new office, a flat screen monitor (very expensive at that time, but I couldn´t use the old CRT screens because of the radiation) and could continue my work. As I started to search for more knowledge about the radiation sickness - now called electro- hypersensitivity (EHS) - I got in contact with dr. Olle Johansson from the Karolinska Institute in Sweden. I have had a good life, but I have to make certain adjustments and take specific precautions. Our family has had to move a couple of times due to external sources (mobile masts). We use wired connections for telephones, PCs, and so on, and we have an exemption from AMS (smart meters). I cannot travel by train—or any other form of public transport, for that matter—because of all the people carrying mobile phones. Since 2001, I have been working within voluntary organizations to help other people who are electro-hypersensitive. I am Secretary General in Citizens´ Radiation Protection in Norway (folkets-stralevern.no) and also President in International EMF Association (iemfa.org).

I have already had to move 3 times due to radiowave sickness. Once from Riversode, CA in 2020 and again from Somis, CA (southern California which is extremely cell tower). I moved to a rural portion of Northern California, Grass Valley, and again I am being threatened by the proposed cell tower on Dog Bar Rd that is currently being fought in federal court. Under the current rules, the county has no ability to object to cell towers. Guidelines which were set in the 1990s. Remember what the phones looked like in the 90s with the antennas and no internet? Those guidelines are as antiquated as those phones. When I had to return to Southern California for a couple of weeks, I had a rash on my entire upper body from radiofrequency exposure. I also get headaches and chest pain. Also, the microwave radiation penetrates much further into children's skulls that adult's skulls. In other areas of life, we set the exposure limits at a level that will protect pregnant women and children. Why should this be any different? China requires pregnant women to wear radiofrequency shielding belly bands and Russia has limits on how much minors should use cell phones daily. What is that saying when Russia and China care more about protecting their citizens than we do?

Thank you so much for this opportunity to share with you the effects I have experienced from adverse electromagnetic fields and to share the mitigations I have used to protect myself and others. May this lead to a safer, healthier world. -- financial costs from acting on that conviction. Electric Vehicle I bought at 2017 Bolt EV on January 5, 2018 for $42,428. I love the car! But within several months I realized I was becoming disoriented when driving it. At one point I was lost in my own neighborhood. I had been hearing about the adverse effects of radio frequency (RF), so I purchased an EMFields Acousticom 2, which displays RF in volts/meter. Inside the Bolt, the meter showed red light warnings of 3 to 6 V/m. I turn everything off that seemed a possible cause for that reading but nothing changed. I took the car to the Napa Chevy dealer where the technician was also unable to reduce the RF. He called back to Michigan where they told him that the RF could not be turned off because the car would not work. [Around the house I had started thinking I was getting old because tying my slipper laces had become complicated. After I quit driving the bolt tying my slipper laces once again became quite easy.] For someone who was not as aware as I was, they could have been diagnosed with dementia with the real cause unknown! My brain was much more valuable than the car, so on 8/21/2020 I sold the car for $17,500 losing $24,959 SOLAR In the spring of 2018 I paid $19,350 for the installation of 16 solar panels. The installation included an Enphase solar reporting system with a clever app that would tell you how much each of your panels were producing and when. HVAC Heat pumps are energy efficient heating and cooling systems. In May 2018 I paid for a ducted Fujitsu mini split HVAC system. Between the solar and the HVAC, our PG&E bill was reduced and I was happy we were doing our part to reduce climate change. RF SAFE HOME? BY 2022 I was having adverse reactions to RF. I had done everything I could to create an RF safe home. All of our devices we’re connected via Ethernet. My cell phone was always either off or in airplane mode. An Ethernet adapter allowed me to send email and photos from my phone. Because I have a MacBook I could even send and receive texts from other iPhones. I am grateful for my husband’s understanding and for family and friends who supported me by turning off their phones whenever they came to visit. But my RF sensitivity was getting worse. I was having difficulty tolerating the cell phones and Wi-Fi where we have loved to dance and socialize. For my 80th birthday in 2023, I even paid for the cover charge for 50+ dancers with the ask that everyone keep their cell phones off or in airplane mode. Everyone had a good time, and until then many of the people had no idea that there could be any harm from a cell phone. Thanks to 5G, I was completely unable to tolerate attending our grandson’s football games where my brain would become paralyzed and there was intense pressure in my heart when I was around people who were recording and uploading videos to the internet as they were taking them. BUILDING BIOLOGIST TO THE RESCUE Eric Windheim, a building biologist, did his first assessment here 12/28/23. He immediately discovered our Enphase solar reporting system and our “clean energy” Fujitsu mini split HVAC we’re radiating huge amounts of dirty electricity (DE) which were riding on our 110 electrical wires. As soon the circuit breakers for those two systems were turned off, my whole body felt relief from the tension I didn’t even know I had. The Enphase breakers have remained off, and I was able to confirm, through the PG & E website, that we are getting credit for our solar. The Enphase reporting system is unnecessary. fireplace and electric space heaters. Fortunately, our solar micro inverters we are much cleaner than large central inverters which have caused DE problems in earlier days.

In Spring of 2020 I became very sick! I lived in Beverly Hills and had heard that the roll out of the new 5G technology within the Los Angeles area was happening at that time. I’d heard about the dangers of this new technology about 4 or 5 years prior. As I noticed changes in my body’s health I knew it was from these new frequencies. I had explained the situation and onset of symptoms but your box here said it was too long. So I'm happy to share more details if you want to contact me. Summary: Over the course of a month I had a gradual increase of symptoms from what I believe was this new 5G switch-on. The only way to survive it was to leave town. I tested my theory and it worked, but my symptoms came back when I went back home that day. I knew if I stayed I'd die, so I had to leave town for a long duration. In a sense I became an EMF refugee. Symptoms: Sudden pain in chest, had the instinct to breathe deeply to make sure I was still alive and still breathing (unusual for me) Slow increase in feeling a pressure or constriction in my chest area and lungs. And increasingly labored breathing. Increasingly feeling physically weak and lightheaded. Tingly all over body, almost a buzzing feeling, on my skin and in my muscles and organs, definitely feeling an intense strange external energy all over my body. I began having trouble sleeping. Occasional dry cough, raspy voice. Mild and later increased scattered thinking. Further labored breathing and pain! Decreased feeling of circulation throughout my body. Reduced appetite, and dehydration. Dry and cracking lips. Headaches and reduced tolerance for noise or talking even at low volume. Emotional nervous system breakdown w/ less patience, heavy brain fog. The buzzing turned into a shaky feeling that doesn’t seem to go away 24/7. Turned into eyeballs and teeth buzzing and shaking. ~~ My cell phone is an old iPhone 6S. I didn’t like that they removed the aux jack in subsequent models. Many years before my EMF sensitivity I had an intuitive caution about wireless earbuds; inviting wireless frequencies to come that close to my brain always seemed like a bad idea. I wondered why I hadn’t had many problems using my phone, but when I looked it up, it seems the phone is too old to be compatible w/ this new technology. So even though I had the above extreme reaction to the switch-on of the 5G frequencies, I did not have problems carrying a receiver in my pocket from my phone. The phone does heat up and transfer that heat to my hand if I use it too long. I’m careful not to use it too much, or if I need to, I don’t hold it in my hands. ~~ In Summer of 2023 I was traveling through Austin, TX. I stayed at: Hampton Inn Austin/Oak Hill 6401 US-290, Austin, TX 78735 I had the same buzzing and energy draining experience at this hotel and wrote a 1-star review on Google, linked below. This hotel is right next door to a Substation, as shown in the attached photo taken out the window of my hotel room. I don’t write reviews often, but this needed to be mentioned so others were aware. Couldn't include the link. ~~ Trucks & engines: I’ve had my heartbeat interrupted by the idling engine of large-engine trucks. It also happens as they drive by, but idling seems to be much worse for me. I cannot confirm if it is simply because the engine is stationary and thus I’m getting hit by the frequencies constantly, as opposed to a truck in motion that will increase then decrease as it passes, or if the idling engine produces a slightly different frequency and that is what effects me. It’s also happened with a gas-powered generators (the kind used in Florida during hurricane season). The idling of a powerful engine puts out some frequency that overpowers my heart and causes it to skip beats and almost stop altogether. It’s very scary! I’ve had an EKG and xrays and doctors say my heart looks fine. I KNOW the problem is caused by the frequencies of these powerful engines when I’m nearby. ~~ “Dirty electricity”: I’ve also had similar symptoms from living in a house w/ what’s known as “dirty electricity”. I can also hear it buzzing at ports of machines or outlets. The bedroom I had in this house was by the garage where the entire house’s wiring meets and connects to the breaker-box. The walls and ceiling were just covered in wires from all over the house and I was bombarded by the off-loading of this electricity trail. It was hard living there and I had problems the whole time. Unable to move as immediately as I wish I could have, I bought some Grounding products that helped me Ground the electricity surging through my body; I also actual grounded myself barefoot in the grass. ~~ Many of us have been forced to seek “disconnected” products and ways of life. We need better industry guidelines throughout various industries! We also need education for those who aren’t as sensitive and don’t understand this invisible danger in our midst.

One night in 2006 after 1 year of constant exposure I was woken up at approx. 3 AM with a debilitating headache, my brain on fire causing massive sweating to the point that my pillow could hardly be picked up as the thermal effects had cooked my head profusely. I soon discovered that each time I entered my home the head aches started. I then was NOT able to sleep, watch TV, eat at my dining room or spend any time in my home office without suffering major pains and more debilitating headaches. In trying to sleep in my bed I was allowed apprx. A few hours before the pain and headaches would begin again. I soon could NOT spend much time if any in my home without suffering badly from microwave poisoning. I was forced to abandon my home and seek refuge in any area that was not heavily bombarded with transmissions from cell towers which was just about impossible in the Kihei area. I subsequently suffered from heavy memory loss to the point that I could not work or barely function in my life. I had problems remembering my own phone number and was totally unable to do any of my contracting business which require lots of calculating. I was disabled by this condition for more than a year. I had found that spending time away from home and soaking my head in cold water frequently would help some. I began to research my condition and found that it is well know that the effects of microwaves cause many many people like me to suffer many painful symptoms. The thought by many medical professionals and scientist is that this condition is called EHS Electro Hyper sensitivity. It is reported around the world that many others are suffering from this exposure to microwaves and that there are tons of scientist that have proof that there is extreme dangers to the human body from microwave radiation. I have been battling this condition since 2006. I have read and studied all I can in an attempt to mitigate the symptoms as much as possible. I was not able to leave my home as my income was drastically reduced due to my inability to function. I was unable to pay my mortgage and subsequently filed for bankruptcy. I have been forced to stay in this home since then as I had no extra money or even credit to move or purchase another home. My home is still in litigation at this time. As I was able to somehow cope with my condition and start generating some money I began to purchase all kinds of equipment to test for safe areas and also buy protective clothing or shielding to make my home more livable. The towers near me were increasing in numbers and strength to illegal limits. I contacted FCC but they said they had no agents in Hawaii and that they allow the cell companies to police themselves. In other words they would do nothing to protect humans suffering and gave free reign to the telecommunications people in FULL. Page 3 Ron Schranz Microwave poisoning continued With the proliferation of solar systems in Hawaii now and even though the PUC has NOT given the local electric company permission to change out home owners electric meters to Smart meters/Digital meters the electric company has used the excuse of solar systems installed on home to swap out analog meters with now Digital meters. I now have 8 digital meters on homes surrounding me and I am being FRIED to death in my own home. This is CRIMINAL TRESPASSING at it’s worst. I walk into my home and instantly feel dizzy along with major eye pains gripping within moments of entering. The eye pains are excruciating and now have gotten to the point of causing major damage to my eyes. My right eye has a swollen macular blurring out any vision in that eye. My left eye has a hole in the retina and is in just as much pain. My entire property is now radiated 24/7. I can not even work the yard or wash my car without felling all these painful symptoms. As HHS I implore you to take action and STOP all this destruction of all our families especially children. See attached file(s) My name is Lene Hannisdahl Haug, and this document serves to summarize the severe and life-threatening impact that electromagnetic radiation, particularly 5G, is having on my health, my family, and my daily existence. • Acute Physical Suffering: Since the 5G radiation was directed at my home, I have developed severe health failures. I suffer from a constant, infernal, and throbbing headache that lasts day and night. The pain is so intense that it makes me nauseous, and it causes severe cognitive impairment to the point where I can barely move, think, or even hold my head up to write. I experience this continuous exposure as pure physical torture, and my body reacts as though I am constantly being beaten. • Loss of Freedom and Total Confinement: My life has been drastically restricted to protect myself from radiation. Due to my sensitivity to smart meters (AMS), I have lived like a prisoner in my own home since the fall of 2018. However, the upgrade to 5G has turned this confinement into unbearable torture. I cannot even step outside my house to enjoy the weather, leaving me with less freedom than a prison inmate who is at least allowed daily outdoor time. • Forced Displacement and Isolation: The pain became so unendurable that I had to flee my own home to survive. To escape the 5G pulses and frequencies, I lived in complete isolation at a remote cabin far away from civilization. While this allowed me to recover my health physically, it forced me into heartbreaking isolation, separated entirely from my husband and children. • Devastating Impact on Family Life: The radiation exposure prevents me from participating in the most important moments of my family's life.Most tragically, the radiation environment and the physical pain completely prevented me from attending my own mother's funeral in the church. • Documented Cause and Effect: There is an undeniable and documented pattern regarding my illness. Throughout 2024 and 2025, my health completely collapsed during periods of 5G exposure, yet I partly recovered and became healthy during the periods when the environment was restricted to 4G. • A Fight for Survival: I am living in an acute, ongoing emergency. The situation is so desperate that I feel like I am drowning. With telecom operators planning to activate even more 5G transmitters pointing directly at my house in the direct line of sight, I am terrified for my life and am pleading with authorities for immediate protection.

In early 2021, both adults in my household began experiencing a mysterious raft of ongoing and debilitating health problems with no obvious cause. We experienced chaotic changes in blood pressure, dizziness and brain fog, chronic fatigue, loss of control over muscle tension, unrestorative sleep, memory problems, lack of focus, and persistent feelings of doom. Most mysteriously, our symptoms would resolve when temporarily relocating to remote areas, but we were in no position to make any such move permanent. After experiencing such severe and prolonged symptoms that I was no longer able to work---after over a decade providing my family's primary income---I spent my available energy seeking medical help to try to understand the cause of all our troubles. After two years, I made a series of shocking discoveries: (1) that our symptoms strongly matched those of sufferers of microwave syndrome, discovered decades before, but paid little attention by the medical profession; (2) that the time our symptoms appeared coincided with the rollout of 5G networks in our community; (3) that researchers all over the world had connected reports of similar suffering to the deployment of 5G networks; and most terribly, (4) that the U.S. Federal Communications Commission had pointedly ignored this research, even in defiance of federal court orders that they give it due consideration. When I became a licensed amateur radio operator as a child, I was taught that the FCC maintained evidence-based radio frequency exposure standards to protect public health and welfare while facilitating effective communications. Recent events have made clear that the FCC no longer maintains either expertise or interest in the first of these goals, while its close relationships with telecommunications companies have compromised even its ability to follow the most basic directives of the law. With the massive increase in radio frequency exposures now pervading our country, it is clear that protecting people and other organisms from electromagnetic pollution should become primary responsibilities of the agencies charged with caring for human health and the environment, HHS and EPA. Today my children suffer concerning sleep disruptions that make me worry for their healthy development---yet another characteristic sign of microwave syndrome. I have tried to find a way to measure the electromagnetic pollution where we live, but I found that equipment able to distinguish individual sources of radiation at 5G frequencies costs tens of thousands of dollars. We may ultimately be forced to uproot ourselves from our community---our families, friends, schools, and remaining source of income---in order to find a place where we can be safe and fully alive once more. It devastates me to think how our government has failed us and so many other families in the single-minded pursuit of technological advancement at all costs, ignoring the scientific process that has allowed our society to manage progress in the past. For your reference, I am attaching below two scientific publications representative of hundreds more in their respective categories. The first is a case report documenting the clear association between 5G station deployment and debilitating microwave syndrome symptoms in the two adults of another household in Sweden, beginning also in 2021. The second is a review article documenting that the FCC's current exposure limits are based on wishful assumptions rather than consideration of scientific evidence. These are but two samples from a vast scientific literature that has been sidelined in the rush to deploy faster and faster wireless networks. I call on HHS to take charge of a new, scientifically honest program to reevaluate and regulate environmental exposure to man-made electromagnetic radiation. For every American who experiences an added convenience shaving seconds off a gigabyte mobile download, there is one suffering in silence whose life has been shattered by a poisonous force they cannot even see.

I live in Kochi City, Kochi Prefecture, Japan (33.5569398°N 133.5457296°E). The Kochi Prefectural Police and a cult-like religious group are subjecting me to electromagnetic wave attacks. Whenever I go out, the Kochi Prefectural Police deploy drones or UAVs—aerial objects that emit loud, jet-like roaring sounds (there are multiple such craft, including some that produce quieter, yet still intense, noise). These objects lack visible identification lights and do not emit any light; it is unclear whether they are manned or unmanned. They constantly generate electromagnetic waves, exposing me to their harmful effects. Recently, these aerial objects appear every time I leave my home; they follow me as I move, hovering overhead and producing loud, roaring noises. Although the craft themselves remain invisible, their presence and the fact that they track my movements are evident—bystanders, unaware of what is happening, often look up toward the source of the noise, searching for the craft that cannot be seen (33°32'59.7"N 133°33'09.6"E). They are left bewildered, hearing the sounds but seeing nothing. I want this "gang stalking" by a state institution to stop. Similar electromagnetic wave attacks are also carried out using police helicopters. Specifically, police helicopters engage in abnormally low-altitude flights, targeting me with electromagnetic waves and the shockwaves generated by their rotating rotors. (On one occasion, an object even hovered at an altitude lower than the 68.70-meter height of the Kochi City Culture Plaza "Cul-Port"—a building near where I live—and remained there, confronting me.) The Kochi Prefectural Police have been conducting GPS-based surveillance, continuously funneling this location data via a smartphone app to a cult-like religious group. This group then targets the places I visit with electromagnetic radiation (often by collectively pointing devices—ostensibly smartphones—toward me). I am also subjected to electromagnetic wave-generating equipment, as well as low-frequency or intermittent, deep, heavy-bass sounds. (These are directed toward my apartment unit; I hear faint, rhythmic "thud-thud" sounds.
