I am a targeted individual since 9/19/19. I am a victim of microwave abuse since 4/23/20, i.e. directed energy attacks, microwave hearing which is generated from a cell phone tower to the brain, Vircator attacks to body and feet, which is a painful burning sensation. The culprit is Space Force, Schriever Base, Colorado Springs, Co. This facility employs 8,000 and is 1200 ft underground. Their spy satellites monitor me 24/7 for as long as I have been targeted, maybe longer. These powerful satellites have X-ray vision into any building and can listen to conversations. In addition, they manage a satellite that places a person in a comatose state and is used on me every single night. (Kash Patel has not cleaned up the FBI and their public private partnership Infragard. The house is hard wired for surveillance, massive property damage, cyberstalking, weaponization of electrical system, vehicle stalking, staged accidents, and so much more abuse.) This is the most inhumane program on earth.

I am submitting my personal account of living with Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity (EHS) in response to the HHS Request for Information on electromagnetic fields and radiofrequency radiation exposure. I am 61 years old and live in Denmark. My symptoms have profoundly affected my health, my ability to work, and my participation in everyday life. I have been granted permanent disability pension due to my severely reduced functional capacity. My submission includes three documents: My personal account of EHS, including my symptoms, observations, measurements, and the impact on my daily life. A medical certificate dated May 1, 2025, documenting my physician's assessment and his direct observation of my deterioration during a consultation. A selection of scientific literature describing symptoms and conditions relevant to my experiences. I hope my testimony will contribute to a better understanding of people reporting EHS symptoms and encourage further independent research, particularly concerning children and other potentially vulnerable groups. This is valid science and if the cell towers have emitters speed > 2.4 Ghz and SAR ( specific absorption rate > 1.6 kW/kg A person who is exposed with such an emission condition that is this high speed WIFI signal may experience auditory effect. Targeted Individual or Havana effect people who experience such violations should look into this matter as well. ( Just blaming the weapon systems won't work ) They may be ignoring the obvious cell towers with high speed energy range as another cause for their syndrome. Thank you for reaching out to the public on this very important matter affecting all Americans. Given the technology that has evolved, the 1996 FCC standards for RF/EMF are barely relevant, woefully inadequate and antiquated. I hope that based on the information received, the HHS can provide recommendations to FCC to enact some urgent practical steps to help residential neighborhoods and schools minimize exposure, pending some of the more complicated research issues. FCC should defer to HHS's expertise and judgment on such matters, since FCC has demonstrated scant, if any, concern for public safety over the last 30 years.

Everyone knows that they live in a village far from relay antennas. It has become impossible to welcome other EHS, and suffering daily attacks from the wireless technologies of these neighbors, my health is gradually deteriorating. The authorities (State via prefects, mayors, and local authorities) do not act, despite our repeated requests; their will is to eliminate us, to silence us, so the torture is daily. Thus, 4 EHS from the Loire department have died. Justice is slow to act, it hides behind the absence of scientific consensus, and is slow to recognize the psycho-social impacts, and even the disability; here, in this village, we have accumulated for over 15 years all the evidence pointing to the failure of the State, the mayors, the local authorities. A "smart meter" emitting wireless radiation was installed on my house, as well as all houses in the community, putting me at risk from EMF exposure. To protect myself, I had it removed in exchange for the previous meter and am penalized $34 a month. What kind of entitlement exhibits this predatory behavior as well as the pathology that allows it to happen? I should be reimbursed the $34 a month. as well as any installation fee. It is criminal to impose harmful technology on people.

Due to the immediate adverse neurological effects I suffered from the electromagnetic radiation it emitted, I was forced to abandon my property. I became virtually homeless for 6 months because, for a variety of reasons, most landlords, family, and friends felt unable to shut off the cell phones and WiFi in their houses for any length of time. They felt they were too essential. In addition, the number of houses for sale was severely limited at that time and safe EMF locations were nearly impossible to find. The best way I can describe the physical effect of accessing my home, post-activation, is to explain what I first began noticing around 2010 in public places such as libraries, which began offering WiFi. It took me some time to make the connection, because, at first, I didn't believe it was possible. Depending upon the signal strength, I feel as if I'm a lightning rod or radio antenna. I can't tolerate the bio-electrical sensation that is something akin to standing in front of a heat lamp but without feeling the heat, just the intensity. I begin to feel exhausted and within 8-10 minutes, my thinking becomes confused (i.e. I know something is wrong, but I can't quite figure out what it is. I have to work really hard to concentrate in order to power through whatever I was planning to do, but, inevitably, I'm forced to admit that what's happening is real and that I'm beginning to become agitated. Then, a kind of panic sets in, and I just need to get away). When I'm removed from the source and I have something to eat or drink, it takes me about 15-20 minutes to recover fully. When I originally contacted my town building officials about the imminent placement and danger the small cell posed to me as an ADA qualifying individual, they had no knowledge that towers were being sited in our town. They had no authority over the Right of Way, let alone their location or construction. When I sought help from my town government, the Town Council members refused to allow testimony about my situation in a public meeting until an anonymous audience member coerced the committee to "Let them speak." Once again, my local government denied having any authority, and in this case, they demonstrated an unwillingness to acknowledge the electromagnetic radiation issue publicly. When I contacted state agencies including the Department of Health and the Public Utilities Commission for help, they all responded, "It's not in our purview." When I contacted my U.S. Congressional delegates along with every one of my State General Assembly members, I received three responses; two promising to investigate (without followup) and one touting the advantages of wireless technology with no mention of my personal dilemma. Accessing public spaces has become nearly impossible for me due to the proliferation of community-wide wireless infrastructure and devices. THE MOST DANGEROUS PROBLEM FOR ME IS NOT BEING ABLE TO ACCESS HEALTH CARE. Oct.20.21 Toronto, Canada I am writing as a concerned citizen of planet earth. From May 2020 to the present, I have personally experienced severe life-threatening health effects, Anomalous Health Incidents, severe sleep and pain issues, sudden onset and offset of severe headache, vertigo, nausea, heating of the skin, cognitive fog, digestive issues, cyst on the ovary, knee pain and difficulty walking, urinary tract and ear infections, vomitting, spitting up of toxic fluids, loss of appetite and swelling of the cheeks and mandible muscles preventing eating, dehydration, vertigo and dizziness, difficulty breathing, compression and pain in the spinal cord and neck, extreme muscle tension, pain and nausea while using cell phone, stroke-like symptoms causing incapacitation along with heat and pain to the head and body and much more. All Anomalous Health Incidents have been accompanied by a high pitched ringing sound. I have been hospitalized due to severe pain several times. Several Complimentary Healthcare Practitioners diagnosed a spinal scoliosis in my thoracic (upper) spine in Costa Rica in 2022, following several weeks of a circle of heat and pain on same part of my spinal cord. A brain aneurism was found on the lower left side of my brain in 2020 via MRI in Toronto Canada. I have observed similar phenomena in my friends and family. I have been diagnosed with Electrohypersensitivity by Dr. Rina Bray at Women's College Hospital in Toronto Canada 2020. I have been diagnosed with Severe Environmental Illness and Multiple Chemical Sensitivity by Dr. Dempster ND in Toronto Canada 2020. There are ultrasounds, Xrays, MRIs and pages and pages of medical reports from 2020 to the present. I have been seen by multiple Doctors and Complimentary Health Practitioners from 2020 to the present, both in Costa Rica and in Canada. I was in excellent physical, mental and emotional health in May 2020 (the happiest and healthiest I have ever been in my life), immediately preceding the sudden onset of extreme insomnia at the end of May 2020 (lasted for one week), followed by severe and unnatural pain, heating, sleep issues and more. I assume all the ill health effects are a result of EMF and non-ionizing radiation, pulsed radio frequencies and other frequencies and chemicals in the environment, from an infrastructure of cell phones, cell towers, sattelites and other frequency and radiation-emitting devices. I have observed similar (although not as severe) effects in friends and family in my community. Many bees have dropped dead in my apartment over the past few months.
