In this study, we showed the detrimental effects of RF exposure to cortical organoids.42 The perinatal period in neurogenesis encloses a distinctive window embodying diverse molecular and cellular processes required for proper development.5 Though prenatal brain development comprises high plasticity, it is vulnerable to internal and external perturbations. Thus, environmental insults, including chemicals, drugs, pollution, stress, and even prolonged ultrasound wave exposure, can permanently impact brain development and subsequent behavior.43,44 Our findings revealed that RF-exposed cortical neurons exhibited increases in ASD-associated gene expression and dendritic spine density, characteristics of patients on the autism spectrum.45 Furthermore, the parallels drawn from in utero RF exposure in animal models, which have demonstrated behavioral changes such as hyperactivity and memory deficits, underscore the relevance of our findings in a human context.41,46 These findings suggest a potential shared mechanism by which RF exposure may contribute to neurodevelopmental disorders across species. Altered morphology and transcriptome driven by RF exposure in hCOs further lead to aberrant and enhanced neuron firing. In fact, in utero RF exposure in mice models results in behavioral and cognitive changes such as hyperactivity and memory deficit.41 Notably, we showed that physical barrier protection or chemical treatment could attenuate the RF-induced damage during cortical organoid development. Here, we have thoroughly examined the effects of RF exposure and demonstrated RF-induced changes associated with ASD in the transcriptomics, morphology, and function of cortical neurons. This addition to the literature is particularly significant given that most studies have historically focused on genetic causes of ASD, while environmental factors, particularly RF exposure, have been understudied. By utilizing induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived hCOs, our research offers insights that bridge the gap between animal models and human neurodevelopment. The use of human organoids enables us to detail the specific impacts of RF exposure on human neuronal cells, which may differ from findings observed in animal models. Our findings also point to the potential involvement of BET proteins in the regulation of neurodevelopmental pathways affected by RF treatment. We propose that BET proteins may be altered in RF-treated hCOs, similar to how they are affected in Rett syndrome model organoids with MeCP2 mutations.29 It remains to be determined whether BET proteins are significantly downregulated in RF-treated organoids. If so, the inhibition of BET proteins could serve as a therapeutic strategy to rescue delayed differentiation in these organoids. This interaction raises the question of whether RF exposure and BET regulation function in an epistatic relationship or operate independently"

Subject: Public Comment Regarding the Health Effects of 5G Radiation Dear Representatives of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the long-term health effects of exposure to 5G radiation on the human body. I work as a therapist using BICOM bioresonance technology and have extensive practical experience working with clients. During my therapeutic practice, I have repeatedly observed that the BICOM device indicates an exceptionally high burden identified as 5G radiation in virtually all of my clients. According to the results of these bioresonance assessments, this burden is very significant, and I encounter it in almost every person I examine. These repeated observations raise serious concerns for me about a possible connection between exposure to 5G radiation and the increasing prevalence of chronic illnesses commonly referred to as diseases of civilization. I believe that the extent of this issue requires urgent attention from responsible public health authorities and thorough, independent scientific investigation into the long-term effects of 5G radiation on the human body. I therefore respectfully request that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services: 1. Support independent, long-term scientific research into the biological and health effects of chronic exposure to 5G radiation. 2. Investigate the possible cumulative effects of prolonged exposure to 5G radiation on the human body. 3. Pay particular attention to the potential effects of 5G radiation on children, older adults, and individuals suffering from chronic health conditions. 4. Ensure transparency and independence in scientific research and the assessment of potential health risks associated with 5G radiation. 5. Review whether current exposure limits adequately protect the population against long-term exposure to 5G radiation. I firmly believe that protecting public health must be the highest priority and that the long-term effects of 5G radiation on the human body deserve serious attention. As a cell tower refugee I survived overdosing on wireless waves sickness and I juries after they placed a cell tower in a ditch near my home up on a hill,1,809 feet away in the direct path of the emissions, I have evidence and wittnesses to the effects . I am a 71-year-old woman who has been affected by computers, cell phones & fluorescent lights for most of my life. In the 90's, when I first learned to operate a desktop computer in a class that caused my memory to go blank, the instructor informed me of my condition when she said, “I've heard about people affected like you of electro-magnectic frequency. “ Then she said I will write you a medical excuse for dropping this class. After becoming aware of this disability, I observed a series of difficulties in my everyday life, too numerous to mention. I would forget under fluorescent lights. I got a debilitating headache for days after the person who sat next to me on a plane turned on their cell phone & talked next to my head when our plane landed. When a smart meter was installed on my house, I called & complained to Alliant Energy in Wisconsin. I can't approach heavy electrical stations or voltage without intense uncomfortable sensations so that I feel like quickly leaving. The effects are very hard to describe how it makes me feel because often it is very subtle & just under my awareness until I leave the location. AI-ENABLED RF/EMF EXPOSURE, EHS AND TINNITUS Targeted Response to HHS RFI — Questions 7–12 Measuring Human Exposure and Public Health Surveillance Company: Innovative Dynamics, Inc. (IDI), Ithaca, NY PI: Joseph J Gerardi, jg@idiny.com Focus and Innovation: IDI proposes an integrated wearable and data platform to measure real-world radio-frequency and electromagnetic-field (RF/EMF) exposure while collecting time-aligned participant-reported symptoms, selected physiological biomarkers, and environmental context. An AI-enabled wearable would record RF/EMF exposure characteristics, including frequency band, field strength or power density, duration, and, where supported, modulation or source context. A companion application would allow participants to report symptoms such as tinnitus or headache, rate severity from 1–10, and flag significant events. Measurements would be time-stamped and synchronized with selected biomarkers such as heart rate and environmental information such as ambient temperature and geo-location. This approach would advance beyond retrospective recall, questionnaires, or isolated exposure measurements by creating a prospective, longitudinal record of actual exposure and associated health observations. Measuring Human Exposure and Public Health Surveillance: The proposed system directly addresses the RFI focus on measuring human exposure and public health surveillance by combining four data streams: RF/EMF exposure, participant-reported symptoms, physiological observations, and environmental context. A secure database would maintain longitudinal individual histories and support analysis across participants. This would allow investigators to examine whether symptom onset or severity occurs near measurable changes in RF/EMF exposure and whether similar patterns recur across observations or participants. The system could identify exposure patterns, symptom timing, potential dose-duration relationships, environmental influences, and possible confounding factors. Importantly, it would preserve both positive and null findings rather than assuming that RF/EMF exposure is harmful or that reported symptoms are caused by exposure. Evidence and Research Need: A 2024 systematic review/meta-analysis reported very-low-certainty evidence for several RF-EMF health hypotheses, including tinnitus, and identified exposure assessment, confounding, and reverse causality as important limitations. A 2021 systematic review also found no significant association between mobile-phone use and tinnitus. However, anecdotal accounts by many people with severe Tinnitus describe their intolerance to Mobile Phone usage, HD TV’s, Wi-Fi Routers etc. A need therefore exists for improved prospective exposure assessment. Our proposed solution would allow investigators to determine whether measured exposure changes are temporally associated with tinnitus, headache, or other reported symptoms without presuming causation. Analyses could incorporate hearing status, noise, sleep, medications, stress, and other relevant factors. AI methods could include Random Forest/XGBoost, SHAP analysis, and Bayesian time-series models to identify candidate patterns. Models would be evaluated using held-out participants, with uncertainty and effect sizes reported. Phase I Plan and Deliverables: Phase I would develop and test a wearable prototype and connected surveillance platform. Activities would include: 1. Define RF/EMF exposure measurement requirements. 2. Integrate RF sensing with time-stamped symptom, biomarker, & environmental data. 3. Develop the participant application for symptom and severity reporting. 4. Establish secure data transfer, database, and longitudinal-history functions. 5. Implement preliminary AI analytics and reporting. 6. Validate wearable measurements against reference instruments. 7. Conduct proof-of-concept testing with a small participant sample. Primary deliverables would include the wearable monitor, participant application, secure exposure-and-health database, preliminary AI analytics and reports, calibration/usability/data-quality results, and a Phase II expanded surveillance and clinical-study plan. For over 15 years I had severe health issues with my heart, my digestion, brain fog, migraines, extreme fatigue light sensitivity and more. It took me about five years to figure out what the problem was after the medical profession was at a loss to explain my issues. Once I figured it out with the help of some friends I was on a mission to learn everything I could about EMF's and wireless. I spent about $10,000 on various quality equipment to measure electric and wireless. Included in the equipment was a quality microscope to view my blood and I was shocked how quickly blood responded to wireless signals. Wireless is just chipping away at the health of humans along with the flora and fauna. The United States after India as the highest allowable microwave frequencies that are now ubiquitous coming from cell towers, cell phones and wifi. The fact that the FCC is a captured agency led by the very industry it was meant to regulate is appalling. It is doing so much harm and most people like me had not a clue, I believed my government and telecom company, would regulate this industry to be safe, a big mistake on my part. WHY has the NIH refused to reveal nearly 2,500 pages of records related to the National Toxicology Program's (NTP) decision to shut down its research on how wireless radiation affects human health and mutates DNA. The governments across countries allow the telecom companies set up more telecom towers everywhere in residential location s, with greedy & illiterate politicians among developing and LDCs not bothered about their adverse health impacts. We researchers must undertake large-scale studies on this area. Unfortunately, the public is unaware of the consequences.
