Center for Electrosmog Prevention, a 501c3 nonprofit, was established in La Mesa, California in May, 2011, with a mission to promote the general public health by providing advocacy and education, information, and solutions regarding electrosmog, a manmade form of electromagnetic pollution. EMF's (electromagnetic fields), RF (radiofrequency) radiation (in the microwave and millimeter wave range in particular), and rf radiation from a wide range of wireless devices such as cell phones, smart utility meters, baby monitors, wifi, Bluetooth, and a multitude of others now being marketed to the unsuspecting public are a major health hazard documented by tens of thousands of research studies. These dangers to health include - but are not limited to - multiple forms of cancer (including glioblastoma), immunological, and inflammatory effects - in numerous studies linked to the development of Alzheimers and autism, damage to DNA, and infertility. The industries profiting off wireless technologies have been very influential in vigorously denying health hazards at most governmental and major health organization levels, worldwide, much as the tobacco industry has defended its marketing of a toxic product over the decades. Meanwhile, cancers are on the rise - including those that can be linked to cell phone use - as well as Alzheimers and autism, and many people (it is said to be 1-2% at least) are becoming hypersensitive (electrosensitive) to rf radiation, causing them to be unable to function at schools, workplaces, and even in their own homes due to the proliferation of these hazardous devices. Despite a multitude of evidence pointing to toxic exposures at even very low levels, the US government and its regulatory FCC, CDC, and HHS, often headed up by or influenced by lobbyists for the tech industry for decades, has exposed the unsuspecting general public to extremely high levels of EMF's. "In the USA, the FCC guidelines make it currently legal to allow RF radiation levels at 10 000 000 µW/m2, which is 10,000,000,000,000 (ten trillion) times higher than than the upper natural background levels we evolved to tolerate" (https://www.electrosmogprevention.org/smart-meter-resources-links/safety-guidelines-for-rf-exposure/). Center for Electrosmog Prevention's website at www.electrosmogprevention.org is a repository of thousands of articles and links to scientific research studies concerning the hazards of rf radiation exposure. It is time to acknowledge the risks, at the very least, and the harms being perpetrated on the public health, and greatly reduce exposures to rf radiation in our homes, schools, workplaces, vehicles, modes of transportation, and all public places. We commend this request for information on EMFs, Rf radiation, and wireless radiation exposure, though long overdue.

Good afternoon, My name is Rachel Kamalova and I am the mother of 6 children. I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a parent and concerned member of the public. Wireless radiation has been making my family sick these past 6 years. During covid lock downs a 5g tower was put up close to our home. Shortly after this 2 of my sons started getting migraines that have become worse and for frequent. They are otherwise healthy boys. There is so much more chaos and anxiety when the wifi is on... and our neighborhood have all suffered since the tower was put in place. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. Thank you for providing individuals and families with an opportunity to be heard.

I have a friend who gets dizzy and can't talk when she is in a high radiation area. Eventually she will have a seizure. She doesn't go out long in public. We went to a movie once. She brought a radiofrequency radiation meter to find a seat that was in a lower radio frequency location in the theatre. She also sat at the end of the row so no one with a phone or bluetooth device would sit next to her. I've known her for about 30 years and it is sad to see what technology has done to her health.

RF/EMF are life threatening frequencies to all beings on the planet.

Further research may be needed on the effects of domestic and commercial electromagnetic fields/pulses/sources on medicines while in the bloodstream or in the target organ/s. If various ionic configurations respond to specific frequencies/wavelengths, these may alter the energetic transformations and the behaviour of the compound via thermal or kinetic responses. regards

Following the installation of 5G antennas in 2021 on the roof of a neighboring building : Mid-February 2024, strange headaches appear, with a runny nose. My histamine level high, which is a characteristic marker of intolerance to electromagnetic waves. I take metro line 3 and inside the carriage, my legs are suddenly electrified. I could no longer walk. My legs had become as if on fire. Mid-June 2024, still inside the carriage of line 3 in the metro, this time the entire body is electrified, at Saint-Lazare station in Paris. Mid-August 2024, a new neighbor with a 5 Ghz router, and my face and my entire body began to burn. An association advised me to take shelter in my cellar. Luckily I had one, to escape the burning sensations. I am in possession of three medical certificates that I can send to you personally upon your request: • The first certifying my intolerance to electromagnetic waves from August 26, 2024. • Medical certificate from September 9, 2024, diagnosis of small fiber neuropathy at Henri-Mondor Hospital. Reason for the examination: investigation of neuropathy in the presence of pain like electric shocks and stabbing sensations, initially in the lower limbs then diffuse, onset in February 2024 at the same time as intolerance to electromagnetic fields. I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a concerned parent and individual who has been impacted by exposure to EMFs, and has seen the effect it has had on others. I have a degree from Yale University and have researched electromagnetic fields and wireless exposure for my own personal education. EMFs, mostly from cell phones, wifi, smart meters and cell towers have: interfered with sleep patterns, memory and impacted more than a few friends and their families. One friend can’t sleep with the wifi on. Another can tell you when he is within proximity to a cell tower with amazing accuracy. One other can’t own a current cellphone because it gives him an instant headache. In the early days of the wireless boom, reducing exposure made all the difference, even though it often required that people isolate, losing their communities and even their homes in some cases, if they were living near a cell tower. But nowadays it has become harder and harder to avoid exposure. Our society depends on technology. Unfortunately the lack of sufficient safety studies and examination of the potential health hazards before launching into commitment to the widespread use of wireless devices, has created a silent but real public health issue. I feel strongly that we need to safeguard our population, and especially those vulnerable individuals like small children and the elderly by doing the proper research without the influence of interested parties skewing the results. We owe that to the future . I encourage HHS to take an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation on the human body. When you do, I hope you will include the experiences of the many individuals and families who report being affected alongside the scientific evidence, identifying and closing the gaps in current research. My experience include a strong headache and 8 on a scale of 10 after a new cell tower was build and activated. previously I never had a migrane headache like other people. I went to Sweden. There everyone I met were either harmed by electromagentic radiation or knew people who were! In Sweden, I felt fine for 4 days. I relocated. Four days again headache reaapread. GRRR! This experience repeated again and again. I slept uncomfortale in the rental car. Rarely I asked a homeowner for a shower. To get food was distant. I slept in a Swedish log cottae with a ground fire in the middle space and laayers of deer for to sleep on. Nice. I had to leave. New guests were arriving. To continue: People harmed by electromagnetic radiation may carry in their bodies a remembered injury from invisible electromagnetic radiation. My home is similar to a faraday cage. No wifi, no drones, in a no fly zoen, NRQZ protected by USA - Congress in 1956. A person viisted was here for 10 , minutes. She HAD to leave immediately. She did not alow her body to forget the consstatn invisible pain (in a faraday cage) in our home. I tried to contact her. No luck. A hospital diagnosed her having "Vibroacoustic disease". (VAD) in her obivuatry (2025). She had died. I feel sad and very helpless. Harmful places I detected: Creek and rivers carry frequencies (My reactions were confirmed by a medical doctor / scientist) still lakes, ponds reflect a constant frequency. A rock cliff reflects radiation emitted from vehicles. Trains (higher frequency as the train approaches: lower frequency as it moves away) affect many. I could not live near a railroad. From experience, the radiation harms and frightens me. I experienced the ding ding of an approaching train, the gate arms lowered, I braced myslef. No train. The dings stoopped. No train. Wish, the trains train very quickly passed.

I have been burned by my cell phone. I developed a sensitivity to radiation after. Cell towers, SMART Meter Banks, industrial routers, and other wireless technology, together are very dangerous. Children have developing bones and brains. Most schools have cell phone towers. Many fire departments also have towers. The laws protecting citizens are very old. We are in a different time where the old laws are not relevant to modern digital technology. Blood, brain and bone cancers will increase. If this technology can penetrate brick buildings it can penetrate bones. Please consider updating the health and safety regulations for wireless technology. Before we continue to advance in science and technology, please ensure the health and wellbeing of people and wildlife are not in jeopardy.
