I don't like it or want me nor my children exposed to this, only to find of the long term disks years down the road. I do not consent.

How safe is the increasing emfs? When studied by one signal alone it may not make a difference, but if not regulated how many devices are used in an area, does this accumulate the effects? Are we slowly cooking ourselves, affecting our DNA, combined with other enviromental factors causing more cancer, other health issues?
As an American, I deserve public policy based on factual and verifiiable data, not opinions or conspiracy theories. It is alarming and insulting that HHS is asking for opinions for them public when there is science available. Opinions are valueless in this situation. Use the scientific data you already have and follow its consensus, not the opinions of people who truly have no idea what they're talking about.
I and my late mother have both experienced insomnia at night while we had her First Alert modem on throughout the night. This occurred every night since we had it hooked up and at first I didn't realize that was the root of our insomnia until I realized that I also had insomnia when I originally kept my computer modem logged on 24 hours a day. The First Alert modem also was a type of modem as well.
Since my mother was safe in her lift chair, we decided to just unplug the modem at nights, and both of us were able to sleep at nights from then on.
My mother has since passed away and my internet is now 5G. I noticed when I accidentally forget to shut the modem off at night, I have that familiar insomnia. The next morning, sure enough- the power strip was left on. So I make a point to shut the power strip off where the modem is plugged in before going to sleep.
Years ago, when would go into the section of Sears where they had HD Tv's on display, the hair would stand up on my arms and I would feel the almost oppressive energy near those TV's... it drove me away from that part of the store.
Some people and animals are more sensitive to EMF than others, so there needs to be some kind of protection for consumers.
I know my smart meters affect our health cause we all have symptoms in my family where as we di not have that before.
migraines , body aches, nausea and , many others.
I have an analog but I am threatened with legal action if I sare put on.
what a great country and world we live on that we dont have choices for our health.
If legal action is the tool then I know I am correct.
Love the global control and harm to us
My 5-year-old money tree plant lived above the kitchen sink its whole life; never grew more the height it was when i purchased it (about 8"). I moved it to another room with less ideal conditions, expecting it would die. In 2 weeks, it had doubled in height, now 3 months later, it is just under 4' tall, leaves shiny, very healthy. The kitchen sink is located directly above the router in the basement. Now I understand why the seeds i planted last winter never grew. They were on the kitchen counter for months, didn't get more than 1/2" sprouts.
Ever since Verizon updated my local phone network to 5g, I've been feeling things no man should feel. I've been craving the carnal touch of another man.
I firmly believe that the local radio tower is causing these thoughts to enter my head. I'd really appreciate if Mr. Kennedy could address this stat.
I strongly believe communities should not be subjected to unnecessary or escalating levels of RF emissions. In many neighborhoods, companies begin with a single antenna and later add many more, creating dense clusters that increase exposure for families, children, older adults, wildlife, and the environment. This pattern places a growing burden on communities while generating profit for carriers, not benefits for residents.
I want to be clear that I am not opposed to technology. I support safe technology that is responsibly sited in locations away from homes, schools, wildlife corridors, and sensitive ecosystems. I am certain there are suitable sites that do not place antennas directly next to residents or wildlife habitat. Older neighborhoods with mature trees, established wildlife pathways, and long‑standing rural character should not be subjected to cumulative exposure simply because they lack HOA protections or dense development.
Trees, birds, pollinators, and other wildlife are increasingly exposed to dense antenna installations, and these impacts deserve serious federal attention. Communities need national guidelines that ensure wireless infrastructure is placed where it does not harm people, wildlife, or the environment.
For these reasons, I respectfully request a deep federal study of RF exposure impacts, including long‑term effects on human health, wildlife, and ecosystems. I also recommend that Congress consider updating the Telecommunications Act of 1996 so that health, environmental, and wildlife concerns can be openly evaluated in modern wireless policy. The current law prevents communities from raising health concerns when opposing towers, even when those concerns are legitimate. Technology has changed dramatically since 1996, and federal policy should reflect today’s scientific knowledge and today’s environmental realities.
Communities deserve transparency, protection, and guidelines that prioritize public health and environmental stewardship over profit.
