I’d just like to share my thoughts on these topics. 5G/cell towers potentially affect behavior(agitation, irritability, anger, anxiety, headache, sleep, ect.) Majority of average homes are filled with wifi modems and smart devices. Smart devices can be accessed by utility companies, locked, turned off, thermostats adjusted, water usage restricted on washing machines, ect. Potential for devices to be hacked/accessed by others with malicious intent is also a concern. Not to mention the data being collected from the use of these devices. The body seems to find comfort and ease away from devices and their frequencies. Addictive devices such as cellphones affect every day life, relationships, driving habits where people can’t put their phones down, social behaviors, demoralization. Long term cellphone, computer use affecting the blood cells causing clumping restricting oxygen flow, eyes, sleep, ect. Our environment and every aspect of our lives has been invaded by non native EMF’s and RFs. Not just on the human body, but also the life of animals, insects and marine life that share this environment. Strange behaviors are accusing in all of the above. There is a potential for catastrophic, irreversible damage that needs to be investigated.

How do we explain any of this to our children and that their future careers will all be dependent on this bioengineered, bioeconomy? I pray one day spoken truth will clarify the meaning of any of this. Hello, my experience w/ EMF ha been a devastating one. A cell tower was put up at a fire station without any notice, and I used to subscribe to the local newspaper, so I should have seen something about it. I had no idea the problem was EMF but after several years of suffering, trying everything to help myself, nothing worked. Long story short: the problem was EMF; the tower directly outside my living room window, with a clear line of sight to our home. I had 15 different health problems (wish I had kept that list), but included heart palpitations (still having this problem), horrible hot flashes, very poor digestion, Reynaud's syndrome, vertigo, always swollen tongue, always feeling zapped/tired, couldn't sleep more than an hour (exhausting) and so on. I was looking to quit my job as I couldn't drive w/ the vertigo. It was bad, turned out life upside down. Once I found out about EMF and practicing "distance and avoid" the symptoms disappeared, some overnight! I also bought a very good quality meter to be sure this was not "in my head"; it wasn't; everytime I'd get near it or overexposed, the symptoms would reappear. My neighbors chickens developed huge ulcers hanging from their necks due to smart meters. The eggs had strange shapes. I've seen first hand "damages" done by these wireless radiation exposure. So, please limit the distance and exposure of EMFs to PEOPLE, espcially residential neighborhoods. It is WRONG to have cell towers near homes, where we should be able to get good slepp to recover and rejuvenate our bodies, our beings. Listen to Environmental Health Trust (EHT) and Childrens Health Defense (CHD) and others like 5G Free California; these people genuinely care and study EMFs; they know what they are talking about. It's criminal to put up a cell tower on elementary school grounds or stick laptops on kid's hands to stare at many hours a day. Please take measures to limit wireless tech exposres. I'm not against it; I want CHOICE to use it if I want it. Some want the full exposre, great! They should have it, but it should be a CHOICE to those who don't want it. I live in deep woods, almost off grid, to get away from so much exposure, and it's helped me. I should be able to live in town like others. I've accepted I no long er fly; I no longer to to concerts or any place w/ a lot of people (who all have cell phones). THANK YOU for considering these thoughts. Please help! Since my comment exceeds 5000 characters, I´m sending it as an attached file. It collects my personal experience on how electromagnetic fields have affected my physical and mental health. The thesis I defend, supported by different scientific research, is that there is a direct cause-effect relationship between radiofrequency and central sensitivity illnesses (fibromyalgia, myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome, multiple chemical sensitivity, electrohypersensitivity). These illnesses, only recently on scene, affect millions of people all over the world. If the research proves that these illnesses are caused by inadequate limits for wireless technologies, the human, working, economic and social costs can be huge.

In re: Docket No.: HHS-OASH-2026-0397 Motion/surveillance equipment on an adjacent building by a stairway causes high-pitched ear pressure/noise and internal body heat within ~5 minutes when people walk by. I believe this involves illegal brain scanning or related technology in real time with Facebook, Amazon Fire TV, and X timelines, plus ads and malware we have removed from our devices and network. I believe it harmed my dog. A deer cam installed during the bird flu scare overheated the same day from sunlight. After my dog crossed its path she never walked again and was overheated consistent with energy-weapon complaints. Infrared or other signals appear supercharged by solar energy and, with motion detection, triangulate to harm humans and pets. This has caused severe mental and psychological distress to already challenged conditions for our family and pets. It has also impaired short-term memory for hours after prolonged exposure. We fear it contributed to multiple pet deaths last year through loss of mobility and organ function. I fear links to local crime, war-related intimidation, and political pressure including around voting and speech about Trump or Musk. Lesser similar effects occurred under the prior administration, possibly tied to the pandemic and war. It may relate to Ukraine/Russia; we live in a heavily Democratic, contract-dependent area. I first noticed this in 2015 at a residence I believe was politically targeted (though supposedly protected). The owner led an HHS division with ties to former presidents and State leaders. It repeatedly knocked me down near a window and elsewhere, causing severe disturbances to my mind and mobility for weeks or months, though without the temperature effects seen now. I know it was electronic. My roommates then were Ukrainian and Russian professionals in a university city. It resumed in 2020 and increased with war and pandemic speech interference. I conclude it is likely EMF/RF. Radiation can rise around charging mobile devices; solar light and batteries appear to supercharge signals that crest with motion control. HOA measures cannot override residents’ health and mobility inside their homes. We fear the HOA due to other litigious intimidation. We love our neighbors even when frightened. Federal laws could allow millions quiet remedy without retaliation. Illegal surveillance is one issue; unintentionally directing motion-sensing EMF into triangulated injury is another. Delivery trucks or other tracked equipment could have similar unintended effects. We cannot confront anyone—equipment is installed outside normal repair, and groups have previously used events (including missing dogs and trade vehicles) to access our internet passwords, which is also illegal. The pattern since 2020 involves internet boxes, utility lines, and cables. I have experienced patterned injury; another household member is more severely affected. We lost two pets around the same time; neighbors saw a cluster of animal deaths. It may involve bird flu or pesticides, but also the high-pitched noise so loud we cannot talk until it ends. Emotional effects, fatigue, and temperature disruption follow minutes later. We have spent sleepless nights fearing gang violence. I pray this docket prioritizes protection of human and animal spaces. Reducing such exposures would improve longevity prospects, especially for the vulnerable, and lessen risks of accelerated aging or worsened illness. I will raise this on X. Abnormal Comcast references appeared on devices recently. In sum, the sun appears to supercharge motion-detecting infrared LED WiFi technologies that triangulate with sensors, mobiles, GPS, 5G, and charging phones, producing laser-like EMF/RF harm in intervals. I believe this most likely killed my dog and cat and at least three other nearby animals. This is an unknown harmful impact from surveillance and hyper-connected EMF/RF. Protections are likely straightforward. I pray for prompt, deliberate action. Government forms repeatedly return errors preventing completion. I fear speech suppression and compromised databases. I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a [patient, parent, family member, caregiver, healthcare professional, researcher, advocate, concerned member of the public, or other]. I believe wireless radiation has effected me and my family with many headaches, overly tired and easily catching diseases. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. Thank you for providing individuals and families with an opportunity to be heard.

The exposure to nnEMFs is outrageous. 5G towers at children’s schools and playgrounds, multiple smart meters connected to every home, WiFi grids, and an inability to live without extreme exposure. The push for the quick rollout of 6G is also devastating. Young friends are suffering from vertigo, many are suffering from tinnitus, people everywhere are ill from radio sickness. Enough is enough. Americans deserve a chance to live without so much poison and disruption to our physiology. The children deserve to go to school without 5G towers in their playgrounds! The research on nnEMFs and their effects on the body have been done - they were never promising and nothing has changed. It’s time the HHS and this administration actually took the health of Americans seriously and stopped skirting around the most pressing issues.

There are a lot of myths out there that will make EMF exposure worse such as earthing or painting entire rooms with a conductive paint that is grounded. This practice creates an antenna for supraharmonics and is responsible for capacitive coupling with the human body. Yet it's promoted by a group called Building Biology. This group is self certified and has been touted as an authority but in reality it's quite the opposite. Unfortunately many people have been harmed. Many comments have revealed this problem as the suffering people are blaming cell phones and WiFi and have not been educated about the most biologically active frequencies radiating from their walls, ceiling, and sometimes floors. To make matters worse they have been taught to attach themselves to them via earthing or grounding.

I believe (I read this on an "EMF Sensitivity" group gage on FaceBook - that the more you are exposed to EMFs. the more sensitive you become to them. I lived in an apartment where there were 3 WiFi Towers on a next door building (at the level of my apartment. Also the doors in my apartment (100 units)building were all METAL - not sure if that was a contributing factor to my issues. My eyes, fingers, feet, started to feel "burning". I bought some copper EMF shield material & tried to stay in areas shielded by that in he apartment. My issues became so bad that I stayed at a friend's place & moved out as fast as I could forfeiting security deposit. I have to use plastic laptop (non-metal) otherwise fingers burn. Even using phone too long makes fingers burn. During Covid, the city where I live, Milwaukee, was very busy installing 5G towers on every corner of every city block around apartment dwellings (None in bougie neighborhoods!) - While most other businesses were on lock down. I think all the EMFs make people edgy, stressed, can't sleep. can't focus (thoughts) also.

I had to have open heart surgery at 5 years old for heart inflammation which caused a hole in my heart as well as 3 leaking heart valves. I also discovered when I was in my late 30’s that I had elevated prolactin which could keep me from getting pregnant. Also have bad allergies. Those were my pre-existing conditions. In 2019, I went to my cardiologist who said that although I had leaking heart valves, everything was ok, especially since I am able to do hard construction work on a daily basis. I live 1,568 feet from the closest cell tower (see cell tower 3 pic). After 2020, I noticed that my fingertips were burning badly when I was using my Ipad (wifi). Since I used it alot I have a feeling it damaged the nerves in my fingertips or something. After that I had to stop using my Ipad altogether. I now only use a stylus for my non 5G Iphone. What then started happening is that when I toggled the cellular function on and off on my Iphone, I got like a low level shocking feeling which then travelled up and down my body. So now I only use calls over wifi and don't use the cellular function any longer, even when I'm outside of my house. It's terrible for my business because I’m missing lots of calls, but I know these phones are affecting my health badly. After 2020, at least two more cell towers were put up by my house. They are 5,000 feet from my house (see cell tower 2 pic). Besides more antennas being added to the tower that's 1,568 feet and the other two towers, I now have been diagnosed with a heart arrythmia. My hands fall asleep overnight and many times I feel my heart rate is too low. I have to move between sleeping in two different locations in my house because I think the radio waves from home 5G or people's cell phone pass right through my house. I bought an EMF meter but it doesn’t measure the full spectrum of 5G. In addition, so many of my Evergreen trees and my neighbor’s trees have died. You can clearly see parts of trees which have died if you follow a straight path from the cell tower and their electric/gas meters/house. The shrubs in front of my gas/electric meter have died off as well as my beautiful tree branches right in the path. I spoke to an employee of a local business who told me he used to be a cell tower climber/technician. He told me that cell towers kill trees and they know it. One of my customers got so sick after 2020. She almost lost her house. She also had pre-existing conditions (endometriosis) I had worked at her house prior to 2020. There was no cell tower by her house before 2020. After 2020, a cell tower was put up in front of her house only 384 feet away (see cell tower 1 pic). Her son who’s in his 30’s was constantly sick after that cell tower was put up. He uses his phone a lot. After living in the same place for 25 years, it's easy to see what's happening. Radio waves- although useful- are causing a lot of harm. If the public is made aware of things they can do to reduce their EMF exposure- that would benefit the public. Please help!
