Independent research (not funded by telecommunications companies) has shown a clear link between RF radiation and serious health issues in children, adults and flora/fauna. The HHS should follow the guidelines of BioInitiative Report 2012 unless clear scientific evidence shows that a different level of rf exposure is safe. Hello - To be brief, I am a medical professional and read Dr Robert O Beckers books about the harms and benefits of RF as well as listening to many investigators on the subject of RF , WIFI and EMF in general such as radiation research.org. I had moved to a 10 acre piece of land in Fl and keep my WIFI off unless needed. Everything is hard wired. In 2025 the SECO corporation, my electric provider, decided to strong arm me into placing a smart meter on my home after many letters and objections, it didn’t matter - they would bring the sheriff if I continued to refuse. If I tried to use my faraday cage again they would fine me $200. I informed them that our new HHS Secretary would be speaking out against wide use of EMF. We are electrical beings and of course there will be health effects. Please, at least educate and give people the opportunity to choose. Thank You

The answers below provide a brief summary of my experience in suffering adverse health reactions to digital electricity meters and my personal investigation into the cause. For the next 5 days, I slept no more than 90 minutes per night. The electricity meter was then replaced with another model. When this meter was powered on, my ears each felt an electrical shock. My tinnitus, ear pressure and insomnia improved slightly, but still not tolerable The smart communications module was removed 2 days later, the power company believing I would no longer suffer. Alas, further symptoms developed over the following days and weeks, chronic fatigue becoming the most debilitating, while struggling to get medical help and an analog meter refitted urgently. In July 2022, the company installed an old non-smart digital meter. My tinnitus intensified almost immediately. Another such meter was trialed 3 weeks later. My tinnitus eased, but I developed a migraine 4 days later. I left home and over the next 3 days I recovered from the migraine and chronic fatigue. I returned home, started to feel unwell almost immediately, so I left and recovered again. I returned home on the day this meter was being replaced. Outside, I tingled horribly and instructed my wife to turn off the electricity. The tingling ceased immediately, providing evidence that the household wiring was acting like a transmission antenna. The replacement meter, the same type as the 2nd, caused symptoms similar to those experienced while its counterpart was installed. An analog meter was finally refitted 2 weeks later. I recovered back to around 80% of normal in 1 week. However, tinnitus and insomnia still continue, but these are milder than at any time during my meter ordeal, but they are getting worse as exposure to what has become known as “dirty electricity” increases. Details of symptoms, their approximate timing in relation to meter installations and my actions to mitigate the effects can be found in Attachment 1. 3e: Medical assessments were sought throughout my ordeal. I was only ever diagnosed with tinnitus and a blood pressure problem. All the medics I saw were sadly at a loss to help me. 3g: Attachment 2 contains a list of the scientific evidence I have obtained in full. 5n: Regulators must be fully independent from organizations that manufacture or use equipment that emits RF/EMF for financial gain. 5o: Yes. The cause of my sensitivity, low frequency EMFs, are poorly represented in the available science, despite being considered bio-active. The public understandably have concerns over high frequency mobile communication signals, but few people realize that badly suppressed switched-mode power supplies and inverters can cause debilitating health issues due to their low frequency emissions. 5p: The current use of SAR ignores the characteristics that cause interference with biology at much lower intensities than required for heating body tissue. (Polarization is another characteristic that needs to be considered.) 6: Scientists claim there are over 125,000 pieces of evidence available. 8: Assessment must take into account all characteristics and also real-world conditions where a dwelling or workplace are subject to multiple emitters of RF/EMF. 9: A system to forewarn people of potentially harmful exposure is essential. Currently, sensitive people only find out if somewhere is harmful when they start feeling ill, which is too late. Avoidance is key not just to stay well, but also to prevent sensitivity increasing. 10: New systems must be developed in order to assess the scale of this problem. The medical profession have to take notice of those of us who know we are sensitive. They also need to find out why a minority of people have become highly sensitive in order to prevent the majority becoming so sensitive. 11: Current standards are largely based upon short term tests with a healthy adult male and a few animals. They are highly unsuited for protecting children, females, the elderly and adults with certain medical conditions. 16: Low frequency EMFs: The cost to suppress these frequencies from power supplies and inverters is peanuts in comparison to the cost of healthcare, welfare payments, lost productivity and ruined lives etc.

I have already had to move 3 times due to radiowave sickness. Once from Riversode, CA in 2020 and again from Somis, CA (southern California which is extremely cell tower). I moved to a rural portion of Northern California, Grass Valley, and again I am being threatened by the proposed cell tower on Dog Bar Rd that is currently being fought in federal court. Under the current rules, the county has no ability to object to cell towers. Guidelines which were set in the 1990s. Remember what the phones looked like in the 90s with the antennas and no internet? Those guidelines are as antiquated as those phones. When I had to return to Southern California for a couple of weeks, I had a rash on my entire upper body from radiofrequency exposure. I also get headaches and chest pain. Also, the microwave radiation penetrates much further into children's skulls that adult's skulls. In other areas of life, we set the exposure limits at a level that will protect pregnant women and children. Why should this be any different? China requires pregnant women to wear radiofrequency shielding belly bands and Russia has limits on how much minors should use cell phones daily. What is that saying when Russia and China care more about protecting their citizens than we do?

Thank you so much for this opportunity to share with you the effects I have experienced from adverse electromagnetic fields and to share the mitigations I have used to protect myself and others. May this lead to a safer, healthier world. -- financial costs from acting on that conviction. Electric Vehicle I bought at 2017 Bolt EV on January 5, 2018 for $42,428. I love the car! But within several months I realized I was becoming disoriented when driving it. At one point I was lost in my own neighborhood. I had been hearing about the adverse effects of radio frequency (RF), so I purchased an EMFields Acousticom 2, which displays RF in volts/meter. Inside the Bolt, the meter showed red light warnings of 3 to 6 V/m. I turn everything off that seemed a possible cause for that reading but nothing changed. I took the car to the Napa Chevy dealer where the technician was also unable to reduce the RF. He called back to Michigan where they told him that the RF could not be turned off because the car would not work. [Around the house I had started thinking I was getting old because tying my slipper laces had become complicated. After I quit driving the bolt tying my slipper laces once again became quite easy.] For someone who was not as aware as I was, they could have been diagnosed with dementia with the real cause unknown! My brain was much more valuable than the car, so on 8/21/2020 I sold the car for $17,500 losing $24,959 SOLAR In the spring of 2018 I paid $19,350 for the installation of 16 solar panels. The installation included an Enphase solar reporting system with a clever app that would tell you how much each of your panels were producing and when. HVAC Heat pumps are energy efficient heating and cooling systems. In May 2018 I paid for a ducted Fujitsu mini split HVAC system. Between the solar and the HVAC, our PG&E bill was reduced and I was happy we were doing our part to reduce climate change. RF SAFE HOME? BY 2022 I was having adverse reactions to RF. I had done everything I could to create an RF safe home. All of our devices we’re connected via Ethernet. My cell phone was always either off or in airplane mode. An Ethernet adapter allowed me to send email and photos from my phone. Because I have a MacBook I could even send and receive texts from other iPhones. I am grateful for my husband’s understanding and for family and friends who supported me by turning off their phones whenever they came to visit. But my RF sensitivity was getting worse. I was having difficulty tolerating the cell phones and Wi-Fi where we have loved to dance and socialize. For my 80th birthday in 2023, I even paid for the cover charge for 50+ dancers with the ask that everyone keep their cell phones off or in airplane mode. Everyone had a good time, and until then many of the people had no idea that there could be any harm from a cell phone. Thanks to 5G, I was completely unable to tolerate attending our grandson’s football games where my brain would become paralyzed and there was intense pressure in my heart when I was around people who were recording and uploading videos to the internet as they were taking them. BUILDING BIOLOGIST TO THE RESCUE Eric Windheim, a building biologist, did his first assessment here 12/28/23. He immediately discovered our Enphase solar reporting system and our “clean energy” Fujitsu mini split HVAC we’re radiating huge amounts of dirty electricity (DE) which were riding on our 110 electrical wires. As soon the circuit breakers for those two systems were turned off, my whole body felt relief from the tension I didn’t even know I had. The Enphase breakers have remained off, and I was able to confirm, through the PG & E website, that we are getting credit for our solar. The Enphase reporting system is unnecessary. fireplace and electric space heaters. Fortunately, our solar micro inverters we are much cleaner than large central inverters which have caused DE problems in earlier days.

Aires response to HHS RFI HHS-OASH-2026-0397 For more than three decades, the Aires research program has pursued one enduring objective: to engineer electromagnetic environments that support biological function. Its documented history extends to 1992, connecting early patterned materials and optical filters with successive silicon resonators and biological investigations. The attached response presents this connected research lineage. The primary record identifies more than 50 named authors and researchers, 15 academic, medical and research institutions represented through testing sites or author affiliations, and contributions from Russia, Lithuania and Canada. The archive review encompassed 97 research-related records, including translations, related versions and background materials. The response organizes its research and contextual sources into 44 reference entries; related publications of one experiment are identified as a research family. The breadth is central to our contribution: human EEG, ECG and heart-rate variability; human erythrocytes tested outside the body for osmotic response using laser diffraction; chromosome abnormalities in rat bone-marrow cells; rat behavior, learning, memory and blood parameters; honeybee feeding, memory and brain hsp70 gene expression; and goldfish movement. Water conductivity and infrared investigations, liquid crystals, thin films, patterned silicon, direct RF measurements and electromagnetic models supply the complementary physical research. To evaluate an intervention, researchers also investigated the exposure response itself. Mobile-phone and Wi-Fi protocols therefore contribute evidence about biological responses under specified exposures and about what changes when an Aires device is introduced. Repeated rat bone-marrow investigations reported increased chromosome abnormalities with router exposure and reductions with resonators. Other studies examine physiological regulation, susceptibility, recovery, behavior and molecular response in their respective biological settings. More than two decades of EEG and HRV investigations connect early patterned-material and optical-filter work with later phone-exposure protocols and personal-device studies. Across this sequence, investigators examined baseline state, brain activity, autonomic regulation and recovery. The response presents this human research as a connected program, with study-specific comparisons and findings retained in Appendix B. The response addresses Questions 2, 4, 5(n)-(p), 7-18, with the full research story under Questions 4 and 18. Question 12 discusses assessment against federal exposure limits without assuming that every experiment supplies the same dosimetric information. We ask HHS to include engineered electromagnetic environments and field-modulation technologies in its research priorities, including evaluation in personal device use, occupied spaces and equipment integration. As a mother I advocate for safer tech habits, including using speakerphone and wired headphones, keeping wireless devices away from one self and my children's bodies when practical, turning Wi-fi off when not in use and utilizing direct hard wire connection when feasible. Therefore I believe there should be more regulations and studies to limit this radio frequency exposure, mothers should not have to choose between benefits of modernized tech and the health of ones children.

Are there certain states that are safer than others in this regard? Certain other countries around the world?? What about Elon Musk's Starlink system that can be used to handle cell phones and maybe the new Q phones? Will this technology be safer than existing EMF, Wi-Fi, 5G etc.?? Can 5G be configured to offer healthy frequencies or radiation as opposed to unhealthy? Who are the Congress and Senators being paid off by Big Telecom to let the FCC run amok. No oversight since 1995 or whenever?? WTF?

Birds are confused. Mental Health is a scourge. Brain cancer and migraine rates are soaring. Coincidence? I think not.
