Wi-Fi & indoor exposure

Mr Secretary, dear HHS, I humbly entreat you publicly on this format to review my personal experience with frequencies for further verification: I am a TI and therefore an involuntary test person, and have found that mental health issues are directly related to the increase of the strengthening of Internet infrastructure, as 3G, 4G, and most notable Starlink. Doctors have always said that the smallest amount is already inadvisable, but governments have not heeded for prioritizing money over health. The shutdown of wireless internet globally would solve most severe health issues in today’s society, we won’t adapt to that, our bodies are too sensitive to even minor frequencies, it’s the main health issue of the day. One may help sensitive people with putting small aluminum sheets under the roof of an house, in size small, but spread under the roof here and there, it feels as if forming a more bearable bubble underneath, also plated silver and plated gold in smaller measures, the more expensive, the less amount needed. Also I felt, that if houses are built of natural materials, wood, stone, brick, less plastic, the grounding is better and the frequencies conducted to a higher degree to the ground, which helps a lot, also in higher stories. Also tying plated silver or gold to grounding cables, or grounded conductive metals, as heaters, increases the absorption of frequencies in the whole house, I feel, and de-electrifies the air in the house, takes electro-smog away, I feel. Also as old physicians said, drinking water that flowed over gold or silver, is good, and today it makes your body more resistant to EMF, I feel, and America had much gold in the water naturally for health reasons it seems. Also shielding with emergency blankets that are plastic blankets with sprayed-on aluminum helps a lot, I feel, I put that on one side-wall next to my bed, it is see-through gold and costs 2 Dollars only. And EMF can be dissipated naturally through gold dust, silver dust, and the dust of precious stones, that were in former times used in the temple of Israel and mentioned in the book of Revelation of the Apostle John in the Bible. So having said all major things, I submit these to you, mentioning that the measure of shielding is important, according to one’s experiences therewith. Of course one can ground one’s shoes, increase the grounding benefits with metals, wear shielding clothes and many more things, but for now it suffices. Las han instalado al lado de muchas carreteras por dónde transitan millones de personas todos los días irradiando a las personas y a los niños que están en el auto. Las han instalado en los hospitales, cómo en Centro médico y el el hospital Auxilio Mutuo, y en otros, también las tienen instaladas al lado de escuelas públicas y colegios en dónde estudian tantos niños todos los días. También dentro de la universidad Ana G Méndez en Cupey en San Juan. Las han instalado al lado de los hogares de muchas personas y encima del techo de muchos negocios cómo restaurantes, supermercados etc. Hasta las han instalado en el techo de égidas, en dónde viven tantos envejecientes. Cada vez que yo paso por una de esas genocidas antenas me causan dolores de cabeza muy fuertes, y estoy tres días con ese dolor. Esas antenas emiten fuertísimas microondas electromagnéticas que nos están achicharrando y quemando nuestras neuronas. Nos están matando con radiación invisible. PLEASE, PLEASE HELP, HELP. Ayúdenos por favor, porque Puerto Rico está muy lleno de esas antenas y nos están enfermando y dañándonos nuestro cerebro y nuestra salud y a nuestros niños también. Y también deben de prohibír el wifi en los colegios y escuelas públicas, porque el wifi le está dañando el cerebro a los niños. Por favor, ayúdenos porque yo y miles de personas estamos muy desesperados por esa radiación que nos está matando. Y también los aviones llamados Chemtrails nos están envenenando también. Nos rocían todos los días metales pesados, químicos muy tóxicos, vírus vivos y muchas cosas más y nos están envenenando. Y nos están creando unas nubes ficticias con geoingeniería que están llenas de químicos y todo eso lo inhalamos y nos van afectando nuestra salud. Please consider doing more research into the dangers and problems associated with manmade electromagnetic fields. As a holistic and functional nurse practitioner I work with lots of people who struggle with symptoms related to their Wi-Fi routers Bluetooth and cellular devices, smart homes, data centers, 5G radio towers deployed in neighborhoods, smart meters on homes to measure electricity usage. When they are able to turn these devices off and shield themselves and move out of the area where these are deployed, it is remarkable to me how much better they feel. Many people are becoming sicker and sicker all the time and I think it is very important that we look into the effects of man-made electromagnetic fields have on the human body. Over the years I have found ways to cable all of my computers. I’ve gone back to old-fashioned appliances that do not contain Bluetooth and Wi-Fi devices in them. I have covered my smart meter. I have downgraded my Apple iPhone to an 11 which does not have a 5G radio and it has helped me so much. Please research the effects of such devices on children and the elderly before you just blindly allow them to be deployed.

I realized I’m EMF sensitive when we started turning our WiFi off at night, and my sleep quality increased substantially.

I already react to chemicals which enables me to travel by car so I decided to try an electric bike to which I then started having symptoms which developed in to me reacting to emfs and Wi-Fi. I have to have Ethernet cables to use the internet which I still react to but my children use it. I can’t watch tv or go to the cinema with my children anymore. Visitor have to put their phones in faraday bags so I don’t so I don’t get ill. can’t go in public places where there moblie phones tv or music playing. Can’t go on camp sites where there Wi-Fi. My children now have go on holiday without there mum because I can’t fly due all the emfs radiation. I can’t have X-rays or mammograms due to radiation.

When our city went 5G and I got my first 5G cell phone from T-Mobile, I couldn't hold it in my bare hand without it burning my palm. It felt hot, like a pan straight off the stove to my fingers, my palm, or even laying it on my leg. I had to wear a hot mitt like I use taking a pan out of the oven to hold it. In addition to it being hot, it also felt like a zinging or tingling type feeling in my hands while touching it. I researched how to go in my phone and turn it to 4G only and the burning and tingling stopped as soon as I did that. Also when the power goes out here in town, I can feel my body relax and the silence is so peaceful and I can sleep instantly. Even with my phone on 4G, if I leave it in the kitchen which is the other end of the house from my bedroom, I sleep more restful and deeper than having my phone in my bedroom at night. When I finally got a T-Mobile Hotspot box so I could have Internet at home, I barely could stand it after I turned it on as it ran 5G. It was painful being in the room with it until I got it switched to the lowest setting 2.5G I think it is, just to run my Wyze security cameras. When I leave the city and go to the country, I notice a tremendous difference, how my body relaxes and I feel so much better. I sleep so deeply in the country away from street lights and cell towers.

My experience with EHS: A life changed in 2025 In 2025, I became severely ill with what I identify as electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EHS), following exposure to high levels of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and new electronic equipment. Before this, I already had asthma, mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS), and multiple chemical sensitivity (MCS). When EHS developed, I realised that my life might never be the same again. In Finland, patients have reported developing EHS after MCS. Professor Ville Valtonen, who has treated many patients with CIRS, has reportedly observed this progression in some of his patients. Having lived with MCS for many years, I had assumed that I would not develop EHS. I think my pre-existing conditions, including MCAS and CIRS, contributed to my vulnerability. Blood tests through a functional medicine doctor showed elevated arsenic levels. I initially developed nausea following heavy VOC exposure outside my home, but my symptoms also improved immediately after moving to a home with better indoor air quality. My deterioration was devastating. I became so nauseated that I could barely eat. I had to switch off the Wi-Fi, stop using electrical heating, and avoid electronic devices. For approximately a year, I could not tolerate even electric lighting. In fall 2025, I couldn’t look at a video without becoming nauseated, and phone use was limited to flight mode for one hour a day. Even my neighbours’ lights were disturbing, and at one point I could feel when they switched their lights on without looking. In spring 2026, I also began experiencing allergic reactions to candlelight. The prospect of spending the winter in darkness made me realise how urgently I needed to get better. Fortunately, there are ways to get better from EHS, and I can now use electric lighting. I was unable to work for a year, and obtaining financial support was extremely difficult. Despite being a highly qualified engineer who had paid substantial taxes throughout my career, I struggled to have my inability to work recognised. The lack of an accepted diagnosis, together with the way EHS is often perceived, made it difficult to explain my condition within the healthcare and social security systems. I feared that mentioning EHS would undermine my credibility because it is often regarded as a functional disorder rather than a disabling condition requiring appropriate assessment and support. Throughout this illness, I have continued to be a mother to two children. Yet the contrast with my previous life is enormous. Before becoming ill, I was a high-achieving engineer with ambitious career goals, an active social life, and numerous hobbies. The social consequences of EHS are also profound. It is difficult to navigate a society in which the condition is frequently ridiculed or dismissed. Beyond the physical limitations, patients face disbelief, inadequate support, and the risk of losing their careers and independence. These consequences deserve serious attention, regardless of the ongoing debate about the mechanisms underlying the condition. I urge HHS to take seriously the reported suffering and functional impairment of people who identify as having EHS. My experience raises several questions that deserve further investigation: Pre-existing conditions: Are people with MCS, MCAS, or a history of significant mould exposure more likely to report symptoms associated with electromagnetic fields or radiofrequency exposure? If so, what factors might explain this? Multiple environmental exposures: Could chemical exposures, indoor air quality, or other environmental stressors contribute to the onset or severity of symptoms that patients associate with EMF or RF exposure? How can these potential interactions be investigated? Individual differences: Why do some people report severe symptoms associated with wireless devices, electrical equipment, or lighting while others do not? What biological, environmental, or other factors might contribute to these differences?

I am a 72 year old female who have noticed over the pass 6 years that inside my home I am being mentally and physically attacked by the electrical outlets and radiation from 5g wifi. In my kitchen, I become light headed and off balanced the entire time I am in the kitchen. I get electric shocks on the top and bottom of my feet and toes, when standing in front of the dishwasher, stove and refrigerator. I also get pain in my ankles. When passing by or standing in front of a electrical outlet I am shocked by dirty electricity. Any equipment I have that hooks to wifi and/or blue tooth, I get shocked just passing by. Passing by my tv, wifi router I get pain in my entire body head to toe. When using my cellphone I feel the effects of the EMF and the radiation in my fingers and hands also when I am using my laptop computer my finger tips are getting radiated and shocked and I feel numbness from the radiation and pain all the way to the bones. I am constantly lightheaded with a headache and I can feel the effects EMF, Wifi, microwave and radiation inside my home and outside of my house as well. Thank you, F Odum
