I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure.
NOW COME ON, WHY SUCH A WEIRD SHORT BOX TO TYPE IN??
And...if these fields were good, why do cell tower companies keep any public comment about anything BUT health? You can only fight them with OTHER comments, even though there is tons and tons of evidence...just plot cancer cases x cell tower locations!
I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence.
I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health
Sure i support studying all this, bla bla...but c'mon YOU KNOW IT'S BAD. i dare you to go live under a cell tower if you want to argue about it!
so DO SOMETHING.
sincerely, a hard working taxpayer!
The children & elderly are suffering the most. If little to NO regulation is granted many more will suffer. Humanity is under assault to the point of insanity. If most decisions are made to the detriment of humanity, how long do you think your own family won’t be effected?
You all must take ALOT of denial pills. If you want cell towers, etc put them where you live; don’t force them on everyone else.

We are responding from the perspective of healthcare professionals. We are very concerned that industry regulations are out of date and current research indicating the documented harmful effects of wireless radiation are not being noticed.

I am responding from the perspective of a [patient, parent, family member, healthcare professional, researcher, advocate, and concerned member of the public! YOU HAVE TO STOP THIS INSANITY AND REGULATE THE EMF DAMAGE TO ALL OF US WITH THESE BULLSHIT MILITARY INSTALLED CELL TOWERS, ANTENNA'S ON EVERY LIGHT POLE, THE HORRID FLOCK CAMERAS TOO!!! HAVE YOU SEEN THAT MAP OF WHERE COVID WAS WORSE WITH THE MAP OVERLAY OF WHERE ALL THOSE TOWERS WENT UP OVERNIGHT WHILE WE WERE ILLEGALLY LOCKED DOWN??? COVID ILLNESS IS REALLY EMF DAMAGE???
AND WHY IS 50 different WIFI customers show up in my yard??? I WON'T EVEN HAVE INTERNET IN MY HOME ANYMORE AND DO NOT WANT EVERYONE ELSE's WIFI IN MY YARD EITHER!!! GET RID OF THE STUPID SMART METERS TOO!! HORRID BAD DIRTY ELECTRIC!
Tell HHS how wireless radiation has affected you, your child, your family, or someone you care about. You may describe the source and duration of the exposure, health effects experienced, when they began, whether reducing exposure made a difference, and how these experiences have affected daily life. If you are an ally, describe why you support people affected by wireless radiation and why you believe HHS should address this issue.

GET ON IT PRONTO PUP!! WE ARE MAXED OUT! with geoengineering 24/7 here too!
After losing 3 close friends to Brain tumors recently, I am concerned that it may be a result of wireless radiation exposure. Please limit and regulate EMFs!!
Dear HHS,
I worked at Intel on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth adapters. I know firsthand that I can't think as clearly when I'm around large concentrations of wireless devices. No, that's not because I'm looking at a screen; just being in their presence makes me foggy. There have been studies where they measure intelligence with and without a Bluetooth headset, and every time the headset is in, their intelligence drops; remove the cause, and intelligence resumes. That's a short-term effect. The long-term effect is headaches, reduced productivity, and various cancers around the location of exposure.
Wireless solutions have no place in our public schools. There's no reason computers, tablets, and cell phones can't be plugged in. In fact, you should require that all cell phones and tablets sold after 2028 include a coupon for a free wired Ethernet dongle and are capable of receiving calls and texts over a wired connection. Every product the size of a wallet and larger needs to be required to have an Ethernet port; that way, everyone has options.
Not only that, but we have too much technology in our airways. Older technologies like AM/FM, broadcast television, 2G and 3G cellular need to be discontinued. This will help clean up our airspace a bit. In addition, smart meters were never a good solution, and anyone who requests a replacement should be offered an Ethernet-capable replacement. If a residence doesn't have wired Ethernet, the meter can also connect to Wi-Fi. There's no reason to still have a different radio frequency broadcasting one that gets little use, but is transmitting all the time in any case.
Would you please help us minimize our exposure?
Sincerely,
Christian Blackburn

Neurosurgeon Dr. Jack Kruse views wireless radiation—cell phones, Wi-Fi, 5G, and other man-made “non-native electromagnetic fields” (nnEMF or non-native EMF)—as a major driver of modern disease through disruption of mitochondrial function, cellular water structure, circadian timing, and quantum biological processes. Robert O. Becker's work found proved these same drivers of disease. Kruse emphasizes non-thermal (not just heating) effects and links them to quantum biology:
Mitochondrial dysfunction and water disruption: nnEMF impairs mitochondrial water production, causes cellular dehydration, increases reactive oxygen species, raises mitochondrial heteroplasmy, and reduces energy efficiency. Water is described as a carrier of electromagnetic information from the sun into cells; microwaves and nnEMF disrupt this.
Stress response and signaling: It triggers a massive cellular stress response mimicking leptin resistance, a heart attack, or panic attack. It can cause chronic sympathetic nervous system overdrive (“microwave sickness” described in older Russian literature), leading to poor sleep, adrenal issues, cardiovascular problems, and more.
Calcium signaling, DNA, and other effects: Interference with calcium secondary messengers, non-linear DNA damage, disruption of synchronization with the Earth’s magnetic field, and impaired cellular timing/coherence.
Reproductive and developmental impacts: Kruse specifically warns against keeping phones in front pockets, citing potential effects on sperm, testosterone, and germ cells (with implications for offspring). He has discussed fertility concerns more broadly in the context of device proximity and urban/wireless environments.
Kruse frequently references the U.S. National Toxicology Program (NTP) animal studies (showing associations with certain tumors in rats from cell-phone-type RF radiation) and older Russian research on microwave effects, arguing that safety standards based only on thermal effects are inadequate.
the negative health impacts of wireless radiation are real and proven.

SERIOUSLY? Everyone I know understands the dangers of EMFs and WIFI Radiation exposure. It's been studied. We all know of the harm it can and does cause to human bodies. We don't really need years of study by agencies that are simply trying to push through more detrimental stuff on the public. But, if you really need us to tell you we're against this radiation exposure ... here it is. STOP POISONING US!!! Enough is enough. We know what we know and so do you all. We saw all the phony research on autism, covid, vaccines, etc. I could tell 35 years ago that SIDS was mostly due to vaccines on babies at 2, 4 and 6 month olds. Yet, here we are and the "experts" are still arguing that obvious link. Let's not take any more time to handle this radiation exposure risk to us all. Let's get it regulated NOW!!! Please!!!!
Hello, I am submitting a comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure.
I live in Eugene, Oregon. About 2 years ago, our electric company forced everyone to have a SMART meter installed on their homes. I tried to request an analog meter but was denied. I have friends that would not allow them on the property, and their electricity was shut off and threats of arrest until they complied. I was given the option to opt out of the signal, which I have to pay extra for. They say the extra cost is for sending out meter readers, but I have always paid for this service. Since the SMART meter installation, even though I have the signal turned off there is still dirty electricity throughout my entire home, and I have difficulty breathing and difficulty sleeping through the night. I have spoken at multiple board meetings about the adverse health effects of the SMART meter, asking for the option of an analog meter, but am told that I will never be given that option because the electric company owns the meter. I am also a mother of 4 children. One of my daughters has chronic headaches when she is at school. She says that it is from being on computers all day long. We have hard-wired internet at home, and she does not experience headaches when using the computer at home. Please advocate for people to make their own choices with their home environment. Also, fiber optics is used in our home for internet, and it is very effective when used in schools overseas, not exposing our children to harmful EMFs all day long.

I greatly appreciate your efforts in providing individuals and families with an opportunity to be heard.
I am submitting this comment as a consumer concerned about long-term exposure to wireless radiation from phones, Wi-Fi routers, cell towers, and other connected devices.
I urge HHS to conduct a thorough, independent review of whether current exposure limits adequately protect public health. This review needs to consider those most heavily exposed and should examine potential effects beyond tissue heating, including evidence concerning cancer, reproductive health, and children’s development.
Please prioritize research that reflects how people actually encounter wireless radiation: repeated exposure over many years, often from multiple sources and devices used close to the body. Assessments should consider signal strength, pulse patterns, duration, and combined exposure.
Please consider Melnick and Moskowitz’s 2026 analysis of animal data, which argues that existing exposure limits may inadequately protect against cancer and reproductive harm (https://doi.org/10.1186/s12940-026-01288-6). I also ask HHS to evaluate Lai and Levitt’s review of exposure intensity, duration, and signal modulation (https://doi.org/10.1080/15368378.2022.2065683), and Scarato’s review of US regulatory gaps and proposed reforms (https://doi.org/10.3389/fpubh.2025.1677583). These papers warrant careful consideration alongside the broader evidence, including studies that have not found adverse effects.
I ask HHS to:
•Assess whether additional protections are needed for children, pregnant women, and other potentially vulnerable groups.
•Support long-term research with safeguards against industry conflicts of interest.
•Provide clear information about exposure and practical ways to reduce it, including wired alternatives in homes and schools.
•Recommend updated standards wherever the evidence shows that existing limits are insufficient.
Consumers should not have to navigate these questions alone. Please use this inquiry to advance transparent science, meaningful oversight, and public health protection.
