I have a friend who is very isolated because of electromagnetic fields, she can't even watch television. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence.
I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.
Thank you for providing individuals and families with an opportunity to be heard.

PERSONALIZE YOUR COMMENT HERE: Tell HHS how wireless radiation has affected you, your child, your family, or someone you care about. You may describe the source and duration of the exposure, health effects experienced, when they began, whether reducing exposure made a difference, and how these experiences have affected daily life. If you are an ally, describe why you support people affected by wireless radiation and why you believe HHS should address this issue.

My sister is so affected by electromagnetic frequencies that she is unable to leave her house because especially her heart rate may go as high as 175 or may drop to dangerous levels. Her entire body suffers from exposure to EMFs.
If you look at the businesses that are selling items to help people with this problem of sensitive to EMFs, you will realize it is a real problem that many people have.
I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.

Wireless radiation has affected me because I have been forced to allow smart meters be installed at my home. The electric meter was placed on the outside of my kitchen. I was told to allow them to install it or police would be called. My local health group sent many documents to the Kansas Corporation Commission and they have not helped to protect our health or property. One friend is sensitive to wireless radiation and avoids groups do to phone and other radiation. In 1970 my Father felt ill while working for KG&E the Electric Company at their substation. He died from a cardiac arrest before his buddy could get him to the hospital leaving my Mother to raise four young children on her on. I support people affected by wireless radiation because their health is important to me and I believe HHS should address this issue because the Kansas Corporation Commission has not protected Kansans.

Although I don't personally notice affects from wireless radiation, I know it is something that should be reduced because I look at studies on bees and small animals that are harmed by wireless radiation. And we don't know how it is affecting the plant world around us. I want to live in the most healthy environment possible, and one step toward that is limiting wireless radiation.

I am so thankful these things are being talked about and investigated! There’s been many links and correlation with EMF and many health issues! MAHA is a blessing!

I personally feel better when in nature or an area where there’s no heavy EMF. I feel more clear, clean, and can appreciate nature more.

As a concerned member of the public, I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, epidemiology, biology and public health should address issues with the potential to affect human health, considering both the scientific evidence as well the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected.

I am responding from the perspective of both a researcher and American civilian. I have had many negative experiences personally with wireless radiation over the past couple decades, as well as my own research, both academically and theoretical, on the negative effects of non-ionizing radiation. The most significant experience is the week 5G went online, and fully energized, in San Juan, Puerto Rico where I had been residing in December 2019, just before the pandemic. I immediately developed migraines for the first time. And have dealt with specifically since then in metropolitan areas, including upon my return to Los Angeles. I now have to live rural, and avoid cities, to maintain some aspect of a productive lifestyle. High levels of cell phone radiation first trigger fatigue, confusion, and reduced cognitive function in myself, followed my headaches, and at worst, migraines. As such, I do not, have not, and will not, own a 5G phone. I have studied electrical engineering, theoretical physics, and cosmology for the past 20 years. To say non-ionizing radiation has no biological effects, let alone the tolerance levels currently accepted as safe, are in part criminal at this point in time from research that does exist on the topic, and has since been whitewashed as with other highly politicized industries on health and wellness.
I am highly concerned about wireless radiation affecting my children and grandchildren. The research on the affects that it has on people and children needs to be reevaluated and up to date. I am alarmed at the effects to my grandchildren’s brain and body and on all of the children’s bodies. This needs to be controlled. They will never have good health at the rate it’s going. It will affect their lives and health negatively to say the least. How can we ever “Make America Healthy Again (MAHA)” if this matter is not addressed and controls implemented to protect people and children! Please use wisdom in consideration of this urgent matter.
