Reports fatigue and reduced work capacity around wireless sources, describes mitigation and uncertain exp…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
Statement Regarding Wireless Radiation and Electromagnetic Fields I have lived in a small mountain community for many years, valuing its natural beauty and peaceful environment. Initially, I slept through the night and could work late hours in my office without unusual fatigue or headaches. My difficulties working in my office began after Wi-Fi was installed. After two to three hours, I would become tired, and by the end of the day I was often beyond exhausted, going home simply to sleep. Gradually, I reduced my time in the office to preserve my energy. Today, I can tolerate only about one hour there before needing to leave. This has significantly reduced my working hours and income and diminished my quality of life. Over the years, wireless infrastructure in my community has expanded considerably. Smart meters, Wi-Fi networks, cell towers and antennas, and surveillance cameras have become increasingly prevalent. I also experience sensations that I perceive as related to frequencies or electromagnetic activity, although I cannot objectively measure these sensations or establish their source. I have resorted to wearing specialized shielding hats and installing shielding curtains around windows, glass doors, and my bed in an effort to make my surroundings more tolerable. Looking back, I recall periods when the electromagnetic activity I perceived seemed to lessen, followed by periods when I became increasingly concerned about changes in my surroundings. I later read about maintenance and upgrades to HAARP that I understood might have increased its power. I cannot independently verify the timing or establish a connection between these developments and my experiences. I have friends who report being more affected than I am. Others appear less aware of specific sensations, yet I have noticed changes in their energy and well-being. I cannot establish the causes of these experiences, but I believe they deserve respectful consideration and independent investigation. I am concerned that people may experience changes in sleep, energy, concentration, or their ability to function without knowing what may be contributing to them. I believe such reports deserve scientific attention rather than being dismissed simply because they are difficult to measure. I respectfully ask federal regulators to support independent research into reported sensitivity to radiofrequency emissions and electromagnetic fields; transparent monitoring of wireless infrastructure and compliance with applicable exposure standards; and public access to reliable information about wireless installations and their emissions. Research should examine reported symptoms objectively, distinguish correlation from causation, and investigate whether some individuals may experience effects that are not yet fully understood. My purpose is to document my experiences and ask that the concerns of people reporting difficulties they associate with wireless technology be taken seriously. Careful investigation, transparent information, and open-minded scientific inquiry are essential as wireless infrastructure continues to expand.

Describes headaches during a workplace frequency experiment, raises molecular-interaction concerns and re…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
Microwave ovens use 2.45 GHz frequency, which couples to the rotation frequency of water molecules, leading to strong heating. Other frequencies in the GHz range couple to other molecules in the body, with effects that have not yet been sufficiently studied. Those effects could include headaches, dizziness, muscle twitching, brain fog, others. The push to more and more transmitters and higher and higher frequencies because of the apparent need for faster and faster communication speeds comes at the expense of human health and well being. We live as far as we can from our local 5G antennas on purpose. I did an experiment once with 6G frequencies to ignite energetic materials. Works great! That result should give everyone pause. What do those frequencies do to humans??? My coworkers all complained about headaches during the experiment even from small amounts of reflected radiation. The health effects of wireless radiation MUST be studied before any further large scale deployment, but I'm not holding my breath. Sadly.

Supports an HHS review combining scientific evidence and reported experiences, with attention to children…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
I am submitting this comment in response to HHS's Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a mother, grandmother, and a concerned member of the public. Just because we cannot see the radiation with our physical eyes does not mean that no harm is being done when exposed to the various types of radiation. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. Thank you for providing individuals, families, health care providers, researchers, and scientists with an opportunity to finally be heard on this critical public health issue.

Questions the rationale for the inquiry and argues that other health issues deserve attention.

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
This is a joke, right? We are wasting time on conspiracy theories that have no basis for anyone to entertain that has a basic grasp of physics? There are many, many real health issues in our modern society, and this is not one of them.

Following hospitalization for anemia, asks about possible effects of nearby towers on blood and requests …

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
Earlier this year, I was hospitalized for life-threatening anemia. I realize there are many causes for anemia but I read that it is increasing among both genders and all age groups. I live less than half a mile away from a 5g tower and am surrounded by 3 of them at work. Is there research available regarding the effects of EMF on the blood? As you probably know, anemia can become a serious health issue and a difficult one to treat. Is there research available regarding the effects of EMF on the blood and cans it contribute to anemia? I feel strongly that more research is needed in this area. Thank you.

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
Dear Secretary Kennedy, My name is Dr. Michael Halliday. After 45 years in chiropractic practice, I recently retired from clinical work, but not from what has been a major focus of my life: developing natural approaches and technologies intended to protect and improve human health. I have followed your decision to examine the potential health effects of electromagnetic fields with great interest. For more than 20 years, I have been working on this very problem — but particularly on the part of the discussion that I believe receives too little attention: What can we actually do about it? My work began with water and frequency-based technologies and later developed into mineral-based materials designed to mitigate the biological effects associated with EMF, Wi-Fi and, more recently, 5G exposure. Rather than attempting to block electromagnetic signals, our approach is designed to modify their interaction with the biological environment. We have developed applications for plastics, paints, textiles, mobile phones and other products, and have conducted blood-based testing that I would be pleased to share with your scientific team. I have also spent years investigating what I describe as “electrosmog,” including the possibility that electromagnetic environments may influence water and, consequently, biological systems. I am not writing simply to identify another potential problem. I am writing because I believe we have practical solutions worth investigating. The technology exists. We have developed it, tested it, and can demonstrate it. I would greatly appreciate the opportunity for a brief conversation with you or the appropriate members of your HHS team. Rather than trying to explain decades of work in a letter, I would prefer to present the technology, the observations behind it, the testing performed to date, and allow your experts to evaluate it independently. Additional information about our work is available at protxs.com. Thank you for your work on this important subject. I would welcome the opportunity to contribute. Respectfully yours, in health, Dr. Michael Halliday -- Dr. Michael Halliday Founder 616-881-6453 drmike@protxs.com
