A radiologist did a study showing the changes in the blood flow on Doppler ultrasound of the popliteal vessels When the cell phone has been applied this is what happens when my patients or my self holds the phone to the head and we get dizzy and ischemic symptoms. Mold exposed patients of which there are obviously many tens of millions in the country have damaged to the voltage, gated calcium channels, and are therefor more susceptible to this Injury. We must educate the country about this area and I am available Environmental Health trust has done a lot of research in this area And Devra Davis has been a leader in this field and colleague. I presented in Congress to the veterans health subcommittee and help to raise $100 million for toxic exposure research and veterans as they often suffer from the syndromes unknowingly often due to toxic exposure, mold exposure, etc. The mold act was written 10 years after I presented to the committee and congressman Bilrakis who subsequently created the mold act to be voted on this year. It is time that traditional Physician’s learn from those of us who have become ill and stop calling us names. I have written an EMS related resolution in the medical society of Massachusetts as well as the importance of taking an environmental history. Which means when you get symptoms like the cell phone heating up in your hand or a headache did you just expose yourself to radiation that gave you the symptom. Of medical note Trisalts can alkanalize the body and reduce such symptoms. You need a committee on Environmental Health and Medicine to advise you in this area. I moved into a city apartment in August 2014 completely healthy. By 2017, I started having weird neurological problems such as dizziness and feeling off balance. I noticed that when I went on vacation and didn't stay in my apartment that I felt better and then we I came back home, it got worse again. I ended up getting worse and developing terrible vertigo by 2018 and started seeking treatment in 2019. I was diagnosed with vestibular migraine and started vestibular rehab in 2020. I decided to have an electromagnetic radiation specialist come and do some readings with radiofrequency meters on my apartment because I noticed that several cell phone antennas were added to my apartment building in 2017 after looking at my address year by year in google earth. This is also right around the time that smart meters were added. I found that a cell phone antenna was added 30 feet from my apartment window. Several other cellphone antennas were added to light poles in the perimeter surrounding my apartment building and the craziest thing of all is that giant cell phone antennas were added to the roof of my apartment building. I ended up mitigating my apartment the best I could because I wasn't in the position to move yet. I had radiofrequency blocking window film put on all of my windows and I now sleep in a shielded canopy to help me not be exposed at night. I also wired all of my computers and devices. So I have gotten better, but I am still not 100% like I was before 2017 so now I am building a new house from scratch in a lot I found with a hill behind it that basically blocks the radiofrequency so my house has no cell phone reception. My new build will be done by the end of this year so I am excited to move in and hopefully finally let my body heal from the past 10 years of too much radiofrequency exposure.

I suffer from what has been called EMR-syndrome, electromagnetic radiation syndrome. When I am near anyone using a cellphone or in an area where the WiFi is at a high level, I suffer from dizziness, light-headedness, heart palpitations, feelings of intense anxiety and afterwards, intense exhaustion. For every hour that I am in WiFi, I need at least an hour-long nap, sometimes two. For this reason, I no longer go to church, or to concerts or plays. I do not volunteer in the community or go to the gym. I do not eat in restaurants. I never travel, for airports are the worst (after hospitals). When my husband is in the hospital (five times last year), I can only be with him for 45 minutes at the most. I come home exhausted. I cannot fly to see my children and grandchildren, nor go to the weddings or funerals of family members. I am safe in my home. I hired a building biologist to go through my entire home, looking for high levels of radiation, magnetic fields, and dirty electricity. She gave me explicit, detailed recommendations which I follow "religiously." I live a very secluded life, unable to enjoy the benefits of living in a vibrant community. When I go out into "Wifi-land" (which is virtually everywhere), I have to wear special clothing with silver threads woven through the fabric and hats with silver lining. I pay hundreds of dollars for these pieces of clothing (e.g., $277 just for a tailor-made camisole). I am unable to travel to any foreign country. I do not own a cellphone. I have an ethernet cable for my laptop. I have no microwave. I opted out of smart meters (and pay extra for having done so). I know only one person in the whole world who doesn't own a cellphone (besides my husband).

Sorry, my story is a tad long. I am writing regarding the FCC’s response to the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals’ remand concerning its decades-old radiofrequency (RF) radiation exposure guidelines. In 2019, I started experiencing RF electromagnet sensitivity. I was sleeping near my router, I used a laptop several days a week for my job, and I used a tablet every day. I noticed the side of my face would tingle when I sat down near the router and my fingers started tingling every time I used my laptop and tablet. It got so bad that couldn't even hold my tablet anymore, felt like an electric shock going through my hand. When I wasn't near the router or touching my laptop or tablet, my hands eventually stopped hurting. I knew something was terribly wrong and since all three were connected to Wi-Fi, I called the cable co.. I asked them if they had done anything to the Wi-Fi, they said yes, they upgraded to 5G. Not knowing exactly what that meant, I had them clarify; they said 5G, 5th Generation, makes the Wi-Fi, routers, go up to 5GHZ, when they were at 2.5GHZ. I told them I did not want an upgrade to go back to 2.5, I could feel the increase, they said they could not do that. I called the FCC, they said, have the cable co. come out and test the GHZ in my apt., I guess the FCC doesn't know the cable co. doesn't do that either. At this point I'm freaking out, I got online to see if anyone knew anything about what I was experiencing. I got ahold of a person that said I'm getting too much RF electromagnetic exposure and to get wired with an Ethernet cord to my laptop and get as far away from my router as possible and to buy a RF meter. I finally got a meter that showed my apt to be above 5 GHZ, mostly in the red at 8GHZ or higher; my bedroom was the only room in a yellow zone. I took everything to my bedroom and didn't hardly ever go into my living room or kitchen at all. John Thune at this time was all excited about getting 5G in downtown Sioux Falls, SD. The day they were going to turn it on; I went down there with my meter. I didn't even go down the street where they were, just to the corner and the meter was already in the red above 8GHZ, that's as far as my meter goes. I found out later these towers can easily go up to 100ghz., my meter doesn't go that high, doesn't matter, 8ghz is too high. Looking for another apt. that would be safe to move into, no luck. Everyone I looked at was in the red. Where my family lives they hadn't put up as many towers as Sioux Falls, SD. and seeing how I couldn't keep my job anymore, using their laptop, which required me using it in the field, and uncorded, would expose me to too much radiation, so I had to quit. I really loved that job. I moved and now live in an apt that is safe, different state, one level building, one neighbor. You do what you have to do. Let's get some things clear, not everyone feels the effects of RF, only if you have had too much exposure over a certain amount of time. But that doesn't mean they are not affected! Every single person is being affected, they just haven't reached their limit yet to feel it when around it. This has been hard as hell on me, hard to find a job where I'm not overly exposed. I worked at Walmart in apparel, was fine doing that until I had to work near electronics for too long, I would feel nauseated and couldn't think clear, they did accommodate and allow me to do all other apartments that wasn't as close to electronics, until I switched to a different Walmart that was closer to me. They wouldn't allow that even where other people were accommodated that couldn't use trash compactors because of a heart pacer and such, didn't matter, they fired me. Like it or not, RF electromagnetic radiation is bad for humans. Higher the Ghz the more radiation. Get the towers off school grounds and keeping them out of residential areas is the least you could do! Have a waiting rm in doctors' offices that have no RF electromagnetic radiation for people that are sensitive or don't want to be in an RF electromagnetic waiting room. Promote going wired instead of wireless. Let parents know how dangerous it is for their kids to be playing on a tablet that has Wi-Fi, download the game and turn the Wi-Fi off, play only games that require no Wi-Fi. Keep your babies, toddlers and younger kids off the cell phones. We were the only country obsessed with beating CHINA at 5G, now we have to beat CHINA at 6G, with no concern whatsoever on the health of the people or what it does to them.

I have been telling people for decades that EMF / RF is like cigarette smoking -- smoking was everywhere, doctors endorsed it -- and then one lawsuit showed how much companies knew about the health problems, and it was gone. Time is valuable, so I will give a super quick overview of my personal experience with the problems with EMF / RF -- 1. When my son was a baby, he screamed whenever we drove past a cell tower. 2. When driving on the highway, I'll get a head ache, og over a hill, see the cell tower, think, "Oh, that is why my head hurts!", it will hurt until a hill is between me and it; until the next headache and the next cell tower revealed minutes later 3. I had to stop flying, after wifi on planes came, as I was getting nosebleeds 4. My horses take people cell phones out of their pockets and flip them into mud. 5. I wondered why I was getting pneumonia after concerts and similar large gatherings; it was being around so many people in such a small space, with their cell, wifi and bluetooth antennas all blazing away 6. The keyless entry cars give me a head ache. 7. Everyone who has taken my advice, to turn wifi and cell phones off at night, has noticeably benefited 8. I sleep better after making sure that there are no live electric wires running in the wall behind my head 9. Tinnitus inside the house (with really high dirty electricity), but not outside, or when the power is off. 10. The bald eagles on my land have not been able to raise chicks in the nest that gets the full force of the cell tower; plus the high RF areas have killed my trees, including the tree with the bald eagle nest. 12. My children became unhappy and difficult when we moved to a high EMF/ RF area 13. Visitors to my hard-wired, no wifi house sleep better than elsewhere, in spite of the dirty electricity

It started as a joke. I could not hold on to a flip cell phone for long. It would burn and give me nerve pain in my hand and continue up my arm and neck. When I had an emergency and had to keep that phone on my ear, it felt like a burning drill going deeper and deeper. My head hurts so bad. It hurts to think. I cannot figure anything out. I'm lost in the simple grid of my city. My heart starts pounding to fast. My stomach starts to cramp, when I get home I have runny diarrhea. I cannot sleep. I cannot live in my house. I have to find places to sleep in my metal camper. My smart meter in the house hurt me, and the electric company sent out an emf person who took her meter reading at the wall and moved it out telling me the emfs get less a few inches from the wall. I tell her where in the house I get so sick. She says oh, that is wireless emfs, my meter does not do wireless. I can point out each house around my block as each one gets wireless. I put shielding all over my house, got rid of wireless, cell phones, anything I could think of, but I had to move away in to the hills where fortunately there are no cell towers. I do have a hard line phone that AT&T want to do away with. We turn breakers on as needed. My husband drives an hour into town to do the errands. On occasion I go with him to the grocery store. I run around as fast as I can. I cannot go through the check out. The cashiers machines shock me in the head. Anyone with a phone in line (everyone) shocks me. The cameras shock me. All the wireless makes me sick to the stomach. My husband has to check out, and we have to go home immediately where it is safe for me. There is much more to my story, but I will tell you that while living like this, I am so isolated. I thank God for leading me to this safe area to live. I don't know how much longer it will still be safe for me. Thank you for listening to me.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a parent of a disabled child and a concerned member of the public. I first became aware of the issues with wireless radiation when my son, who has brain damage from a vaccine injury just as he turned one, began walking around holding his ears and complaining about a buzz. This coincided with the people starting to use wifi in our apartment complex. I began to look into this and came across the studies by Dietrich Klinghardt MD, Ph.D. He found that wireless radiation has serious adverse affects on individuals, some more than others, or some manifest or experience symptoms more than others. In particular he was concerned about the developing fetus, infants and small children with their more permeable and still developing brains being exposed to wifi in the home, through their parents cell phone use, in cribs with the baby monitors, etc. He felt it could be a cause of autism and other neurodevelopmental problems. As with the vaccine industry who for decades has failed to conduct responsible safety and efficacy studies, the telecommunications industry is similarly culpable. They are exposing us to higher and higher levels of EMFs, without the studies that would indicate if these levels are safe. I was so concerned about my son with the wifi situation rising in my society, that I took him out of school, age 9, and we moved to the cloud forest of Costa Rica and lived off the grid for four years. This was extremely beneficial to both of us. He became more verbal. We both slept so much better, and our stress level reduced significantly. We are now back in the country. I am a university English professor, and needed to return or lose my job. When we returned, we rented a small basement studio apartment of a household who agreed to use corded connections for their devices. However, I came home one day to discover that a smart meter had been installed on the house, 5 yards from my son's bed! From that moment I realized that I had to purchase our own small home so that I could control the situation better. We were able to buy a small house in our community. It had already installed a smart meter, however. I threatened legal action against the electric company, sent letters verifying the dangers of the smart meter, to our health, as well as to our house, since the lack of surge protection could result in the house being burned down. I told them my son's disability required them to instead give us an analog meter. But they refused. The smart meter was attached to the garage, on the other side of the house from the bedrooms, but still I feel the affects of this meter. I have serious problems settling down for a restful night's sleep. It is the only issue with our house, since I have internet that uses a corded connection to the router. We have no wifi. I have no cell phone. We have a land line phone. I have a gauss meter. When I moved in, aside from the repeated and destabilizing pulsing from the exasperating smart meter, my house readings were quite good, generally in the green range. However, over the past seven years, since buying our house, the readings are more in the yellow range. I attribute this to the ever increasing amount of EMFs in our environment. EMFHelpCenter.com is a good site for information and strategies for how to legally insist on the Electric Company replacing the smart meter with an analog meter. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. I am a resident of Hurricane, Washington County, Utah, diagnosed with electromagnetic radiation (EMR) syndrome / electromagnetic hypersensitivity. I ask HHS to treat wireless infrastructure and smart utility meters as a public-health issue, not only an FCC engineering issue.I use a landline and wired Ethernet and have shielded my home, yet I remain isolated. Symptoms include loss of balance, headaches, chest pain, anemia, elevated blood sugar, hypotension, increased heart rate, insomnia, worsening autoimmune problems, and repeated infections. Outdoor walking and medical visits are difficult. Hospitals I have used offer no low-EMF accommodations.I paid $228 plus $22 a month to opt out of the electric smart meter. That meter produced average wiring interference above 1,650 mV; an analog meter later measured about 20 mV, but I was charged $380 and $48 a month. The water district refused a medical opt-out. Neighboring meters and Wi-Fi reach my property.A cell tower was placed next to my home on Water Conservancy District land without notice or environmental review, then expanded to additional antennas and 5G. After activation in 2013, cell service fell from about four bars to none or one. The FCC did not investigate. Copper landline service is no longer maintained and is unusable.A visitor’s pacemaker failed on our tennis court but worked in our shielded home. My husband’s Inspire implant did not work at St. George Regional Hospital. Neighbors have reported cancers, heart attacks, and other illnesses they associate with the tower or meters. I am responding from my own experience. I chose to write as wireless radiation has been affecting me since a SMART meter was attached to my house in 2015 without my explicit consent. We mitigated the best we could after I began suffering from severe headaches and heart palpitations. Both prevented me from getting restorative and rejuvenating sleep. In addition, I began noticing similar symptoms when using my cell phone and when using Wifi. The symptoms only got worse with the introduction of 5G. Again, we have done the best to mitigate and rely on Ethernet cables over using Wifi at home. It is now so bad that I wear protective clothing which doesn't seem to do much. I limit my time on the computer and rely on my landline phone when at home. It is proving difficult for me to fully enjoy my life without fear of being bombarded when out in public, eating at a restaurant, going to a movie theater, taking the bus, flying in a plane. I often feel trapped in my house. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. In 2001, Andrew and his newlywed wife moved into a newly constructed home. After about 6 months, they both experienced headaches and an intense fatigue everyday around 5-7pm, showed signs of discoloration under and around the eyes and burning on the skin. Andrew had became electrically sensitive (ES) to everything electrical in the home including cell phones, WiFi, bluetooth and outside TV/radio and cell towers. They began to suspect that the radio tower across the street might have been the cause. Electrical engineer and EMF specialist Charles Keen (emfservices.com) just happened to be driving from Florida through the state the following day. We began our discovery with him and learned about the wiring problems and code violations in our home in addition to the nearby tower radiation levels. For example, Charles found 9V of electricity in the bed which explained the crawling sensation on Andrew's face at night and fans, outlets, panels and other incorrectly wired devices created magnetic fields across the living areas. Repairing the home wiring helped reduce some symptoms, but it was too late. Moving at the 2 year mark to another home wasn't enough to eliminate the pain, headaches and fatigue from a different radio/TV tower or the electric fields from basic home wiring. We moved again to an apartment while looking for the 3rd home. Finally, after finding a home in 2006 that seemed to satisfy all the basic tower minimum readings, living in this new environment led to the discovery of even deeper home wiring issues and grounding problems that my body was becoming sensitive to. Despite seeing every medical professional available specializing in anything related to the symptoms, things became worse. Doctors tried heavy metal chelation therapy, UV blood treatments, Neurological testing, herbal and vitamin therapies, etc., etc. Finding his brother's dairy raw colostrum seemed to help the most, Andrew put up a website to alert others of this unique condition and its pitfalls. Andrew had also been hiring EMF experts like Karl Riley to come and troubleshoot the home wiring problems and had gradually acquired a number of meters and a personal preference to tracing techniques. Being ES, he was aware of some problems that were not being typically traced. His full time career as a professional musician (principal horn of the NC Symphony) became exceeding difficult to perform with this condition (around wi-fi, cell phones, poor electrical wiring) and in 2007 changed to teaching music at UNC at Chapel Hill. The ADA wasn't much support in helping substantiate his condition but through numerous meetings and presentations was able to work out an arrangement with management and tech staff to turn off the wi-fi emitters in his teaching locations. Around 2008, he began receiving calls related to the new radiation producing electric meters. Using his meters and skills learned to help himself, he began helping others reduce their pain by locating and shielding various sources of EMFs. He also led in depth multi-year campaigns petitioning the NC Non-Ionizing Commission, NC Utility Commission and NC legislature for an opt-out to smart meters (and against 5G), as well as other measures. By 2015, his group had successfully achieved a smart meter medical opt-out with Duke Power for Carolinians. With increasing demand from the Lyme and ES community, Andrew ended his major musical obligations and began a full time devotion to the Home EMF Tracing service in May of 2017. Andrew completed and received his Residential Electrician's Career Diploma from Penn Foster in May, 2019 and a Certificate of Completion (Honorary) for 206.2 Electrical Home Wiring from the International Institute for Building Biology & Ecology (BBE) in December, 2019. Started W-2 employment on Jan. 2, 2023 with Bonneville Electric (Carrboro, NC) as an electrician service technician He is also OSHA 10 certified has been a lab leader/teacher for the BBE Advanced Electromagnetic Radiation 302 course. May 28 2025: Passed both exams and now a licensed electrician / electrical contractor in North Carolina and West Virginia for single family dwellings. His tracing practice involves the latest meters and innovations to find the most difficult EMF's a home can hide. Current on the grounding system caused by improper neutral/case connections, appliances, ground/neutral connections, cableTV and water lines, are often disregarded and overlooked. Rewiring with MC cable and adding cut-off switches to lower electric fields that raise body voltage, panel diagnostics to find and remove contact current sources, removing Wi-Fi and installing ethernet and phone lines. Many Lyme, MS, EBV, mold and other chronic conditions have found great relief and improvement by removing EMF's from their home and essential for therapies to work.
