Reports pollinator decline and dizziness outside the home and requests revised standards and a pause in e…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
I am not a scientist or tech person. I only know what i have personally observed and felt. In the past five years, I have noticed a decline of pollinators, bees and butterflies, in my organic chemically-free gardens. I have also been experiencing dizzy spells for no reason when I go outside or in public places. My home has low radiation levels which I monitor. With the introduction of 5G, smart meters and discontinuation of copper based landlines, etc the world is being surrounded more and more by wireless radiation. Please, it is time to review safe radiation level standards and put a hold onto what we are doing. Please, place better safety issues on this technology! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Create a wonderful day!

Reports neurological and cardiac symptoms attributed to pulsed RF, considers avoidance the only effective…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
This court case is happening in America is because of the FCC abusing its power authority, denying people protection/forcing exposure. For me a multitude of neurological symptoms occur as a result of exposure to pulsed and modulated RFR. The symptoms described in the scientific and medical literature I suffer with include headaches, sleep problems, heart palpitations, ringing in the ears, dizziness, nausea, skin rashes, depression, memory, and cognitive problems, among others. In my experience, exposure avoidance is the only effective management.

Reports high-pitched sounds and shoulder pain in wireless environments and describes a plant's decline ne…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
• Who is the respondent? Individual consumer • Type of wireless technology? Wifi. 5G. • What is the nature, duration, frequency and approx. timing of reported exposure? Wireless wifi-signals and wireless 5G-signals. • What are the potential adverse health effects experienced? A very high-pitch sound that one can hear most of the time. The sound changes in volume from most often quite low, to higher in strength, and sometimes it is silent. It is not tinnitus. It is a public ‘sound’ nuisance and more of an annoyance. Also, when being in certain geographically locations/spots, there appear increase pain in injured shoulder. When visiting a close relative on the opposite side of the city, there is an area in the apartment where signals from one of the official authorities go through. The signals pass through the apartment and are about 80 cm wide. It is always very difficult to use a smartphone in that specific area; the connection is usually broken or disappears. The high pitch sounds usually increase when being in the place where the signals pass the building and after approximately 15 minutes, it starts to fell painful in injured shoulder. • When did the potential adverse health effects first appeared in relative to when exposure began? The high-pitched sound was first noted in the fall of 2020 and then only when being close to a municipal bike-sharing place where they have solar cell panels to provide battery/electricity to the wifi for the bikes. The pain in the shoulder starts after approximately 15 minutes. • Whether medical evaluation of treatment was sought? No. • Whether steps to reduce or eliminate exposure were taken & whether changes in adverse health effects were observed? Apart from placing smartphone at some distance when not using it and turning of wifi at home when not using it, it is in principle impossible to reduce exposure since living in a city and an apartment where there are 5G-signals and other wifi-signals from neighboring apartments, etcetera. Try to minimize longer time spent in the specific area in the apartment where the signals pass through. • Any other info, doc, pics etc? I would also like to take the opportunity to add information about wifi-exposure to plants. I have two indoor household plants in the kitchen (Golden Potos; Epipremnum aureum) on each side of the window sill. My wifi-router was placed closed to one of the plants. After approximately three months, the leaves on the plant closest to the wifi-router started to die and fall off one by one until there were no leaves at all within one meter of the wifi-router. After an additionally three months, I came across information about wifi-exposure and plants and moved the wifi-router away from the plant. After approximately three weeks, new leaves started to grow. And now, approximately twelve months later, the plant is starting to come back to what it used to look like. The total length of the plant is 2,5 meters. The total lengths of the plant on the other side of the window-sill that was not close to the wifi-router is approximately 6 meters long and is looking very healthy and grows quite fast. Both plants are about the same age, and they have been in the same room and window, the only difference is the wifi-router that previously was placed closed to one of the plants which started to have all its’ leaves dying and falling off. Thank you for providing the opportunity for people in other countries, in this case Sweden, to comment. I would also like to refer to more information on the website: https://www.synkrografik.com/synkrografik_opportunity_chemtrails.html

Recounts a deceased friend's sensitivity and symptoms, asks for public education and community input on i…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
I have a friend who was highly sensitive to non-native EMFs. She would break out in a rash whenever she was around anyone who had a cell phone on. If she was near a cell tower, she'd get nauseous and experience headaches. She felt debilitated and exhausted whenever she had prolonged exposure in a city or store. She used to tell me "I'm the canary in the coal mine." Miners would bring a canary with them in the mines and if it died, they knew it was an indication of a problem with low oxygen and that they would have to leave the environment in order to survive. My friend passed away just last month. The canary has died. While there are countless studies that point to the harm that comes from non-native EMFs, RF and wireless radiation exposure, once you know someone who has been affected, you can no longer ignore the reality of the dangers they pose. Even cell phone companies admit that you shouldn't touch cell phones or keep them near the body, but it's in the fine print on inserts and most ignore this advice on a daily basis. I am writing in response to your request and urge you to make the studies that have been conducted more available to the public so that they can change their behavior if they so choose. Have a campaign to educate/inform the public about the effects of non-native EMF exposure. But I also want to make sure you do what you can to ensure that the public is more protected by getting companies to stop installing towers without community input on their location. Cell towers, iPads, and laptops for school children are damaging them physically, mentally, and emotionally. So the first step should be to protect them, the most vulnerable. In sum, I'd like to see greater awareness about the effects of EMFs and also more accountability/responsibility from tech companies about where they install antennas and even data centers. Community input must be insisted upon and permitted not solely on the basis of the aesthetics of the areas but because of health concerns.

Reports headaches, bodily vibrations and cardiac flutter associated with wireless sources, and describes …

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
I started noticing in early 2000 that I was experiencing unusual symptoms when I would go to the larger towns that were installing the 5G towers. My first experience my body began vibrating and other people actually could feel it if they hugged me. I then began experiencing a mild headache that proceeded to get worse as the day went on. By the time I got home I was feeling as if I was getting a cold, which never came to fruition, but I was aware something was different in the environment. I fortunately live in a very rural area and currently have no towers near my house. At that time I owned a cell phone for only a couple years and by 2024, I had to get rid of it as it was causing my heart to have fluttering and my left hand that I carried it in began to swell. I now have hard wired service at my home and must avoid all larger cities in my state that have high EMF/RF frequencies. It's a horrible feeling when I do need to go to those areas as it obviously makes me ill feeling with the stimulation to my mitochondria.

An advocate describes collected reports of RF-related illness, requests recognition of nonthermal effects…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally submit evidence and personal testimony regarding the adverse health and biological effects of radiofrequency (RF) radiation and electromagnetic fields (EMFs), as requested by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). As a long-term advocate and the former founder and owner of a dedicated European platform for individuals affected by electromagnetic radiation (formerly betroffene-elektromagnetische-strahlung.com, recently transitioned in July 2026), I have spent over seven years documenting, analyzing, and consolidating the health complaints of citizens affected by these environmental factors. During this time, our platform was contacted by more than 350 affected individuals from all over the world. Their documented experiences demonstrate that these neurological and physical symptoms constitute a global phenomenon, affecting ordinary citizens worldwide and across borders. In response to the specific categories of your Request for Information (RFI), I submit that the biological impacts of RF exposure are measurable and verifiable. Over years of documentation, the following evidence has been compiled to substantiate these biological effects: 1. Medical and Biological Data: Objective medical reports and RF body-scan analyses showing physiological stress, neurological disruption, and specific biological anomalies corresponding with proximity to high-frequency radiation sources. 2. Technical and Investigative Documentation: Detailed evidence consisting of 2. investigative reports, environmental monitoring, video documentation, and eyewitness testimonies that track the presence of elevated EMF/RF levels and their immediate impact on human health. 3. Historical and Regulatory Context: Corroborating documentation including historical governmental research frameworks (such as legacy documentation regarding neuro-electromagnetic research) and registered public patents demonstrating the established technical capability of high-frequency fields to interact directly with human biological and neurological systems. The compiled documentation strongly suggests that current exposure thresholds do not adequately protect public health from non-thermal, long-term biological effects. The physical toll on citizens includes severe neurological symptoms, sleep disruption, cognitive impairment, and persistent cellular stress. I urge the Department of Health and Human Services and the Administration for a Healthy America to rigorously evaluate these non-thermal biological effects and to integrate the experiences of affected citizens globally into the new public health guidelines. The comprehensive documentation, including medical analyses, technical reports, and investigative material, remains available to support further scientific inquiry by the Please support Representative Anna Paulina Luna’s legislation to fully repeal the USA PATRIOT Act—a long-overdue measure to restore constitutional protections and correct years of unchecked surveillance authority. Since its passage in 2001, the Patriot Act has been used to expand federal surveillance powers far beyond what most Americans ever intended or imagined. While it was sold as a tool for counterterrorism, it has since enabled broad, secretive programs that collect information on Americans without warrants, eroding our Fourth Amendment rights. Representative Luna’s bill, the American Privacy Restoration Act, H.R. Bill 3245, would repeal these overreaching provisions and return our laws to a more balanced framework—where privacy is not sacrificed in the name of blanket security. Though rarely acknowledged publicly, many citizens feel they have been subject to intrusive monitoring, blacklisting, or other surveillance-related harms without due process. While not every case is easily verified, the very existence of laws that allow this kind of unchecked access only heightens that fear. Repealing the Patriot Act would help restore public confidence that government power is being used responsibly and constitutionally—and that not individual is subject to undue targeting without oversight and lawful justification. This is not a partisan issue—it is an American one. Protecting the rights of all citizens, especially when those rights are unpopular or inconvenient, is what distinguishes a free society. I ask that you support this vital legislation and stand up for the rights, dignity, and freedoms of the people you represent. Grok has found these health experiences, a couple of them are comments to deleted posts that I kept in as they were of interest. In #2 for example a person described a mushroom mildened their EMF sensitivity. HHS-OASH-2026-0397, health experiences found on Reddit. 1. A new Wi-Fi repeater caused headache and dizziness. They could not turn it off. https://redd.it/10ahav6 2. Comment; post removed. They believe Reishi mushroom helped, via porphyria (a blood and liver condition). Only Reishi is named. https://www.reddit.com/comments/10seusf/_/j8lwy45 3. Near power lines and an airport: hard to catch their breath, woke short of air, headache, fatigue, and trouble with memory and thinking. Fine when away. Fume cleanup failed. https://redd.it/148vgpq 4. Poor sleep with a Wi-Fi router on the other side of the wall. Better after moving their head away. https://redd.it/1w8faog 5. Lyme symptoms eased after leaving the power grid to avoid these fields. https://redd.it/1wh6czw 6. They blame radio waves for insomnia. No test. https://redd.it/e1i4jw 7. They turn the cell phone off to sleep and to work. https://redd.it/lghzts 8. High home-meter readings, blamed for headaches and thinning hair. Post removed; numbers gone. https://redd.it/ohu0ua 9. Comment on a deleted post: an earpiece tingled the ear, so they quit Bluetooth earpieces. https://www.reddit.com/comments/stwxwf/_/hx6s73u 10. Same thread: Bluetooth devices hurt, and they trust no research they found. https://www.reddit.com/comments/stwxwf/_/hxarf7b 11. A protective pendant stopped headache and dizziness. Post removed. https://redd.it/sx77i9 12. A dark, grounded bedroom built free of these fields, for sleep. https://redd.it/sz1irk 13. Some laptops and a fanless tablet, not the phone, cause pinprick feelings. Suspect a wireless chip or the power circuit. https://redd.it/1m462eu 14. Phone off for a day, felt well; sick 10 minutes after turning it on. https://redd.it/1qa93di 15. Phone on the ear: lasting pain. Uses speaker or a wired headset. Asks if Bluetooth is better. https://redd.it/1w23p6w 16. Insomnia a week after a first cell phone. Possibly coincidence. https://redd.it/12j0688 17. Asks if anyone else is sensitive to these fields. Post removed. https://redd.it/zs19wv 18. 5 gigahertz Wi-Fi causes headache and poor sleep; 2.4 gigahertz does not. Not cellular 5G. May be a placebo. https://redd.it/18dz3am 19. Wireless earphones bring migraine more often than wired ones. https://redd.it/xstdk1 20. Bluetooth headphones cause headache, worse with noise cancelling. Wi-Fi 7, 3 feet away: head pressure within 5 minutes. Unplugged. Wi-Fi 6 had not. https://redd.it/1mohjgm 23. Galaxy Buds: headache gone a week after they stopped. https://redd.it/bmupqb 24. Nausea after under 30 seconds beside high-current power cables. https://redd.it/yr7qky 25. Wi-Fi in a pocket tingles that leg in 5 minutes. Mobile data does not. Not heat, they say. Australia. https://redd.it/1k6hhzo 26. Many routers and Bluetooth devices: headache, brain fog, and a drained feeling. https://redd.it/14sqnti 27. Asks how others cope with electrical and magnetic sensitivity. No test. https://redd.it/sydm9r 28. Blames towers, power lines, and Wi-Fi. Left the house; measured with Wi-Fi on and off. https://redd.it/ogicw6 29. Computers, phones, TVs, and Wi-Fi sicken them on entering a room. They stay farther away. https://redd.it/17262hz 30. A former flight attendant reports diagnosed chemical and EMF intolerance following aircraft-fume exposure…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
1. & 2. I am responding as: 3a. Type of wireless or RF/EMF sources involved (e.g., mobile phones, Wi-Fi, smart meters…)Wi-Fi/Smart Meters/Mobile Phones/MM Wave Airport Scanners/Cell phone towers 3b. Nature, duration, frequency, and approximate timing (e.g., years):Since 2018 - Inability to sleep in an environment with Wi-Fi, extreme headaches, nausea. Extreme pain in legs after going through an MM Wave airport scanner inadvertently for the first and only time - I have peripheral neuropathy of my lower limbs. 3c. Adverse health effect(s) experienced:As above. 3d. Time from first exposure to first appearance of adverse health effects; and did a change in exposure coincide with the onset of adverse effects:My situation and intolerance to EMF’s was, I believe, caused by my exposure to fumes onboard aircraft which contain organophosphates. I worked for 20 years as a Flight Attendant and was acutely and chronically exposed to the chemical fumes. I have sensory issues amongst other health effects including brain injury and peripheral neuropathy as a result. I developed multiple chemical sensitivity in 2017 and EMF sensitivity in 2018. 3e. Was medical evaluation or treatment sought? (Optionally:) Was there a diagnosis?I have a diagnosis of Environmental Intolerance (Chemical and EMF’s) from my doctor. Not Idiopathic - as my doctor knows what caused it. I also have a diagnosis of Organophosphate Poisoning. 3f. Were steps taken to reduce or eliminate exposure, and were there subsequent changes in the effects?I moved to a rural area of France with minimal mobile phone signal and into an old property with thick stone walls and no near neighbours. My laptop is hardwired and Wi-Fi in the house is limited to just 30 minutes twice a day. Avoidance is the only remedy and the only way to reduce/eliminate exposure. 3g. Any supporting documentation? This includes Scientific Reports, exposure measurements, or other relevant information:I have some scientific reports, but i’m sure you have them already. I don’t have an exposure measurements - I know exposure here is minimal. I moved away in order to avoid exposure as much as possible. I live a very different lifestyle these days which includes an organic diet, no chemicals in the house, and minimal exposure to EMF’s. The area I live in is an organic farming area and life is at a slower pace. Additional Details you would like to share about your experiences of adverse health effects you believe to be associated with exposure to wireless radiation or EMF's:No, I think I have covered it; but generally, I feel that unless you are personally affected or understand the true science on the issue, you can’t even begin to understand what people like me have gone through or the lengths we have gone to for our health - as well as our sanity. I have been lucky in that my doctor will read scientific papers, has fully investigated my health and understands the effects EMF’s can cause me. He gave me an exemption for the smart meters here in France and an exemption for the MM Wave airport scanners (for the very rare occasions I have to fly). B1a. Sources you experience as causing you Adverse Effects: B1b. Sources you can sense, but don't seem to harm you: B1c. Sources you can use without sensing or being harmed: B1d. Sources that seem to provide benefit (i.e., electrotherapy): B2a. Health conditions you think may contribute to your sensitivity to EMFs including wireless: B2b. Health conditions you don't necessarily associate with your sensitivity to EMFs including wireless, but might be relevant: B3. For each subquestion please list up to 5 drugs or therapies or home remedies (if any) B3a. That you recommend, as they helped you tolerate or recover from EMF exposure: B3b. That you recommend, but you’re not positive that they help: B3c. That helped you but you don’t recommend. (e.g., the benefit did not last long or the side effects were too harmful): B3d. 1. & 2. I am responding as: individual 3a. Type of wireless or RF/EMF sources involved (e.g., mobile phones, Wi-Fi, smart meters…)Wi-Fi 3b. Nature, duration, frequency, and approximate timing (e.g., years):2 years, intermitant; I began experiencing numbness on my left side; at first interpreted as high blood pressure 3c. Adverse health effect(s) experienced:I began testing for high blood pressure every time my left arm or side went numb. Sometimes my blood pressure was higher than normal, other times it was not. It was very inconsistent so I suspected the numbness was not high blood pressure. 3d. Time from first exposure to first appearance of adverse health effects; and did a change in exposure coincide with the onset of adverse effects:I have been exposed to wi-fi for a long time but I began experiencing the numbness when I and the house next door to me got new internet connections with higher speed. 3e. Was medical evaluation or treatment sought? (Optionally:) Was there a diagnosis?I went to my doctor about the numbness and was told it was high blood pressure but when I monitored the numbness for myself, my blood pressure was higher than normal for less than half the time. 3f. Were steps taken to reduce or eliminate exposure, and were there subsequent changes in the effects?I noticed a big change in the frequency of my numbness in the summer when I was out working in the garden. My hands were bare, in the soil, planting and weeding. I was getting 'grounded'. It was actually then that I connected the numbness to the wi-fi. I have very little numbness when I work in the garden but in the winter, when it's not possible to dig in the soil, the frequency of numbness is much greater. 3g. Any supporting documentation? This includes Scientific Reports, exposure measurements, or other relevant information:no Additional Details you would like to share about your experiences of adverse health effects you believe to be associated with exposure to wireless radiation or EMF's:I sleep on the other side of the house from the two close internet connections. However this is not a cure as I cannot control the connection in the house next door on that side. B1a. Sources you experience as causing you Adverse Effects:2 internet connections about 20 feet apart, one in my house, one next door. I do not have a cell phone but 2 other people in my house have them. My computer uses wi-fi and I probably spend 3 hours per day on it. B1b. Sources you can sense, but don't seem to harm you:I think they all harm me, or the sum of them all harms me. B1c. Sources you can use without sensing or being harmed: B1d. Sources that seem to provide benefit (i.e., electrotherapy): B2a. Health conditions you think may contribute to your sensitivity to EMFs including wireless:I don't have other conditions but I think the long exposure has built up harm. I was a computer teacher before I retired and spent many hours in classrooms with wi-fi. B2b. Health conditions you don't necessarily associate with your sensitivity to EMFs including wireless, but might be relevant:don't sleep well B3. For each subquestion please list up to 5 drugs or therapies or home remedies (if any) B3a. That you recommend, as they helped you tolerate or recover from EMF exposure:walking barefoot outside to 'ground' and mitigate the EMF exposure working the soil, planting and weeding with bare hands also seems to counteract the exposure B3b. That you recommend, but you’re not positive that they help:turn off internet connection at night B3c. That helped you but you don’t recommend. (e.g., the benefit did not last long or the side effects were too harmful): B3d. Treatments that had no effect: B3e. Treatments that made your sensitivity worse:75+ B4. What is your age range?75+ B5. What year did you become aware of your sensitivity to wireless radiation or electromagnetic fields?2024 B6. What country, state, province, or major city were you living in when you first noticed your sensitivity to wireless or electromagnetic fields?Canada, Ontario, Windsor

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. We all want EXPEDITED TRUE SFETY STUDIES completed and the results to be taken seriously and acted upon accordingly. We are electrical beings. Going from an area of lower quantity frequencies to area of higher and constant frequencies and be felt physically. Personal results are arthritis and stinging sensations in my extremities, a large decrease in deep sleep, and brain fog/forgetfulness. Study the actual prologues long-term exposure upon our physiology (rather than basing safety on behavior changes in 5 primates after short term on time exposure).
