See attached file(s) 2.45 GHz Microwave Radiation Impairs Learning and Spatial Memory via Oxidative/Nitrosative Stress Induced p53-Dependent/Independent Hippocampal Apoptosis: Molecular Basis and Underlying Mechanism 2015 ABSTRACT A close association between microwave (MW) radiation exposure and neurobehavioral disorders has been postulated but the direct effects of MW radiation on central nervous system still remains contradictory. This study was performed to understand the effect of short (15 days) and long-term (30 and 60 days) low-level MW radiation exposure on hippocampus with special reference to spatial learning and memory and its underlying mechanism in Swiss strain male mice, Mus musculus. Twelve-weeks old mice were exposed to 2.45 GHz MW radiation (continuous-wave [CW] with overall average power density of 0.0248 mW/cm? and overall average whole body specific absorption rate value of 0.0146 W/Kg) for 2 h/day over a period of 15, 30, and 60 days). Spatial learning and memory was monitored by Morris Water Maze. We have checked the alterations in hippocampal oxidative/nitrosative stress, neuronal morphology, and expression of pro-apoptotic proteins (p53 and Bax), inactive executioner Caspase- (pro-Caspase-3), and uncleaved Poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase-1 in the hippocampal subfield neuronal and nonneuronal cells (DG, CA1, CA2, and CA3). We observed that, short-term as well as long-term 2.45 GHz MW radiation exposure increases the oxidative/nitrosative stress leading to enhanced apoptosis in hippocampal subfield neuronal and nonneuronal cells. Present findings also suggest that learning and spatial memory deficit which increases with the increased duration of MW exposure (15 < 30 < 60 days) is correlated with a decrease in hippocampal subfield neuronal arborization and dendritic spines. These findings led us to conclude that exposure to CW MW radiation leads to oxidative/nitrosative stress induced p53-dependent/independent activation of hippocampal neuronal and nonneuronal apoptosis associated with spatial memory loss. Sweden, Greater Stockholm Area 2026-10-09 Hi, Together with among others The Swedish Radiation Protection Foundation ( https://www.stralskyddsstiftelsen.se/english/ ) who partly share info etc. with US Children´s Health Defense, I´ve been doing much appreciated volunteer work since 2016 informing och also practically helping a great number of fellow human beings to better understand the many both short term and long term adverse health effects in connection to various types of EMR/EMFs... via e.g. our "dumbphones", WiFi, nearby situated HIGH-radiating base stations vs primarily now 4G+ and 5G. As RFK Jr and many more people also are WELL aware of there is a WIDE range of adverse health effects many people in many countries suffer and witness from - me partly included when it comes to primarily so far HIGH-radiatiing WiFi-systems and nearby placed base stations. The most direct adverse health effects I myself and MANY more I´ve come in contact with since 2016 include various forms of direct effects such as poor concentration, tiredness, fatigue, various degrees of headache, dizzines and anxiety + an overall feeling of "stress"; stress not that strange since several parts of our nervous system reacts to the more or less constant exposure of EMR/EMFs from various wireless sources in connection to also "smart homes" and/or "smart workplaces". As RFK Jr may also be aware of in connection to The Swedish Radiation Protection Foundation and their highly important 30 minute documentary "5G - The Untold Story" - we here in Sweden since at least 2020 have more and more people WITNESSING OF ALSO MORE SEVERE ADVERSE HEALTH EFFECTS from among other sources CLOSELY SITUATED 5G BASE STATIONS... rapidly leading to severe health effects such as heart palpitations and/or heart arythmias, nose bleeds, dire dizziness, various degrees of tinnitus/ringing in the ears, pain in various parts of the body and... often an apparent feeling of need to escape from e.g. this or that exposed apartment, workplace, store etc. etc. ONE out of many other aspects of the wirelessly connected society that many countries/governments (partly vs an evil basic global agenda) have allowed to linger on is - as you know - the since many years back now WAY TOO HIGH SET "safety guidelines" for various types of EMR/EMFs in e.g. Sweden. These now very old and out-of-date "safety" guidelines ASAP NEED TO BE SUBSTANTIALLY LOWERED to even be able to be called "safety guidelines". And in connection to this one first step to asap establish/re-create a more healthy environment vs EMR/EMFs is to (as also Swedish prof. Lennart Hardell puts it) DISMANTLE THE WHOLE 5G NETWORK... also partly in connection to that few people (politicians, the wireless industry, responsible authorities etc.) so far seem UNABLE to explain what good purposes the whole 5G thing really brings......... I wish to add this to my earlier Comment - Tracking Number : mv0-p58t-iti1 As a person affected by Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. In 2026 we had a new heating system installed in our (rented) home. The system was chosen by our landlord and so we had no choice concerning the system chosen. The installation crew were in the house for four days, during which I experienced increasing tension in my face and head, becaming even more severe (incapacitating) on the fourth day when the new heating system was activated for the first time. I believe that the first three days discomfort was caused by the close proximity of the several mobile phones (and other devices?) being used in the house by the installation crew. I believe that the incapacitating tension that I experienced on the fourth day was caused by the radio frequencies emitted by the wireless thermostat/control apparatus communicating with the heating apparatus itself. After the installers left the house we disactivated the heater and removed the battery from the thermostat/control apparatus. Several hours later the discomfort ceased.

In 2021, Comcast installed a 'small' cell tower approximkately 39 feet from our front door in Conshohocken, PA. The community opposed the installation, and after several well-attended community meetings, persuaded the borough to block the installation. This was overruled by the state, which protected the company and disallowed any mention of health effects despite a wealth of research evidence to the contrary. After installation, my health deteriorated, and I experienced fatigue, severe headaches, insomnia, etc. We tried remediating our house, which we had recently renovated and planned to live in through retirement, but the radiation effects were too strong. Despite the considerable costs involved in moving and giving up our home, we were forced to move for health reasons. I took multiple readings on a Safe and Sound Pro montitor, documenting that the levels increased day by day. The voluminous research on health effects needs to be taken seriously.

These EMF's, Radiofrequency Radiation and Wiress Radiation Exposure, you know the FAKE 5G Towers. They are all over the place. By homes, schools, daycare and you can see them on the freeway too. They appear during the day, and nobody seems to care that they are built at night. My ears are ri ging all the time, people on the freeway especially on motorcycles go over 100 miles per hour, and there are never any state highway patrol or police officers on the freeway at all. And what is the government going to also do about the chem trails in the sky, my car is so dusty from all the stuff that is bring put in the sky. And the government is not doing anything about that either. The pictures I have attached are from Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

I believe my experience could be a valuable case for learning more about NEMETH exposure. Three years ago, I was hospitalized in Fort Worth, Texas, for a medical emergency. I spent 19 days in the hospital under the care of an infectious disease specialist, Dr. McDonald, who saved my life. In the months leading up to that hospitalization, I was avoiding cell towers, light bulbs, and even refrigerators because I associated them with the symptoms I was experiencing. After my hospital treatment, I felt fully recovered—but about six weeks later, the symptoms returned. For the past three years, I’ve continued to experience these symptoms. Although they’re not as severe now, I can usually spend only about 30–40 minutes around electronics before I begin experiencing headaches and body aches. I’m still looking for answers, and I hope to see a new infectious disease specialist soon. The image shows about $400 worth of EMF blankets from an Amazon purchase, which do not work!

See attached file(s) Permeability of the Blood-Brain Barrier Induced by 91 5 MHz Electromagnetic Radiation, Continuous Wave and Modulated at 8, 16, 50, and 200 Hz ABSTRACT Biological effects of electromagnetic fields (EMF) on the blood-brain barrier (BBB) can be studied in sensitive and specific models. In a previous investigation of the permeability of the blood-brain barrier after exposure to the various EMF-components of proton magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), we found that the exposure to MRI induced leakage of Evans Blue labeled proteins normally not passing the BBB of rats [Salford et al. (1992), in: Resonance Phenomena in Biology, Oxford University Press, pp. 87-911. In the present investigation we exposed male and female Fischer 344 rats in a transverse elec- tromagnetic transmission line chamber to microwaves of 915 MHz as continuous wave (CW) and pulse-modulated with repetition rates of 8,16, 50, and 200 s-’. The specific energy absorption rate (SAR) varied between 0.016 and 5 Wlkg. The rats were not anesthetized during the 2-hour exposure. All animals were sacrificed by perfusion-fixation of the brains under chloral hydrate anesthesia about 1 hour after the exposure. The brains were perfused with saline for 3-4 minutes, and thereafter fixed in 4% formaldehyde for 5-6 minutes. Central coronal sections of the brains were dehydrated and embedded in paraffin and sectioned at 5 pm. Albumin and fibrinogen were demonstrated immunohistochemically. The results show albumin leakage in 5 of 62 of the controls and in 56 of 184 of the animals exposed to 915 MHz microwaves. Continuous wave resulted in 14 positive findings of 35, which differ significantly from the controls (P = 0.002). With pulsed 915 MHz microwaves with repetition rates of 200,50, 16, and 8 s-l, 42 of 149 were positive, which is highly significant at the P = 0.001 level. This reveals that both CW and pulsed 915 MHz microwaves have the potential to open up the BBB for albumin passage. However, there is no significant difference between continuous and pulsed 915 MHz microwaves in this respect. The frequency of occurrence of extravasates (26%) was found to be independent of SAR for SAR < 2.5 W/kg, but rose significantly for the higher SAR values (to 43%). The question of whether the opening of the blood-brain barrier constitutes a health hazard demands further investigation.

See attached file(s) Long-term residential magnetic field exposure and neurodegenerative disease mortality: An 18-year nationwide cohort study in Switzerland 2026 A B S T R A C T Background: Epidemiological evidence on the association between extremely low-frequency magnetic fields (ELF-MF) exposure and neurodegenerative diseases (NDD) remains inconsistent. Few population-based studies using exposure from high-voltage power lines (HVPL) have found mixed findings, and none have yet considered exposure from railway lines. Methods: We followed 3,555,064 adults from the Swiss National Cohort (2001–2018), contributing 55.4 million person-years. Long-term ELF-MF exposure from HVPL (50 Hz) and railway lines (16.7 Hz) was modelled using validated proximity models and updated over four intervals (2001–2005, 2006–2010, 2011–2015, 2016–2018). Long-term ELF-MF exposure was calculated as a time-weighted average exposure over 10-year windows preceding each interval. Cox proportional hazards models estimated hazard ratios (HRs) for mortality from Alzheimer’s disease (AD), other types of dementia (OTD), amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), Parkinson’s disease (PD), and multiple sclerosis (MS), adjusting for sociodemographic and environmental co-exposures. Results: During follow-up, 146,655 NDD deaths occurred. Less than 1% of the population was exposed to long-term ELF-MF ≥0.3 µT from HVPL and 2.4% from railway lines. HVPL exposure was positively associated with mortality from AD (HR per 1 µT increase in exposure =1.54; 95% CI: 1.23–1.92) and OTD (HR =1.31; 95% CI: 1.13–1.52). Associations for railway exposure were weaker and attenuated after adjusting for environmental co-exposures. No associations were observed for ALS, PD, or MS. Conclusions: Long-term ELF-MF exposure was associated with higher dementia mortality risk in the general population, but not with ALS, PD, or MS. Causal inference remains limited by the absence of established biological mechanisms.

See attached file(s) Mobile phone affects cerebral blood flow in humans 2006 Abstract Mobile phones create a radio-frequency electromagnetic field (EMF) around them when in use, the effects of which on brain physiology in humans are not well known. We studied the effects of a commercial mobile phone on regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) in healthy humans using positron emission tomography (PET) imaging. Positron emission tomography data was acquired using a double-blind, counterbalanced study design with 12 male subjects performing a computer- controlled verbal working memory task (letter 1-back). Explorative and objective voxel-based statistical analysis revealed that a mobile phone in operation induces a local decrease in rCBF beneath the antenna in the inferior temporal cortex and an increase more distantly in the prefrontal cortex. Our results provide the first evidence, suggesting that the EMF emitted by a commercial mobile phone affects rCBF in humans. These results are consistent with the postulation that EMF induces changes in neuronal activity.
