I'm writing as a concerned citizen and consumer. EMF's are dangerous, and for someone like myself, living in a high rise apartment building, I am exposed to a tremendous amount of wifi radiation. This is in addition to the cell towers near my apartment building. This affects my sleep, and I may need to move. I'm Please take action to keep EMF radiation from making people's homes uninhabitable. I'm concerned about the many studies that indicate the deleterious effects that EMF's have on human health and the environment. I'm attaching a few of those studies. Aloha, My name is Patrick Watson and I am 59 years old and active in good health. My wife is 3 years younger than I. We have both recently been facing unprecedented health challenges and are concerned that the newly built cellular towers near us may be partially to blame. However our home has recently been bordered by 2 cellular towers in Kapolei. The most recent tower was built to our east near the eastbound H-1 exit to Kualakai Parkway. The other older tower is tk our west near the H-1eastbound entrance at Ft. Barrett/Makakilo drive. I am extremely concerned about the cumulative effect if both of these towers so close to our home. We have also recently had high voltage towers installed close to our home aling Farrington Highway. Does any third party risk assessment study take place without prejudice such as State, County, or developer subcontractors, in order to obtain a fair result? The community needs such protections in place. We also need swift DOH enforcement to be able yo halt operations and provide further studies should their be any suspected risks. Mahalo, Patrick

Ever since Verizon updated my local phone network to 5g, I've been feeling things no man should feel. I've been craving the carnal touch of another man. I firmly believe that the local radio tower is causing these thoughts to enter my head. I'd really appreciate if Mr. Kennedy could address this stat.

I strongly believe communities should not be subjected to unnecessary or escalating levels of RF emissions. In many neighborhoods, companies begin with a single antenna and later add many more, creating dense clusters that increase exposure for families, children, older adults, wildlife, and the environment. This pattern places a growing burden on communities while generating profit for carriers, not benefits for residents. I want to be clear that I am not opposed to technology. I support safe technology that is responsibly sited in locations away from homes, schools, wildlife corridors, and sensitive ecosystems. I am certain there are suitable sites that do not place antennas directly next to residents or wildlife habitat. Older neighborhoods with mature trees, established wildlife pathways, and long‑standing rural character should not be subjected to cumulative exposure simply because they lack HOA protections or dense development. Trees, birds, pollinators, and other wildlife are increasingly exposed to dense antenna installations, and these impacts deserve serious federal attention. Communities need national guidelines that ensure wireless infrastructure is placed where it does not harm people, wildlife, or the environment. For these reasons, I respectfully request a deep federal study of RF exposure impacts, including long‑term effects on human health, wildlife, and ecosystems. I also recommend that Congress consider updating the Telecommunications Act of 1996 so that health, environmental, and wildlife concerns can be openly evaluated in modern wireless policy. The current law prevents communities from raising health concerns when opposing towers, even when those concerns are legitimate. Technology has changed dramatically since 1996, and federal policy should reflect today’s scientific knowledge and today’s environmental realities. Communities deserve transparency, protection, and guidelines that prioritize public health and environmental stewardship over profit.

I have a deep concern about all the towers going up, close to homes and schools. We have no idea the long term affects all the EMFs are causing because they put them up without ever doing long- term studies. However, we do know that children exposed to the high frequencies have gotten sick from headaches to cancers. We know that high exposure to EMFs causes a lifetime of chronic illness, many problems we don’t even know about yet. Cell phones, towers, smart meters…all have so many potential deadly outcomes. I make sure our family is as protected as we can be, with paying attention to WiFi and placement of routers and our ways to mitigate. But it feels like a battle I will never win when we are bombarded 24 hours a day. Please put the brakes on EMFs and do some quality studies, not by companies who benefit.

I live right across the road from a so called phone tower, but my husband, my son, and I are always feeling sick, ever since we moved here 4 years ago. Right outside pyatt Arkansas. I noticed they added more to the tower. I would like for someone to come out and check this tower please. There is a man that lives right next to the tower as well. Please help us, Americans. We are exposed to what would be illegal levels of radiation, in Europe and other countries. Verizon wants to put "cell" (GWEN) towers,in residential places, among children,etc., and now Berizon is suing the city of Grass Valley, California. Corporations have been given priority over our people! Thank you. -Laura McClary

I absolutely support this request for information as I feel that there are far too many cell towers broadcasting frequencies that are harmful to my health and the health of my family and pets. The fact that we now have cell towers in the midst of our cities every few blocks and every few miles in the countryside is alarming! We need a safer alternative! I find it alarming that so much has been allowed even though it is harmful to our health and well being. I am very interested in knowing ALL of the uses for the towers and the frequencies they are putting out.

The excessive wireless around me has ruined my life and causes me terrible and disabling pain. Antennas, but especially the almost permanently connected devices of so many people (they are sending and receiving antennas) Wifi, also from the neighbours the wall of my bed, Bluetooth, etc.

Please Protect us from the 5g and 6g emf exposure. The dangers are extreme and can cause flu like symptoms as well as cancers and harm to cognitive ability and nervous systems. The fact that they are placed on top of schools and churches and apartment buildings without knowing the full risk is insane. None of this makes any sense. Please stop this.
