Environmental effects

As an attorney, I participated in litigation to oppose the placement of a High Voltage 765 KV Transmission Line across farmland and Native American territories in upstate New York in 1977. We presented evidence of harm from Canadian records where such lines already existed. The evidence showed genetic changes in farm animals and in farm vegetation, and increased cases of cancer in people who lived and worked close to the high voltage lines. The Court wrote a thorough opinion reviewing the evidence and concluded that the New York State Power Authority had to purchase a right of way twice as wide as the one they proposed, to minimize the expected harm to surrounding human and other life. AS a result of our experience, my husband and I have minimized our exposure to EMFs and WIFI and mobile phones as much as possible and will not live within sight of a medium or high voltage transmission line. As a wellness adviser in addition to my legal practice, I advise the same to my clients and have met a number of people who feel uneasy and hypersensitive around EMFs. Recent research continues to accumulate the same kind of results as we heard during that court case. All I can say is since the skies have sprayed with barium and aluminum, living next to new transmitters, smart water meters and smart electric meters, (we didn’t have choice), poisons in our food and water, politicians in the pants of big corporations, my gardens dying and we haven’t seen a frog in over 5 year, skin rashes and power surges, sun being dimmed (vitamin D), constant inflammation y’all need to start arresting those responsible for destroying our planet! We didn’t ask for this but evil delivered it!

We need stricter regulations and protections. The plant & tree growth is stunted in the radius of transmission lines and electrical infrastructure/installations. Radiation, EMF’s and RF’s are Effecting wildlife, woodlands and humans.

I am concerned about whether current FCC radiofrequency exposure guidelines adequately address long-term exposure, modern wireless technologies, and the potential effects on children and other vulnerable populations. Reports from people who believe their health has been affected deserve respectful consideration and careful investigation. As wireless infrastructure expands, I would like to see a transparent review of current scientific evidence, clear explanations of any uncertainties, and practical guidance for people who wish to reduce their exposure. The public deserves meaningful responses to these concerns and confidence that decisions affecting our homes, schools, and workplaces are based on a thorough and current assessment of health and environmental evidence.

I would very much like emf and rfs thoroughly investigated. It is clear there are impacts to human and animal life and we deserve to know about about emf and rf since we are surrounded by these more now than ever in history. Thank you for taking the time to look into this issue.

What about anomalous health incidents? Unexplained seizures, memory loss, loss of balance, and even cardiac arrest involving an otherwise healthy, unvaccinated 20year old female and her dog? How does something like this happen? Nearly two years of unimaginable suffering, with no answers, no diagnosis, and no medical professionals able to explain what happened or offer any meaningful help. Jesus Christ is God, and the devil is very real. I often wonder, during World War I and World War II, if soldiers had been told that while they were away fighting for their countries and our freedoms, their own families would be subjected to torture or even killed, would they have been so willing to leave? What kind of war is this? desperately seeking answers and help.

I believe that EMFs and radiation are causing far more disease and behaviors in humans than imaginable. Likely, it is causing the same in animals and plants. What should you do next? Continue the research and take immediate action to save what we have left of this world. While you are at it, could you investigate geoengineering? It is killing us, as well

Dear HHS, I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a friend, parent, healthcare professional, and self. A friend of mine is severely affected by wireless radiation, from several cell towers and antennas near her apartment. Her symptoms are headaches, body aches and severe sleep interruptions. I also witness symptoms in one of my grandsons after iPad screen time. He becomes agitated. For myself, I notice muscle tension when exposed to higher levels of RF. I have an RF meter, and I occasionally monitor levels in our home. We live due east from (like about 20 miles) an island that has military activity. Infrequently, perhaps, there may be some radar coming from there, where I get a very high reading on my meter. I believe this radiation from wireless radiation is affecting our health even without symptoms. Prominent orthopedic surgeon and inventor and author Dr. Robert O. Becker MD warned of negative health affects of electro-pollution, including RF in his 1990 groundbreaking book: "CrossCurrents" I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. Wireless radiation has affected my life since they put in all the towers around my home sleep disruption hormone imbalance uncontrolled inflammation. We need to update the safety regulations from the FCC from 30 years ago to today's standards in 2026. We need to move all cell towers and their antennas away from people's homes off of water towers away from our hospitals and police and fire departments. Thousands of pages of facts on the dangers of this technology are being ignored and was told that this is a military weapon against our enemy which is going to be used against us the American people. 5G is killing our trees along with our insects and bees and along with our plants and vegetation. When is our government going to listen to We the People who never even had a chance to vote on whether we wanted cell towers in our area and now we don't even have the power to stop the data centers which are being put in even against public opposition I thought this constitution of ours says by the people with the people and for the people not by the big tech companies by the large corporations by the most extreme wealthiest individuals who are making decisions for us all. I sure hope that somebody in our government stands up against this evil and truly make America healthy again and not just talk about it.
