Having reached out to Regulations.gov on September 22, 2026, regarding my Radiation Poisoning Sickness due to decades of microwave and directed energy assaults along with phone use, for the first time in over a year on Thursday September 24, 2026 to Friday September 25, 2026 I was allowed to fall into REM sleep and actually remembered my dreams. I was even allowed deep sleep not waking up until 9am on 9/25/26. However this reprieve came at a huge price. On Saturday, September 26, 2026, I was jolted awake by the intensity of directed energy assaults causing me severe head, neck, shoulder pain, increased heart rate, tinnitus and my brain stuck in fight or flight mode. The last time I was allowed REM sleep with an entire night of sleep was on 7/29/25 after my doctor placed a heart monitor on me. The following morning on 7/30/26 I was awaken at 3:50 am and 7am due to being microwaved evidenced by increased heart rate and body temperature. My doctor was able to determine a significant rise in my heart rate during these assaults. As a result of my comments on Regulations.gov and shared documents, my life is in grave danger as are the lives of my pets. Although I pray that tens of thousands are able to comment before the comment period ends in 9 days, I guarantee judging from the comments on Facebook and my current condition, many TI's stand to lose their lives. This morning at 3:55 am Monday October 12, 2026 I was microwaved awake, hit with scalar wave sleep deprivation frequencies and brain-mind control technologies causing fight or flight, racing thoughts and a dangerously high heart rate. Forced out of bed due to the high frequency beams causing high body temperature, heart palpitations and a racing heart, my cat who was sleeping with me displayed odd behavior and later had loose stools. I also had diarrhea. In addition to the technologies being used to torture me, HAARP is also being run over the Central Valley causing physical and mental incapacitation for all who are RF-EMF sensitive especially those of us with seizure disorder.

Although it's difficult to determine (definitively) the health effects caused by an INVISIBLE danger such as RF Radiation, I non-the-less felt compelled to voice my concerns. The FCC and Telecom companies are seemingly out of control! They are putting up broadband lines, cell antennas and cell towers, smart meters, satellites and Data Centers wherever and whenever they want with little or no input from citizens... the proliferations is staggering! The public seems to have no protection, no local control or authority over these dangerous and risky practices. All of this continues to be rolled out at record speed and we the public aren't being informed of any sort of reviews or deployment with any of this; it's everywhere! Citizens deserve to have a vote in this very serious matter. The FCC (a Captured Agency) and the Telecom Industry have too much power and authority and need to be better regulated. I don't think the health of citizens is a priority for them; money, as usual is the incentive. I think it is imperative to have updated and thorough analyses pertaining to and including safety, exposure limits and human and environmental health impacts. Please accept this note from a lifelong Wanaque resident whose family history here goes back to the early 1930's, when my grandfather, Aldo Malatesta and his brothers built the Wanaque house that I grew up in and the one that I now own and live in, with their blood, sweat and joy to have such an idyllic and peaceful place that they and their descendents could call home. It was a place where we all could feel safe, protected and hopeful for the future. In that nearly 100 years Wanaque has held a primary place in our hearts. All of my 8 siblings and I went to St Francis school, where I even had the privilege to teach Art for two years as a young professional. We belonged to The Memorial Cadets, and all the Wanaque sports teams, which my brothers coached as a way to give back to the town we called home. One of us made her career as a longstanding professional at Shippee's Pharmacy. We swam in Back Beach and skated on Meadowbrook Lake. I could go on and on with all the wonderful; memories and people that we have shared but you get the idea. I live in the smallest house in town, in a lovely little clearing just "over the mountain" from Lakeland High School. It is the closest in distance to the area where the proposed tower has been planned to be built. The thought of this tower invading our space has created a stress unlike anything I have experienced before. Concern for our homes, our water, our air, soil and, especially, the children and folks who spend their days at Lakeland leads us to wonder if there is any protection for us at all from the unknown and, yes, even the known issues that can arise when a tower like this is dropped in the middle of a busy resdiential area. There is also a great deal of wildlife that make their natural homes in the woods between our homes and the school, and this could be a terrible fate for them as well. Please use your heads and stop this atrocity from happening. It has already been halted once, let the reasoning behind that decision guide your judgement and give us the future we seek for our own decendents. Let the next hundred years be as pleasant and secure as the last hundred have been. Find another place for the tower where people won't be at the risk of harm.

It is harmful to all that lives including the Earth, Mother Gaia. This is not the way to go. We should think of other means instead of this. We are laughed at by the advanced aliens who monitor us destroying ourselves.

I am responding as a parent, family member, caregiver, healthcare professional, advocate, and concerned member of the public. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. Based on current science, these are safe types of low energy radiation. I am not worried about this type of radiation. I would rather spend our time on ecological disasters and fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticide leaking into our water and causing cancer.

I would like for more research and testing on this subject. I began having health issues right around the time 5G went live and several towers went up around our home. I have had all sorts of things tested and it appears that I am sensitive to EMF which may increase other things that are effecting me like mold. There isn't solid information on this subject and it's time for the government to protect people by looking into the issue. We see towers and data centers going up everywhere and no one knows the long term effects. Please help the US citizens know if our concern are valid.
