Reports longstanding symptoms and a pet's death attributed to nearby wireless exposure, and requests gove…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
For years, since 2006, I have had dizziness, joint pain, skin burning, trouble sleeping, headaches, hormone imbalances, muscles aches, and heart palpitations. I never dreamed EMFs & RF could be causing all of my issues because I trusted Government Regulations. After researching how wireless devices (routers, phones, smart tv, computers) can have massive amount of radiation & EMFs flowing in your living space, therefore into you and through you. Unfortunately, no one knows the amount of damage that has been done and how it has affected my family's quality of life. October 4, we lost our family pet. Emergency Vet diagnosis was heart failure. I live very close to a EMF Tower and I believe these frequencies and radiation killed him because pets are more sensitive. "We The People" need our Government caring more about us, the people, humanity. We need air quality control, radiation & frequencies control. No Government should allow its people to suffer at their hands. May Almighty Holy God have mercy and judge us all. Thanks You

Criticizes thermal-based exposure limits, describes symptoms and exposure-reduction practices, and advoca…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
Independent experts concur that the 1996 RFR exposure limits remain ineffective because they were based on thermal heating of tissue, while ignoring lower frequencies. Studies based on thermal heating used a 200 lb male dummy and a water filled balloon for head exposure. Debilitating health effects occur at much lower frequency levels. Health impacts for pregnant women, babies, children and those working in fields with chronic exposures weren't considered. Fast forward thirty years, and the amount of RFR emitting devices and ambient RFR levels has skyrocketed. The proliferation of cell phones, cell towers, 5G, 6G, antennas, WiFi, smart meters, and other smart products is unprecedented. No federal agency has assessed/evaluated the impacts on human health and our environment by addressing these combined multiple exposures. Requesting public comment and subsequently amending exposure limits to ensure safety is urgently needed.Major areas of concern include: impacts on children, the environment, EHS individuals and the cumulative, involuntary exposure most people encounter every day.  As a grandmother, I'm extremely worried about the constant RFR exposure experienced by our children and its long term effects. Children are more susceptible to environmental harms as they are smaller physically and in the process of developing. Their skulls are thinner, allowing more radiation to penetrate. Many schools now default to wireless connectivity with no evidence of safety, subjecting our children to this invisible toxin daily. An increasing number of people experience Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity due to current excessive exposure levels. This involuntary exposure while navigating work and/or public spaces is impossible to avoid.  Many individuals through repeated exposure develop hypersensitivity and must actively avoid all exposures. Personally, I find airports intolerable. I experience headaches, vision problems and brain fog that lingers for hours. My home is hard-wired with ethernet cables and I keep my cell phone on airplane mode when not in use. Additionally, unless a state has enacted a no-fee opt-out, involuntary exposures include Smart Meters, which emit continuous pulsed radiation. The natural world is similarly affected. It is known that RFR radiation affects bees and migratory birds, disrupting their ability to navigate and forage effectively. Flora and fauna are known to experience die-offs in close proximity to cell towers. In 2021, Kent Chamberlin Chairman, Emeritus of Electrical & Computer Engineering, University of New Hampshire concluded one of the key recommendations of the New Hampshire Commission to Study The Environmental and Health Effects of Evolving 5G Technology is that cell towers be placed no nearer than 1,640 feet from places where people live, work or recreate. This 500 meter setback should become immediate public policy. There should be an immediate moratorium on any new devices while safety studies are performed to evaluate the countless RFR emitting products already on the market.  European Union study finds children absorb more wireless radiation than adults across rangeof 5G frequencies - EHNhttps://www.ehn.org/5g-wireless-radiation-children-exposure 1 The FCC Is Supposed to Protect the Environment. Describes a plant's decline after switching to wireless home internet and concerns about family behavior …

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
I am submitting this comment as a concerned member of the public, a parent, and a family member who is deeply concerned about the potential effects of wireless technology and radiofrequency (RF) radiation on our homes and families. My Personal Experience with Wireless Home Internet My concerns became more immediate when I switched internet providers and installed T-Mobile home internet in my home. Before I made the switch, my daughter reminded me that I had previously told her I sometimes feel uneasy when I can sense that someone's microwave oven is operating nearby. She was surprised that I would choose to bring wireless internet equipment into my home, given what I had told her. Her comment made me stop and reconsider my decision. Approximately one week after installing T-Mobile home internet, I noticed that my Golden Pothos, a hanging plant I had cared for for 20 to 25 years, began to deteriorate. Its leaves turned brown and fell to the floor. For decades, this plant had been full, healthy, and beautiful in the same location. I was perplexed by its sudden decline. Concerned by the timing, I promptly canceled the service and returned to cable internet. Unfortunately, I ultimately had to replace my longtime plant. My Concerns About Changes in My Family My concerns extend beyond my own home. I became increasingly troubled by changes I observed in my daughter's emotional state and family relationships after she and her husband moved into a newly built home in Florida. Their home contained numerous connected technologies, including smart door locks, a smart security system, televisions, cell phones, and internet-connected devices. After they moved, family members and I noticed what appeared to be a significant change in her demeanor and in the way she and her husband interacted with their young child. They seemed increasingly impatient, and I was deeply troubled by the harsh way they spoke to their baby. Neither seemed to have much patience with the child. These changes concerned me greatly as a parent and grandparent. Over time, my relationship with my daughter deteriorated, and she eventually became estranged from me. I continue to worry about the child's well-being. I cannot say with certainty that wireless radiation caused these changes. However, the timing of these events has left me deeply concerned and questioning whether environmental factors in our homes may play a role in changes in people's emotional states, behavior, and relationships. Family estrangement is deeply painful. I cannot help but wonder whether factors in our modern environment, including wireless radiation and other environmental exposures, deserve consideration when trying to understand troubling changes in ourselves and our loved ones. Conclusion I am submitting this comment because I believe my personal experiences are worth sharing as part of the public discussion about EMFs, RF radiation, and wireless technology exposure. The decline of a plant I had cared for over two decades and the troubling changes I observed in my family have left me with questions and concerns I cannot ignore. Although I cannot establish a direct connection between these experiences and wireless radiation, I believe they are important to document. As a parent and family member, my greatest concern is the well-being of our children and the people we love. I hope that sharing my experiences will contribute to a better understanding of the concerns some members of the public have about wireless technology in their homes. Thank you for considering my comment

Questions further tower deployment, alleges combined effects from aerial spraying and EMFs, and raises co…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
In other countries they are taking these 5G towers down due to health concerns. The United States is talking about 6G towers. Why is this? Not only are we spraying toxins in the sky but we are getting hit with EMF radiation. This affects humans, animals and bees. I am relieved that it’s being looked into, so thank you!

Cites scientific objections to wireless deployment and requests independent studies and federal safeguard…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
To the best of my knowledge there is public letter signed by thousands of scientists asking for investigations and research into what effects these 5G towers have on the natural environment, animals and human beings. These are not just average people, they are scientists who are trying to sound the alarm about serious possible dangers to our health and that of animals amd therefore are demanding for independent studies. Importantly also, there was NEVER ANY voting on this matter, no one was asked if they are okay with these 5G towers. WHY? How can such important matters not be voted on and pushed through without asking for consent? And now, these powerful companies amd corporations are already pushing for 6G towers without a single independent, official nationwide study on its effects to the human body. Our natural world is already under great distress and we just continue to forge ahead as if these decisions don't have consequences. I strongly and vehemently call for Federal Regulations before any more of these towers continue to be placed and for thorough research into the effects these towers and its radiation exposure cause to the human body and the animal kingdom.

When the cell tower was first installed and turn on. The cows in a good five-mile area were aborting their calves, and some also had uterine prolapse. which takes the cow out of production. This was from the Electromagnetic Field, Radiation, and Radio frequency from the cell tower. Cornell did a study; I never saw the results; I am guessing that they did not like the results published. So, the cell tower could stay in business! It's time to end the addition of any cell towers. Do not allow the level of radiofrequency be increased. It was not safe when it was first installed, and now it is much more life threating. I know when the cell tower went to 5 G, the children in the area and families all got sick. This was like having the flu, body aches headaches. I do not know if any pregnancy were loss. Data Centers should also be stopped. United States is way pass what China, and any other country has! Data Centers poison the air, water, land, wildlife, and the people in the area. They have a high level of noise pollution, and they will also have mass of equipment waste that is poison to the land and water when the equipment gets thrown a way.

Raises concerns about a proposed tower near a rural home, requests independent evaluation, protective set…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
October 16, 2026 To: U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Subject: Request for Independent Review of 5G Tower Siting and RF Safety Standards Dear HHS Officials, My name is Jill Boan, and I am a homeowner in rural Nevada County, California. I strongly oppose a proposed 5G cell tower planned within approximately 100 yards of our home and even closer to some of our neighbors. Our community has raised serious questions about long-term health effects, environmental impacts, and the wisdom of placing this infrastructure so close to homes. We have attended hearing after hearing, yet we feel that our concerns are not being heard or meaningfully addressed. Part of the problem is federal law. Under Section 704 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996, local governments generally cannot deny wireless facilities based on the environmental effects of radiofrequency (RF) emissions if the facilities comply with FCC regulations. This leaves county officials with limited authority to address the very health concerns that matter most to residents. Meanwhile, the FCC’s core RF exposure guidelines date back to 1996, before today’s widespread 5G deployment and extensive use of wireless devices. In 2021, a federal appeals court ordered the FCC to better explain its decision to retain those guidelines, including how it considered evidence involving children, long-term exposure, non-cancer effects, and the environment. I am not claiming that every possible health effect has been established. I am asking for an independent, up-to-date scientific evaluation that residents can trust. I urge HHS to: 1. Review current research on long-term and cumulative RF exposure, including exposure from 5G towers near homes. 2. Determine whether existing limits adequately protect children, pregnant women, and other potentially vulnerable people, including those reporting sensitivity to RF exposure. 3. Assess potential environmental impacts, including effects on wildlife. 4. Recommend updated health-protective exposure standards and evidence-based setbacks from homes, schools, and childcare facilities where warranted by the science. 5. Advise Congress and federal regulators on changes that would give local communities a meaningful voice in tower siting decisions. We are not opposed to reliable cellular service. We are opposed to being told that we must accept a tower so close to our homes while our health concerns are effectively excluded from local decisions. Please ensure that federal health agencies play a leading role in reviewing RF safety and that rural families like ours are heard. Public health deserves independent scientific scrutiny, transparency, and accountability. Sincerely, Jill Boan Nevada County, California

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. I live with the negative health consequences these wireless 5G 6G toxic EMR emitting towers put off. I also see every damn day the negative effects it’s had on our planet the trees plants and animals and humans it takes a very blind and evil government to allow these this known toxic exposure on the people who build the country in which we live. These 5G 6G cell towers are killing everything in its path! I will no longer stay silent or put it lightly because the cell companies aren’t caring what they do to us with these toxic and destructive towers. Take the towers down stop the destruction of life.

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
Our whole family is sensitive to Wi-Fi and 5G. My husband and I have insomnia if the Wi-Fi is on, so we turn it off at night. My husband and our oldest daughter have thyroid issues since 5G went up in our city. My son has behavioral issues when we leave the Wi-Fi on all day. Our youngest has trouble sleeping. We are desperate for not going 6G. We definitely don’t need faster internet! Please consider not building more AI data centers. They are going to use all the water faster than rain can replace it. Thank you
