am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a concerned member of the public. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. Thank you for providing individuals and families with an opportunity to be heard.

In my opinion, we do not need any of these 5G cell towers and the technology because of the Radiation that just dumbs downs the population, causes so much harm to children and it is dangerous to the environment. Even I get headaches, tiredness because of the EMF's from doing work using WIFI, screen time. God did not create us to be exposed to this harmful entity. That needs to be address. We do not need to be radiated.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a parent. My own children are very much affected by EMF's as far as inability to sleep, temper tantrums, and defiance against doing their schoolwork. The current saturation of EMF's everywhere makes it impossible to prevent completely, despite using airplane mode at night and turning some appliances off. All home appliances now emit EMF"s of at least 150 to 500 V/m, with the washer and dryer emitting the highest EMF count of 450-500 V/m. The commenter describes uncertainty about cumulative family exposure, precautionary practices and commerc…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
Wireless radiation exposure has become an unavoidable part of daily life for my family and me. Cell phones, Wi‑Fi routers, Bluetooth devices, smart meters, and nearby cellular equipment all contribute to a constant background of radiofrequency exposure that previous generations did not experience at the same level. The hardest part is the uncertainty. Even when devices are operating within regulatory limits, it is difficult to know what long-term, cumulative exposure means for people who use wireless technology all day, every day—especially children, whose developing bodies and habits may lead to many more years of exposure. That uncertainty has made us more cautious about keeping phones away from the body when possible, not sleeping with devices near the bed, turning off unneeded wireless functions, and using wired connections when practical. I also have installed mitigative scalar technology called Blushield in my home to provide another level of protection within my home and from cell towers and neighborhood home nearby wifi radiofrequencies. But the sea of unseen radiofrequencies are ever expanding and a challenge to keep up with. The push for the 5G and future 6G along with smart meters planned for my home and community will make mitigation efforts less effective. This is not about rejecting technology. Wireless communication is useful and often necessary. But families deserve clear, independent research, honest risk communication, and sensible precautions that reduce unnecessary exposure without placing the entire burden on individuals.

The FCC RF safety guidelines should be updated to protect the public's health and safety as well as prevent the real potential for privacy infringement and sabotage of our nation's electricity and communications' grid. The current safety guidelines are based on inappropriate (thermal) data prior to 1996, before the explosion of wireless technology. It is unfathomable to me that our government has let slide these inaccurate/outdated guidelines from 1996, including the edict that communities could not use environmental or health harm to fight placement in our neighborhods. To me this is proof that the telecommunications industry knew back then of the harm this technology could cause. This law has been used to ignore information of harm, forcing neighborhoods to accept anytime/anywhere placement of increasingly powerful/harmful cell towers. We were promised wired fiber optic and, instead, were baited & then switched to wireless. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health and environmental impact should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate (non-industry, independent) expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. Is this a poll to see how gullible we are? EMF disrupts mitochondrial signaling, our microbiomes, and virtually every physical and emotional system. It disrupts fetal development, and lowers IQ in children. EMF towers can be used to send frequencies to aluminum-aerosol particles to manipulate the weather. Why would you even patronize us to ask whether we wanted this or not? You can't be serious. Just take a poll and see what you can get away with? Have you no morals or respect for human dignity? Why would we

A retired naturopath reports personal electrosensitivity and patient symptom improvements after reduced p…

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
I am a retired naturopathic physician with over 40 years of clinical practice, both in the EU and in the US. During the last years of my practice, I have seen the increase of various health issues due to exposure to frequencies. Many symptoms such as migraines, insomnia, difficulty to concentrate, brain fog, nervousness, pain and deep fatigue have been resolved or considerably diminished with drastically cutting the time spent on cell phone and switching from wifi to wired Ethernet. I am electro-sensitive myself and I understand the burden that EMF's represent for many. That is the reason why I was able to give recommendations to many patients with MS, Lyme disease, and other chronic disorders, as these frequencies made their daily life miserable. Great caution is recommended regarding pregnant women, babies and children. Their brain is developing and these frequencies affect its development. Some doctors have emitted the possibility that autism has a lot to do with the exposure to these frequencies during pregnancy. Also, it is harder and harder to find trails and spaces in our Parks and National Forests without these ubiquitous cell towers that not only disfigure the landscape but create an enormous amount of frequencies pollution. Thank you, France-Marie Martikonis ND

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
Docket ID: HHS-OASH-2026-0397 To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to submit my public comment regarding the Department of Health and Human Services’ Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs) and wireless radiation exposure. I personally suffer from multiple health issues that have been traced to EMFs and wireless radiation exposure. I have spent hundreds of dollars trying to find out what is causing my health problems and it has affected my entire life. My symptoms are only relieved by avoiding exposure as much as possible and avoidance is getting so much harder as time goes by. My husband is also affected. We have had to leave our home and move farther away from towers and then more pop up. As a parent and grandparent, I am deeply concerned about how this is affecting the health of our children. With the proliferation of wireless technologies, smart devices, and wearables in modern educational settings, children are subject to continuous, cumulative exposure to radiofrequency (RF) radiation. I urge HHS to look closely at international safety standards, many of which adopt a much more precautionary approach toward RF/EMF exposure limits than current domestic regulations.I strongly support HHS taking an active role in compiling the latest science, identifying research gaps regarding non-ionizing radiation, and issuing clear, evidence-based guidelines.Thank you for opening this docket and prioritizing the environmental health of vulnerable populations.

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
Wireless devices and infrastructure must be regulated to ensure safety is the priority especially for the most vulnerable of our population including pregnant women and children. HHS is the regulatory body protecting humans from the greed of the wireless industry. The health and safety of our population is extremely fragile and we are trusting this agency to protect us, and all living creatures of this beautiful planet we call home, earth.

ORIGINAL COMMENT · UNEDITED TEXT
RFs - I have negative reactions to my health when I am working with wireless mouse, laptop, etc. vs wired ones. I can fee it in my hands. I get headaches as well when working with wireless equipment and in wireless building because when I do not go to the office and work from home on wired equipment I do not get those. Also, when I used to sleep with my phone charging next to me I was restless and did not have any energy the next day, I was tossing and turning all night, etc. Then, we started charging the phones in the other room and turning off cell and wifi and putting them on airplain mode and turning off the wifi for the house as well, sleep has been great. When I am on my cell phone for long my hand I hold it with starts hurting, when I am not on it it goes away. Not using microwave has helped tremendously as well with digesting foods better and headaches. RFs and EFs/dirty electricity - since sleeping in a bedroom further away from smart meter sleep has improved as well. Kids used to wake up many times per night and they sleep through the night now. They also used to get headaches as well. EMFs - EFs - before starting to turn breakers off at night, sleep was not good, electricity was making sleep not as restful. Putting Dirty electricity filter in the house has made headaches throughout the day better. I am attaching some files one EFs and RFs that the building biologist I worked with shared with me. I hope we can get our homes, schools and workplaces healthier!!!
