I want to know why they massively increased these towers during covid lockdown. I have yet to see one physically being installed in our area, they seemed to have just appeared. I want to know why they put a smart meter on my house without our permission, they just changed it out. Certainly not enough communication between the companies that do this crap and the people that live here. I think they should have had hard core data and a discussion with the cities and townships before they installed all of these towers (eyesores) around the neighborhoods. Our bodies are full of electrical currents that generate naturally, our brains and hearts and I can't help but think that EMFs, Radiofrequency and Wireless Radiation are an overload to our bodies and wellbeing. You definitely need to have studies done on it's effects. Listen to both sides of the spectrum and the possible concerns from everyday people. We all saw what happened during covid are we going to let this turn out to be another mistake, people have legitimate concerns not only for themselves, but their children. Let's find some common ground and work towards a solution. We have already been bombarded with enough metals, plastics and poisons in our foods and water and this is just adding fuel to the fire. Please take this seriously!
Something needs to change. People are sick and tired of lies. There's more and more evidence showing that cancer and other related matters come from EMF's. There are options... We can all do better. Especially the ones creating the technology and the laws.
Where were we and how did we manage to connect and communicate in the 50's and 60's...? The kitchen telephone, be it black, yellow or white, did the trick. Less wire emf harm to humans.
AMAZING that you are doing this! I have been fighting the EMF war for decades now. Grew up in the generation where we didn't have all of this DEATH TECH and in fact it was illegal to put it anywhere near a house or school. Then brought 3 kids into the world and have been protecting my Family to the teeth. One of the major reasons they do not attend public school is because of the WI-FI in the classrooms/hallways/etc. Not to mention the cell phones of teachers and students nowadays! It's absolutely frightening, this digital environment. Most importantly, the CLOUDS & STORM SYSTEMS could not FORM! There should have been RAIN this entire summer/fall. We were in Colorado Springs, tucked into Cheyenne Mountain and would watch the massive rain clouds come in from the range but then DISINTEGRATE before our eyes as soon as they REACHED CITY LIMITS. Why?? Because of the massage PUEBLO & DENVER NEXRADs. Once these 270? devices are turned off around the nation.. WATCH the RAIN come. REAL CLOUDS and REAL WEATHER will resume!! I live in Canada. I am very sensitive and disabled by wireless frequencies, especially after a cell phone tower was placed behind my family's home in 2001. My three children became very sick with various symptoms that are well documented as typical with emf exposure. They were ages 4, 9 and 12. I became symptomatic approximately 1 year later. We had to abandon the home after a few years of torture, numerous meetings with the local councils, letters to the telecommunications company, Bell Aliant, letters and phone calls to Industry Canada. My requests to have the tower removed were eventually dismissed. The many council meetings were written up in the local papers. Many other people from our neighborhood and community attended these meetings and spoke at the meetings requesting the tower be removed. I became disabled and unable to work and remain so to this day. I am denied accomodation everywhere. I live a very isolated and lonely life. I was reduced to poverty, subjected to a moldy home for over 12 years as a result of the poverty and am now very sick fighting for my life to breath and do everyday things. I wish there was no wireless radiation. It should be against the law for the emissions to come through my home. I think those who say it is safe, are monsters. They are inhuman.
As a surviver of 2 cancers I am extremely concerned about our exposure to all the EMF, RF, and wireless radiation surrounding us and our children. Please consider doing unbiased studies on the safe levels which have not been updated in decades. There is a real economic cost in deteriorating health and lost productivity of allowing these poisons to go unched. Please restore our confidence that government agencies are working for the p[ublic rather than the entities they are regulating.
There are many things that need to be addressed. Cell towers should have to be a minimum distance away from schools, hospitals, neighborhoods. I say that distance is 500 meters, but right now I believe there is no minimum distance. Wireless routers should be limited to as few as necessary in schools. There is too much incentivizing the proliferation of wireless tech in schools. Light is also an EMF and therefore should be considered in this too. There's an abundance of research on healthier artificial light sources. Unfortunately, healthy light spectrum doesn't line up with energy efficiency. The energy efficiency of LEDs has been oversold and the light spectrum of LEDs has negative health consequences. We should look into healthier light sources such as incandescent and halogen. The lighting should be full spectrum and have low or no level of flicker. Fluorescent lights should be banned altogether. There are studies that show that the spectrum of light produced by most fluorescents makes ADD worse. Well, that's the lighting in every school. And LED isn't much better. Lastly, the state of our electrical grid should be taken into consideration for a few different reasons. The amount of harmonic distortion or transient distortion, better known as "dirty electricity", is a huge and increasing problem on our grid and it is know to causes health issues, such as tinnitus, ringing in the ears. Almost everyone today suffers from some degree of tinnitus. Another problem is high magnetic fields, from things such as unbalanced loads and wire spacing, in our neighborhoods. Lastly, ground currents are a huge problem with out grid. Electricity comes to the home from the power station on the "hot" line and electricity is supposed to go back, in the form of current, on the "neutral". Most of our electricity doesn't go back on the neutral, instead it goes back on the earth in the form of ground currents. This is an established problem with animals on farms, most notably dairy farms. It is having an effect on people too. There are many experts in this area. Our electric is put up and in the ground and maintained by a bunch of sub-contracted "cowboys". They are paid to put it in the ground or in the air by the foot and their M.O. is to get it done as quick as possible. I know industry rules, but maybe practices can be changed that don't hinder progress too much. There are well established experts on all of these topics. If nothing gets done regarding any of these issues, it will only serve to further erode the trust of government in the eyes of the people. The people deserve a quick resolution to a lot of these issues and more.
I'm writing as a concerned parent and citizen. I think more needs to be done to study the health effects of EMFs and RFs especially in schools, homes, vehicles etc. At school students are constantly surrounded by wifi and personal devices including tablets and Bluetooth headphones. At home smart meters are replacing analog meters. I have to pay a monthly price to have my analog meter read. Cell phone frequencies need updated studies. Wired headphones are becoming obsolete. Even new vehicles are constantly searching for wifi signals.
I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence.
I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.
