“I am submitting this comment as someone concerned about the health effects of wireless radiation as well as the effects on the environment.”
I have been personally affected by wireless radiation, (explain when, and how, and what the effects are or were, explain how you were treated by medical professionals, schools, or a job, what helped you and what did not).
I know someone who has been personally affected by wireless radiation, (explain who and explain what you know about their struggle).
I am a healthcare professional, researcher, concerned member of the public, or other who has knowledge, experience, research, or other that applies to the area of the health or environmental effects of wireless radiation. (Explain what you may know about this area, and how it affects your patients, or what you see for the future of the environment or of health).
“I hope that HHS will use this opportunity to create a comprehensive report on the current medical, biological, and public health knowledge regarding these effects and take action on that. Please consider the experiences of those affected by this radiation as part of what is reviewed to come up with what should be the scientific underpinnings to actual protective standards and action by the federal government.”
I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure.
I am responding from the perspective of a [patient, parent, family member, caregiver, healthcare professional, researcher, advocate, concerned member of the public, or other].
PERSONALIZE YOUR COMMENT HERE: Tell HHS how wireless radiation has affected you, your child, your family, or someone you care about. You may describe the source and duration of the exposure, health effects experienced, when they began, whether reducing exposure made a difference, and how these experiences have affected daily life. If you are an ally, describe why you support people affected by wireless radiation and why you believe HHS should address this issue.
I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence.
I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.
Thank you for providing individuals and families with an opportunity to be heard.

I moved into a new place in 2021 and suddenly I was exhausted all of the time, even after a full night’s sleep. After some time I started to wonder whether it could be because the internet company had run the wifi into my bedroom. In my old place the internet came into the house from a cable that was run into the living room. I decided to move the wifi connection to the living room but was still not feeling 100% so I turned off the wifi on the router and plugged in our devices with an ethernet cable. This solved the problem. During that time I bought an EMF meter and before I made changes to the wifi I had a reading of 2.1 in my bedroom. After I made the changes the reading went down to .7 everywhere in the house. Outside walking through the neighborhood the reading was at a 1. I did some research to find out what a safe level of EMF exposure is so that I could change the setting on my EMF meter to reflect the official safe level only to find that there wasn’t an official safe level of EMF exposure. This is a serious health concern.

*In the photo provided, that's right outside our house window. That's just one, there are plenty more in Killeen, Texas. I have not seen this many before in just one town. This needs to stop.

I have walked and biked my dog through many areas for years. Lately, as many more of these wireless devices have been installed on area poles or buildings I payed little attention until my dog started refusing to go near these areas once the devices were activated. I suspect EMF waves so I bought a detector and, sure enough, it pegged out in areas near these devices where my dog freaks out and pulls hard to get away from them. I notice my own body has reactions too. If we are off in the woods, away from frequency emitters everything is fine. However, even in remote areas some of these devices exist.
