We want the truth. We all know that wireless technology comes from the military, and that it is far more advanced than the technology used by ordinary citizens. We need to know about the side effects, like those caused by vaccines. There are thousands of independent studies that prove the harmful effects on human health and even on life itself. Thank you for your work for everyone's health.

In short, science-based policy updates to reduce public exposure are urgently needed. Cellphones and wireless communication technologies have enriched human lives. It is difficult to imagine contemporary lives without them. The deployment of 5G and 6G mobile technology is well underway with its heralded mm-wave performances. It is not evident whether the health effects of 5/6G mm-wave radiation would be analogous or not to previous generations of cellphone and wireless communication technologies, given the paucity of research on health effects of 5/6G mm-wave radiation. Without dispute, cellphones have provided direct benefits to multiple arenas of human endeavor that includes helping to safeguard our personal security and safety. Nonetheless, the health and safety of billions of users who are subjected to repeated, unnecessary levels of RF radiation over lengthy intervals of time or even over their lifetimes should be recognized and accounted for.

There are 1009 studies that already tell us exactly what the problems are with EMFs and how they affect the human body. There is nothing positive about the outcomes of these studies with respect to the damage caused by EMFs. These study should be the basis for any decision-making going forward and they should be taken seriously. Then moving forward, there should be more serious studies done and there should be a halt to all this 5G 6G nonsense along with data centers and high-powered transmission lines that have been installed in order to supply power to them. Another source of EMFs running through our neighborhoods and close proximity to schools and businesses. You already know the answers, you’re just too cowardly and greedy to do anything about the truth. It’s time to do the right thing and stop talking about it.

I support the study of electromagnetic fields and associated regulations that protect the public. I am a volunteer with Save Temecula, a nonprofit organization formed in 2026 to fight San Diego Gas and Electric’s proposed Golden Pacific Powerlink featuring 145-mile long 200’ tall 500,000 volt extra high voltage power towers/lines through a densely populated area of Temecula, CA. This is the largest and most invasive project SDG&E has undertaken through a well-established urban area. As a volunteer, I have spoken with thousands of residents who say one of their major concerns, behind wildfires, is EMF exposure. This project would be only hundreds of feet from homes, businesses, schools, churches, daycare centers, playgrounds, parks, walking paths, an historic district, etc. This investor owned utility downplays our concerns, saying that studies find EMF harm to be inconclusive; they compare exposure to our microwave ovens that we generally use for minutes rather than on an ongoing basis. However, residents are so concerned that they are willing to move elsewhere if the power towers are approved by the California Public Utilities Commission. In less than five months, more than 12,000 people have signed a change.org petition against this project and in just a couple months, more than $30,000 has been raised to fight it. Additionally, I have a friend whose husband died of brain cancer, which adds to my suspicion of EMFs. She and her husband purchased a home in foreclosure overlooking the Southern California Edison extra high voltage lines in Corona. This young man’s past time was working in their beautiful backyard. Furthermore, some of our community leaders and local utility experts have extensively studied EMFs, and they have concluded this is potentially harmful to human health. I believe the SDG&E Golden Pacific Powerlink project (which will be filed with the California Public Utilities Commission mid-November 2026) and others like it should be placed on hold until Federal studies have concluded. Otherwise millions of people will be paying for this outdated infrastructure through significant rate increases. Thank you for your concerns and action regarding electromatic fields. When my son was a baby in 2010-2011 we’d walk in an Apple Store- he was peaceful and happy, very quiet and relaxed. After standing in line about 5 minutes he started screaming and crying uncontrollably and I couldn’t console him- so o took him out side - within 10 seconds he stopped and became peaceful again. So after about 5 min I went back in the store with him and got back in line- in less than a minute he started screaming and crying again. So I took him out again and he stopped crying. That was the last time I took him in an Apple Store. When he was about 3 - I was a realtor and I did majority of my work at home- this day I needed to use my brokers office- I started working on my laptop - he was just playing with toys sitting at the table I was working on - and all of a sudden he just fell of his chair, I was trying to figure out what happened. - and he couldn’t stand straight and kept falling to the side like he had lost his balance - he was dizzy . The only thing I could think of was the Wi-Fi was on throughout the office. At home I always used a Ethernet cord. So I gathered my things and took him outside - after about 2 min he regained his balance. 3 years Later a new friend had come over w her parents and she brought her Nintendo switch- while we were talking with the parents he and his friend were taking turns playing on the handheld Nintendo switch- about 30 minutes later they stopped playing and I noticed his cheeks were super red - like cherry red and it was basically over both sides of his face. The only thing he was doing was holding it and playing a game. I think definitely Wi-Fi and emf radiation need a lot more studies to be done- the harmful potential of how they affect children and adults has been overlooked and neglected by our government .

For years I've said that the towers affected my sense of balance and introduced ringing in my ears. It is always stronger when new towers and/or added frequencies occur. I believe that the signals travel on wind too. I've had several episodes immediately following towers being added to areas near my homes over the past 7 years in both Maryland and Florida. The pattern is that I begin with dizziness, complete unbalanced and vertigo symptoms. When it's at its worst, I'm curled up on the ground up to an hour until it passes. Doctors say I test fine (ENT, brain scans, balance tests, labwork). It always relates to new towers. The ENT said it "could be" a type of Meniere's Disease, but that doesn't make sense when all of the medical conditions were ruled out. The only factor remaining was cell tower growth nearby. It definitely has affected my life. Overall, I have always been sensitive to electric energy but the tower waves are much more intense. I believe that when the wind carries stronger signals, I experience heavier ringing in my ears and headaches, sometimes acoompanied by nausea. I think it's extremely important to study this and act quickly. Thank you.

I am writing to formally request stricter regulations on anthropogenic electromagnetic fields (EMFs) and to advocate for the official medical recognition of Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity (EHS). Current public exposure standards fail to account for non-thermal, biological effects that severely impact human health. Scientific evidence proves that EHS is a definitive neurological disorder characterized by oxidative stress, neuroinflammation, and objective physiological biomarkers. Furthermore, recent molecular research highlights that chronic EMF exposure triggers genetic toxicity and impairs vital cellular repair mechanisms. To support this urgent need for tighter biological safety limits, I submit the following peer-reviewed scientific studies: 1. On DNA Damage and Genetic Toxicity: Sonzogni L, Al-Choboq J, Combemale P, et al. Skin Fibroblasts from Individuals Self-Diagnosed as Electrosensitive Reveal Two Distinct Subsets with Delayed Nucleoshuttling of the ATM Protein in Common. International Journal of Molecular Sciences. 2025;26(10):4792. doi: 10.3390/ijms26104792. This crucial study confirms that individuals with EHS suffer from a delayed or impaired cellular response to DNA double-strand breaks when exposed to EMFs, providing clear evidence of genetic vulnerability and organic pathology. 2. On the International Scientific Consensus: Belpomme D, Carlo GL, Irigaray P, et al. The Critical Importance of Molecular Biomarkers and Imaging in the Study of Electrohypersensitivity. This consensus report officially classifies EHS as a neurological disorder involving altered cerebral blood flow, oxidative stress, and elevated inflammatory markers such as histamine. 3. On Population Prevalence and Global Health Impact: McCredden JE, McLean L, Steinemann A. Wireless sensitivity and co-morbidities: A prevalence study in Australia, Canada, and the United States. This recent epidemiological research indicates that up to 12.6% of the general population across the US, Canada, and Australia reports sensitivity to wireless radiation, representing millions of citizens experiencing EMF-related health barriers. I urge the HHS to adopt the Precautionary Principle, revise current guidelines to include non-thermal biological thresholds, and establish dedicated healthcare protocols to protect the rights and lives of medically vulnerable EMF-sensitive individuals. I live in Germany and used to work for IBM and Airbus Helicopters. In April 2000, I had an epileptic seizure. My Neurologist sent me to a center for Epilepsy and they found an abnormality in my brain called "Polymicrogeria": many little wrinkles. They explained that this abnormality in the brain is formed by too few Oxygen in my Mothers womb. It all made sense. Since birth I have always had a little "Hemiparesis" on the left side of my body. That was all. Beside the problems moving my hand, I was healthy. I agreed to try out anti-epileptica. After a while neurologists had found "Keppra" that kept me stable without making my extremities shake or making me sleepy. I did not have seizures until 2012. Then, seizures started again. The answer to my question: "Why?" was "Age". That was rediculous, as I was 40, not 90. I got each new medicine that was released. However, the seizures remained. The two drugs I still take (Lacosamid and Briviact) dampen the activity of neurotransmitters and receptors in my brain.Seizures remained and became worse. I started falling. In 2020 my wife said, she cannot cope with my epilepsy, so we divorced. Neurologists and a Rehabilitation clinic said that I was drug-resistant. In Europe, this led to a pension due to incapacity for work. I could stay at home. Then I sat alone at home and recalled what had happened in the years between 2000 and 2020. I started using WiFi, Cell Phone and Blue-Tooth. Could that have causes my misery? I bought devices that measure and save RF-Power densities. Computers, Excell, etc. was my profession, so I used these devices for 7x24 measurements that I compared with the date/time of my seizures. I continued these with correlation and regression analyses that for 2 years showed the same result - Days with low measured results => hardly ever sizures - Days with high measurements (high average or high peak values) => seizures were certain after a couple of seconds to 3 hours I published the results at my webpage: https://epi.frankmathieu.de Here you see the correlation between RF average per day and count of seizures during this day. The results are backed up by a regression analyses. RF-Power density in µW/m² and dbm correlate best with seizure count. This year, I got the confirmation, when I shielded the ceiling of my flat with paint from YShield against the WiFi from above that had caused drop attacks. I do not have any seizure, only if I leave my flat. The RF-Radiation 2.4GHz from above did hit me multiple times per second with power densities of up to 3000µW/m². Now it is less than 1µW/m². “I hope that HHS will use this opportunity to create a comprehensive report on the current medical, biological, and public health knowledge regarding these effects and take action on that. Please consider the experiences of those affected by this radiation as part of what is reviewed to come up with what should be the scientific underpinnings to actual protective standards and action by the federal government.”

Federal Research Priorities 16. What are the highest priority research gaps regarding EMF and RF radiation and public health that the federal health agencies should address? I am in healthcare industry. I am not aware of comprehensive statement by HHS or similar authoritative agency on safety of the wide range of RF and EMF devices and the levels - acute or cumulative - of emissions. For my tax monies I expect a government agency to step up and step in to the gap created by industry who likely are not enthusiastic for such studies to be conducted. My position for science-based conclusions goes across industries that have widespread exposure to humans, animals and the environment. The potential that a large number of sub-studies can be conducted to reach a comprehensive conclusion and I hope the agency gets after the project. I am pessimistic the results will be good as it pertains to impact on humans, animals and environment.
