Towers & siting

Majority of you are regular citizens like the rest of us, with families. You live amongst us. These towers are killing wildlife by disorienting them, and equally impacts humans. We feel nausea, headaches, depression and a result. Please keep them out and take down the ones in place. Dont let AIPAC bought politicians destroy us. Thank you.

I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a mother, a healthcare professional, and a concerned member of society. I have seen negative effects of wireless radiation in videos of birds who are clearly disoriented going near a 5G tower. I also have witnessed friends who were unfortunate enough to have a 5G tower built near their home, have countless increased health issues since the installation. The whole family experienced increased headaches, vision problems, sleeping problems. After test after test gave them no answers, they acquired a meter that measured the radiation and it was off the charts. They promptly put the house on the market. We were shocked to discover there have been NO studies done to test the safety of these towers. We need to protect our children. Please consider examining the effects of wireless radiation. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. This shift transforms telecommunications infrastructure from a utility into a continuous monitoring apparatus capable of tracking spatial positioning, physical movement, and localized activity without adequate statutory boundaries. 2. **Erosion of Private Property and Personal Sovereignty:** The convergence of high-capacity mid-band spectrums, automated edge-computing nodes, and continuous biometric/environmental data collection threatens the physical, mental, and digital sovereignty of citizens. As infrastructure projects expand—including high-voltage transmission corridors and dense base-station deployments required to support these networks—private landowners and local communities face growing intrusions that outpace existing regulatory protections. 3. **Data Governance and Strategic Control:** With global competitors accelerating field trials and integrating AI agents directly into network routing and base stations, domestic policy must prioritize transparency, data minimization, and strict security guardrails. Citizens must be assured that next-generation connectivity does not compromise local autonomy, personal privacy, or secure data governance. #### Recommendations for Action: * **Mandatory Transparency and Public Hearings:** Require transparent reporting and public impact assessments before the deployment of advanced sensing and ambient tracking infrastructure within municipal and rural jurisdictions. * **Strict Protections for Personal Privacy:** Establish clear statutory limitations preventing the collection, aggregation, or monetization of ambient sensing data gathered via public telecommunications grids. * **Preservation of Local and Individual Sovereignty:** Ensure that state and federal policies protect private property rights and local governance structures against unmitigated, high-impact infrastructure expansion. I urge HHS to independently review the health and environmental evidence on RF radiation and to recommend protective exposure limits and setbacks from homes and schools.

We the people dont agree with 5g towers, it is more like attempting murdering the citizens with those high radiation from the towers. Meaning we need to cut those towers down immediately.

Any human (i.e. biological being), with even a modicum of awareness/physical-sensory sensitivity, must weigh on the side of energetic impacts assaulting our bodies-- scrambling,heating,actually burning (e.g.from using hand-held devices), interfering with mentation & lowering mood processes, causing dizziness, nausea & growing 'dis-ease' that eventualy piles up into disease effects. From devices (i.e. cellphones-ironic name), to ubiquitous phone towers, the EMF emissions pouring out of them are disrupting in a very damaging way, human cellular biology, thus, health-- in my strong opinion & equally-strong intuiting-- AND,based on actual evidence in physical experiencing of some of the above, & direct observation of others (e.g. what I have repeatedly seen & now call, "red ear") in a multitude of people continuously wearing digital earbud microphones)-- like their ears are being microwaved (imagine what's going on in their brains)! This technology is NOT GOOD for human consumption!! That it is allowed to proliferate as a 21s C.industry (for the profit of 'a select few tech-profiteering enterprises'), forcing the population at large-- and, now drivingbus into us now into a sickening Data Center buildout, is a distinct death knell for humanity, if we do not collectively take note & defend human biology over digitalized AI Everything poisoning of Life....

The federal guidelines that are used to determine the safety limits for exposure to wireless radiation are decades old and have not kept pace with the rapid expansion of wireless technology or the growing body of scientific research raising concerns about its effects on human health and the environment.  We must have more independent and rigorous transparent research for wireless radiation- particularly in populations such as children and the elderly.  Most of the outlined research was done 10-15 years ago- which is outdated especially since the phones and the internet have ramped up their radiation outputs. But looking at what has been already researched, I found one study which shows DNA strand damage from "industry accepted radiation levels".  https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/31138035/ There has been previous research into how EMF disrupts the immune system. I am concerned about this. More research is needed. I myself get severe headaches due to my sensitivity to the electromagnetic radiation.  I avoid staying near cell towers because of these headaches. When not near the towers,  I am headache free.   Thank you for finally looking into more up-to-date research so that others can also benefit.

I have a cell tower not too far from my apartment and I am experiencing headaches and insomnia on a regular basis. Also, I believe that other technology is being used that creates EMF's and RF and Wireless Radiation.

Thank you for this opportunity to speak, my name is Karen Rose, live in Myrtle Point area of southwest Oregon. I have cell tower behind my house about 3000ft or less, it is 5G now, T Mobile has 4 levels of antennae on it and it is permanently damaging my health. I have lived here 7 yrs, 2-3G, then to 4G, and now to 5G and my health has continuously become more and more damaged. Symptoms daily are: vision loss, dizziness and extreme nausea, severe tinnitus, severe hair loss, gastrointestinal pain and loss of digestion and appetite, insomnia, agitation and noise in head with pressure behind eyes and back of neck severe at times, tremors and weakness, CT scan shows two nodules right parietal lobe of brain, cervical spinal fluid leaks with permanent damage to back of head from "sinking brain", severe sleepiness with breathing difficulty for hours on end, severe adverse reactions to all medications, must get through all pains on my own,vertigo, neck, lower back pain and severe degeneration of spine, and many more permanent symptoms that will no longer disappear. I have suffered with Electro-sensitivity for 15 years and mast cell activation (chemical sensitivity) for 40 yrs. I also have severe rashes, have lost all my muscle mass, etc. I have asked T Mobile to please divert antenna away from direction of my house they won't do it. I am not asking to remove the tower as we all need cell phones for emergencies, just please, myself and 3 other neighbors on same property are situated too close to tower (our houses were there first before tower) are so very chronically and critically sick from 5G tower, I plead for help, can't move, nowhere to go, can't afford.My email is krose@kittymail.com.
