The effects of these should be tested ASAP and all these cell phone towers should be tested repositioned away from schools and housing and possibly all taken down as 5G is not good for the human body. 6G should not be rolled out.. if necessary they should roll back to a frequency that is more compatible with human life. Testing should also be done on smart meters cell phone radiation held in your hand and Wi-Fi and what safe levels of all of these are and limit what these devices can emit. Let’s make all of the American population safe from these potentially dangerous technologies.

I am a retired RN Emergency room nurse for over 45 years. I was a photographer for many years and began full time after I retired. In order to processes my prints, I used lightroom classic on my home computer. Medically I have had intermittent vertigo spells for over 20 years which I have kept managed with physical therapy and other. In 2024 I was struggling to processes my prints on my computer with a new processing system I had obtained. Due to spending hours working on my prints, I had noticed every time I worked on my computer, I became dizzy, agitated with profound nausea and vertigo episodes. I discussed this with my neurologist why this might be happening to me? The reason was uncertain, but I was told to take many breaks away from the computer screen and return later to finish. At a later date we had computer problems and hired a computer expert to come and fix our system. The Tech noted that we had our Wi-Fi router sitting right behind our computer screen, he told us to move this to possibly help my symptoms. We then paid over 2000 dollars, to have our house hard wired to decrease our exposure to RF radiation after hours of research. I immediately felt improvement and was able to use the computer for hours with absolutely no dizziness, vertigo agitation or nausea. Since then, we had purchased a TriField EMF meter, model TF2 to analyze our exposure in our home, very low exposure was noted. We then went out and took readings of local cell towers and were horrified at the RF radiation that was emitting from these cell sites and surrounding homes. Many of these towers were located near or on school property, daycares and neighborhoods. Minden for safe tech was started with locals, and we hired a lawyer and RF specialist to fight Verizon from placing a tower 210 feet from our largest and voted best daycare in Minden. (85 out of 105 parents signed a petition to stop this) Minden for safe tech has spent thousands of dollars of our own money to stop cell towers placement in sensitive areas in Minden. TO DATE there has NEVER been any safety testing done to see if RF exposure harms children. The FCC was sued in 2021 for basically having a 30-year-old outdated inadequate study on humans and to this date they are still not producing any studies of human exposure to RF radiation. Verizon is being sued in California for 7.7 million dollars for NOT maintaining and controlling cell sites for HAZARDOUS WASTE. As a nurse for over 45 years, I am completely flabbergasted that the citizens of America are being exposed to dangerous levels of RF radiation without current studies or regulations to keep these cell towers at a safe distance from sensitive areas. In 2021 11,000 pages of studies from around the world were entered in the 2021 federal court hearing, stating RF exposure did cause harm, and cancer rates increased along with many other health concerns. WHY HAS THIS NOT BEEN ADDRESSED?? Cell phones are emitting RF radiation along with our Wi-fi units but we can personally mitigate all these exposures ourselves like my husband and I did, but a cell tower emits continuous RF radiation 24/7 to all that live close to a tower and nothing they do can mitigate the RF radiation coming from those towers. This is hideous that the FCC does this and has no concern for the public. The FCC can sue local government if they do not allow cell towers to be installed in their community. I am sorry how would you like it if nurses did not look out for your best interest and safety??? This is completely inconceivable to me again as a nurse to have had patient safety pounded into my head to protect you the public and yet the FCC can pillage over the public without any safe guidelines for the RF radiation exposure we all receive. THEIR SAFETY STUDIES ARE 30 YEARS OUTDATED please do something about this! The FCC is running amok across the United States erecting these dangerous cell towers with no one supervising their installation for safety and environmental hazards. The FCC regulations are outdated and unsafe, yet they communicate to our local governments that they follow safe FCC guidelines. How come we cannot deny a local cell tower location due to health or environmental issues then? The FCC was given a pass on this! I find this completely unreasonable, unsafe and preferential treatment for the FCC and an enormous disparity for the public and our children. I challenge the FCC to do a complete safety study on people living under 2000 feet near a cell tower and see that the cases of Cancer can increase up to 17% as studies in Iseral and Germany had documented along with other health concerns ignored by the FCC. Disgraceful! Please regulate cell tower distance from sensitive areas and REQUIRE the FCC to do current safety testing on humans. The FCC cannot run amok! There is so much evidence out there that RF exposure causes harm from around the world please look into it. Thank-you for this chance voice our concerns.

No to all forms of harmful emf's! We are a wired rural family with a landline and only use wireless when absolutely necessary. There are all kinds of studies saying many forms of emfs are harmful to humans and wildlife. No to mega cell towers, data centers and flock cameras - please value human life over the material world.

I oppose further expansion of 5G infrastructure without a thorough, transparent, and independent evaluation of potential health and environmental impacts. I urge HHS to prioritize public health and address the concerns of people who cannot readily choose or control their exposure. I ask HHS to support independent research into long-term exposure, including potential effects on children, pregnant people, and individuals reporting sensitivity to wireless devices. Reports of adverse symptoms deserve respectful investigation, with careful assessment of possible causes. Please evaluate whether existing exposure standards adequately address real-world conditions, including exposure from multiple sources over time. Findings, uncertainties, funding sources, and conflicts of interest should be clearly disclosed to the public. I also urge federal agencies to support wired connectivity options, accessible exposure monitoring, and meaningful community participation in decisions about infrastructure near homes, schools, and workplaces. My position is no to continued 5G expansion without stronger public accountability and a credible, independent assessment of health and environmental concerns. Public health must come first.

Good afternoon, My name is Rachel Kamalova and I am the mother of 6 children. I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of a parent and concerned member of the public. Wireless radiation has been making my family sick these past 6 years. During covid lock downs a 5g tower was put up close to our home. Shortly after this 2 of my sons started getting migraines that have become worse and for frequent. They are otherwise healthy boys. There is so much more chaos and anxiety when the wifi is on... and our neighborhood have all suffered since the tower was put in place. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health. My experience include a strong headache and 8 on a scale of 10 after a new cell tower was build and activated. previously I never had a migrane headache like other people. I went to Sweden. There everyone I met were either harmed by electromagentic radiation or knew people who were! In Sweden, I felt fine for 4 days. I relocated. Four days again headache reaapread. GRRR! This experience repeated again and again. I slept uncomfortale in the rental car. Rarely I asked a homeowner for a shower. To get food was distant. I slept in a Swedish log cottae with a ground fire in the middle space and laayers of deer for to sleep on. Nice. I had to leave. New guests were arriving. To continue: People harmed by electromagnetic radiation may carry in their bodies a remembered injury from invisible electromagnetic radiation. My home is similar to a faraday cage. No wifi, no drones, in a no fly zoen, NRQZ protected by USA - Congress in 1956. A person viisted was here for 10 , minutes. She HAD to leave immediately. She did not alow her body to forget the consstatn invisible pain (in a faraday cage) in our home. I tried to contact her. No luck. A hospital diagnosed her having "Vibroacoustic disease". (VAD) in her obivuatry (2025). She had died. I feel sad and very helpless. Harmful places I detected: Creek and rivers carry frequencies (My reactions were confirmed by a medical doctor / scientist) still lakes, ponds reflect a constant frequency. A rock cliff reflects radiation emitted from vehicles. Trains (higher frequency as the train approaches: lower frequency as it moves away) affect many. I could not live near a railroad. From experience, the radiation harms and frightens me. I experienced the ding ding of an approaching train, the gate arms lowered, I braced myslef. No train. The dings stoopped. No train. Wish, the trains train very quickly passed.

Perspective I am submitting as an individual, a parent, and a family caregiver. I am also a public school teacher of 14 years. Experience Our home is within sight of commercial radio broadcast towers. Soon after we moved in, I suddenly developed significant metabolic dysfunction and systemic inflammation that no doctor has been able to resolve while we live here. This is not lifestyle. I eat as clean as possible, am extremely active, and changed nothing about my diet or lifestyle when these problems began. Both of my pregnancies were in this home. In my first, I had major complications during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, and my child was born with significant birth defects requiring multiple surgeries. In my second, lab work confirmed metabolic and hormonal problems that affected my child's development and birth, and I again had major complications. These were not random or unexplained. These are all known issues from non-native EMF exposure from the broadcast towers and nearby power lines. After my first child's birth, a cellular antenna was installed about half a mile from our home, mounted on power lines. We received no notice and could find no public registration or record of it. We only knew it existed by seeing it. After it was installed, my postpartum recovery worsened. My metabolic and hormonal problems increased, my migraines got worse, and I developed slow wound healing. Many of these reflect impaired cellular repair, including autophagy, mitophagy, and overnight repair. My metabolic problems and inflammation continue to increase, raising my long-term risk of serious disease, including cancer. My husband has always been extremely healthy and active and still plays sports as an adult. Even so, his bloodwork now shows changes in his cholesterol patterns and markers associated with heart disease risk. Neither of us changed our diet, lifestyle, or anything else that would explain this. We both had the same bloodwork changes in the same month, right after the antenna was installed. My doctor has told me we have done everything we can medically, and since my health is not improving, we need to move. We are being forced to move, at significant financial cost, solely because of these health problems, which my doctor has confirmed are caused by our non-native EMF exposure. We are especially concerned for our infant and toddler, whose brains are developing every day they spend in this home. Placement Cell antennas, broadcast towers, and similar installations should not be placed near homes at all. Notice is not enough. It leaves families like ours with one option: to keep moving at our own expense. Many residents also do not know the risks, so they cannot protect themselves or their children. Every installation, including antennas on power lines or utility poles, should be listed in a searchable public registry. We had no notice, no say, and no record we could find. Surveillance There is nowhere for families to report experiences like ours. HHS should create a reporting system for health effects near wireless infrastructure, power lines, and broadcast towers, and study clusters of pregnancy complications, birth outcomes, and metabolic and cardiovascular changes near these sources. Sensitive populations, children, and schools Exposure assessment should be different for pregnant women, infants, and children. Exposure during pregnancy not only affects the mother's health during and after pregnancy, but can cause irreversible damage to the developing baby. Children absorb more of this radiation than adults, as their brains are not yet fully myelinated, which impacts their neurological development. Proximity to homes, schools, and childcare facilities is the most important factor HHS should consider. As a teacher, I see how much exposure children have during the school day. Schools need clear regulations: no electric vehicle chargers on campus or near playgrounds, and no children seated near Wi-Fi routers. HHS should also evaluate combined exposure from multiple sources rather than each source alone. Request This is not only a question for further study. These installations are being placed near homes and schools without residents' knowledge, affecting our health and our homes. Many families cannot afford to move. Others, like mine, only learn the consequences after serious harm has happened. I ask HHS to establish that these installations cannot be placed near homes, schools, childcare facilities, or playgrounds, to require a public registry of all installations, and to set clear limits on exposure in schools.

I want to share our community’s deeply concerning experience with a proposed cell tower installation located just five feet from a school facility where young children regularly play. Despite significant concerns raised by parents, residents, and the surrounding community, the telecommunications company continued pushing forward with the installation. The owners of the building listened to our concerns and recognized the importance of protecting the children and families who use this space. Unfortunately, the telecommunications company was unwilling to meaningfully address those concerns and even fought against the building owners in its efforts to move forward. As a parent, I find it incredibly troubling that telecommunications infrastructure can be placed so close to areas where children spend their days without greater consideration of potential long-term health effects, environmental impacts, or the concerns of the families directly affected. Our experience highlighted a serious imbalance between the interests of telecommunications companies and the ability of local communities and property owners to have a meaningful voice in decisions that affect them. I urge HHS to reevaluate existing wireless radiation exposure standards using current, independent scientific research, with particular attention to children’s long-term and cumulative exposure. I also encourage greater transparency, stronger oversight, and meaningful consideration of community concerns when wireless infrastructure is proposed near schools and other places where children gather. Families should not have to fight this hard simply to have legitimate health and safety concerns heard. Our children deserve thoughtful protections, and our communities deserve a meaningful voice in decisions that may affect their health and well-being for years to come.
