Obtaining public health data from being exposed to the various radiation and radio frequencies is of utmost importance PRIOR to any further exposure. The US Constitution guarantees its citizens the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. None of these mandates are met when business practices expose citizens to harmful agents of any kind. The rush to begin building prior to knowing the harmful effects is a blatant move signaling a disregard for the science to provide data to hold companies accountable.
