RF SAFE / REFERENCE & CONTEXT
Sources, methods & limitations
This preview contains a static snapshot of selected RFsafe.net resources retrieved October 10, 2026. It does not reproduce RFsafe.org’s live ingestion, accounts, AI services or editorial pipeline.
Research records
The bundled index identifies 6,477 records. These include different exposure domains, study designs and unrelated topics. They are not 6,477 unique studies establishing RF harm. Record summaries and effect/evidence categories originate from the source collection and may be AI-assisted. They are not independently regraded here.
Use original publications to verify claims. A classification such as “harm” describes a source label, not an established risk to every phone user. Extraction confidence is distinct from evidence quality. Duplicates, source-summary mismatches, corrections and retractions require review.
Study designs answer different questions
- Human observational research can identify associations; confounding, recall error and selection bias affect interpretation.
- Animal experiments can identify hazards under specified conditions. They do not directly calculate personal human risk.
- Cellular and mechanistic studies test processes; effects do not automatically establish disease.
- RF Safe’s S4–Mito–Spin and low-fidelity-biology materials are proposed frameworks, not established clinical explanations.
SAR measurements
The selected app contains 124 phone records from its source snapshot. Other RF Safe caches differ in coverage. We preserve the selected app’s IDs and measurements rather than silently merging incompatible records. SAR values are certification-test measurements in W/kg; compare the same test position, region, averaging basis and radio combination. Missing or zero placeholders are not zero exposure. No ranking certifies a phone as safe.
Visual models
SAR Kids and SAR Share preserve source illustrations. These are pre-rendered visualizations, not a measurement of the viewer or a validated personal dosimetry calculator. Model provenance and numerical assumptions need further scientific review.
Advocacy and dated guidance
Imported policy articles are attributed RF Safe perspectives. Source dates, legal interpretations and draft letters may predate this preview. Consult current official notices for filing scope and deadlines. HHS and FCC require separate filings; copy/draft tools do not submit them.
Update policy
The repeatable importer records source URLs, retrieval dates and hashes, stages transformations, and reports missing files or local-edit conflicts. Publication remains a separate reviewed handoff. There is no live update promise or background synchronization in this preview.
