Elöverkänsligas Riksförbund (Swedish Association for the Electrohypersensitive), a national Swedish disability rights organization, hereby submits the attached response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure, Docket No. HHS-OASH-2026-0397.
Our submission presents experiences reported by people with electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EHS), Swedish public health information, and recommendations concerning exposure limits, public health surveillance, accessibility, and further research.
