I am submitting this comment in response to HHS’s Request for Information on Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs), Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation, and Wireless Radiation Exposure. I am responding from the perspective of an individual, researcher and alternative healthcare advocate. Attached are more details since my story with EMR Syndrome covers many years and many exposures. 1. EMR Syndrome started Fall 2009 when my husband was killed by the deep state with 400-600 rentgens of radiation in our home. He had been surreptitiously chipped on our wooded property 5 ½ years earlier, after publishing our first special edition publication (December 2002, January 2003, February 2003.) See https://vaclib.org/news/smallpoxalert.htm 2. Noticed a pathway of the beam that killed my husband by the tree branches and dead plants and how far the swath extended. I knew I was also being hit on while working in the basement of our home by the service berry bushes leaves turning black. Only this particular native bush has an aversion to radiation to this degree. Purple lupines that grew on our property came back pink. Many flowers turn white in the face of microwave radiation, such as Cosmos flowers. Our apple tree was very close to the direct path of the beam and nearly died. It took five years for me to bring tree back to life. 3. A bit later I joined a local group, EHS Idaho, to halt smart meters from being placed on our homes. We ended up failing on this front but thanks to the work of Mary M., they put in an opt-out program that cost those affected $25 in additional fees monthly. For those who couldn’t afford that, we had to tough it out. (more to her story is attached) 4. May 2019 – restarted a broadcast on Republic Broadcasting Network https://republicbroadcasting.org/ called Immunize Wizely. Guests included Dr Martin Pall 3X, Shannon Rowan, author of WiFi Refugee + The Red Shoes (3X) and other researchers on the wireless issue. 5. I moved to Hayden, Idaho in mid-March 2020, just prior to the historical Covid lock-down. I realized the place I could afford wasn’t the best protection for me when I could see my neighbor’s wireless router from the living room window. Soon after I moved, I felt multiple pings on my head when surrounded by smart cars at a red light. Then I knew I had to start taking detox baths since microwave radiation is bioaccumulative. 6. My neighbor to the east has a wireless router I could see from my living room window – on her west side facing me on the east side of my house. After a neighbor moved to the west of me, they installed a wireless router on the east side of there house hitting my dining room and bathroom. Had to stop using that bathroom except for going to the bathroom and stapled heavy aluminum foil floor to ceiling on the east and west walls so I could live there. Later saved up my money for a canopy over my bed. While not perfect, I am managing with more frequent detox baths and shielding my head and the waist up of my body when I go to town. Before I did this, my health was seriously deteriorating and people noticed. 7. On August 1, 2026 after a series of intense exposures with no body shielding, I found myself out in my garage desperate to get a hold of someone who refuses to answer their phone or email and will only do texting. I was finishing the text to her when I could barely hit the send button. My right side started failing and I threw the darn phone down on the car and grabbed onto whatever I could to pull myself in the house. I managed to use my corded landline to call a friend and leave a garbled message. Then I laid on the floor and started moving my body in stretches and then had the impulse to get on my ReboundAIR mini-trampoline. After that, I was normal. About an hour later, I went to shut the darn phone OFF and when I did, all the symptoms of the mini-stroke happened again. I didn’t turn on the cellphone for a full 30 days and started taking DMSO and other supplements while doing more clay baths. 8. My business partner also had the same kind of stroke from wireless router for entire motel/RV park placed close to his RV in Summer 2025. He is still struggling to regain his health. I support HHS taking an active role in examining the health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge HHS to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.
