MY NEIGHBORS AND ANIMALS ARE DYING I am SICK. My family members have been SICK SINCE more than a hundred UNREGULATED TOWERS WENT LIVE over our community. This has been a challenge for me to get anyone to help in my community. I wanted to share my story in hopes of helping others. My story is one of many in Terrebonne Parish. After multiple (9) 300-foot 5G towers were put over our homes, four 300-foot 5G towers were put over my home and animal sanctuary, and four 300-foot towers were put over my office. At the same time, smart meters were put on my home, along with those of every other Entergy customer. I began getting sick, very sick. It began in my petting area with heart palpitations, headaches, vomiting, ringing in my ears, confusion, bleeding gums, insomnia, nightmares, dizziness, anxiety, ears buzzing 24 hours a day, severe fatigue, muscle weakness, and more. I have now been diagnosed with radiation syndrome / EHS (electromagnetic hypersensitivity syndrome) caused by extreme exposure to radiation. Many residents are experiencing similar symptoms. Countless children are now suffering. Being a very healthy person my whole life, this has been a life-changing situation. I am usually the one helping others; now I need your help. I never thought this could happen until I was forced to face it by becoming sick. I'm not sure where this illness will take me. However, I must do all I can to protect my family and my community. Seven neighbors on my street and friends have died after the towers went live over their homes. Many other residents are also sick. My community is surrounded by towers that have no regulatory testing information, nor does our planning department ask for it, citing the FCC's outdated RF radiation guidelines. I became certified in RF radiation testing. I now test the towers and smart meters. I can confirm that the EMF (electromagnetic frequency) / RF (radio frequency) radiation being emitted is extreme for every single product, tower, and smart device I have tested. It has been a fight to protect my family, my community, and myself, with EVERYONE CITING THE FCC'S OUTDATED RF RADIATION GUIDELINES. I had to learn all I could about this to protect my health and theirs. I've had to turn my home, where I have lived for 28 years, into an EMF-safe house (until I sell it), as well as my barn, which is surrounded by EMF material and protection. My bed is covered with EMF protection as well due to the radiation levels in my home. I now have to wear protective clothing all day. Leaving my safe area means becoming exposed due to the unbridled towers around me. I am a very private person. This is not easy to share, but if I do not ask for help now, many more innocent people will be sick, or they will die like my neighbors, my friends, and my animals. Since the towers went live, six of my horses have died instantly under the towers. All of my little animals have died. My 200-pound tortoises started going blind. I'm not sure where the daily radiation exposure will take me, so I thought now is the best time to ask for your help in making a change. THE FCC MUST REGULATE THE RADIATION, OR THE DEATH & DESTRUCTION WILL NEVER END. Technology is safe only if it is REGULATED.

(Relating to earlier comment) A brief historical summary of those involved with passing the previously mentioned Oregon Senate Bill 283 Prof. Paul Héroux, Professor of Toxicology and Health Effects of Electromagnetism at the McGill University flew to Portland from Montreal to testify on behalf of SB 283, only to return to Monreal the following day. Prof. Héroux developed a Unified Theory of Weak Magnetic Field Action that proposes A radical new outlook. Dr. Paul Dart, an Environmental Physician of Eugene, Oregon, makes invisible electromagnetic radiation visible, using his instrument, as he testifies at the Senate. The term Electromagnetic Medicine has, over the years, meant researchers in laboratories looking to use electromagnetic radiation to treat diseases. Dr. Dart gives it a new, clinical meaning, in the protection of Lucia, 14 years old, who testified below. L---a (a minor) attended school while positioned just below a WiFi router. At 9 years old, she became ill with nausea and rashes, and for over a year saw 7 doctors before her family realized that she was made sick by the WiFi radiation. Her mother switched her to the only school available that did not have WiFi, and she recovered. Graduating from her current school, she is now looking to continue her studies in an environment that will not make her sick. Senator Laurie Monnes-Anderson introduced the bill as a legislator and retired public health nurse. Monnes-Anderson is also a former school board member and the mother of two children who attended Oregon public schools.  She understands the strengths and weaknesses of our public education system and has become well versed in the potential risks of long term exposure to microwave radiation in the classroom environment and made a special appearance at the hearing to speak in support of the bill.

In 2019 I facilitated the passage, in Oregon, of SB283 which was to review science to determine whether children in schools are safe being exposed to high power wi-fi routers and other wireless devices in the classroom. The bill passed unanimously in the Senate and overwhelmingly in the House. While lobbying the bill and gathering information I interviewed 2 children who had to leave school due to microwave sickness caused by RF in the school. I also met 2 teachers, one in Los Angeles with the same condition. The teacher in L.A. sued the school and won the lawsuit. The results of the science review by the Oregon Health Authority, quoting the first draft: "All studies showed worse health outcomes, all studies showed harm to reproductive organs..." The draft was withheld from a FOIA request and later obtained by journalist, Dan Forbes, who wrote a lengthy article about the corrupt handling and the crime committed by OHA in withholding from a FOIA request. In addition, commercial insurance companies will no longer insure for "harm from exposure to electromagnetic frequencies" This is an industry wide practice that has taken affect years ago. Cell telephone advertising shows people with the phone against their heads yet companies warn to keep the phone an inch from the body. I always wonder if legislators or others in high profile agencies and organizations that are compromised by industry money ever consider they are doing harm by defrauding science, writing phony reports, and controlling the narrative in deceiving the public that they are safe. You have blood on your hands, perhaps accessory to murder and should be protecting the public rather than corporate profits

About 10 years ago Penelec wanted to install a "smart meter" on our house. I was aware that these EMF devices had been known to be detrimental to the health of people with pacemakers. As my father had this device, we had to hire a lawyer to try to stop the installation. This cost tens of thousands of dollars. After two months my father said it was costing too much. Shortly thereafter Penelec installed said meter while we were not at home. Exactly one month after installation my father had a stroke, resulting in his need for a wheelchair for the remainder of his life. These instruments need to be removed from every home.

In 2016, I developed EMF hypersensitivity (EMR Syndrome) shortly after being exposed to 5 electrical and another 5 gas smart meters on my apartment bedroom wall while living in California. I was also subjected to my neighbors' wifi signals and their cell phone transmissions, and lived within 900 feet of a cell tower. My symptoms included: brain fog, depression, leg cramps, insomnia, severe tinnitus, and skin cancer that required two surgeries to successfully remove. I purchased an EMF meter to read the radiation output, but could not get the levels down low enough to sleep in my bedroom, despite shielding the walls. Consequently, I was forced to sleep on my living room floor. My only remedy was to move to Oregon, where I could replace the smart meter with an analog one, use a copper landline for telephone calls, and completely hardwire my internet connection. Since then, most of my symptoms have disappeared except the tinnitus. However, despite all of the precautions I have taken to protect my health, I cannot spend time in a crowd of people using their cell phones, nor in a building bathed in wifi. I'm lucky that I know how to protect myself, but most people are unaware of the damage that EMFs are doing to their mental and physical health. I pray that you will see fit to reassess the danger of EMFs so that no one else will ever be subjected to the suffering that I've had to endure.

In 2011 I bought my first iPhone. I began to feel very ill. When I put the phone down I felt better. I got rid of the phone. I lived my life only being able to use technology in limited ways but it was manageable. In 2019 my workplace updated their WiFi throughout the building and I was no longer able to be inside the building. In 2020 as most 5G was installed, it was the drop that tipped the bucket for the radiation exposure my body could handle and I am no longer able to use a computer, go inside any public buildings with WiFi, homes with WiFi, cars with Bluetooth or be in the vicinity of any type of cell tower. My life is severely limited due to the sea of non-ionizing radiation we live in each day. I cannot work, go shopping, or visit friends or family without severe radiation sickness

I am writing to ask you to allow freedom of choice regarding the wireless, RF, and EMF radiation that is known to be dangerous to human health. The NIH has shown that these can cause DNA damage, especially in children. Here in Massachusetts, the utility companies charge residents several hundred dollars a year if they opt out of having a Smart Meter (RF radiation) mounted on their homes. These fees are unrestricted and can increase at the whim of the utility companies. This is wrong. I should not have to pay to keep RF devices off my home. Thank you for your consideration.

I have 2 grandchildren in public schools and am very worried about health radiation exposure from the wireless technology used in our schools. The risks include cancer (which is the 2nd cause of death in children). The core issue is that wireless technology was implemented, without consideration of the impact on human health, based on the 1996 FCC Regulation. Since then, new scientific studies have proven links to health risks from wireless radiation. I learned first-hand about illness from wireless exposure when I became ill in my own home. Having spent my career as a university librarian, I educated myself about this. The science points to strong associations between wireless radiation and multiple illnesses. The [U.S.] National Toxicology Program reports that wireless radiation causes DNA damage which results in cancer. Dr. Anthony Miller, former senior advisor to the WHO states that it should be promoted from 2B to 1A, a human carcinogen. In fact, this radiation is absorbed deeper into the bodies of children than into adults. The danger is not only in years to come, but NOW. For example, at Fay School in Southboro, MA, children exposed to Wi-Fi became ill with nose-bleeds, headaches, and nausea. The following steps should be implemented for schools: 1. Require that all computers within schools be hard-wired and eliminate wireless transmission. [This has already been done in Europe]. 2. To immediately minimize WI-FI signals, instruct school personnel to keep wireless routers and devices off when not in use. 3. Since funding may be a challenge, negotiate with the industry that brought in this toxic technology to subsidize the hard-wiring of school computer systems. Our children’s health should take top priority over corporate profit. 4. In addition to the many hours of exposure inside school, there is radiation from outside. Please oppose the installation of 5G antennas within a half-mile of school buildings [as has been done in Europe]. 5G increases radiation exposures manyfold, and at a crucial time of their development, children will be even more bombarded. Given that 1 in 3 people will develop cancer in their lifetime, please take action to protect ALL our children, teachers, and staff! i suffered negative health impact from EMF from cellphone, Wifi, cell towers, and wind turbines. it caused my diaphragm to constrict and disallow proper breathing. the wind turbine's emissions are the most powerful and their detrimental effects reach far and wide. my phone is now kept on airplane mode except during use with ear plugs, home computer, cell phone are hard wired at home and distance is kept from wind turbines and cell towers. i suffered much needless hardship as it took time to pin point the true cause of this severe debilitation. until then proper and efficacious measures could NOT be taken.
