I am writing regarding the FCC’s response to the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals’ remand concerning its decades-old radiofrequency (RF) radiation exposure guidelines. The Court directed the FCC to provide a reasoned explanation for its determination that its guidelines adequately protect humans against harmful effects of RF radiation unrelated to cancer. Specifically, the court required the FCC to address the impacts of RF radiation on children, the health implications of long-term exposure, the ubiquity of wireless devices and technological developments, impacts on the environment, and the adequacy of the FCC’s testing procedures for cell phones and other portable devices. The FCC should fully consider evidence and real-world experiences concerning the health and environmental impacts of wireless radiation, including non-cancer health effects, impacts on children, long-term and cumulative exposure, cancer, and impacts on wildlife and the environment. Here is just one study I believe the FCC should review when addressing the concerns about wireless radiation: McCredden, McLean, and Steinenmann (2026): Wireless sensitivities and comorbidities: A prevalence study of co-morbidities in Canada, Australia, and the United States Although this study does not establish causation, I believe the information gathered raises enough red flags to warrant further investigation of both the thermal and non-thermal effects of electromagnetic fields. These studies are crucial for studying its impact on both the human population and the environment. The FCC is not a health agency and does not have expertise in medicine, biology or public health. Yet, the agency continues to assert authority over RF exposure standards and is preparing to reach conclusions about whether its existing guidelines adequately protect the public. I urge the FCC to recognize the critical role of federal health agencies, including the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and to rely on appropriate health and biological expertise when addressing the issues identified by the court. This issue matters to me personally. I have always been sensitive to electromagnetic frequencies. I first noticed it as a child when we would drive under high power electrical wires. I would feel “pressure” or pain in my head and chest. Decades later, as cell towers started to be constructed, I noticed increased intensity and headaches when within a certain range of cell towers. In 2012, while vacationing at a resort that was in close proximity to a cell tower, I ended up in the emergency room with chest pain. They found trace levels of troponin in my blood and a cardiac catheritization was performed. I was 44 years old and otherwise healthy. Around the same time, I started to have symptoms when near Wi-Fi and security systems, while holding a cell phone next to my head, when wearing wireless headphones, and when using Bluetooth in my car. Now, with 5G expansion, satellite technology, and increased security systems, my symptoms have increased tremendously and are often unbearable. There is frequent ringing in my ears, headaches, chest pressure, shortness of breath, and extreme fatigue. I find that it is especially bad on overcast days. I urge the FCC to give meaningful consideration to the experiences and evidence before it and to fully address each of the issues identified by the court. People should always come before profits!

My life was shattered by the introduction of smart meters. My exposure to smart meters led to cardiac disease, including an episode where my heart flat-lined. I ran for my life, away from wireless sources: smart meters, cell towers and now 5G, 5GE , etc. There is nowhere left to run, as 5GE satellites have been lowered to 85 miles above human life, causing severe medical challenges for me and countless millions. All exposure to wireless poses serious health challenges to all living beings, even if an individual OR THEIR HEALTHCARE PROVEDERS are unaware of the origins of their medical challenges. HHS and the FCC are legally obligated to protect US citizens and their health/toxic exposures. HHS and the FCC must act now to stop harming us and provide protected measures for human, animal and plant life.

MY NEIGHBORS AND ANIMALS ARE DYING I am SICK. My family members have been SICK SINCE more than a hundred UNREGULATED TOWERS WENT LIVE over our community. This has been a challenge for me to get anyone to help in my community. I wanted to share my story in hopes of helping others. My story is one of many in Terrebonne Parish. After multiple (9) 300-foot 5G towers were put over our homes, four 300-foot 5G towers were put over my home and animal sanctuary, and four 300-foot towers were put over my office. At the same time, smart meters were put on my home, along with those of every other Entergy customer. I began getting sick, very sick. It began in my petting area with heart palpitations, headaches, vomiting, ringing in my ears, confusion, bleeding gums, insomnia, nightmares, dizziness, anxiety, ears buzzing 24 hours a day, severe fatigue, muscle weakness, and more. I have now been diagnosed with radiation syndrome / EHS (electromagnetic hypersensitivity syndrome) caused by extreme exposure to radiation. Many residents are experiencing similar symptoms. Countless children are now suffering. Being a very healthy person my whole life, this has been a life-changing situation. I am usually the one helping others; now I need your help. I never thought this could happen until I was forced to face it by becoming sick. I'm not sure where this illness will take me. However, I must do all I can to protect my family and my community. Seven neighbors on my street and friends have died after the towers went live over their homes. Many other residents are also sick. My community is surrounded by towers that have no regulatory testing information, nor does our planning department ask for it, citing the FCC's outdated RF radiation guidelines. I became certified in RF radiation testing. I now test the towers and smart meters. I can confirm that the EMF (electromagnetic frequency) / RF (radio frequency) radiation being emitted is extreme for every single product, tower, and smart device I have tested. It has been a fight to protect my family, my community, and myself, with EVERYONE CITING THE FCC'S OUTDATED RF RADIATION GUIDELINES. I had to learn all I could about this to protect my health and theirs. I've had to turn my home, where I have lived for 28 years, into an EMF-safe house (until I sell it), as well as my barn, which is surrounded by EMF material and protection. My bed is covered with EMF protection as well due to the radiation levels in my home. I now have to wear protective clothing all day. Leaving my safe area means becoming exposed due to the unbridled towers around me. I am a very private person. This is not easy to share, but if I do not ask for help now, many more innocent people will be sick, or they will die like my neighbors, my friends, and my animals. Since the towers went live, six of my horses have died instantly under the towers. All of my little animals have died. My 200-pound tortoises started going blind. I'm not sure where the daily radiation exposure will take me, so I thought now is the best time to ask for your help in making a change. THE FCC MUST REGULATE THE RADIATION, OR THE DEATH & DESTRUCTION WILL NEVER END. Technology is safe only if it is REGULATED.

I believe that it is time to seriously address the negative effects of 5G radiation on human health, especially that of children. I will cite two scientific studies, of many, that describe the deleterious effects of 5G radiation. Any reasonable conclusion would be that to continue to use this format for our basic internet communications would require adequate shielding from the radiation. Without that, we are risking our future - and not just of homo sapiens. Please look at the depth and breadth of studies of this subject. It will not just 'go away' because powerful interests say it's absolutely necessary. We know that is not true. I hereby object to the Federal Communications Commission’s continued reliance on RF radiation exposure limits that have not been adequately updated to reflect current scientific evidence, modern wireless technologies, cumulative and long-term exposure, and the potential for non-thermal biological effects. The public deserves safety standards based on current, independent scientific research, transparent risk assessment, and the precautionary consideration of potential harm to human health. Regulatory standards must be periodically reassessed as new evidence emerges, rather than presumed adequate simply because they were adopted decades ago. I respectfully request that this objection be entered into the official record and that the FCC undertake a comprehensive, independent review of its RF radiation exposure standards, including their scientific basis, adequacy for contemporary technologies, and protection of residents, workers, and other potentially exposed populations. From my personal experience: I have been overexposed to EMF and RF radiation from unpermitted 5G wireless base station installed right above our living quarters. This cluster of transmitters were operated under FCC Experimental Radio License utilizing untested, unauthorized prototype equipment without any prior testing for RF/EMF emission compliance. Our family started to feel ill effects right after the activation of these devices and the symptoms got worst with each passing day. It got so bad that we ultimately had no other choice then to relocate to a new apartment to get away from this constant exposure. My mother now suffers from EHS and other symptoms which greatly affected quality of her life. Despite the many complaint we reported to FCC of the nature of the antennas, being used for experimentation and testing and the site not being registered and so forth, FCC's response was that the equipment is operating within the FCC limits even though they could not provide such verification themselves for such unregistered prototype. I urge you to update your safety standards based on recent studies provided to you by many scientist from all over the world so general public has a chance for better protection and that people do not have to go through similar experience of loosing their home or health. I live in Berkeley, CA. I feel that my health has deteriorated in the last years -- joint pain, fatigue, vertigo, mental fog and memory loss and other maladies. I have had four or five very scary episodes of vertigo, where my head was spinning, which evolved into a feeling that a strong force was pushing me down toward the ground. I couldn't stand up. I hobbled outside and took off my shoes and hummed (some things I had heard about to ground my self). On one of these occasions my mother (95) was coming up the block from her walk using her walker. She was slumped over and said she was exhausted. We recovered (otherwise I wouldn't be telling you this). Another time I saw my neighbor on the side of his house between our house and his house. He was trying to walk and then slumped over and couldn't stand up. I remember when I and some others were protesting the installation of a cell tower in our neighborhood, a military man walked by and told us cell technology was a "weapon" and told us of an incident when he was on a ship and a big flock of sea birds flew too close to the warship and dropped to their deaths when they hit the wall of the deadly energy field. We have no place to complain about these occurrences. The science loving, war capital city of Berkeley has no agency to talk to about it and are completely unsympathetic. We just have proliferation. I also read that this technology was created by the military and that, even though healthier frequencies could be used, they chose to use the unhealthy ones. In 2016, I developed EMF hypersensitivity (EMR Syndrome) shortly after being exposed to 5 electrical and another 5 gas smart meters on my apartment bedroom wall while living in California. I was also subjected to my neighbors' wifi signals and their cell phone transmissions, and lived within 900 feet of a cell tower. My symptoms included: brain fog, depression, leg cramps, insomnia, severe tinnitus, and skin cancer that required two surgeries to successfully remove. I purchased an EMF meter to read the radiation output, but could not get the levels down low enough to sleep in my bedroom, despite shielding the walls. Consequently, I was forced to sleep on my living room floor. My only remedy was to move to Oregon, where I could replace the smart meter with an analog one, use a copper landline for telephone calls, and completely hardwire my internet connection. Since then, most of my symptoms have disappeared except the tinnitus. However, despite all of the precautions I have taken to protect my health, I cannot spend time in a crowd of people using their cell phones, nor in a building bathed in wifi. I'm lucky that I know how to protect myself, but most people are unaware of the damage that EMFs are doing to their mental and physical health. I pray that you will see fit to reassess the danger of EMFs so that no one else will ever be subjected to the suffering that I've had to endure.

In 2011 I bought my first iPhone. I began to feel very ill. When I put the phone down I felt better. I got rid of the phone. I lived my life only being able to use technology in limited ways but it was manageable. In 2019 my workplace updated their WiFi throughout the building and I was no longer able to be inside the building. In 2020 as most 5G was installed, it was the drop that tipped the bucket for the radiation exposure my body could handle and I am no longer able to use a computer, go inside any public buildings with WiFi, homes with WiFi, cars with Bluetooth or be in the vicinity of any type of cell tower. My life is severely limited due to the sea of non-ionizing radiation we live in each day. I cannot work, go shopping, or visit friends or family without severe radiation sickness
