My health has been negatively affected by the increase in EMFs and I have been forced to spend a lot of money obtaining various mitigation products. Exposure to cell phones, antennas, smart meters, routers, and other wireless devices has caused headaches, dizziness and fatigue even though those devices meet the old FCC guidelines. As an Epidemiologist and Health Researcher, I am appalled by the FCC's dragging its feet again and again. Meanwhile, many millions of people in the US are exposed to wireless radiation regularly, if not daily and hourly. Again, the US government chooses to lag behind many other countries that proactively respond to potential health-threatening effects of this technology as well as the formidable scientific research indicating that the effects are very dangerous. In my work as a Cancer and Chronic Disease Researcher, I have been surprised at the many years it takes to put even preliminary health and safety guardrails in place in this country. The FCC is now (again) in a position to change its sluggish "responses" to the many known negative effects of this technology upon the human body as well as our precious environment. I strongly urge the FCC to finally update its. in scientific parlance, "ancient" guidelines and work diligently to begin the process of truly protecting our health and safety regarding this technology. We are all watching now, as is the world.

D.C. Circuit Court (2021) found the agency had failed to adequately address—including children’s vulnerability, long-term exposure, environmental and wildlife impacts, and potential health effects involving reproduction, the immune system, and DNA damage. I have never seen so many cases of infertility, fatigue, brain fog, and headaches. What is causing this outbreak? I believe it is from the radiation people are constantly being exposed to. We did not have much of a problem with this issue in the 1800s and early 1900s. Now, Children are crammed in classrooms with their computers all day. There are so many children complaining of headaches, being tired, and being unable to focus, which I believe is caused by the heavy exposure to radiation from their environment. I see hundreds of clients in my clinic with all manner of diseases. Brain Fog, Cancer, fatigue, Afib etc When these same clients go out of town, away from Cell towers, they get better. 5G towers put near homes are causing the most havoc. My wife gets ill every time we go to the downtown area of our city, where there are a huge number of towers. She can't go to our downtown area because of the cell towers. Studies have been shown towers must be at least 2000 or more away to mitigate damage.

For too long, telecommunications companies have gotten away with gambling with human and animal health via radiation exposure. We need real controlled studies about the potential harms and long-term effects of radiation and chronic exposure to non-ionizing radiation, including children’s vulnerability, long-term exposure, environmental and wildlife impacts, and potential health effects involving reproduction, the immune system, and DNA damage. Updated guidelines that take into consideration changes in technology since 1996--and which place a moratorium on new technologies until their potential harms can be properly understood from an informed-consent perspective--are imperative for human and animal health and general welfare.

The FCC must follow the D.C. Circuit Court's 2020 order in EHT v. FCC to address how wireless radiation affects children and the environment, the health implications of long-term exposure, and the increase in the vast number of devices and changes in technology since 1996.

I am responding from the perspective of a concerned member of the public, a Dual USA and Canadian citizen, and as one who is negatively affected by man-made electromagnetic radiation. I personally suffer from tinnitus and severe vertigo. When I was living in a city with smart meters, cell towers, neighbors wi-fi, etc. my symptoms were becoming more severe as time went by. About 2 years, ago we moved to an acreage where the emf levels are low the great majority of the time and since we have moved here I have not had any more vertigo attacks. In my opinion, man-made electromagnetic radiation is the latest, greatest environmental pollutant and it has become ubiquitous in our present world. Many people as well as all life in the environment is negatively affected, as we have evolved to function in the natural electromagnetic environment. I support the FCC taking an active role in examining the potential health and environmental effects of wireless radiation. Questions about human health should be addressed by federal agencies with appropriate expertise in medicine, biology, epidemiology, and public health, and the experiences of individuals and families who report being affected should be considered alongside the scientific evidence. I urge the FCC to carefully evaluate these experiences and the scientific evidence, identify gaps in current research, give particular attention to children and other potentially vulnerable populations, and establish appropriate federal research priorities regarding wireless radiation and public health.
