Theresa Melia – Graton, California October 16, 2026. Dear People of the FCC I suffer from electro-magnetic frequency radiation from wireless signal. I hear and feel wireless signal, and have for more than 20 years. If I have the misfortune of being where a sine wave lands, from a cell tower, I feel excruciating pain. The pain drills through my ears, into my brain. I must move quickly to get out of the line of attack. Wireless signal has stolen silence and quiet from my life. I remember the blessed sound of silence/quiet and I long to hear it again. There are some Nature places that are still quiet. They are rare and require travel. I will never own or use a cellphone. I have done various “remedies”, to help protect my home from wireless signal. No cell phones are allowed on my property. I opted-out of “smart” meters. I planted iron rich soil and some iron rods around my house in hope of directing signal into the earth. But wireless signal is very attracted to electricity running in the wiring of our homes. This union of wireless signal with electrical current in wiring causes” dirty” electricity, and increases the noise factor. The sound is constant and high pitched. I keep the electricity off in the upstairs room in my home, it is a little quieter there. Arthur Firstenberg in his book, “The Invisible Rainbow, a History of Electricity and Life”, showed that after every increase of electricity on Earth, a pandemic followed. Covid and 5G are intimately related. Now we are assaulted by wireless electricity streaming through our air. More and more satellites bombard the Earth with more and more electro-magnetic frequency radiation. We all need air to live. Plants, animals, birds, bees, people, all need fresh, clean unpolluted air to live and be healthy. Please stop this insane assault on all life. Use fiber-optic wired technology. NO MORE WIRELESS! I am writing regarding the FCC’s response to the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals’ remand concerning its decades-old radiofrequency (RF) radiation exposure guidelines. The Court directed the FCC to provide a reasoned explanation for its determination that its guidelines adequately protect humans against harmful effects of RF radiation unrelated to cancer. Specifically, the court required the FCC to address the impacts of RF radiation on children, the health implications of long-term exposure, the ubiquity of wireless devices and technological developments, impacts on the environment, and the adequacy of the FCC’s testing procedures for cell phones and other portable devices. The FCC should fully consider evidence and real-world experiences concerning the health and environmental impacts of wireless radiation, including non-cancer health effects, impacts on children, long-term and cumulative exposure, cancer, and impacts on wildlife and the environment. The FCC is not a health agency and does not have expertise in medicine, biology or public health. Yet, the agency continues to assert authority over RF exposure standards and is preparing to reach conclusions about whether its existing guidelines adequately protect the public. I urge the FCC to recognize the critical role of federal health agencies, including the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and to rely on appropriate health and biological expertise when addressing the issues identified by the court. This issue matters to me personally because we recently moved to a home where a cell tower operates just a few houses down the street and since moving half a year ago my sleep has been disrupted and mental health diminished. This tower is directly across the street from the high school which adds to the concern. I urge the FCC to give meaningful consideration to the experiences and evidence before it and to fully address each of the issues identified by the court.

the non ionizing radiation from cell towers has made it increasingly difficult for me to live in populated areas. It affects my ears, which ring. It affects my nervous system, amping it up. It affects my ability to sleep. It affects my sensitivities to mold, making it much worse.

My friend lives practically, under a cell tower, and has been ill since moving there from another state. The medical establishment seems dumbfounded as to why she is ill, refusing to acknowledge the elephant in the room. Please help to bring awareness to this growing problem of EMR toxicity.

There is no doubt of two things in my mind after researching this issue for a bit. 1) There never has been any real scientific vetting of EMF effects on humans, particularly the 5G and beyond, and that includes mental effects as well as cancer/physical risk. It appears cell phone and communications companies ahve done a great job lobbying and keeping the public uninformed. 2) I have noticed a marked difference in sleeping patterns and concentration outcomes by limiting exposure to EMF simply by limiting the amount of time the device is on my person or by turning off home routers at night. Whether our experience is simply "in our imagination or not" there just needs to be some randomized controlled data studies done or disclosed (if they are being masked from the public), so we know once and for all. We are pushing more and more in to schools and other places without the public knowing the risks.

As someone who has already experienced life long health struggles, migraines, fatigue and been treating chronic Lyme disease and co-infections for years now, I have distinctly and directly felt the damaging impacts 5G has instigated since the tower (less than 1000 feet) from my house was activated. Within a week of its' activation I was already seeing increased inflammation, fatigue, headaches, more difficultly with detoxing, and increased brain fog and emotional irritability. Our technology should NOT be toxic to our biology and our environment, and certainly it does not need to be. There are better alternatives. We ALL deserve and should demand better - for ourselves, for our children and their children. No one should ever have to live under toxic burdens that they themselves did not agree to exposure to, or have any say in. This must stop if we desire well being for huemanity.

We do NOT need 5G radiation bombarding us 24/7 in our home and wherever we go! And especially within a mile of schools where our precious children are playing outside and trying to learn inside the buildings! Honestly, the headaches, exhaustion and brain fog that these towers cause effect us all, most likely are the cause of many cancers (along with the NASTY pesticides that are sprayed on our food and on school playgrounds!)
