I have EMR syndrome. My utility put a smart meter on my home and I have never been the same. There were never any problems when the analog meter was in use. The government needs to protect people who do not want or cannot tolerate some devices or electromagnetic radiation. We want and need safe choices. Allow us to feel and be safe in our homes!
