Every night I wake up at 4-5 like clockwork and cant get back to sleep.  Most nights I cant get back to sleep either. I hear a noise like something is running outside all night and I wear ear plugs for my husbands snoring .It blocks that noise, but not the motor runninng in my head, thats why I feel its a frequency. Never quiet at  night anymore, I hate it!!!! I hear the noise during the day too, when its quiet.
